Upon arrival found there was no power to zone board. Found loose wire nut connection inside air handler. Tightened all connections and system fire up. Ran system for almost an hour, no trips or short cycles. Heat strips are running when called for as well. System has inline flood switch and pan switch as well. Recommend joining maintenance plan and installing iaq on system as there is none on it. System is heating on departure.
As we arrived today, Mr. Sparla explain to us the breaker controlling power to his dishwasher was tripping and would not reset properly. After trying to reset it a couple times you could tell the breaker was defective inside. We removed the defective breaker and replaced it with a new dual function Eaton CH breaker. Once the breaker was installed, everything worked properly again. It was great meeting you today Mr. Sparla! If we can help you with anything else, please feel free to give us a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon
Today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that their system would turn on and then cut back off in heat mode. Pond inspection of the unit found that the flame sensor had buildup on it, causing it not to sense the flame, the electrostatic filter was completely impacted with dust and debris causing the system to shut off on high limi. After cleaning the flame sensor and the filter and starting the unit back up, everything ran properly. Upon further inspection found the blower wheel to be dirty, the flue pipe was not up to code, and there was no flood protection for the system. Also found rust spots in the heat exchanger. Upon completion of a combustion analysis found that the heat exchanger is still operating properly. All other heating elements were working properly. Upon speaking with customer made customer aware that the heat exchanger does have rust spots, and that this could lead to a failed heat exchanger. Customer declined any repairs at this tim
Extremely thorough, extremely informative, 5 star professional
Came out because the customer was concerned about his unit not heating. After fully diagnosing the system I found that the customer had a bad thermostat. I also found that the capacitor was out of range and the outdoor unit is amping a little high. The customer decided to just stick with the thermostat replacement. I ran the unit for 30 minutes and the system is working accurately to specifications.
Replaced sub panel in upstairs bedroom closet, new 24 space Square D panel with all dual function breakers and whole home surge protector. For this job, I was called out to troubleshoot a breaker that had tripped once and to diagnose an outlet in the basement mechanical room that was not functioning. During inspection, I discovered that the non-working outlet was controlled by a switch intended for future under-cabinet lighting. This is a new home, and the basement is currently unfinished but is designed to eventually include a full kitchen. The builder installed the switched outlet in the mechanical room to serve a future transformer for the under-cabinet lighting system. Adjacent to the switched outlet, I found a junction box containing the circuit designated for the future basement kitchen outlets. To ensure that the mechanical room had access to constant, unswitched power, I installed two new outlets from that junction box. Regarding the breaker issue, I was unable to recreate the tripping condition while on-site. The breaker had tripped only once for the customer and did not trip again during testing. As the home is

Today’s service call was to troubleshoot a non-functioning dryer outlet. The customer recently purchased a new dryer that had been tested and verified to be operational at the store. Upon inspection, I discovered that the existing dryer outlet had a bonded neutral and ground connection. The cable feeding the outlet did not include a dedicated ground wire; instead, a jumper was installed between the neutral (white) terminal and the ground terminal. This wiring configuration is improper and unsafe. In a 4-prong dryer circuit, the neutral and ground must remain isolated. Bonding these conductors defeats the safety design of the system—causing potential breaker trips, improper equipment operation, and creating a shock hazard. The ground conductor is intended to carry fault current only, not return current. To correct the issue, I installed a new 30-amp circuit from the electrical panel to the dryer location. The new circuit was routed through the attic and terminated in a new outlet box wi

Today as we arrive back here on November 7, we come back to fill the estimate of replacing a four severely burned up outlets and two separate bedrooms. We removed all four decor outlets and replaced them with new decor outlets and covers. Once everything was done, power was restored, and all four receptacles worked properly. It was great seeing you again, James! If I can ever help you anything else, please let me know. Thank you, Brandon
Installed 3 new lavatory faucets in upstairs bathrooms, replaced master bathroom tub valve and trim, replaced basement shower valve and trim, unjamed garbage disposal and replaced garden waste & overflow trim. Ordered new roman tub valve spout due to short length.
As we arrived today, Franklin explained to us that he had multiple issues going on in the house. The lights in the kitchen area flicker from time to time, and this is just started here recently. He also has a breaker that controls the lights in the basement area. That home is pretty loud when you first turn it on. Once we remove the electric panel and checked voltages inside, you could clearly see how they are fluctuating pretty severely. The A phase had at one 111 Volts on it and the B phase had 138 V on it, which is not correct and should never be like this unless you’ve lost your neutral leg coming into the house or the transformer at the road has gone bad. We also went outside and checked power at the meter and the voltages were the same out there coming from the transformer on the road so that means this is a Georgia power problem. For now, Franklin is going to get Georgia Power to come out and fix this problem and once that’s done, we can come back out and check for other probl

We would rate Antonio's visit 5 stars. He was polite, thorough, informative and made sure everything was working correctly. He also drove some distance to our aid and after normal hours. We are entirely satisfied with his visit. Also, we needed a repair soon given the heat. We think it was a great service from the rest of the company. Another night with no air would have been awful.
