I was called out to Tim’s house for a heating issue. During our evaluation we discovered the heat strips had broken because a damper had fallen from above. We removed the damper, replaced the heat strips, and replaced a leaking Schrader core in the air handler and the system began working normally.

We replace two bad balance in the light fixture a regular ballast and an emergency ballast got it back on working

Rewired kitchen

We install three big light fixtures, in the living room, the closet area and the basement pool table light.

For this job, we preformed a troubleshoot on a main electrical panel. Replaced a defective breaker.

Arrived on site to replace a customer provided smart thermostat. We safely removed the old one, installed the new thermostat and ensured it was secured with wall anchors and installed the new thermostat. We tested the system in heating and cooling to ensure normal operation. We offered to setup the WiFi and set the schedules but he has experience with these thermostats and assured us he could take care of it. He thanked us for coming by to install it, we collected payment and uploaded call details. Call complete.

For this job, I trouble shot two breakers that randomly trip

Replace GFCI outlet in basement. This outlet protects outdoor outlets, this repair will not fix tripping issues due to cords outside in inclement weather.

I did an electrical troubleshoot for an emergency ballast that was making so much noise left estimate for future repairs.

For this job, I came out for a leaking toilet around the base went ahead and did a thorough evaluation. I went ahead pulled and reset toilet. Also did a minor rebuild on the flush tower gasket. Went ahead and flushed a couple times to test work no leaks, so went ahead and silicone. Cleaned up work area

For this job I did a full toilet rebuild in the upstairs guest bathroom, I removed all the components of the tank and replaced the, with all new parts, reason for work was because the fill valve was leaking. I also replaced the stop valve to the toilet that would not close. I tested and left work area clean.

I did a troubleshoot with no repairs at the moment left open estimates for future work.

Installed new customer supplied Moen kitchen faucet. Removed and disposed of old faucet and mounted the new faucet to the countertop. Replaced existing push-pull service valves to accomodate the new faucet as the existing valves as built in supply lines that would not work. Also replaced the toilet in the main floor powder room that was severely rocking. Client commented how the old toilet was too short for most people and stuck out too far into the already cramped space. We provided and installed a round bowl Kohler Highline Arc toilet that is comfort height. Replaced existing broken flange with new one and set new toilet with wax ring and new mounting hardware. Also replaced service valve for the toilet. Tested everything for leaks and verified proper function of the system.

I install two new GFI one in the back side of the porch for a TV outlet and one in the garage for a security screen.

Replaced bad smoke detector on the main floor

This will be TE supplied burner assembly and thermocouple. This will includes parts and labors. Installing these require shutting off the gas and draining the whole water heater down

Leak search, replaced waste n overflow trim, replaced tub spout customer provided, caulked tub shower and fixtures. Possible leakage from tub spout from diverter malfunction, customer wanted to do this first to see if problem resolved before cutting of ceiling. No leaks when tested fixtures.

Repaired leaking hot water recirculating line. Installed isolation valve and new section of 1/2” pex line.

I replace 7 switches with dimmers and install a floor outlet in the entrance office.

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance 3 systems. Replaced all filters checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations.

Rework main line to install Moen Flo smart shutoff. Hose Bibb line will need to be move to provide adequate spacing between units

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 3 systems. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Replaced faulty control board for upper level system. Reading proper voltage. Blower speed taps correct. Installed independent transformer for Apco Ultra. Tested upper level system multiple times. Heat strips are operational. Replaced 16x25x1, 20x25x1 and 20x20x1 filters. Recommend water protection upgrades for all systems. Blower wheel cleaning needed for basement system. Recommend UV BlueTube for biological growth prevention for basement system. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Condenser coil cleaning needed for main and upper level systems. Informed customer of all findings. Systems are currently working.
