Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival AC system 2 was not responding to a call for cooling at the thermostat. This system was operating two days ago when I arrived to diagnose AC system 1 for a tripped outdoor unit breaker. Today, the indoor air handler for system 2 lost full 240 volts due to breaker being partially tripped. I had 120 volts on one leg but only 87 on the other leg at the air handler disconnect. I reset the AH2 breaker and restored full operation to the system which has been tested for proper cooling operation at this time. Indoor temperature is 84 degrees with an outdoor temperature of 87 degrees. Temperature/pressure correlation of refrigerant shows high superheat of 32 degrees. Humidity is high currently due to the large bay door being open to the training space but room doors are closed. As the system has been running temperature and humidity have reduced which is allowing the superheat to reduce to 29 degrees now so the system will cool more efficiently as it reaches normal temperature whi
Installed new Dual Halo 5-125 whole home filtration system in basement utility room. Drained home and cut existing main water line in unfinished basement ceiling and routed line approx 30ft into the utility closet. Installed bypass valves and secured new piping to structure. Ran discharge line to existing hub drain and installed required check valves on the system. Tested for leaks and purged system in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Per client request we also removed an old insta hot from under the kitchen sink and installed a customer supplied inline filter system with a new matching filter faucet. Under sink Filter system was missing parts so we will return at a later date to finish hooking up and testing. Cleaned area and programmed new whole home system for regeneration cycles.
At arrival on 07/30/26 Issue: no cool System: upstairs Finding: bad outdoor capacitor, weak contactor, dirty condenser coil, condenser fan motor overheated, potentially clogged up drain line, improper drain line pitch, no Ss1 safety switch, no wet safety switch, dusty blower wheels and ductwork. Recommendations: address the above findings or upgrade system. Homeowner approved to replace the capacitor, add a hard start kit, clean the condenser coil and replace air filter. Properly performed service and system is back cooling properly.
Run conduit through house for AT&T fiber
I replaced the aerator in the upstairs bathroom lavatory and tightened the spout to the countertop, I replaced the tub spout/diverter and the cartridge for the shower in the same bathroom. I also removed the kitchen pot filler to identify the cartridges needed to prepare an estimate for replacement. Should client want to replace the cartridges we will need to order them after the estimate is signed.
Initial observations of unit one revealed a clogged 16x20x1 filter and replaced. I also replaced the 20x20x1 filter for unit two. Both units are above the ceiling of the training center. Further eating revealed no high voltage at the outdoor unit due to the breaker being tripped. Reset breaker and tested system operations to be within parameters at this time. Filters should be replace at a minimum of every 3 months (quarterly).

Double shot dryer circuit not working in the basement. Found those never hooked up to a breaker. There was an abandoned 60 amp breaker in the panel so we replaced that with a 30 and hooked up the dryer circuit. Also added surge protection to main and subpanel.
Concerns of inadequate or no cooling. Inspection determined that the middle Goodman system had a drain pan full of water. Noticed all of the filters to be extremely dirty, including the mini split. Drain lines were also restricted. Necessary repairs made with approval. Discussed adding Upgraded water safeties to the equipment as well as thermostats with room sensors. Mini split low on refrigerant. Refrigerant temporarily added, but it will inevitably leak out again. Project manager scheduled to visit to discuss mini split replacement as well as adding a mini split in the kitchen. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
For this job, I worked on installing eight recessed lights and two different rooms. We installed three dimmers. Capped off four lights and ran a dedicated outlet for a electrical fireplace.
I came out to install two vanity bathroom fixtures, as well as fixing a fluorescent closet light. In this case, I bypassed the ballast and installed type B led bulbs for ballast bypass. This means you will never have to have that done again and no change was made to your wiring for the house if you decide to change out that light. I was going to replace your timer with a new timer, but the new timer was not working. I did find documentation on the new one of a reset button, which may work on the old one since it wasn’t letting you set the time. I’m including a price for your two ceiling fans once you get them in stock. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
Mainfloor system: I nstalled new contactor, compressor, filter drier, bypass damper and water saftey relay. I cleaned the mainfloor condenser coil. I pressure checked the system after I installed the new compressor and filter drier. I pulled a deep vacuum before adding all fresh refrigerant. I adjusted the refrigerant charge. I tested the water safety relay and condensarion pump snd verified that bother were operating before I left. Warning: prevous company cut the wires and damaged the high pressure switch on the outdoor unit in a possible attempted sabotage. The homeowner was advised and shown. Emailed estimate for a new high pressure switch. Emailed estimate for new capacitor, updated flood protection and to add a bypass for the upstairs system.
