Replaced main panel in garage. Added a transfer switch and a subpanel off of a 100 amp breaker. It is a portable all electric generator and it doesn’t require any transfer switch. Jamie and I did a ton of research and Jamie said that we do not need to install one. Smoke detectors were added/replaced throughout the house. Surge protection was installed. House was checked and is all working properly with no breakers tripped and everything labeled properly.

Troubleshoot fan in living room. Troubleshoot smoke detectors chirping throughout the home. Multiple carbon combo detectors in the upstairs hall were already removed when I arrived. We took down the combo detector in the downstairs hallway as well as the smoke detector in the bedroom to the left at the top of the stairs. Multiple taps were bad. We couldn’t guarantee existing smoke detectors working properly. Homeowner stated that they planned on selling and weren’t interested in this investment at this time. We also took the bulb out of the oven vent at the homeowners request. Ceiling fan in the living room had a bad tap. We corrected that issue as well as changed the batteries for the remote. Everything tested and working properly.

Tested system not cooling for the main level/basement. Found that the system was extremely low on refrigerant and this was due to a leaky evaporator coil. Today we completed the immediate repairs which included replacing the evaporator coil, replacing capacitor for the blower motor, and cleaning the condenser coil outside. After repairs were completed, we tested the system fully and no failures at this time.

Came to address customers concerns about thermostat. Eco+ was enabled causing thermostat to jump around, we have came out several times reguarding thermostat issues. Recommended a much simpler T6 thermostat with two stage capabilities. Homeowner approved. Programmed thermostat and adjusted settings to homeowners liking. Cool and heat mode only, backlight always on, no schedule. Equipment is functional at my departure. Additional calls for thermostat issues will be assessed a $98 service fee.

Upon arrival I tested for a mainline issue and after running water in the other fixtures and only the shower was being affected. I tested the other bathroom groups to ensure we had proper flow. On this visit I… Checked previous work that I performed and everything was good as far as installation, but GFCI was bad and would not reset even with good power going to line side. I then replace box, outdoor rated gfci, and installed new bubble cover for other back door outlet on back porch. Tested all work and everything is working great.

We had an ongoing electrical issue that far exceeded anything I could do. I booked an appointment with TE Certified and within minutes, I had a day, time, and the name of a technician that would be coming to my home. Ron Oliver (and also Evan) arrived exactly when he said he would, which made it much easier for me to make sure someone was home. Upon seeing the issue, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and go over several ways to approach fixing it. At all times he kept me involved in the process, from showing me why it was happening, to showing me exactly how he was going to fix it. He never spoke down to me, but rather as a peer. He went over all the options of what could be done and brought issues to my attention that I was not aware of. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell me. Once we agreed on the repairs (again, I never felt pressured), Ron and Evan got to work. They were professional through and through and after all the repairs were done, Ron walked me through each aspect and addressed any questions I had.
