Main floor hall bathroom toilet tank had cracked and was leaking. Homeowner had purchased a new toilet to be replaced. Drained toilet and removed from the flange. Cleaned off wax ring and removed bolts. Installed new plastic bolts and wax ring. Set toilet in place and secured to the flange. Installed new water supply line and connected. Turned water on and tested. Applied silicone to the base of the toilet. Let silicone cure for at least 12 hours. Water heater is around 11 years old. Left estimates to replace the water heater or upgrade to a tankless water heater.

Called out for a back up upstairs . I pulled the toilet in the master. cable to clear the line. Blockage was unknown test thoroughly line is open and flowing at this time.

This job I did a leak troubleshoot for Miss Amina Mitchell. She has a leak under the slab of her home. I listened at all of the shut off valves in the bathrooms, master and guest, the icemaker box and the valves underneath the kitchen vanity. I did not hear any indication of a leak anywhere near those shut offs. The leak is most likely in a main trunk underneath the slab

Homeowner recently purchased the home and wanted a plumber to look at some things that he wanted a professional opinion on. Gave multiple quotes for different options. We did find a leak from an adapter underneath the kitchen sink. We replaced the valve and short section of pipe. Pressurized system and verified connections.

Blower motor working constantly, even with thermostat off and fan auto. Heat pump , with variable speed blower motor. Disconnect power to the motor and it stopped. When power is applied to the motor (240v) , even with thermostat off, motor works. I disconnected low voltage power to the motor, but it still works. Motor is bad and possible motor relay , as well. Sent estimates for repair, and customer will call back with decision. System is heating and cooling, but blower motor is working non stop.

I was called out to Julie’s house for a heating issue with the furnace. Over the weekend Julie let me know it didn’t seem like the furnace was working so we performed a thorough evaluation l during the evaluation we discovered that the flame sensor wasn’t screwed into place making it so that it didn’t sense the flame when the system started causing it to turn off. Once we screwed down the sensor the system began working normally.

Removed and replaced galvanized line that was leaking Inside the home, replaced galvanized with black poly water line is 18” under ground added courtesy shut off valve and irrigation box. Ran soft copper through penetration, hydraulic cemented and tarred both sides of penetration, back filled and tamped line in front yard. I also removed and replaced prv and main shutoff valve and hose spigot in front yard. Replaced water heater in kitchen closet that was busted and leaking from of tank also fixed ventilation wasn’t connected In attic. Installed new drain pan, gas shut off valve and strapped expansion tank. Set at 120 degrees. Double checked and tested for leaks purged all lines in home and conducted a super clean up.
