Replaced the front porch exterior wall lights.

Called out for water leaking from hvac system in attic and coming through the ceiling. Found a clogged drain line due to lack of maintenance. I cleared drain and tested with 2 gallons of water. Removed water from drain pan in attic as well as the containers the customer had to catch water that was missing the pan. Added algae tablets to drain pan and flushed drain with enzymes. I also gave the customer the option of HomeCare maintenance plan and adding water safety devices to prevent this from happening again. Customer agreed and I installed the water safety devices and tested each one to ensure the system shuts down when triggered.

I did home inspection and replaced a gfi device outside and a carbon/smoke detector outside the office.

Replaced toilet in main level bathroom with a Kohler Kingston toilet. All work was tested and checked for leaks.

Called out for a backed up kitchen sink Ran cable to clear line Blockage was heavy grease. Tested thoroughly Line is open and flowing at this time Thanks for choosing TE Certified

No Cool- 2005 Rheem System When I arrived I found the outdoor unit running but refrigerant lines were not hot or cold. Contactor was buzzing loudly and compressor was cold and not running. I took the electrical cover off of the compressor and all the wires were burnt and the compressor terminals had melted and the system had lost all of its R22 refrigerant. Customer was standing there when this was found. We had a conversation about replacement and he decided to have a Project Manager out to give him a quote on a news system.

Provide and install a 10 KW Generac, standby generator on the corner of the home. This generator will power the exact same things that were powered by the previous generator due to the size limitations.

I troubleshot a flood lights tripping the breaker and refed the line to outside with a splice in the attic. I also replaced a switch in the attic and a ceiling fan box.

Today I completed LED bypasses on three separate fixtures. I replaced two broken switches. I supplied and replaced a floodlight on the back porch as well as adding a box for this floodlight. I also supplied and replaced a smoke/carbon combo.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed me upstairs to the master bathroom. Customer states toilet is clogged and the left sink also drains slowly. Presented customer with options to clear these drains. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Ran toilet auger and cleared soft blockage in toilet. (Toilet paper or wipes). Took apart tubular drain piping for lavatory sink and cleaned it thoroughly. There was a large buildup of hair and debris inside the sink drain lines. After finishing the first customer chose to have the sink next to it cleared as well. Cleared both sinks and and tested afterwards. No leaks. Both sinks are draining properly at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer is experiencing a slow draining shower in their basement bathroom. The basement was finished roughly one year ago. I removed the cover plate for the drain and found that there was a cup strainer clogged with hair and debris. Also discovered an s trap under the lavatory sink. Presented customer with options to fix both or one of these issues. Customer elected to only clear the shower drain today and after getting signature approval I began work. Cleared shower drain and tested for proper function. Shower is draining properly at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.

Troubleshot a light not working and found a nick inside the light itself.

Installed lights and outlets.

Customer had a leaking in the ceiling with customer approval I did a leak search. Couldn’t recreate the water leaks but have a good idea on where it’s coming from. No repairs was made today. But I did leave estimates for future repairs. Thanks for choosing TE Certified.

I rewired the floor outlet and resealed it to the floor.

Replace upstairs bedrooms ceiling fan

Completed system maintenance verified filter cleared drain lines with 2 gallons of cleaner each. Checked all safety and components while maintaining the system take notice the following. Let customer know that she would need to put a small 1-2 foot fence around condenser due to male dog. Let her know about dog pee will eat away outdoor coils. Filter is needing be changed. Customer went with changing filter to day.

Today I replaced six existing smoke detectors with new customer supplied smart smoke detectors. I also installed four new smoke detectors, one per bedroom upstairs, and I installed the same customer supplied, smart, smoke detectors in all four of those locations. All of the smoke detectors have been set up on the customers app and are all functioning properly. I updated the breaker feeding the smoke detector circuit to a dual function. I also replaced three total two pole breakers, feeding all three of the AC units. All three of these breakers were customer supplied.

Replaced customer supplied disposal. All work was tested and checked for leaks.

Today we came out due to Samara requesting a leak search on her Lennox Heat Pump. She recently had another company come out and told her she has a leak based off of refrigerant pressures. They put 2lbs of refrigerant in the upstairs system. However, based off of the pressure readings she provided me from the other company, it doesn’t appear to be a leak. We inspected both indoor and outdoor units. Pressure readings were perfect at 15.3 for super heat and 6.9 for subcool. Suction side was a little low, but the cause of this was a dirty filter and the tip of the plenum was open on 3 sides allowing a massive leakage of air flow. After going over all findings and options, Samara has decided to move forward with Option A. We sealed up the top of the plenum with mastic tape and mastic sealant. System is operating properly at time of departure. It was a pleasure to meet you today and we hope you have a great weekend!

Condenser is needing a chemical cleaning. Capacitor is failing and need to be replaced. Condenser is needing pea gravel around system and Uv Light needs to be added to indoor evaporator coil. Customer went with option 1. At this time system is operating properly.

Upon arrival, we met with the owner. They recently purchased the home and just found the basement flooding with sewage. There is an exposed backwater valve and the cap was off, allowing sewage to escape. We checked the foundation cleanout and found standing water. There is another cleanout in the middle of the yard that was dry. From the foundation cleanout, we snaked the line several times, hitting the blockage until it cleared. We ran water to test and confirmed the line is open and flowing. I also found the BWV cap and reset it. We have a supervisor scheduled tomorrow to further assess the plumbing and I also referred the owner to a remediation company. Use large drain machine to clear line from the exterior accessible cleanout, and locate source of drain issue with sewer camera. Includes drain machine and inspection camera (no additional fee). Does not include digging, replacing lines, or repairs. Cleared lines may clog again without a permanent repair.
