Repaired front hose Bibb, put in new washers on shutoff stem and packing nut. Could not replace main top hat packing nut washer. No warranty on hose Bibb repair due to age of hose Bibb and washer may not seat properly. Recommended new hose Bibb replacement. Also, as a courtesy insulated and tagged main, front,rear hose bibbs, water heater lines and valves. Because they were in garage and not conditioned space. Shut off front hose bibbs, drained line, removed handle and stem. Replaced washers, put fixture back together, pressurized fixture, tested fixture, no leaks.

Run new wire for AC unit Install new 35 amp breaker

Removed and replaced the thermal expansion tank. Properly mounted the tank onto a fixed surface. Purged air from the water lines. Tested with no leaks.

Run new circuit from panel to microwave location and install new 20amp GFCI Breaker.

For this job, I came to look at a system that would intermittently tripped the fuse. Once I arrived, the system was working, but I proceeded to diagnose and noticed several incorrect wiring as well as a potential short with the upstairs thermostat. I provided an estimate to replace one thermostat or both and the customer agreed to have both installed. I proceeded to properly install two ecobee thermostats, linking it to the customers phone and testing it in all functions to ensure that everything was working. Thank you for choosing Te certified.

Today’s visit was to check water leak in the basement mechanical closet. When i arrived i found the vinyl tubing for one of the mini split heads not ran to the outside of the home. I got the tubing through the wall and secured. Also cleaned the filters for the mini split. Checked cooling operation. It is cooling at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

Provide an install dedicated 20 amp circuit underneath the deck that will be arc fault protected, and ground fault protected. This outlet will be surface mounted with conduit on the inside. There will be an option to recess the outlet in the brick.

Today’s visit was for the system not cooling. When I arrived the customer said the system was just blowing warm air. I checked the thermostat. Check the indoor unit. Customer recently replaced the filter. I checked the blower and low voltage connections. No flood protection present. Gave estimate for flood protection. I checked the outdoor unit. I found the condenser coils extremely dirty. Also no low voltage present to the outside unit. I found the thermostat wire bad in the wall. Gave customer multiple options for repair. Customer approved the repair recommended. I pulled new thermostat wire from the condenser unit to the furnace in the garage. Wired the condenser back in. Installed hard start kit. Chemically cleaned the condenser coils. Checked cooling operation. The system is cooling at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

For this job, we worked on installing a customer provided floodlight.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Came in today because system was not cooling on the 2nd floor. TE install evaporator coil and outdoor condenser a year ago. When inspecting system found that there was an airflow issue. System is located in the crawlspace and feeds main floor and second floor. This system does not count with any zoning and only have one thermostat, causing first floor to get colder and not letting enough air in the 2nd floor. Explain costumer options and let them know that would be best adding a second equipment for second floor. Costumer would like to get quotes for second system option.

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater in basement that had ruptured.

Replaced existing 1 1/4” PRV with new. Installed new shower cartridge and handle. Ran water and tested all work. Mentioned possible repipe options in the future to clean up existing water distribution inside of mechanical room.

Installed Streamlabs to the main water line in basement guest bedroom access panel. Cannot pair Streamlabs with homeowners current network. Homeowner is on a 5 ghz network with 4 WiFi extenders. Due to entire network being on a 5 ghz band, it is unable to pair with the Streamlabs as Streamlabs is only compatible with 2.4 GHz band. Homeowner is going to contact their internet service provider to see if they can get a solution to have a 2.4 GHz band run to one of the extenders to pair with Streamlabs.
