Customer will address this when he gets the Streamlabs installed Faucet is a Kräus Oletto single handle pull down faucet kpf-2820mbsfsb Water heater is from 2019 Water pressure is at 45PSI
Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on all 3 HVAC systems in the home (upstairs, main floor and basement). Tested heating, cooling and auxillary heating from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked and replaced the 1” air filters. Reported findings to the customer. Customer approved work to be done today. Replaced the weak run capacitor for the upstairs system. Installed a brand new wet switch on the basement system. Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: microwave, disposal, and kitchen outlet circuits tripping intermittently LOCATION: kitchen FINDINGS: all circuits are installed with copper clad aluminum wiring. Microwave circuit: I performed a Meg test on the insulation of the circuit and found no issues. I removed and inspected both outlets on the circuit. The outlet for the gas oven had a screw that was stripped out causing a loose connection. The outlet at the microwave had connections I was able to tighten. Disposal: I removed the switch and outlet to inspect. When I removed the switch, I noticed a severe nick on the white conductor of the cable. This nick was so deep it exposed the aluminum of the copper clad wire. It had damaged the wire enough that the wire broke with me moving it around. After fixing the wire, I performed a Meg test on the circuit and it found no issues with the insulation of the circuit. Kitchen outlets: I removed and inspected all of the outlets on the circuit. Upo
Replaced switches, dimmers and bulbs throughout home
Monthly maintenance and monitoring for liquid cooled generator, final payment for install, and 10yr extended warranty. Thank you for your business!
We install two switch legs for the under decking, lights and fans. We only ran the switch legs and the under decking company will run the rest of the wiring and install the fixtures. The wiring for these fixtures is complete in the switch box. We put dummy switches in place for now until the smart switches are installed. We installed a TV outlet in the basement outside. We also installed two whole home, surge protectors in the main and sub panel.
When I arrived, there was water on the floor around the base of the water heater. I checked inside of the jacket of the water heater and the insulation was wet. I checked all connections on the water heater and saw no signs of leaking. This points to a leak coming from the tank itself. Installed new Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Installed new expansion tank, check valves, pop off connection with drip 90, drip pan, stand, leak alarm, gas flex connector, and sediment trap. We purged air from the hot line at all fixtures before powering on the recirculation pump. Water heater is set to 120 degrees. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
My client was experiencing an issue with a leak in the ceiling. This leak is above a free standing tub that my client had trouble with the new construction plumbers installing. They did not caulk the base of this tub; allowing it to shift and let water to seep under it. I cut open the drywall and ran several tests on this tub to confirm there was no other drain or supply related issues, I taped up the hole I made. We do in house drywall repairs. Homeowner is unhappy with the tank type water heater as they constantly run out of hot water and are interested in tankless. Given we were a bit low on time and my client had to leave, we decided that I will come back out to deliver a proper estimate.
Install 40 KW generator. Install two transfer switches. Replaced inlet with RV outlet. Moved pool, AC and gate power to transfer switch panel.
Upon arrival a new emergency disconnect lapel was applied to correct previous mistake. Label is now appropriate to meet regulation requirements.
We replaced a dimmer in the dining room and left estimates for repairs inside the electrical panel
Upon arrival spoke with the customer about a new faucet and pot filler she wanted to have installed. Removed old fixtures. Installed new faucet at kitchen sink. Installed new pot filler. Existing drop ear in the wall was not properly supported which allowed slight movement with the new pot filler. Customer did not want to open wall at this time. I installed a shim between the nipple and tile to absorb the extra movement. Tested all work. No leaks were observed.
Homecare 2026 and electrical repairs
Adjusted Gas Pressure Arrived and inspected the furnace system and duct connections, furnace cabinet, and condensate drain setup. Several airflow and water-protection issues were found that can affect comfort, system life, and indoor air quality. Observations: • Furnace bottom cover is missing, leaving the cabinet open at the base. • Return plenum has damage and air leaks, with fiberglass present and no proper filter rack in place. • Supply plenum is out of position, undersized, and has air leaks, with fiberglass present. • Distribution box is fiberglass. • Flood protection is limited for the location and setup. • Condensate drain setup needs correction: vent is missing and slope is inadequate. • Bypass damper is an older style and insulation is coming loose. • General maintenance items found during inspection: flame sensor has surface buildup and blower wheel has dust buildup. Options: Option A: Repairs recommended now to correct core system issues • Replace supply plen

Installed (6) customer supplied lights, provide and install (2) wafer lights in pantry, install new TV outlet in gym and install customer supplied video doorbell.(homeowner choose program the video doorbell themselves so I discounted $100.)
Homeowner was not getting any hot water. The pilot was lit but the gas control valve had failed and would not light the burner. Shut gas and water off. Got new warranty gas control valve and burner assembly. Removed the burner assembly. Once the tank had drained removed the control valve and replaced. Reinstalled the gas sediment trap and installed new burner assembly. Turned water on and filled tank and turned gas on. Turned on the pilot and lit the water heater and set to previous temperature. Everything is working properly at this time.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
For this job I replaced the toilet in the basement bathroom, I provided a Kohler Kingston toilet. I removed and disposed of old toilet, I inspected the toilet flange and saw it was in good condition. I installed new wax ring and T bolts to secure toilet, I caulked around the toilet and also replaced the toilet supply line. I tested and left work area clean.
Today I came out to install a run capacitor for blower and an outdoor capacitor with a super boost kickstart. Tested system. System is performing great. No other issues. Customer is happy
