Today we came out due to system not heating. We were out yesterday for no heat and we got system up and running. Sometime around 4pm Mr. Lee said the unit stopped heating and didn’t start again until 10am. Upon arrival today system was heating. We checked all electrical components again, gas valve, and temperature splits. Everything is working as it should. We cut the system off for a while, let temp drop and turned it back on. It came on with no issues. We let system run for over an hour and it’s working under normal operational specs. We installed a T on the drain line in order for us to clear it. At this time system is operational. I hope y’all have a great weekend!

Today we came out due to main floor system not heating. System would to try to ignite but would not go past that stage. This was due to carbon build up on flame sensor and a loose connection on wire for gas valve. I cleaned the flame sensor and secured wire connection. System fired up. We let it run for about 45 minutes and it is operating as it should. I noticed the blower wheel has dirt and debris build up on fan blades. There are 5 start collars not properly sealed allowing leakage of air flow where there shouldn’t be. There is no flood protection on drain line. After going over all findings options and customer is signing up for the Home Care Plan today. Once the home care is scheduled, I will return to do maintenance on both systems. Homeowners main floor guest bathroom shower was not getting hot. The shower would have low pressure on the hot side. Gave price to replace the cartridge. Shut water off at the main and drained system down. Removed shower handle and cover plate. Removed the failed cartridge and applied valve grease to the new cartridge and valve. Installed and turned water on. Purged air from the system and tested the shower and the shower now gets hot water. Everything is working properly at this time.

Dedicated circuit for disposal and switchleg outlet. Breaker is GFCI protected from panel. Also installed whole home surge protection.

Replaced Challenger panel and did interlock kit with 50A inlet.

For this job, I installed a 30 amp generator inlet beside the meter disconnect.

For this job, I replaced a broken keyless in the garage.

Replace Ceiling Fan In Living Room

Replaced homeowners Pressure reducing valve due to high water pressure and thermal expansion tank. Installed watts PRV and set pressure to 60 psi. Located the pinhole failure on the 1/2 hot side uponor piping in the half bath on the main floor. Removed manifold and installed new section of pex piping. Replaced the master and upstairs kids bathroom shower cartridge. Turned water on and tested and everything is working properly at this time.

Install new furnace only for upstairs and main level  mastic seal equipment connections  install new drain pan with new safety switches and condensation pump  wire furnace to match existing nest thermostats Install new double wall flue vent for main level furnace and water heater  system check and start up  01/16/2026 - Arrived on site to replace all 4 plenums. We completed 2 today and will need to return with different materials to complete the other 2 plenums. Systems are operational and payment will be collected during follow up Monday. Materials that were dropped off only included 3 plenums and 1 was not the correct size, will get materials Monday and will return to complete then. Call paused until Monday - we arrived and completed the other 2 plenum installs and breakdowns. We insulated plenums, rewrapped duct work, tested equipment and confirmed functional operation of all equiptment upon departure. Call complete.

Homeowner had noticed a high water bill but no water pooling in the yard. Shut the main off in the garage and the meter was still spinning. With that the leak is somewhere of the main water line. Shut off the irrigation main valve and the meter stopped spinning. There’s a leak on the main irrigation line. The meter box had water in it so I dug up that area to locate the leak. The landscaping drain ends right at the irrigation box and would leak rain water into the irrigation box. Unable to locate the leak off the irrigation line. Recommend homeowner contact an irrigation company to repair the leak or replace the main line.

Homeowner called us out to replace master bathroom toilet and master bathroom shower head. We replaced both the toilet and shower head. All work was tested and checked for leaks. Upon installation of the toilet, I had to remove part of the window ledge behind the toilet to fit the lid of the toilet for the entire installation.

Installed a new outlet location and GFCI breaker for the disposal, Installed a new location recessed light over the sink with a safety breaker for that circuit and replaced the broken canopy and re installed the chandelier in the dining room.

Drywall cutout 3 areas, small wall skim coat repair- stud cutout, drywall, tape seams, multiple coats compound joint, sand, spot prime and one coat paint repaired area(feathered).

Troubleshoot why the breakers are randomly tripping. Install only 1 breaker that has failed currently. ( no warranty )

Replaced main floor and upstairs thermostats with customer supplied thermostats No warranty for repair

Installed EV charger, provided wire and breaker. Customer supplied hardwired charger. Installed a surge protector and flush mount kit.

Run circuit for double oven

Homeowner was is the process of installing a bidet seat and the 7/8 plastic toilet connector was stripped. I gave options for replacing along with installing bidet seat. Homeowner is a Homecare member which we flushed the heater and did an inspection.

For this job I came out and replaced multi turn angle stop valves for two bathrooms with new 1/4 turn valves, tested and checked for leaks & bled water lines. Conducted a super clean up.
