Troubleshoot dryer, not working. After diagnosing the issue, we found that the dryers were on 20 amp breakers instead of 30 amp breakers, which means they didn’t have enough power. We also found that the boxes were not bonded so we bonded the boxes as well as replacing the two breakers with the correct sized breakers..

I install two new outlets one outdoor WR outlet for a TV outside and another one in the garage both on GFI breakers, different circuits.

Remove approx 20 feet of drain line and install a condensation pump. This will reduce the chance of drain line from backing up and causing water damage to the bullding

Replaced popped expansion tanks and upsized to 4 gallon tanks due to size of heaters. Strapped them to stud wall. Repaired pinhole in copper piping. Tested for leaks and function.

Installed chandelier in foyer

Supplied and installed a new dimmer to replace an old nonfunctioning dimmer. The original dimmer was black. We had a white colored dimmer on hand and the owner told us that the color change would be okay. Middle bay four switches to the right.

Homeowners tankless would get cold water after running two showers. Rinnai tankless had code 10 for blocked venting. The exhaust vent had a wasp nest partially built in the vent. Removed the wasp nest. Inspected the exhaust fan and had bugs caught in the fan. Removed the bugs and cleaned the fan. Cleaned the burner. Turned unit back on and tested and everything is working properly.

For this job I came out and replaced two existing toilets with two new Kohler highline arc toilets. And replaced a gas whip connector to stove top previous one was leaking gas. After work was completed I double checked my work and tested for leaks.

Service and repair on Generac 22kw standby generator

Dug area around valve box where leak was occurring. Put a leak test on all joints surrounding the poly line and hitting the tee fitting and found the bushing on the side joint was leaking from two separate connections. Replaced section of piping and tested numerous times before wrapping in burial tape and back filling. Cannot warranty any other part of this line due to age and improper installation using black iron fittings underground with zero protection. Gas is currently on that line and ready for use.

Master shower, faucet on the right had a bad cartridge causing shower head to drip. Replaced and tested unit is working properly at this time.

Repaired a leak in the CPVC pipe behind the master bathtub in the closet.

Replace bad Eaton CH breaker in panel. Additional troubleshooting may be necessary.

For this job we installed a stream labs water shut off in basement, added a courtesy valve after stream labs. Left power chord with home owner for when he gets outlet ran to device. We also replace the TMP valve on the gas water heater that was leaking. Installed new and connected back to the discharge line. We also ran a new TMP discharge line for the second water heater that was not ran to the outside. In the garage we ran a new water line for an ice maker box. We installed new box with water hammer. Turned water back on and purged the air in the lines. Made sure there were no leaks and informed customer about stream labs system. Left work areas clean.

Troubleshot and replaced outdoor GFI.

Arrived on site to perform a diagnostic for a 12 year old Lennox Ac that’s stopped cooling. Client is friends with Josh but we haven’t been to this property yet. Since it was our first time he graciously gave us the gran tour of where to access all heating and cooling equipment. He said the unit stopped cooling a few days ago and he was able to get it running by helping get the fan spinning to get it going but it only worked once. We were able to quickly identify the capacitor was our issue so we tested to confirm and with his approval replaced the thermostat to continue our testing. Since we haven’t had a comprehensive overview of all systems we offered to tackle that while on site today. He agreed so we began our evaluation of each unit. There are 3 Lennox systems that control the basement, the main floor and upstairs. They’re all controlled by nest thermostats. Installing new outlets in garage and expanding existing outlets to two gang boxes Customer notified me that the door doorbell is making a weird noise. We will diagnose and determine why this is taking place. If it is a simple fix, it will be included in the price of the diagnostic. If it is anything additional, I will bring it to the customers attention.

Installed customer supplied disposal and two faucets. Installed new drain and stops for both sinks and a ball alive for a hose bib. Tested for leaks and function on all work. No issues.

Install customer provided Tesla wall charger behind exterior main distribution panel. Install whole home surge protection on the main distribution panel.

Unable to install items at kitchen sink and half bath sink due to clearances under cabinet. Customer is having cabinet company come out and create more access. Installed two customer provided faucets in upstairs jack and Jill bathroom. Connected drain pipe to sink. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
