For this job, I got the customer to sign up for a one system homecare plan. I proceeded to perform the homecare maintenance today. I began inspecting the indoor unit, cleaning the flame sensor and inspecting the blower wheel and burners. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar and checked all its electrical components. Then proceed to the outdoor unit and measured its electrical components as well as got pressure readings and temperature readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. The customer decided that he wanted the home care plan, but he wanted to pay it off for the full year. He explained to me that he had received $100 off and he would like to apply that for the payment. The payment was successful and I want to clarify that the customer has paid off his home care for the full year.
Investigated for a leak on a newly installed water heater, found that the T&P relief had went off draining into the pan, checked pressure and found the pressure was surging to over 150 PSI, replaced the PRV and set the pressure to 60 PSI Estimate to replace PRV
New shower drain with chrome grid / the new pvc st. 90* with pvc coupler and cleared shower drain with 25 foot top-snake cable (remove hair and general drain debris)

Troubleshoot breaker tripping -replace all outlets in master bedroom circuit -install new cover plates -replace old breaker with brand new one -redo all connections in switches and outlets
On this visit I… Installed a 20a circuit for freezer in garage. Ran new wire from panel to garage. Installed new gfi outlet in garage on back wall and texted work.
Recommendations: Replace broken panel cover. Install whole home surge protector on both panels. Install gfi protection for basement circuits. Provide water heater bonding. Run ground wire from PRV valve to the main electrical panel. Install ground bar for sub panel. Install dual function breakers for all circuits in the sub panel. Correct wiring in sub panel at the neutral lug. Label the sub panel. Install all fixtures properly in the basement. Install cover for outlet in the blue room. Provide permit so that power may be restored.
Jonathan the technician was personable, thorough in his inspection, and took the time to explain the issues and possible solutions to our issues. I would definitely recommend him and TE for services.
Customer has 12 y/o Lennox heat pump system that operates for whole house. System is not cooling due to low pressure levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Bad evaporator coil. Evaporator is very dirty. Blower wheel is very dirty. Significant mold presence. UV protection needed. Water protection is poor. Drain line installation is incorrect. Bad run capacitor. Condenser coils are very dirty. Compressor reading high amperage. Contactor is pitted. Ductwork is undersized for system. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Basic electrical diagnostics test on the dishwasher and the kitchen lights
Today we addressed a leak at the right-side sink in the master bathroom. Upon inspection, the hot water supply line was found to be kinked internally and not repairable. After reviewing options with the customer, they elected to replace both master bathroom faucets. We installed two new faucets along with new pop-up assemblies. A water pressure test was performed and measured at 60 psi, which is within the proper range. The home’s electric water heater is approximately 6 years old and is currently operating properly. After installation, all connections were thoroughly tested for leaks and proper operation. Both faucets are functioning as intended with no issues at this time.

Customer has 5 y/o Comfortmaker system that operates for main level. System was not heating due to very dirty filter causing tripped high limit switch. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Noticed poor water protection. Flue vent is held by tape. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Recommend UV BlueTube to target mold growth within system. Recommend iWave for air purification for system. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare maintenance program.

Customer thinks it’s open neutral wire Checking the Arc Fault Breaker/Devices
Attempt to clear blockage in hallway toilet Customer was experiencing a weak flush due to a blockage in the toilet. Upon arrival I tested for a mainline issue and after running water in the other fixtures only the toilet was being affected. I used the closet auger to attempt to clear the blockage and we were successful. I tested the toilet by flushing with tissue and without and everything was back to working properly.
Separate neutrals, redoing the pool panel adding GFCI protection.
Added GFCI protection to poo, sepersted neutrals, and installed ground rods
No go on give an estimate due to no access because of new soffit in place that we did not want to create damage to access to plumbing owners going to contact contractor to create access so we can do the repair….
