Update kitchen outlets and switches

Came out today due to system not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated that they have just returned and he stated that the filter was dirty and he use changed it yesterday. Upon inspection of the crawl space found that a 2022 trane airhandler that the supply plenum was falling down and leaking air due to the system not being supported. Also found that the flood protection wasn’t wired, the condensation drain line has slow drawing due to build up in line and no uv protection on system. All 410 pressures and temp splits were great. All contactors and capacitors are within range and working properly. Upon presenting options with homeowner they agreed for option b with the homecare. System is currently up and running properly

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. Used toilet auger to clear clog. Tested multiple times with and without toilet paper. Customer satisfied.

came out to a cool. After doing the full diagnosis of the system, I found that the system had a refrigerant leak. This leak is typically at the evaporator coil. I offered to do a leak search to determine exactly is but also notified the customer that it’s 90% the evaporator coil. The pressures and temperatures are extremely low. The customer will need to make this repair in order for the system to operate according to specifications. This is a 2007 R410 A system and I offered to have an Install supervisor come out to quote new equipment.

Add 30 amp breaker with 30 amp outlet for RV.

Homeowner had us out today because they have a water leak in the basement. Upon arrival we noticed is that there is a large amount of water all over the floor in multiple rooms in the basement. We found that the condensate pump has failed. We also noticed that the current drains for the units are in very bad condition and will need to be replaced. We also noticed biological growth. We recommended replacing the pump and also updating both of the drain lines. We installed both switches on the systems and left them at the top of the system because there is still water accumulated on the floor. Cycled the pump and left main floor system cooling.
Today was the second occasion I had to require the services of TE Certified. I contacted the company concerning a different matter based on the outstanding service I received from their technician, Mike Pharr, who made several plumbing repairs for me recently. He returned today to fix a different issue and I couldn’t be happier with the work he performed. I highly recommend TE Certified.
I had a leak spring up under my bathroom sink & needed a “reputable” plumbing company. TE Certified came highly recommended & I was able to schedule service quickly to work around my crazy schedule. Not only was Mike very polite & knowledgeable, he pointed out some other problematic areas of my sink with recommendations as to how to repair them. I did not believe he was upcharging me as I could quickly verify from the internet the veracity of his claim. I highly recommend this company & have added their contact information to my speed dial.
Hi Kimberly! We’re so glad to hear Mike delivered the kind of honest, knowledgeable service we’re proud of. Thanks for putting your trust in us, and for making us a speed dial favorite!
Dalton was courteous, and informative .
