I did a troubleshoot with no repairs at the moment left open estimates for future work.

Installed new customer supplied Moen kitchen faucet. Removed and disposed of old faucet and mounted the new faucet to the countertop. Replaced existing push-pull service valves to accomodate the new faucet as the existing valves as built in supply lines that would not work. Also replaced the toilet in the main floor powder room that was severely rocking. Client commented how the old toilet was too short for most people and stuck out too far into the already cramped space. We provided and installed a round bowl Kohler Highline Arc toilet that is comfort height. Replaced existing broken flange with new one and set new toilet with wax ring and new mounting hardware. Also replaced service valve for the toilet. Tested everything for leaks and verified proper function of the system.

I install two new GFI one in the back side of the porch for a TV outlet and one in the garage for a security screen.

Replaced bad smoke detector on the main floor

This will be TE supplied burner assembly and thermocouple. This will includes parts and labors. Installing these require shutting off the gas and draining the whole water heater down

Leak search, replaced waste n overflow trim, replaced tub spout customer provided, caulked tub shower and fixtures. Possible leakage from tub spout from diverter malfunction, customer wanted to do this first to see if problem resolved before cutting of ceiling. No leaks when tested fixtures.

Repaired leaking hot water recirculating line. Installed isolation valve and new section of 1/2” pex line.

I replace 7 switches with dimmers and install a floor outlet in the entrance office.

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance 3 systems. Replaced all filters checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations.

Rework main line to install Moen Flo smart shutoff. Hose Bibb line will need to be move to provide adequate spacing between units

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 3 systems. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Replaced faulty control board for upper level system. Reading proper voltage. Blower speed taps correct. Installed independent transformer for Apco Ultra. Tested upper level system multiple times. Heat strips are operational. Replaced 16x25x1, 20x25x1 and 20x20x1 filters. Recommend water protection upgrades for all systems. Blower wheel cleaning needed for basement system. Recommend UV BlueTube for biological growth prevention for basement system. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Condenser coil cleaning needed for main and upper level systems. Informed customer of all findings. Systems are currently working.

Replace ceiling fan and speak with customer about room remodel

Homecare inspection 7 systems. Checked refrigerant pressures, checked electrical components, flushed drain lines, tested condensate pumps, cleaned flame sensors, tested heating strips, tested safeties, checked heat exchangers, tested heating and cooling operations from thermostat, replaced 1 inch filters, customer will buy all others. All systems besides newly installed Daikin furnace did not have TE standard flood protection. Garage heat pump was low on refrigerant. Upstairs bedrooms Lennox furnace had failing indoor capacitor, main floor condenser had failing outdoor capacitor, basement condenser had failing run capacitor. Gave quotes for repairs, customer opted in to have all failing capacitors replaced. Customer will monitor garage system and have us take a look again when we return for next Homecare visit as they do not run system often. All else working as it should. Made repairs and tested systems afterwards.

Repaired minor leak in basement

No heat main floor.found system to be locked on on pressure switch code. Found clogged vacuum tube to pressure switch. Upon clearing tube system started and ran briefly. The high limit switch tripped. Temp rise was writhin specs so I started looking for causes of tripped limit switch. Found multiple cracks inside burners of heat exchanger causing hot exhaust gasses to escape and trip limit switch. Informed customer, quoted heat exchanger and other repairs found. Customer getting quote on replacing system. Informed customer of crack in heat exchanger, advised due to safety concerns not to operate the heat. Left thermostats to system in off position.

Troubleshoot foyer/hallway circuit and look for potential issues that would cause a smell mentioned by customer.

Homeowner had a plastic supply line for the Jack and Jill toilet break, we replaced it and the master bathroom toilet supply line with new braided lines. During my visit, I noticed the pressure was at 110 PSI. I informed the client and suggested replacing the PRV and Expansion tank as the high pressure was a tell sign of these components failing. She would like to wait for now. Left estimate for this and to replace 13 year old water heater. Home is on CPVC water lines

Client had whole house water pressure of 155psi which was causing the T&P valve on the water heater to open. I installed a PRV in the wall where just after the whole house shut off. The system was pressurized and tested for leaks with no issues.

Arrived on site and met with homeowner who stated that the upstairs tub stopper was malfunctioning. I went ahead and built a quote for a tub stopper replacement and proceeded to complete the work after tub replacement was installed, I tested my work area to ensure stopper would open and close properly. Customer also had a pot filler in the kitchen that needed to be turned on and checked that was installed a few years prior. I was able to turn on the water to the pot filler which was located behind the refrigerator, and resealed the connection as there was a drip coming from the nipple to pot fill connection. I then tested the filler to ensure no issues, which I did as a courtesy at no charge.

Replaced recirculation pump.

Homeowners 1/3 hp garbage disposal was jammed and unable to be unjammed. Decided to replace with a 1/2 hp disposal. Removed failed disposal and cleaned surface area. Installed new disposal and connected the dishwasher drain hose. Tested and everything is working properly