Upon arrival, the homeowner informed me he would like an outlet added above an existing one in the garage for his garage opener. After thoroughly inspecting the work area I found that there is a horizontal stud in the wall between the existing outlet and where the new outlet would go in the next bay. So I offered to add a second outlet in the next over from where the existing one was to create an access so that I could use it as a way to get the wire through the horizontal stud and still only have one hole with a blank. And this way, he would get two outlets instead of one. There were multiple chargers he was using in that corner, so adding a secondary outlet next to the existing one would give him access to another plug as well.
After having conversation with customer about what transpired during the intermittent power lapse they have requested that we replace the 12 outlets located in their master bedroom. We will get we will be giving an option to provide and replace these devices as well warranty the devices. Customer wants white Decora style receptacles for these locations Installed new floor outlet in addition of home at the upper level near the staircase Customer has been made aware about the pool equipment, not being GFCI protected. Customer is under the assumption that some of the equipment is no longer being used, but she’s gonna confirm with her pool technician to see what is being used so we can properly quote GFCI protection for the branch circuits going to the pool locations
Replaced three front porch lights. Replaced switch in basement was improperly wired, causing certain lights to turn on when others turn off.
Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a single stage lennox system that zoned and cools the basement and master bedroom. I flud the unit had a failed compressor and no bypass damper. The unit may also have contaminated refrigerant. The system also has a burnt contactor and needs better flood protection. The homeowner signed off on the repairs and declined to get a free estimate to have the system replaced.
Run 120 foot circuit for Tesla charger, provide and install charger. Commission charger to Tesla network install Tesla metering kit.
No cool on the upstairs system due to a bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor and system works. Checked amperage on motor and compressor, pressures, temperature differential, filter, drain line and visual inspection. System is working properly at this visit, with no other issue. Recommend to sign in for maintenance plan for all 5 systems in the house.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that the outlets in the master bedroom have been intermittently working. Customer stated that she had her alarm clock plugged in and it was turning on turning off and then turning back on. She was also utilizing her steam cleaner and noticed that it was intermittently working as well. All of the breakers are currently on so we are going to conduct a diagnosis of this location and present options or resolutions to the customer once we determine what is going on. Remainder of job is scheduled for Wednesday July-22-2026 between 8-11 AM Bring a floor receptacle outlet
Client showed us to a tub waste assembly that isn’t sitting correctly. Further inspection showed the assembly was stripped out and won’t properly reconnect. Advised replacement of the lift and turn assembly. Left quote for replacement. Replaced trap assembly in basement kitchen sink to repair leaking connections. As well as disconnected supply lines from master bath widespread faucet to resecure it properly to the counter top. Reinstalled supply lines and tested all work for leaks and proper operation.
For this job we came to see a water leak at the water heater. After inspecting I found a leak at the expansion tank. It was spraying water at the wall behind it and making its way down into the floor. Customer chose option of replacing the expansion tank. I secured the tank to the water heater using a mounting bracket. Repiped tank in copper and set pressure to 65. House pressure is at 60 psi. Tested all work and did not see any more leaks anywhere.
Customer had a sink upstairs that was not draining due to a filter pop-up assembly. I took apart the drain and cleaned out the drain and did remove some gunk and hair after getting the pop-up out of the drain I noticed that it was broken at the bottom. Customer had a black finish pop-up Kohler assembly so I recommended that we could rebuild the drain or he can order the Kohler pop-up assembly or get a pop-up that matches the finish of the color and then when it’s here we can come back and install it. Customer didn’t want a silver finish and ours was a little bit too small for his drain so he will order the proper pop-up to match the finish of the bathroom.
Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: fan not working LOCATION: bedroom FINDINGS:I tested voltage at the switch and the fan and was reading proper 120 volts. I bypassed the fan remote to confirm the fan was still operational, and it was. I found a battery in the remote that was dead RESOLUTION: informed customer to replace battery, and left an estimate to replace receiver and remote if the battery doesn’t resolve the issue
