Customer called us out for a main drain stoppage. This is a commercial style building. Water is backing up in all of the floor drains and the floor cleanout. I will attempt to remove stoppage by using the K 400 snake machine. I was successfully able to remove stoppage. I tested with lots of water and made sure that everything was draining properly. There was a lot of waste and foreign debris that was stuck in the drain line. Recommended that the customer use grates or some kind of screen to prevent debris from falling into the drain line when they clean the floors nightly. Everything is draining properly at this time. Customer is very satisfied.

Install new 50 gallon gas fired water heater 6 year warranty.all work was tested and documented with pictures.

No cool whole home. Found system frozen leaking water into emergency drain pan. Thawed system. Found system to be low on r22 high amp draw on compressor, faulty bypass damper, no flood protection, weak capacitor, burnt contactor, burnt control board in air handler, dirty ac and dirty blower wheel. Customer getting quote to replace system on Tuesday at noon.

The customer has a slab leak on the cold side of his home. I was able to isolate it. he is proceeding forward with leak detection Monday with a timeframe of 9-10 AM. After the slab leak is marked, TE certified will return in order to provide an accurate upfront quote. Customer was explained that typically it’s a 90/10% split for accessing the pipe and doing the pipe repairs.

Install Weatherking 2.5 ton 14.3 seer2 efficiency single stage air conditioner, all aluminum cased evaporator coil, 80% efficient 75,000 BTU single stage gas furnace for whole house in the basement.

Update old electrical service add new main disconnect, new bigger breaker panel ,smoke detectors , dual function breakers and surge protector as per existing electrical code.

Replace GFI for front porch and install new bubble cover, replace Kitchen countertop GFI.

Pulled and reset master bathroom toilet with new wax seal and bolts, installed a new straight shutoff valve with supply tube.

Water heater producing warm water. Drained the water heater and removed and replaced the thermostat and elements from the water heater. Filled the water heater and pressurized. The water heater is heating and has a good reading.

Miss Bloomsfield had a vacuum breaker on the left side of the home that was spraying water every time she used it, we decided to replace the vacuum breaker by drilling the old one out and installing a new one. New vacuum breaker no longer sprays.

Cut drywall around small hole that customer had already made .made hole bigger so we could work in the space cut out bed section of three-quarter inch copper at a Tee then swing jointed the pipes so it would not rub a hole in the half inch pipe. Turned water back on bled air out of the system tested all fixtures have hot water.

Replace old outlet with new tamper resistant outlet by curling copper and tightening it’s around screw terminations. Figure out why half of bedroom works then stops working

Leak detect came out and the approximate location and depth was narrowed down to a 3x3xft area. The depth of the mainline requires a mini excavator, and depending on the pipe the warranty may be void. New estimates were given with new information.

Found water leaking from drain line behind wall on the main level. Drain disconnected or broken behind wall. Condensers outside were dirty. Also found subpar flood protection. Rerouted both drains to the vent stack via condensate pump and vinyl tubing. Install two SS1 safety switches. Installed two drain pan wet switches. Clean both outdoor condenser coils.

Customer has 6 y/o 2-zone Lennox heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. Checked amp draws. Recommend water protection upgrade. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Customer recently replaced 18x20x1 filter. Condensate drain line is clogged. Repaired and cleaned drain line. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth buildup. Dampers are operational. Noticed no bypass damper for zoning system. Recommend 10” bypass. Pressure levels were normal. Water rinsed coils. Condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working. Recommend duct cleaning as well.

For this job, I completed a one system, homecare maintenance. I tested the unit and heat and cool to ensure that everything was working. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar as well as inspected the blower motor and burners. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates.

Bypassed all copper in slab by running new PEX lines through ceiling and walls. Reconnected to existing above ground copper for upstairs bathrooms and laundry. Replaced back hose bib and installed new shutoff.

For this job, I worked on a dryer vent that was not properly connected to where it terminates. I began by snaking out the dryer vent and essentially getting rid of all the lint and excess debris that was trapped. I then proceeded to connect the flue vent and properly securing it with clamps. I finished by testing the dryer and verifying correct airflow and that the flap outside was properly opening and closing.

Customers 9 year old gas water heater was off upon arrival. I was able to turn it back on but the gas control valve is flashing seven times indicating that the valve isn’t working properly. I’ve expressed my concerns with both homeowners, explained in detail the next step would be to replace due to the units age. The water heater is on at this time but it may not stay on for to long. Customer is aware.
