Today I performed a troubleshoot after half of the homeowners house stopped working. I found that one of the incoming connections to the outside meter has been lost. Im receiving 120 volts incoming from ga powers side instead of 240. The issues is on their side and not ours. We held off on any repairs until the proper power has been restored and were able to confirm the accuracy of the damages if any.

Installed a utility sink and macerating toilet outside under the porch. Ran cold water to both. Tested the water lines and drain lines for leaks.

Replace two ceiling fans and bedrooms and added a new circuit in basement for a treadmill

Performed a home inspection upon inspection noted some of the fixtures recommended to be repaired and replaced. Also noted the bathroom group was not roughed in properly as the tub n shower, kitchen sink, lavatory was piped into the toilet ejection pump. The tub n shower was disconnected due to backing up and the line was low. Also, quoted for installing a sewage ejection can with oump and busting the floor and redoing the bathroom were the fixtures would be working and piped properly. Changed out supply stops hot n cold for half bathroom lavatory faucet, repaired the leaking shower heads with teflon tape and tightened properly. Drained house cut out old stops installed new stops and repaired, pressurized home, purged air out of fixtures tested every fixture. House static pressure is 45 psi, expansion tank working properly and 50 psi, water heater is out of warranty and is in good condition from what can be seen. No leaks

Today I performed a troubleshoot on a kitchen light that wasn’t fully working. Upon inspection I found that the tube wasn’t twisted into the socket properly and so the bulb would barely light up. The ballast would buzz loudly and the tube would flicker even after being properly installed. I purchased an under counter light fixture from Home Depot and installed it in the kitchen. Since the light is from Home Depot we cannot warranty the light however we can warranty all our workmanship. New light was installed, tested, and is working properly.

Installed manual damper for current system to redirect airflow for main level and push more air upstairs. The system is operating in manufacturer’s specifications. Thanks again for choosing TE Certified.

Leak from T&p drain line Found expansion valve was tied into the T&p drain line. Expansion valve had failed causing water to continuously drip on back patio Cap off expansion valve feed and straight pipe the T&p drain line

Toilet in the primary bathroom is continuously running. A broken flush valve is allowing water to seep by. Removed and replaced all components within the tank of the toilet. Filled with water and flushed multiple times to test. The toilet is no longer running and is now flushing properly.

Replaced 50 Gallon Electric Water Heater in garage.

Replaced the toilet and emergency shut off valve for the downstairs half bathroom.

Found evap coil leaking. Will replace evap coil under manufacture and labor warranty. Labor warranty expired 2 months ago. Recommended customer sign back up with maintenance plan. Outdoor coil needs a coil cleaning. Customer signed back up on maintenance plan x2 systems. Will return with coil.

Replaced pressure reducing valve and expansion tank in garage. Pressure to house was 100 psi before replacing and after replacing it was adjusted to 65 psi. Life time guarantee on craftmenship . Leak In yard and possibly in slab outside bathroom.

Performed water leak search on upstairs hall bathroom group. Tub/shower, toilet and lavatory. Underneath bathroom group water damage in garage ceiling. Cut ceiling, ran shower for 20min. Checked tub spout to ensure no water was running behind it down copper supply spout and dropping back to bottom of tub onto subfloor in. Also, during inspection the tram place was not caulked and had a visible gap in it. Flushed toilet 6 times. Toilet bowl is loose and not properly Secured to the floor. Recommend a pull and reset to be able to look at the toilet flange to ensure not damaged. Cut ceiling out in garage, noticed visible water in couple spots. None when running shower nor when flushing toilet. Possible running down behind trim plate in tub n shower. Caulked tub n shower and informed homeowner no warranty on caulking fixtures due to caulk will wear out and is not a permanent solution. No leaks

Removed 1998 water heater to replace with new 50 gallon Rheem heater. Replacement included all brand new copper piping and fittings, expansion tank and strap, 1/4 turn ball valve shut off, new venting, pan, leak alarm, gas shutoff and whip with new gas sediment trap. Also installed new PRV and main shutoff valve with minor water line repair where water main entered basement. Pressure set to 70 psi

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Replace tub spout diverter in hall bathroom.

Replace 2 old faulty flood lights

Remodified flue vent type B for water heater and furnace. Confirmed proper pitch and not touching combustibles. Water heater is venting at this time.

For this job, I came to perform a visual inspection on a system in which the plumbers thought the leak was coming from the condensate drain line. I proceeded to take a look at the system the drain and it’s pitch. I did see that the water was properly flowing, but explained to the customer that I will create an estimate if she wanted to replace that drain with a condensate pump. While Here I also explained about the homecare maintenance and the benefit of the plan will be. She understood and agreed to join our maintenance plan. Ran to dedicated circuits, terminating below the deck for a smoker and outdoor toilet.

We finished running (2) 20 amp, dedicated circuits from the panel to below the deck for a future, outdoor toilet and smoker.

Service upgrade, whole home Redevice, garage door outlet

Arrived for inspection on Lennox AC and furnace for main floor and Lennox furnace and Trane AC for upstairs. Inspected thermostat operation. Inspected electrical wiring and terminals. Inspected furnace safety’s. Inspected amperage on all motors. Inspected refrigerant pressures/levels. Inspected ductwork. Found combustion motor over amping for main floor Lennox and igniter with the potential for failure. Found main floor AC low on charge. Did not specifically find leak. Recommended starting components for both systems be replaced along with adding a kickstart for compressors which are 10 years old. Customer wants estimates emailed to him.
