Troubleshoot

Replace sewer line from clean out at house to edge of driveway at 6” clean out. This will not require removal of concrete driveway but will still fix the issue with sewer line. Provide lifetime warranty of partial replacement

Rewire the home from scratch as discussed with the customer as well as national code requirements.

Performed a miscellaneous repair on the handle of the tub and shower faucet in the guest bathroom. Initially an estimate was given to repair the faucet by replacing the cartridge inside. Upon extraction of the existing cartridge I noticed the temperature setting dial was set incorrectly. After adjusting the dial the handle now has full range of motion.

Battery replacement on Generac 16kw standby generator

Customer had a leak going downstairs into the living room due to a mainline blockage upstairs that was leaking over the flange,I pulled the toilet upstairs in the guest bathroom and ran my 400 down the line to clear the blockage, customer use wipes. I’ll let them know. That wipes is probably what was blocking up the top floor. Also scheduled for remediation to come out to check for growth in the ceiling. The flange for the toilet is also broken and will have supervisor. Give a quote to fit to as well. blockage cleared.

Let homeowner know we repaired pin hole leak in master bathroom ceiling. Let homeowner know he will need a repipe soon. Tested and checked for leaks

Pull toilet in master bath to access sewer. Use cable machine to go towards street and attempt to clear root obstruction. Reset toilet and test system **NO WARRANTY Sewer supervisor called me out to clear a blockage. Pulled toilet in front bathroom and ran drain cable nearly full length and pulled back a collection of hair and roots. I ran water in tub for substantial amount of time to test drainage, reset the toilet with new wax ring, closet bolts china caps, supply line, and cleaned surrounding area. The water heater was from 2003 recommended replacement.

For this job, we installed a customer supplied tesla charger, replaced a burnt up outlet, and installed a whole home surge protector.

3 system inspection Drain trap upstairs Systems working at this time

Customers kitchen faucet leaking when turned to one side but not the other in the off position. Customer supplied the cartridge. Customer agreed to have the cartridge replaced by us. Turned the water off to the faucet and replaced reassembled, turned water back on and tested for leaks.No leaks. The noise that the customer was experiencing.I am rather sure was due to a shut off out for the upstairs.Hallway toilet, that was partially on.However, we were not able to reproduce the noise. That same toilet has a very slow running fill valve.That looks like it would take an hour or 2 to fill up. I recommended a toilet rebuild.Customer has not agreed to do that at this moment. Thermal expansion tank was leaking from a rusted spot on the side. I checked the water pressure and got a reading of 120psi. I replaced the pressure regulating valve in the crawl space and set it to 65psi. I then replaced the thermal expansion tank and pressurized it to 70psi.

Replace both 40 gallon gas water heaters with two 50 gallon gas water heaters (10 year manufacturer warranty), replace PRV

Not cooling/Freezing up - 23+ year old York equipment System not cooling due to very low refrigerant levels. The system is leaking refrigerant and is freezing up due to the low levels. Also observed that the condenser coil is dirty, the blower wheel is dirty, the blower motor is seeping oil at the main seal, the evaporator coil is rusted, the heat exchanger is rusted and compromised, the compressor is over amping and in poor health. Most of the issues relate back to age, as this system has exceeded its normal life expectancy. The heat exchanger in the furnace is a big concern as this is what carries the carbon monoxide out of the home. Also the flu pipe that carries the exhaust gas is not up to code. The system operates on R-22 refrigerant. R-22 refrigerant went through a Government Mandated Phase Out that went into full effect 1/1/2020. The refrigerant is no longer available and nor are refrigerant related components such as coils, compressors, etc, unfortunately this means repairs

Upper level system - Not cooling System not cooling due to it is completely out of refrigerant. There is a major refrigerant leak in the system. The evaporator coil is completely rusted out and deteriorated. The compressor failed the mega ohm test, most likely from age and running low on refrigerant/oil. The capacitor is weak, and the contactor is burnt and pitted. The condenser coil is also dirty and causing more strain on the weak compressor. This system is no longer under warranty. Due to the refrigerant type, cost of repairs, and the condition of the system as a whole, I recommended updating the equipment to avoid future break downs and have equipment that is under warranty. Scheduled for an install supervisor to come out this Friday morning to go over updating the equipment. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

Today I did a diagnosis on the water heater circuit that was tripping. I found that the connections on the bottom coil on the water heater have overheated and melted, and there was also some moisture. Recommend to have a plumber, examine the water heater to see if it can be repaired or if it has to be replaced. Homeowner believes that it is still under warranty. I disconnected the water heater and put the breaker in the off position.

Tesla charger install

Replaced one leaking water stop in the master bathroom. There is staining on the ceiling below one of the bathrooms upstairs. I checked all of the fixtures and did not see an obvious cause. I provided an estimate to cut open the Sheetrock to search for a leak. The customer wants to wait and see if the stains come back after they paint.
Excellent service

For this job, I replaced a keyless light fixture in the basement. The customer called us out due to the light only working intermittently. I inspected the circuit as well as the fixture and tightened connections. I believe the fixture itself was faulty so I replaced it.
Paris was very professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and why.

Performed toilet rebuild on powder room toilet. Installed new garbage disposal in kitchen. Installed customer supplied lavy faucet in basement.

Estimate for car charger

Customer has a main drain stoppage. Customer does have an accessible cleanup, located on the left side of the house. I’ll attempt to remove stoppage using the snake machine. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and restore proper drainage to the home. I pulled back roots from the drain line in the presence of the customer. We have a camera technician scheduled to come tomorrow between 2 PM and 5 PM. ****Customer is aware that this is a temporary fix and that a more permanent solution will have to be taken. ***** At this time everything is draining properly and the customer is very satisfied. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product.

A hole was drilled through the gas line for the dryer. I replaced the vertical section of pipe that runs from the attic to the laundry room. I installed a new gas valve and reconnected the appliance. Gas has been turned back on and tested. Pilot light for both water heaters are relit.
