Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home unit. Furnace is 16 years old and ac coil is 31 years old. Customer had power failure caused by store that cause a power surge.Found failed control board,failed transformer, no flood protection,dirty blower wheel, filing run cap. Due to age of unit and cost or repairs recommended replacing system. Will need to do repairs to find if any other electrical components are damaged. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replacing/strapping the weatherhead and roof boot

Removed sheet rock in ceiling of kitchen where damage was evident, restored water and found no signs of water leaking from water lines in area. Ran water in all fixtures of master bathroom to check drain line, found no water to be coming from any of those lines either. Checked attic for possible water run from vent line, pipes and insulation are dry.

Flushed tankless water heater installed new recirc pump

Customer had concerns of water coming from system. Noticed water stain roof paneling. No water was in pan. Wood paneling near secondary pan was discolored. Also, noticed water stain on flue venting. Customer signed up for HomeCare Program. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Performed blower wheel cleaning. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Recommend Apco Ultra for advanced air purification. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Performed condenser coil cleaning. System is currently working.

Water pressure in home is above what should be present. This will voids all warranties of all fixtures inside of the home unless this is taken care of by replacing the pressure regulator.

Resecure meter housing to wall.(Power company requires a permit for them to turn power back on once work is completed and will not require any further updates to electrical system.) Upon arrival, customer notified me that the meter base has come off of their home. Customer has reached out to Walton EMC to have power killed to the home. We are providing the customer with an estimate to resecure the existing meter base to the home with proper tap screws and also silicone the meter base to prevent water from protruding into the electrical cabinet affecting electrical components. After doing a further evaluation of the meter base while we were trying to resecure it, we noticed that the TA that goes into the meter can was broken when it settled. We will need to install a new PVC pipe 2 1/2 inch with an expansion coupling. We will also need to install straps to ensure the PVC pipe is fastened to the dwelling. Walton EMC will be responsible for extending their wires to reach the new meter

Home is only 2 years old. Emergency heat strips tested and working. However had to run white wire directly to green fan wire for now in order to get emergency heat. Zone board does not have intuitive functions to control emergency heat like Honeywell. Should consider replacing zone board as well. Found compressor grounded out and trips breaker immediately upon resetting. There is barely any 410-a in system. Customer said evaporator coils were recently replaced. This means that either the new coils are leaking, the braze was not good, or there is another undiagnosed leak somewhere in system. Compressors are not likely to fail and possible causes of this could be manufacturing defect, but also could be from contamination in the lines when repairing system previously. Nitrogen test is necessary to confirm and find all leaks in system and provide a full estimate to repair. 2x4 found leaning against air handler, it is loose and could potentially go through ceiling. Should be removed.

For this job, we re-ran the wiring for the patio heaters within the walls.

Customer has a 210a tankless water heater. We call tech support to confirm our findings. Diagnosed tankless Navien water heater. code came up 348. Bad recirc pump. We have the part number (30010780c) need to order new one

Found broken cartridge inside Toto faucet in bathroom Tried to locate cartridge, it is special order Customer elected to go with new faucet instead of waiting for parts Purchase new single hole faucet Remove old faucet and install new faucet with new supply lines Install new pop up drain Adjusted water heater temperature to 120 degrees per customer Also, T&P drain for water heater (above bathroom) is not properly installed If it pops off it shall flood the ceiling and the unit below Recommend to run drain line to existing hub drain or to the outside of the building out back

Perform a systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. Unit is running, however there are some issues that need to be addressed, let costumer know and left details and options including a system upgrade considering the year of manufacture. Our client reached out to us in reference to having the need to replace a kitchen sink faucet that was dripping from the handle. Client also had a garbage disposal that was installed incorrectly along with improper drain work for application. The new kitchen foil has been installed and draining system has been replaced. It was tested for leaks, and no leaks were found.. Our client does have an electrical issue with the garbage disposal and how they recommend reaching back out to us to schedule an appointment to resolve this matter

Tech arrived to perform HomeCare maintenance on two systems in home. Inspected systems. Changed out 16x25x1 filter for downstairs system. Replaced AprilAire 413 filter for upstairs system. Noticed upstairs UV light was not operational. Cleaned inducer ports, flame sensors, furnace cabinets. Flushed drain lines and verified condensate pump was operational. Checked outdoor units. Noticed capacitor for downstairs condenser was failed and in need of replacement. Brought recommendations to customer. Customer agreed to replace upstairs UV system with BlueTube UV, add APCO-X UV system to downstairs, and replace downstairs outdoor capacitor. Replace 15 year-old water heater that had persistent leak from Tmp with new 50 gallon Rheem water heater
