Tested system not cooling for the office of the car wash. The manager told me that the system was freezing for the past couple of months. Tested and found that the breaker was tripped to the unit outside and this was due to a shorted compressor. This also took out the breaker itself on the panel of the building. Since the customer said that the unit was freezing before, I also attempted to search for a leak with a leak detector. Could not pinpoint any leak at this time and we would need to perform a nitrogen leak in order to find the leak.

For this job, it was required to me to replace a toilet that we have recently installed for a customer supply specialty toilet. The Kohler toilet was removed and relocated to the basement bathroom. The new toilet was installed and tested for leaks and no leaks were found. Also, the water supply for the toilet had to be moved and there was no issues with that. Our client is very satisfied and happy with the product and our services.

After doing a test to separate the house from the water meter of determine there’s a leak on the waterline outside of the home. This particular water piping that was used for the water service appears to be failing and how to recommend replacing. A new water service will be installed next week.

My Technician’s name is Gavin Torres. He provided me with several (no pressure to buy) options. The initial visit was no cost. He patiently listened and informed me that I needed a new water heater. After he left I call another company who send their technician to assess and he too informed me that I needed a new water heater but his information came at a cost.
