Replaced 2 toilets. Installed 2 faucets in master bathroom. Install flange extension on toilet in master bathroom.
Customer thinks it’s open neutral wire Checking the Arc Fault Breaker/Devices
Attempt to clear blockage in hallway toilet Customer was experiencing a weak flush due to a blockage in the toilet. Upon arrival I tested for a mainline issue and after running water in the other fixtures only the toilet was being affected. I used the closet auger to attempt to clear the blockage and we were successful. I tested the toilet by flushing with tissue and without and everything was back to working properly.
Separate neutrals, redoing the pool panel adding GFCI protection.
Added GFCI protection to poo, sepersted neutrals, and installed ground rods
No go on give an estimate due to no access because of new soffit in place that we did not want to create damage to access to plumbing owners going to contact contractor to create access so we can do the repair….

Troubleshot flickering lights in the kitchen. Checked all connections at the panel, switches, and the lights. Found back stabbed switches and loose neutrals at the breaker as well as in the switch boxes. The lights were on and never flickered the entire time I was there. Quotes were given to Redevice the switches and to install surge protection.
Whole House Electrical Check-up. Includes checking of all major electrical components and spot checking existing outlets and switches.
Home Inspection due to fallen tree

Great service customer care excellent price was just a little high, but overall very good service.
Upon arrival, found that toilet bolt was missing and causing leak all over floors and ceiling. Homeowner agreed to replacing toilet that was supplied to TE. After removing toilet, found that flange was installed too low, and a double wax ring assembly was installed to account for the flange being below the finished flooring. Advised homeowner that a flange extension would be needed to address the flange being too low.
Tested for gas leak… replaced 1/2 gas valve and whip to the upstairs furnace in the walk in attic

Troubleshoot loss of power to outlets in the master bedroom. All switches and outlets were found to be back stabbed and one was completely burnt up. The Gfci in the master bathroom was melted as well. Homeowner has been running space heaters off these outlets since her heating went out. She was made aware of the large draw that comes from space heaters and was told to be very mindful of running them with other things on at the same time. Circuit for master bedroom was Redeviced, surge protection was installed at the panel, and the grounds and neutrals were separated at the panel.
Arrived found unit calling for heat error code 12 low flame sense. Reset system. Unit would cycle flames come on blower not activating. Found dirty flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor. Reset and cycle system on. Unit now heating. Showing no error codes. Checked outdoor unit. Check capacitor, contactor, and pressures. All systems operating. No in-line safety or wet switch. Dirty blower wheel. Blower capacitor, and outdoor capacitor out of specs. Ducts are dirty. Dirty condenser coil.
For this job, we worked on doing a full home safety inspection. Replaced 1 damaged switch.
Water heater and PRV change
For this job, I removed and replaced a customer provided showerhead
Cleared blockage in upstairs hallway bathtub with tub gun cable machine. Customer also has service technician scheduled for tomorrow 12-3 to look at leaking faucet handles in bathrooms.
Performed routine maintenance inspection on 24 y/o Rheem furnace that operates for whole house. Furnace located in attic. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Noticed system has poor combustion. Heat exchanger is stressed. Ignitor is bad. Water protection is poor. Blower motor is failing. Blower wheelnis dirty. Drain line has improper pitch. System is R22 based. Due to overall condition of system, advised customer to seek options to replace system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Replqce customer supplied thermostat.
Performed whole home inspection. Found minor issues. Emailed realtor with options to make necessary repairs.
