Clear blockage Camera inspection follow up Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage affecting whole house, upon arrival the exterior clean out was holding water. Customer had the same mainline blockage back in September and another plumbing company came out to clean line, this is the second mainline blockage within 2 months. We ran k750 in cleanout and were able to restore flow. We ran a stress test by running multiple fixtures, clearing was successful and scheduled a camera inspection today.

Checked operations.
Arrived on site and customer stated that they had a leak coming in the ceiling around the air duct vent in the downstairs bathroom. It was stated that the original technician was from the HVAC department, and upon his examination, stated that it was a plumbing issues . I offered the customer the option to cut open the drywall as it would be the only way for me to determine where the lake was coming from. Once I cut up the ceiling, I was able to fit my head and the opening and saw a drain line and a waterline, but did not see any leaks from either. I went upstairs and flushed the toilet for 30 minutes continuously. I ran the water down the drain as well for 15 minutes and continue to keep an eye on all plumbing related scenarios. I determined that it was in fact a HVAC issue because there was only an ring around the exterior of the drywall which was directly around the air duct ventilation I found no signs of water, stains or occurring water, leaks any moisture from the fixtures on the
Austin was great. Thanks so much!
Customer stated that the shower I rebuilt recently was not working correctly. I tested the shower and found that the water would run through the spout but once the diverter was turned, no water would come out of the head. I removed the head and tested again and water flowed properly through the shower arm. I replaced the shower head as a courtesy to the customer. I tested the water pressure and it was reading at 130psi. I replaced the PRV and set the water pressure to 65psi.
WSB furnace inspection. Found system to have cracked heat exchanger, high temp rise, high amp draw on inducer motor, single wall flue pipe, no flood protection and dirty blower. The system has roughly 2 ton of return air and 3 tons of supply air with a 70kbtu furnace on a 2 ton ac. Temp rise to high likely because furnace to large or system short on return air. Heat exchanger is back ordered by manufacturer with no time table for delivery. Recommended replace equipment given age, and parts not being available for repairs anytime in the near future. Informed customer of cracked in heat exchanger, advised due to safety concerns not to operate the heat, left thermostat in off position. Customer getting a quote on Saturday for replacement.
Troubleshoot urinal, remove flow restriction
The homeowner had a leaking hose bib that needed to be replaced. I installed a brand new hose bib and relocated the shut-off valve to make it easily accessible. After securing the hose bib to the wall with silicone, I also installed a vacuum breaker. Once everything was in place, I tested for leaks to ensure everything was functioning correctly. Additionally, I provided the homeowner with a quote for a shower replacement and the installation of a tub faucet.
Craig was lovely to work with and took great care in the work he did!

Provide and install a new wire to the stove, dryer and washer.
Today, Rashieka has us out here because she noticed water leaking through one of the cam lights in the kitchen area coming down onto the floor. Rashieka Stated that she has been running laundry all day, and there was a lot of water on the floor with soaked items. Rashieka also said the machine was overloaded from too many items in one load and could overflow water from the laundry. This may indicate that that may have been the cause. Started the laundry machine on a quick cycle to see if I visibly noticed any water coming from either the laundry machine or the laundry machine itself, which I did not see any leaks coming from them. In order for me to determine if it is a plumbing issue, I would need to cut into the ceiling in the kitchen area which Rashieka would like to hold off on that for she made things that a major has been a lot of water on the floor that leaked through the floor and into the kitchen area, where the can light is no longer functioning. I called the office to schedu
Performed diagnostic on 1988 system, there’s multiple concerns on the unit. The pilot light would not stay lit, this is due to the gas valve. I recommended replacement of the furnace due to agent condition. Also let the homeowner know that parts may be obsolete on the unit and we may not be able to get parts for the unit to repair it. at this time the unit is not operational.
Costumer had a leak under the driveway, so we dug in front of the water meter box put a ball valve in there and bore it to the inside of the home, replaced water main shut off and prv, costumer also had a kitchen faucet to replace that we did as a courtesy, tested for leaks.
Today I came out due to main level system not working. It’s a carrier furnace located in the attic. Upon arrival the unit had no power. It had power coming in, but no power getting to the board. The reason was a bad transformer. I tested it and got no continuity and ohmed it out and it was dead. I replaced the transformer and let the system run for about 30 minutes and all is good! Mr. Darrell has signed up for the membership plan! Thanks for giving us a call and I look forward to seeing you again! I hope you have a great day!
Great experience!
Pressure regulator and main shut off valve were replaced in the crawlspace. A new 40 gallon water heater was installed on main level with new t&p and pan discharge line ran outside. All work was tested and verified with customer on walk through.
Installed new light in upstairs closet.
New closet light
Customer stated that heat strip was working too long and upstairs wasn’t heating enough. Inspected the system, located in the attic. Turned heat on, and heat pump started. Let it ran for a while, with no issue and heat strip off. Turned to emergent heat, and heat strip worked. Let it ran far a while with no issue. Inspected heat pump, checked pressures, amperage in motor and compressor, defrost board and visual. Everything is working properly with no issue. Possible the cause of the heat strip ran longer yesterday was that weather was too cold and below freezing in the moving, and heat pump uses the heat strip , when is too cold outside to help the house to keep warm. Also, there is an air cycle installed to the upstairs system, to bring fresh air into the house . It will turn on every 10 minutes even when the thermostat is satisfied. This is a device that was installed by the builders, it came with the house and nothing to worry about.
Great service, no issues!
Austin was great! Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and overall excellent.
Replaced stems for a Sayco shower valve. Replaced all stems, escutcheon plates, and handles.
Today I came out due to system making a loud noise. Upon arrival I spoke with Alex and he informed me the outdoor system was making a loud noise and he turned the system off to prevent any further damages. I turned the system on and the compressor sounded like marbles were rattling inside of it. I checked refrigerant pressures and the low side was extremely low and super heat was extremely high. System ran for about 15 minutes and compressor cutoff after reaching high temperature. The high side pressure were normal. When I went to the furnace, I heard a loud buzzing noise. There were 2 transformers and one of them was causing the buzzing noise. The second transformer was not needed because it was only being used to supply 24 volts to the zone board. I removed the bad transformer and hooked up the 24 volts needed to the control board. The evaporator coil is oversized for the unit and I believe this is what causes the compressor to fail. The carrier system is only 2 years and is under t
