I was pleased with the service giving replacing our bathroom faucet. They were patient as I made a run to Home Depot to buy a new facet. They also did an inspection of our hot water heater and gave us some ideas of when to replace and estimates of options and cost. Very happy with the excellent customer service!

During today’s visit, we inspected the internal parts of the faucet to determine the cause of the issue. The faucet uses an older internal valve stem that is no longer manufactured. Because of the age of the faucet, replacement parts are very difficult to find and repairs would be unpredictable, with a high risk of continued leaking or Future failure. For this reason, repairing the existing faucet is not recommended, and faucet replacement would be the most reliable long-term solution. In addition, we evaluated the Home’s water heater and noted that it is approximately 20 years old. While it is currently operating, water heaters of this age are well beyond their typical life expectancy and may begin to fail without warning. Due to his age, there is an increased risk of leaks or loss of hot water, and proactive replacement should be considered to avoid potential damage or unexpected downtime. All findings and recommendations were reviewed with the homeowner, and options were discussed

Not one who does a lot of reviews, I’m extremely impressed with the HVAC Technician Jason Braunstein, and the company that he works for, TE CERTIFIED! A review is warranted. I’ve been a long time customer of one of TE Certified competitors for years, but after today, that loyalty may have come to an end. Needing my winter checkup on my Lennox gas furnace but not yet hearing from so mentioned competitor, as I normally do. I decided to call them and see if they could come out for a service call, the date is 12/23/25 but they didn’t have an available appointment for service until 01/15/26! That was unacceptable! I had many HVAC companies to choose from but remembering a jingle from the radio “TE CERTIFIED WE LOVE YOUR HOME” and checking the company’s reviews, all very good. I decided on them and made the call, and I’m sure glad that I did! The receptionist was very courteous and very helpful, and scheduled me an appointment that very same day! The Technician, Jason Braunstein arrived as scheduled and provided excellent service. He was very nice, polite, and very knowledgeable of my Lennox gas furnace. He inspected the furnace thoroughly! He adjusted the heating system to give our home the proper warm air temperature that matched the thermostat reading. He gave me a complete breakdown and inspection evaluation of my system, along with pictures, sent to my email very soon after he left. I was very impressed with TE CERTIFIED and must say that based upon the expertise of their employees and how “They Loved My Home” 🙂 I will be calling them again! Inspection today on furnace. System is in good condition and adjusted low stage heating in gas valve to 116 degree vent temperatures. Checked calibration of thermostat.
Perform a systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. System is working properly at this time, however notice biological growth is spreading around duct work, highly recommend to add a germicidal device to the unit to stop the spreading and purify the air. Kind of disappointed in the leak detection. I know it was a small leak and hard to find but, I had to pay y’all then get another company to find it . Your employee was great, but having to pay twice was not great.

Storage room switch
Testing system not heating for the entire clubhouse. Found that the unit was not getting power in from the stack switch. Today we went ahead and replaced the stack switch and the system is working with no issues at this time.
Te certified will use a sewer jet to temporarily identify the remaining run of the pipe to possibly offer a rerouting option
For this job I came to see why customer was not getting hot water. I found that the connections on the water heater were faulty and not getting electrical current to the water heater. I re stripped the wires and added new wire nuts to make connections. After that was done I was getting proper electrical current to the unit and it fired up. Tested and left work area clean.
Run cable machine inside cleanout Customer was experiencing main line backup affecting whole house. We ran k750, brought back roots. Clearing was successful and we setup camera inspection. Customer had partial mainline repipe done by other company but did not solve root issue.
After discovering our plumbing problem was a little more involved, Mr Mays had to come out to replace some of the drain from our laundry room. The plumbing is in our crawl space (unfortunately) but Mr Mays did the install as if it were inside the kitchen. He took pictures and sent me the work...which was perfect. Can't beat TE Certified and it truly is because of people like Mr Mays. Thank you!
Replace a 15’ section of 3” ABS drain pipe in crawl space due to a significant belly which is causing water to accumulate and clogs to form.
Estimate to replace full service line
Replaced all of flue pipe, tested system and everything ran great. System ran without any error codes. Temperature went up on thermostat. Opened doors to room upstairs to help circulate air flow better and that helped a lot for system. Will return to install the flue temperature sensor when it comes in.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today were completed.
Run 400 cable and clear blockage, set toilet on new wax ring Camera inspection follow up Customer was having mainline blockage affecting toilet,sink,washer, and kitchen sink. The other fixtures were draining fine because they were tied on a different stack. Ran k400 in drain and were able to clear blockage. When testing washer machine a little amount of water would push back but then drain immediately, possible slope issue. We left toilet off for camera tech.
System was heating upon arrival. Customer stated she had issue with program on the thermostat but she figured it out. I offered thermostat replacement options and we went ahead with basic thermostat today. Also looked at filters while we were here and all 3 needed changed. Offered maintenance plan. No failures at this time.
Came in today for a no heat call. When testing main floor system found that igniter had failed and inducer motor is constantly cycling on and off causing hitting mode to fail. Proceed to also test heating for upstairs system, considering that furnace are the same years old. Also found that upstairs system inducer motor is on his way out and igniter will proceed to fail right after. Let costumer know and presented options also giving the option of furnace upgrade.
