Light bulbs were replaced in kitchen and living room lights.

Customer has 12 y/o Goodman heat pump system that operates for upper level. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Also, pressure levels are low indicating refrigerant loss. Condenser coils are very dirty. Drain line cleaning needed. Blower wheel is dirty. No water protection present. Plenums are not properly insulated. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Trouble shoot circuit

Today we replaced the master bathroom toilet with a new Kohler Highline Arc toilet. The original plan included replacing the toilet flange; however, after removing the existing toilet and inspecting the flange, we found it to be in good condition and replacement was not necessary. We also replaced the toilet supply stop and reinstalled the customer’s bidet seat. After installation, all connections were thoroughly tested for leaks and verified to be functioning properly. The toilet is operating as intended with no leaks at this time.

Performed a spot repair on main water service line. Turned off main inside house. And at water meter, seen were leak detection flagged leak site. Dug down about 2 1/2’, 3’ deep. To reach water main. Upon discovering was the blue poly from 2000’s original to home. Recommended to replace water main. Also stated to homeowner the connections at the blue pipe will not be warranted due to the nature of pipe and the age of the pipe. Found leak area pipe was setting on a rock and it finally cut through after the years of vibrations the pipe was making with running water through it. Cut out damaged sections of pipe, installed new pipe pressurizes line, turned water onto house, purged air out of all fixtures, backfilled hole and pack in pipe and dirt removed as many rocks as I was able to, covered flowerbed with black mulch and cleaned up, no leaks

Came out and performed minor kitchen sink drain rebuild. Pitch has been corrected and all connections are secured at this time. Tested for leaks as well and found no indication of leaking.

With this job, I conducted lead detection as a TGL for Arland Matic out of Eastside shop. During my investigation, I did introduce compressed air regulated to 50 psi onto the plumbing system via the rear hose bib on the home. Not long after airing up the main service did I discover the source of the leak inside the flower bed approximately 10 feet off the front of the home just to the right of the doorway Inside the flower bed/just inside of the border of the flower bed/area has been marked with flags.

Changed out the PRV and ball valve

We cut out the 90 that had a blockage. The customer was notified that further action would have to take place to permanently fix the problem.

TE Certified will cut Sheetrock and expose a 2” pvc drain and cut out the p-trap and ~5’ of piping. Following the drain replacement a camera inspection will be performed to assess if a phase 2 would be necessary. Ideally this would solve both problems but isn’t promised.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for upstairs syste, found dirty blower, dirty filter, no te flood protection, condensation pump failing and does not have. Pan, evap coil rusted and dirty due to lack of maintenance, OFM failed, dual run capacitor failed, compressor drawing high amps and grinding. Recommend replacing system due to age and cost of repair.

Replaced existing pressure regulator with new and set pressure to safe range. Replaced expansion tank and bracket to support tank and bring up to code. Ran water and tested all work.

I arrived to the customers home and one of our drain professionals attempted to clear a blockage through the master bathroom shower. Is cables would not get past a foot and a half mark through the drain and same goes from my camera. I cut a hole on the basement where water damage occurred to see where the drains were fully located in attempt to find why water dumped through the ceiling. I attempted to camera through the sink drains, but there is a double cross tee, which had me going through the other sink. The customer also showed me two hose bibs. He wanted replaced along with three shut off valves. The work is scheduled for tomorrow. it is known that this can turn into a two phase project. It may not be the full solution as to why water is going through the ceiling.

Customer called us out for slow draining kitchen sink, used flex shaft cable to clear blockage.

For this job, we worked on installing a new outlet in the bathroom for a future bidet.

Clear blockage in toilet Replace two fill valves in toilet fixtures Customer was experiencing a blockage on second floor master bathroom toilet. Customer also had concerns about bathtub drain draining slow. During our walk-through, we found two toilet fill valves making abnormal sounds when filling up. When testing water pressure to house, we read water pressure going up close to 90. Kitchen sink is dripping. Plumbing Technician scheduled for next Thursday to investigate further for water pressure. Ran closet auger inside toilet to clear blockage. Ran cable multiple times, we were able to successfully clear blockage. Tested toilet by flushing with toilet paper multiple times. I did not see any signs of toilet backing up again. Replace two fill valves on the second floor toilets. Tested all connections for leaks. Clearing successful.

Replace all kitchen outlet with customer provided outlets and gfi.
