Reset garbage disposal Customer called us out due to stuck garbage disposal. Unit is only two years old, second time it has clogged up. Customer went with option to unjam disposal. We were successfully able to manually move the blades inside meon unit. Tested for leaks, clearing successful.

Clear blockage in kitchen sink Customer called us due to slow draining sink. Ran flex shaft in kitchen line to remove blockage causing slow draining in kitchen sink. Tested other fixtures in home for mainline blockage. Kitchen sink was only fixture being affected. Was able to successfully clear blockage. Removed sink gunk and spoon from drain. Reassembled all drains and tested for leaks. Clearing successful.

For this job, I worked on providing and installing two toggle switches that were later switched to decora switches. checked voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly. however, customer is not satisfied with the appearance of the switches because the rest of the house has custom switches that were put in during the new build. after speaking to service manager. We are returning next week as a courtesy to install the switches she is ordering for free. She will reach out to me once they arrive.

Toilet in upstairs hall bathroom is filling very slow. Toilet in master bathroom has a failed fill valve that will not shut off. Recommend to repair both toilets with minor rebuilds. Preformed minor rebuilds on all toilets in the house.

Arrived on site for repair on a no AC call. Made contact with customer, went outside swapped out boards. Went inside turned on AC, went back outside. Waited for five minute compressor delay. After five minutes AC kicked on everything is running. All ok at this time

Replaced shut off for front hose bibb

For this job, I got the customer to sign up for a one system homecare plan. I proceeded to perform the homecare maintenance today. I began inspecting the indoor unit, cleaning the flame sensor and inspecting the blower wheel and burners. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar and checked all its electrical components. Then proceed to the outdoor unit and measured its electrical components as well as got pressure readings and temperature readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. The customer decided that he wanted the home care plan, but he wanted to pay it off for the full year. He explained to me that he had received $100 off and he would like to apply that for the payment. The payment was successful and I want to clarify that the customer has paid off his home care for the full year.

Investigated for a leak on a newly installed water heater, found that the T&P relief had went off draining into the pan, checked pressure and found the pressure was surging to over 150 PSI, replaced the PRV and set the pressure to 60 PSI Estimate to replace PRV

New shower drain with chrome grid / the new pvc st. 90* with pvc coupler and cleared shower drain with 25 foot top-snake cable (remove hair and general drain debris)
