We did a ballast bypass on two lights in the basement, separated the neutrals in the panel, non gfci outlets to gfci outlets, replaced outdoor ac disconnect, and replaced old breakers in panel

Completed two system one time inspections. Blower wheel was cleaned, wet switch installed, drain line was treated and adjusted for upstairs system. Main floor suction line is small and acting as a restriction. Quoted repair and wet switch

Properly Performed inspection on 2 systems. Replaced/Checked all filters, checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. Both systems have multiple issues. The upstairs system has no wet safety switch, dirty, condenser coil, rusty heat, exchanger, dirty, blower motor, weak outdoor and indoor capacitors. The main floor system has no wet safety switch, no SS1 safety switch, dirty, condenser coil, rusty heat, exchanger, dirty, blower motor, weak outdoor and indoor capacitors, low refrigeration charge.

We Replace light fixture in foyer entrance with new bulbs.

Installed tv outlets and tv’s

Relocated sewage ejector pump discharge tie in. Replaced discharge check valve and ball valve. Tested pump function.

Issue with dishwasher holding water inlet bottom. I tested sink drain and which was on the slower side when filled with a couple inches of water. I believe the dishwasher is a separate issue and needs to be addressed by an appliance repair company. There was an issue with the way the recirculating system was piped and offered option to make necessary adjustments. Sent estimate with several options.

Upon arrival, customer took us to the upstairs guest bathroom to replace an existing pressure assisted toilet with a customer supplied toilet. We replaced the wax ring, supply line, closet bolts, and caulked the toilet. We thoroughly tested to ensure proper function and absence of leaks.

Installed and programmed new Honeywell T5 thermostat. After testing the system, the system is operating properly in cooling and heating operations.

Replace 6 existing light fixtures

Installed six new outdoor light fixtures on the front and back of the home

I installed a total of (5) 15 amp breakers to correct overrated circuits and I also bonded the neutral and grounds where it was not before. by replacing the circuit, I was able to get rid of the tandems that were not installed correctly. The new breakers are circuit numbers; 11,12,21,22 & 23

Replaced failed 3/4 hp garbage disposal

Diagnose reason for no cool as bad dual capacitor. Blower capacitor is out of tolerance, condenser coil is dirty, heat exchanger is cracked with significant rust in multiple locations and equipment is R22.

Home inspection

I was called out to Matt & Jennifer’s house today to replace the condenser fan motor and clean the ac on the upstairs system. I performed the repairs and after testing the system we discovered that the txv wasn’t working and replaced that as well. After further testing the system was not operating properly.

Install new ev charging circuit and 14-50r receptacle in garage. Install 40a gfci breaker in electrical panel for new circuit.

During the thorough evaluation we discovered the upstairs system had a clogged drain that I was unable to unclog, the ac needs cleaned, the condenser fan motor is working intermittently, there was a leak at the braze joint next to the coil, and the Homecare needs to be renewed. Today I corrected the leak at the coil, and installed a condensate pump for the upstairs system to replace the drain line. I will return tomorrow to clean the ac and replace the condenser fan motor.

Tesla wall connector and smart module

Replaced prv and main valve and thermal expansion tank. Pumped tank to 5-10 psi higher than house pressure. Purged air from system.

Customer had water coming from relief line on water heater. We had installed water heater 9/29/23. I replaced the pressure regulator valve due to water pressure was reading over 80psi. I replaced the original gate valve with a 1/4 turn ball valve. The T&p valve was replaced and reconnected to the relief line. The expansion valve was removed from the system and capped off. Pressurized system and aired out. Checked and verified system was functioning properly. Thermal expansion tank air bladder was still intact. Water pressure is set to 65psi.

Homeowner recently had a new vanity installed and whoever installed it did not put the clip for the pop up assembly. Installed the clip and tested work.
