Had a third leak in 2 months in our main waterline, which of course meant it was time to replace it. Logan had worked on the other two leaks so came back out to investigate it. When he determined it was a third, separate leak from the other two, he gave me the option to either repair the third leak or replace the line. Once I decided to replace it, he got right to work. He did a temporary fix on the line so we could have water that day/night without my water bill continuing to rise. He also worked to figure out the best way to run the new line with minimal damage to my yard, walls, garage floor, and ceiling. He and Junior worked continuously and the new line was finished by the next day. Highly recommend.

Yael was awesome. I liked how he was knowledgeable and how efficient he was. He wasn’t afraid to ask questions and was a great communicator. I also like how he had great energy and didn’t make us feel like our questions were stupid ones. Sometimes there are people in these professions who could be excellent at their job but can make customers who aren’t as knowledgeable feel like any question they ask is a stupid one.
