Found unit operational but does have a restricted high side on the pressures, compressors is also drawing high amperage close to the amperage max for the running load amp max, there is not te flood protection, no drain pan, the blower is dirty did find traces of growth but are dry now . Due to the age of system and type of repairs needed would recommend replacement over repair of the system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Found pressure was very high. Replaced Prv and expansion tank that had gone bad. Tested everything and set pressure to 65 psi

Arrived to appointment and two supply registers were showing a few wet spots. Insulated the boots completely at this visit also on the metal duct in the master room there was exposed metal duct work so I spot sealed the exposed metal duct work at this visit as well. Collected signatures and confirmed email. System is operating at departure.

Full plumbing inspection performed. Recommendations: - Replace all plastic supply lines - pull and reset powder room toilet - minor repairs on all 3 toilets - replace upstairs hallway guest bathroom tub spout.

Today’s visit was for the system not cooling when I arrived the customer said the unit is still not cooling properly. When I arrived the customer said the unit will not maintain temperature in the home during day. I checked the delta T and it was at 20 degrees. I inspected the attic and found very minimal insulation and ventilation. I advised the customer that the attic needs to be blown with insulation. Also no flood protection present. The customer declined it at this time. Checked the outdoor unit and found the coils dirty. Customer approved chemical cleaning. Cleaned the coils and inspected operation. The unit is cooling. The house is approximately 2000 square feet. And the unit is only a 3 ton system. If the insulation doesn’t fix the problem then we will need to do a sizing calculation as the next step. The customer will let us know after it’s insulated if the issue is still occurring. Thank you for choosing TE certified

for this job, I came to look at a unit that was not cooling. After performing a thorough diagnosis, I was able to determine that the ECM blower motor has failed. I also presented other estimates to the customer such as upgrading flood protections, and cleaning the condenser coil. The customer agreed with having the blower motor replaced. I Proceeded to remove the old blower motor and properly install the new one properly securing all the connections and testing the unit to ensure that everything was working. After I had the unit on, I was able to get pressure readings. I did note that the head pressure is high due to the condenser coil being dirty which I highly recommend he gets cleaned. Came out to customers house due to a water issue. Notice condensate drain was completely clogged, run capacitor is out of manufacturer specs, blower wheel is extremely dirty, biological growth inside air handler, and recommended better water safeties. Customer went ahead and did all repairs and signed up for the maintenance plan. System is cooling properly at this moment. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

For this job, I came to look at a system in which the customer wanted the blower clean. I proceeded to offer an estimate to clean the blower as well as for him to join our maintenance plan. Today I came out to troubleshoot the wiring of a ceiling fan that had fallen recently, wiring looked fine, hooked up all connections and ceiling fan works as it should, damaged on ceiling was already there prior to my arrival. I also installed a Fan-Rated Speed Control switch and installed an outlet for the gas stove igniter .
