Today we came out for system not heating due to refrigerant leak that client is aware of and they would just like to charge it up. Adjusted charge to manufacture specs and checked all operations. Left option for leak search

Basement System, 19 year old Carrier Equipment - Not Heating System not heating due to multiple issues. The inducer draft assembly has worn and failed bearings in the motor. This is causing a loud noise and the inducer motor has not been reaching full rpm. The heat exchanger has several cracks, small holes, and rusted through in some areas. The igniter is weak and chalky, and the high limit switch is burnt up. The evaporator coil is rusted out on both sides as well. After going over the systems age and condition, the homeowner requested we send out our install supervisor this Friday afternoon to go over updating all 4 systems. The system that serves the area over the garage is 6 years old and has no immediate issues. This is a builder grade all electric system though. Thank you for choosing T.E. We did a troubleshoot to find out why the circuit tripped and redeviced the living room. This included all new switches and outlets and a new safety breaker.

The customer had (2) breakers fail which had the 6 blinks and they were for the master bathroom receptacles and the fridge. I noticed the breaker for the fridge was a 15 amp AFCI breaker with no GFCI protection. I supplied and installed (1) 20 gen type 7 duel function for the bathroom and (1) 15a for the fridge, after installing I tested the safety feature to ensure it was working. -Main Panel- Inside the main panel I found some open holes at the bottom of the panel along with a missing panel filler plate. The grounds inside the panel are all twisted together and the wiring make up of the panel is poor. I used a thermal imaging camera and see heat build up on the smart breakers due to them being landed on top of each other. I informed the homeowner that due to the two breakers failing that it will be a domino effect and the other may start to go out as well. I also suggested to have new Gen type 7 breakers installed of the the older Gen and separate the breakers to allow for better he

Today we came out to perform a pressure test on only system. Pumped system up to 350 psi found leak at evaporator coil external bypass port schrader. Repaired leak, performed pressure test 350 psi, drew vacuum 500 microns and charged system per manufacture specs. Started system up checked operations and left all equipment operational

For this job, the homeowner is selling the house. The inspector failed a toilet for it being loose. After checking all three toilets in the home. Only the one upstairs had a issue once I pulled the upstairs toilet I noticed the flange was not secure to the floor, to fix issue I secured flange to floor, and re set the toilet on a new wax, and new bolts. Replaced damaged meter/main disconnect. Put waterproof silicone around the meter/main disconnect. We put duct seal at the entrance of the service wire inside the disconnect and around the mounting screws. We torqued all lugs to specification. Georgia power still needs to power the house. We pulled all required permits. An electrical inspector still needs to do a final inspection on the meter. Scheduled for October 10th.

Today we came out for main level not cooling after storm trane 2011 3.5 ton cycled equipment from thermostat in cool mode found duel capacitor failed on herm side damaging compressor. Gave customer options and they would like to get equipment back online. Installed new duel capacitor and checked operations found compressor pulling high amperage. Scheduled client with install supervisor for Saturday 2-5The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer called about a toilet clog in upstairs hall bathroom . We tested and the clog was isolated to the toilet. We ran the closet auger and cleared the blockage. The garbage disposal was jammed as well . We unjammed and reset the disposal it is now functioning properly. We recommended Endure for pipe maintenance.

No warranty on refrigerant Client would like to recharge system due to the fact she does not have the money to do leak search and do the repairs. Recharged system to manufacture specs and left all equipment operational. Client has house on the market

Arrived on site and customer stated his PRV was leaking I. The basement. We checked pressure and recommended a replacement to put the house pressure back at 65 psi. Customer agreed to replace PRV and new Ball Valve main line shut off. After installing new PRV and ball valve we checked our work area , and set house pressure to 65 psi.
