Dig down 6’ deep in flower bed to repair back pitched sewer line which is causing a large amount of water and sewage to stay in pipe and caused back ups. These back ups are causing the “sewer popper” to open once the sewer is filled with sewage and release into flower bed. Provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on repair
For this job, I completed two ballast bypasses for two fixtures in the garage.
The homeowner wanted to replace the widespread faucet in their powder room, so I installed a new Kohler widespread faucet. I also replaced the pop-up assembly and the P-trap for the drain. After finishing the installation, I tested everything to ensure there were no leaks.

Home Inspection
Repair active leak in basement and previous leak spot.
For this job, I took down an old ceiling fan and replaced it with a chandelier. I also installed a new box to support the weight of the chandelier.
Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on the whole home HVAC system. Tested heating and cooling from the thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked the AprilAire media filter. Treated the evaporator coil with pan treatment tablets. Treated the drain line with vinegar. Reported findings to the customer. Replaced the AprilAire 413 media filter. Also installed a locking cap on the system under warranty. Reported results to the customer.
Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on the whole home HVAC system.
Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet.
For this job, we did a leak troubleshoot for a customer who had a wet spot in their flower bed. We isolated the main water service between the meter and the shut off in the basement. There was no indication of a leak on the water main service. we did discover an active leak on pipe in basement. And another spot that had been previously leaking homeowner would like to get both of these issues dealt with tomorrow if possible.
Installed new 1/2 hp garbage disposal. The existing disposal had began to leak and was no longer working.
Jeremy did an outstanding job on electrical additions to my house. He provided a quality detail estimate and completed the job that exceeded my expectations. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. His assistant Caleb also did a commendable job.
We removed the old meter can and replaced it with a new outside disconnect and meter. We ran new grounding system with 2 ground rods and bonded at the bonding bridge, hot, cold, and PRV. The new service has new downspout with the expansion coupling. We entered the new disconnect with a 4/0 SER cable through the top with an LB and a hub due to the height of the band on the house. We replaced the panel and added safety breakers where necessary. We added 4 smokes in the bedrooms and 2 carbons within 10 feet of the adjacent bedrooms. We ran a new 40 Amp GFI oven circuit and installed it in a deep 1900 box with Polaris lugs and a blank on a gfi breaker.

Customer would like to go from a natural gas oven to an electric oven. We turned off gas at the meter. We cut, capped and removed the gas line for the oven. We turned on gas, tested to ensure proper gas function at gas range. We relit pilot light on water heater. We used gas leak detection spray to ensure no gas leaks on the work we preformed today
For this job, we installed a new inlet system for a generator with an interlock kit, we also installed a whole home surge protector and installed a new grounding system.
TE certified will use a trencher from the water meter up to the crawlspace and trench a new waterline, putting in 1 inch black poly ensuring full bedding around the pipe with getting rid of the shark bite, fitting and gray poly section under the crawlspace
Lighting
Homeowner called us out for a leaking water heater that was 14 years old. The pressure on the house was 145 psi and the main shut off was unreliable. We installed a new ball valve for the main shut off and a new PRV and brought the pressure down to 70 psi. We also installed a brand new tankless water heater, and installed an Ion6 to help keep the system as clean as possible. After all work was performed we tested thoroughly to ensure proper function and no leaks.
Upon arriving to the customers home, they had a pinhole leak in their main water service line. After presenting the customer options, he chose to go forward with the trenching of his main water service line. The discussion was had that if sprinkler/irrigation lines were hitting the process that we would make one free repair, and we would mark with white flags and paint where the affected areas were. I also discussed with the customer that we would be putting a new main water shut off to his home. Also, we would be upsizing his water service line from 3/4 of an inch up to 1 inch. A deposit of 1/3 of the job cost was collected upfront, and certified will return tomorrow to perform the agreed-upon work.
Today I installed a customer supplied camera floodlight combo at the back door under the deck, and I also swapped the placement of the two switches at the front door and over where you go down the stairs. I did not change the switches or the wiring. I just swapped the locations of the switches at their existing location.
For this job, we did lead detection services for homeowner located leak in upper middle part of the yard right in front of the gazebo just before the stone wall for the first flower bed in the yard we mark the area with flags
The homeowner's faucets in both the master and powder room bathrooms were leaking whenever they were turned on. I went to Home Depot and purchased three Delta faucets, which I installed in the master and guest bathrooms, using new supply lines and a pop-up assembly. After completing the installation, I tested each faucet and checked for any leaks.
We replaced the GFI in the hallway bathroom downstairs and we installed a whole home surge protector in the main panel
