Installed customer supplied garbage disposal. Tested and checked for leaks. No issues present, no leaks present.

For this job , I came out and met with the homeowner where I was shown a disposal that has failed. The customer opted to replace the garbage disposal and also provided the disposal for installation. I removed and replaced old one with customer supplied garbage disposal. I double checked my work and tested for leaks.

2022 Carrier Heat pump & air handler. System is operating properly but was borderline freezing up due to refrigerant levels and dirty filter. I recommended adding refrigerant to prevent the system from freezing and the homeowner agreed. I added refrigerant and replaced the 20x20x1 filter. During this power on inspection I found several open junction boxes, the panel has several issues including the neutrals not being separated missing connector and missing panel blank. I also found that a light is not properly secured to the ceiling.

We are installing a gfci breaker for the dryer due to there not being one already.

Tech out for no cooling for upstairs and basement unit. Tech has performed an inspection on both units. Customer did not want me to inspect main level. Tech did take a peek at main level system and let customer know that both upstairs and main level units are R-22 systems and that there are no repairs available if major components fail the only option is replacing both systems. —————————ATTENTION EXPOSED WIRING ——————————————— Also tech highly recommend an electrician to come out and evaluate some wires that may be energized. On the back side of house there is a wire that has burned through the rubber cover and has burn marks on house. There is also wires hanging in basement that could be energized as well. Found system with a failed capacitor. I replaced the capacitor and verified that the system was operating at the end of service call. I checked the refrigerant pressures. The blower motor, compressor and condenser fan motor were all operating when I left.

Replaced failed PRV and whole-home emergency water shut-off valve in the crawl space. Set and confirmed new water pressure to the home at 65 PSI. Mounted and tested a new customer provided pot filler in the kitchen area, above the stove. Also installed a new customer provided kitchen faucet. Water heater is in a locked utility closet and was unable to be accessed by technician for pictures and safety inspection. Customer was not on site at time work was completed. All work completed was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Air was bled from the plumbing system through plumbing fixtures throughout the home. No cool who,e home. Found system to have failed capacitor not allowing compressor to turn on. Unit is low on r22, has high amp draw on compressor, damaged condensing coil, burnt contactor, cracked heat exchanger, high amp draw on blower, cracked heat exchanger, and dirty blower. System does not have drain line safety. Customer wanted dual capacitor today and is getting quote to replace equipment today. Notified customer system will freeze up due to low refrigerant. Informed them of no,es in heat exchanger advised not to use heat due to safety concerns and left thermostat in non heating position. Also informed customer TE will not do repairs on r22 refrigerant cycles.

Cleared drain lines for both systems. Upstairs system has a 12-13 degrees temp drop. Outdoor is overcharged and compressor amps are high. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
