As we arrived today, Amodu explain to us he had areas of the house with no power. After checking the electrical panel, we found three different breakers that were tripped and one that was improperly installed. After removing the electrical panel cover, we found the breaker that was improperly installed was the wrong type breaker for the panel. The breaker that was installed was for a plug-in neutral panel, and this was not that type panel. This is a pigtail neutral panel only. After examining the breaker, you could see where it was arcing where the plug-in neutral tries to connect to the panel. Since there’s no plug-in neutral there, it was touching the metal on the panel, which was making it arc. From what I can see, that’s possibly what was making the other breakers trip since they were dual function breakers. Once those breakers were reset all power was restored to those areas. We removed the incorrect breaker and installed a new 20 amp Cutler hammer BR dual function breaker. Once

Customer had leak coming from CPVC line behind fireplace for hose bib coming from the slab. Attempted to replace CPVC shut off in garage to allow them to turn the water off. Shut off does not lead to that particular hose bib nor the other one on the side of the home. Found line to be exposed on slab, so kept the area coming out of slab on the exterior of home. Leaving estimate to run new line through ceiling to reattach hose bib No warranty can be given on repairs due to high pressure and existing CPVC

A great experience! I found TE certified to have a great customer service, extremely competent and very considerate. Everybody that worked on my project from Isaac to the plumbers William keenum and kyle Eubanks did a superb job. Despite below freezing conditions at night they worked hard and cleaned up well after finishing the job. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Thank you so much.

TE certified will Cut out and replace a 3” x 4” closet 90 going through the foundation of the home and hand dig 3 to 4 feet outside using hydraulic cement and roofing tar as a correct seal around the penetration. The work performed by TE certified would come with a lifetime workmanship warranty. Installation: We repiped the old sewer penetration. The existing pipe was damaged due to foundation settling. We cut out and removed the pipe that was damaged and replaced with new PVC. Tied new PVC into existing plumbing system, then we sealed the outside and inside of the penetration. Tested everything thoroughly ensuring no leaks and proper drainage. Backfilled our excavation site. Then we cleaned up work areas.

Came out to a no heat. After diagnosing the system we found that the 2018 goodman R410a system was wired incorrectly. We found that the wiring was wrong at the indoor and outdoor unit. We also found that the zoning board was wired wrong as well. We recommended that the customer have the system wired properly so that we can further diagnose the system. After adding on a transformer and continuing to diagnose the system we also found that the zoning board is not sending voltage to the out door unit. The zoning board will need to be replaced in order for the system to function correctly. The outdoor unit is also making a very loud sound as I manually engaged the contactor to check pressures.

Performed 1 system diagnostics in a 2009 Carrie lr furnace: I found that the flame sensor was dirty and the blower motor capacitor had almost completely failed; blower motor sometimes would not be able to run. With the homeowners permission; I cleaned the flame sensor and replaced the blower motor capacitor. I also flushed the drain line with gallons of water and I added enzymes and clean out tablets. I replace the air filter 1) 16x30x1. I run the furnace multiple times and verified that it was operating and heating at the end of service call. I monitored the home for Carbon Monoxide with my detector after the furnace has been running for an extended period of time 0 ppm found. I emailed several estimates for recommended repairs to prevent future system failures and to help prevent water damage to the home. Homeowner advised me that she is on a fixed income. The drain line needs more of a slope, the flue pipe needs to repaired (partially replaced with new flue pipe, a new inducer mot
