Today we replaced two customer supplied faucets with new pop up assemblies. We also replaced 4 straight stops underneath the master baths double vanity sink. We also capped off the gas line going to the dryer upstairs because they are moving and selling the dryer and washing machine. We also disconnected the washing machine box hoses supplying the basement and upstairs washing machine.
Arrived at home for concern with the upstairs sewer line that was coming from both bathrooms. Awesome explained that when water is used in either bathroom it each toilet and sometimes comes out of the bathroom tub and shower. First, we started off by sending camera uphill from clean out in driveway, but I was on a successful getting up the stack. Pulled the toilet in the master bathroom and sent camera down and noticed water sitting in the plant signifying clog. Set Cameron down and was able to relieve the clog within the first 25 feet. After water cleared, I was able to send Camera all the way down to the tap right at the entry doorway to the garage. I found two holes and major cracking in the PVC piping. Recommended replacing that section by breaking up the floor on either side of the doorway to create access to piping and make the repair. Austin plans to get a hold of his flooring guy so they can preserve the flooring as best as they can before we make the repair.
Homeowner has a leak in the ceiling below the upstairs hall bathroom. Homeowner states that the leak occurs when the shower is used. Cut into ceiling in garage. Located drain pipe for upstairs bathtub. Ran bathtub and found water running down piping when bathtub is ran. The shower head in the upstairs hall bathroom is leaking from the threads and spraying the wall. There is a gap behind the tub spout that the water is running directly into. Caulked around tub spout and overflow trim plate. Water pressure is 50 PSI Water heater is a 50 gallon natural gas from 2022

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and to the main level bathroom. Customer states the toilet is not flushing and sewage backed up into the bathtub. I confirmed the presence of a blockage and also inspected the piping in the basement area downstairs. The bathroom line is 3” and there is a 3x2” tee on its back that connects more drain piping coming from the opposite (front) side of the house. There is a 2” pipe going vertical that is just wide open and had sewage leaking out of it when I arrived. The basement is in need of water damage mitigation and I recommended this to the customer. Customer requested that we email the company we recommend to them. The company we recommend is Property Medics of Georgia. I presented the customer with options to clear from a cleanout or pull the toilet. Customer agreed to clear the line from a cleanout and after getting signature approval I began work. The blockage is before the outside

Water service line was leaking in the same area that we completed our repair last time. We uncovered the line and found a split in the original pipe just before our repair. We removed the failed section of pipe and a FloControl fitting. We glued on a CPVC to PEX transition fitting and reconnected the pipe. We tested the pipe while it was uncovered to check for leaks. In the warehouse ceiling, we tied in a water line that was ran by one of the employees. We added a ball valve after our tee for serviceability. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

For this job, I came out regarding a malfunctioning sewer injector pump that was causing the electrical outlet to trip. After a thorough system evaluation, we presented three options to the customer. Today Nikki called us out to the HOA because she has had an issue with the front lights flickering. After doing a troubleshoot I found that it is a bad light fixture. Pull toilet in hall bathroom for access to perform a sewer scope. Will run camera all the way to city sewer tap located at street. Reinstall toilet when complete. Performed sewer scope and discovered that the outside sewer line from the house to the city sewer is original 4” ABS sewer pipe but is in good working condition. I did not notice any tree roots, separations or bellies. However, in the crawl space, I did notice that there was a section of 4” ABS main drain line that was back pitched and holding water. This raises the risk of a blockage forming. There is also no clean out access on main drain line in crawl space or in front yard. I recommend that the main line in the crawl space be corrected and a clean out be installed on the sewer line right outside the house in flower bed. Also noticed that the water heater in crawl space is old and is not properly installed. I would highly recommend that the water heater be replaced as soon as possible.
I troubleshot a flood light not working and tied it in hot at the customer’s request.

The TE Techs are very well trained knowledgeable. Prior to TE Certified I had 6 service calls for the same issue days apart via home warranty with 2 different companies. Neither company could accurately diagnose the problem. In one visit the tech accurately diagnose the problem, showed photo evidence of the problem and provide options. The tech explained all the options in detail. He provided me with enough information to make an informed decision. The estimated repair cost was market average. They honor returning clients with a discount.
