For this job I came out and replaced multi turn angle stop valves for two bathrooms with new 1/4 turn valves, tested and checked for leaks & bled water lines. Conducted a super clean up.

For this job I came out for faucets that were constantly running, removed and replaced main shut off valve and pressure regulating valve. Also installed a 12 year warranty water heater , with halo ion - 6. Removed an replaced 3 customer supplied lavatory faucets with new supply lines. Tested and checked for leaks. For this job, the customer stated they had a leak coming through the ceiling of the garage, after investigation we found that the toilet in the guest bathroom was leaking from the tank. The homeowner also showed us the master bathroom toilet which was turned off due to the same issue. We cut two holes in the garage ceiling to confirm that the toilet was the issue. The water pressure to the home was also high when we tested the pressure. The customer opted to go ahead and replace both upstairs toilets, and the pressure regulator. Today we came out for second level not heating. 2008 amana 2.5 ton amana air handler with 2 ton heat pump. Found failed transformer due to shorted control board in air handler. Electrical at air handler is not up to code and needs to be on liquid tight. There is no flood safety and client has duct board plenums. Found biological growth on primary drain pan. In heat pump system found system critically low on refrigerant circuit has leak, condenser coil is impacted and contactor is pitted. Due to age of equipment and condition need to update system. Left band aid option and scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating.

For this job, I rendered leak detection services for original technician Joshua Reyes during my evaluation I discovered a leak just off of the meter in the flower bed underneath a bush. The reading was faint because of the depth of a line, but the area has been marked with flags.

No Heat - Upstairs System stopped working after duct cleaning yesterday. Observed that the flood protection switches were tripped and there was no water present. The flood protection switches have failed. Homeowner approved replacing both flood protection switches. After installing new switches I tested them both and they are both operating properly. Jennifer Carter is out to her home today to replace her ceiling fan in her living room. As replacing the ceiling fan, the ceiling fan is not on a fan rated box. So today we replaced the ceiling fan and installed a fan rated box.
