For this job and did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner discovered leak in the bathroom underneath the slab, underneath the wall that separates the bathroom from the adjacent closet
Replaced pressure reducing valve and main water shut off valve. Pressure is 65 PSI.
Found disconnect low voltage wire for ecm blower motor. I hooked it back up; found no other mechanical issues with the system. I checked the zoning, refrigerant pressures, blower motor, compressor and condenser fan motor and strip heat. I did find black biological growth inside the air handler; UV light is recommended to treat the black growth. I also recommend updating flood protection system for the hvac system and a homecare maintenance program. The homeowner declined all estimates at the time of service call.
Replaced 50 gallon electric water heater. Installed new water heater pan, water moisture alarm, service shut off valve, thermal expansion tank (strapped) and insulated water lines. No leaks, water is getting hot. Pressure is 80 , returning next Tuesday to replace pressure reducing valve.

Cleared blockage in kitchen sink by removing tubular p trap and tee. Tubular tee and p trap were filled with junk and debris.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. COIL REPLACEMENT: Pump down refrigerant. Remove and dispose of existing evaporator coil. Provide and install new 1.5-3 ton evaporator coil. Includes 3/8" liquid line drier, pressure testing refrigerant circuit with dry nitrogen to ensure no leaks, vacuuming to 600 microns or less to ensure no moisture, starting up the cooling system, and charging the unit to manufacturer's specifications. Performed a dig search in order to locate leak found leak due to shark bite fitting installed as a reducer from the 1 inch supply line to the three-quarter line that was run to the house installed Apex crimp reducer, and coupling in order to fix the leak and replaced dirt in the hole

Clear shower drain blockage Customer was experiencing intermittent blockage down shower drain, we ran k45 machine inside drain. We pulled back a small buildup of hair.
System has a refrigerant leak. Decided and charged system with 410a. Customer to leave out of town and come back next week. Scheduled an install supervisor for Tuesday morning to replace system
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. After completing rewiring, the thermostat started the system on heat and cool. System is very low on refrigerant charge. We need a refrigerant leak search using nitrogen.. Client will contact hormone insurance to file. The claim on repairs after the leak search is performed.
