Arrive quickly and was helpful

Customer has 15 y/o Lennox system that operates for main level that is not cooling properly due to damaged return ductwork. Dirty filter. Numerous failing components. Dirty condenser coils. Dirty evaporator coil. Customer also has 17 y/o Lennox system that operates for upper level that was not operating due to low batteries. Replaced customer supplied batteries. Noticed several issues and failing components as well for system. Dirty condenser coils. Overall condition of both systems are poor. Advised customer to seek options for system upgrades. Customer declined at this time.

Upon arrival found a very slow leak stemming from the hot side supply line. Supplied and installed new hot and cold supply lines to kitchen faucet. Turned water on and tested for leaks.

For this job, I completed a one system, homecare maintenance. I tested the unit and heat and cool to ensure that everything was working. I cleaned the flame sensor, inspected the blower wheel and burners. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and chemicals. I Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and all its electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates.

Arrive checked upstairs system. Checked all electrical and amperage. Checked blower wheel and evaporator coil. No in-line safety or wet switch. Checked capacitor, contactor, and pressures. Suction pressure is high. Bearing grease on condenser fan motor. Compressor amperage is low. Highly recommend system replacement due to age repair cost, and efficiency of system. scheduled comfort consultant Thursday, June 12, 2025. 2 PM through 5 PM. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Check systems for homecare and found no wet switch or safety switch on either system recommend investing into a new system for the main floor.

New oven and dryer circuits

Second floor system found AC coil cabinet leaking water due to bad airflow. Blower motor is going bad. Bad blower capacitor. Blower wheel is dirty. Condenser coil is dirty. No in-line safety or wet switch. Bad insulation on evaporator coil cabinet. Furnace is extremely old manufactured 1965 through 1981. Water in auxiliary pan. Outdoor disconnect, deteriorating and old style breaker. Main floor system. Found bad condenser fan motor. Bad capacitor. Pitted contactor. Disconnect deteriorating and old-style breaker. No in-line safety or wet switch. Unit R22 year 2000. Recommend system replacement on both systems. Any and all repairs would be Band-Aids.

Troubleshoot Lighting Issue, Replace Dimmer, and Install Flood

SERVICE CALL: Upon arrival homeowner stated the second floors HVAC system is leaking water and already damaged the ceiling. After complete troubleshooting I found the system is in Poor maintenance Conditions the main drain lines is completely stopped up and water overflow from drain line and damage the the floor unit don’t have any kind Of safety’s to prevent water damage gas furnace is 26 years old poor conditions the ac and coil are 11 years old . By homeowner request repair and clean drain line only we can’t guarantee this will not happen again Recommend 3 safety in line switch, drain pan switch and wet switch Customer declined recommendations at this moment. Repair and clean drain line plus flush drain line with 3 gallons of water. DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. THANKS FOR CHOOSING TE CERTIFIED.

Replaced old water heater with new Rheem 50 gal water heater. Replaced washing machine box ,due to failed valves.

Upon arrival, I spoke with the customer about their recent incident with the HVAC unit going out and that because they were having TE certified service the HVAC they also wanted us to give them an idea on the standing of their electrical system. I opened up the main panel and inspected to see if there were any obvious issues as well as went and inspected the meter base. Upon inspection of the meter base, I found that the ground line was not secured to the existing ground rod and was hanging loose. In addition to this, I found four breakers and the panel that were not UL listed to be inside the panel. I read the customer multiple estimates and after speaking for a while, we came to the agreement that fixing the grounding and the breakers was of the highest priority. After agreement, I proceeded with reconnecting the main ground to the ground rod and changing the breakers. In between the customer asked if I could also add changing two fixtures to the estimate. Very puncture on arrival time; excellent service; courtesy; knowledgeable; cost/price of service seems to be OK; provided some discount for multiple services on same day; my water heater still under warranty but I have to return Home Depot for warranty exchange in order to receive partial discount left on the heater warranty, but TE does not provide exchange warranty with Home Depot.
