Was Called out about a leaking water heater gave customer option to replaced so we replaced the 50 gallon low boy in the crawl space Tested for leaks there are no leaks at this time thanks for choosing te certified
Was called out due to a leak that was present, but did not know where water was coming from. We thought at first that the leak was in front of the meter so we dug up the meter box right at the foundation come find out it’s in the foundation wall, where the pipe goes through the foundation so I went inside. Try to locate cut four holes of sheet rock finally found pipe located leak cut leaking pipe out of the foundation replaced with new copper with 10 mill tape on it sealed up foundation with Hydro cement and tar installed a new meter box for PRV in front of the house. Also installed whole home shut off inside the house with white panel to easy access,referred customer to remediation customer they have a set appointment tomorrow Tested for leaks, found no leaks at this time Thank you for choosing TE certified

Sink waste rebuild. After install I tested for leaks and proper function. Everything is working the way it should. Pressure on the water system is high reading 83-85psi. Highly recommended pressure regulating valve to bring the pressure back to a safe level. Will be providing quotes. Installed customer suppplied faucet with pop up assembly. After install I pressurized the faucet, checked for leaks and proper function. Provided whole home filtration options. Arrived on site to a toilet that would not turn off. Shop owner said he wanted options to fix the toilet , so we needed up going with a replacement toilet and a new quarter turn angle stop for the water supply . After removing the existing toilet , the flange was not properly set and was an 1” above the finished floor . I ended up also having to cut up some area around the drain in order to properly set the new toilet so it would sit flush with the finished floor . Once flange was replaced , I went ahead and set in the new toilet and tested the toilet to ensure no issues .
The customer is having a mini water heater installed in the kitchen cabinet just beneath the sink and needed a new location receptacle. I came off the counter top outlet just above the dishwasher and used seal tight conduit to physically protect the wire going under the sink. I installed a box and tested the circuit it is GFCI protected at the panel circuit #16 this circuit also controls the outlets left and right of the sink.
Homeowners water heater was leaking from the top of the unit. Unit was around 8 years old. Shut water off at the main and drained system down. Disconnected the electrical from the unit and drained tank down. Cut out CPVC piping water lines and removed the failed water heater. Transitioned CPVC to copper piping. Set a pan in place and raised water heater. Capped off the pan. Ran new copper piping to the water heater. Installed the extra anode rod in the hot side outlet. Installed new ball valve for the cold inlet and ran new section for the new thermal expansion tank. Secured the expansion tank to the wall and pressurized to 70 psi. Ran new line for the T and P relief line outside and sealed the penetration hole. Turned water on and tested. Purged air from the system. Turned on electrical to the unit. Everything is working properly at this time. 10 years old warranty on the unit.

Elliott was at our home to assess repairs needed to get out 10 year old heat pump running at 8:00 Monday morning, less than 12 hours after I called the TE after hours line on Sunday night. Beyond being prompt, professional, and friendly, he clearly knows his stuff. Elliott quickly reviewed what was happening with our system, and shared what he found in a way that made sense. Options were clear. We later decided to replace the system, but I have no doubt we would have been up and running again quickly had we elected to repair. I am an admitted TE fan, we have had only good experiences over the years. Elliott raised the bar even further. Highly recommend!!
Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, caring, competent, talented, articulate….. all add up to a terrific experience. Picture this….. it is six degrees, and your 10 year old heat pump cannot keep up, not even close. You make the call to replace. And Hunter and Jackson arrive early - removing the old system as the new system shows up on a second TE truck right on queue. Perfect. I cannot recommend TE enough, every contact was positive. After my first call answered by a young lady on the after hours line on a Sunday night, Elliott was on site first thing Monday morning, assessing necessary repairs needed to get our existing system functioning. Hayden came nearly immediately after I asked about potential to replace, and thoroughly outlined options to consider. We made the call to replace, and Hunter and Jackson were onsite the next morning- again, early. The install was flawless. There are tons of companies to choose from for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. We have used TE for all three over the years and have never been disappointed. We don’t even shop, and we expect the best. Hunter exceeded those expectations, and then some. Use TE, you will not be disappointed. Today we came out for only system not heating rheem 3 ton heat pump split. Evaluated complete system found system low on refrigerant due to refrigerant leak. Performed electronic leak search found leaks in evaporator coil located in crawlspace. With coil leaking compressor has been compromised. Checked amp draws on all motors found condenser fan motor over amping Recommendations .9 data plate calls for .8 motor could fail at anytime. Client has no flood protection or emergency drain pan added flood note. Left band aid repair option and had install supervisor give options on updating
-Stove- The customer was using an extension cord to power the gas stove so in order to correct this I completed a 240v to a 120v conversion behind the gas stove. Install a new duplex outlet, box and plate. Per 210.8 of the NEC install a new 20 amp single pole GFCI breaker. I removed the 2p50 at 1&2 of the panel board and installed the new duel function breaker on circuit #1 -Panel- I removed the old 2p30 General Switch breaker that is for the dryer and supply and installed a new breaker. I also installed a connector at the bottom right of the panel and a 1/2 KO seal at the top right of the panel. As a courtesy I made sure all the connections were tight on the breakers. -Basement- I replaced a damaged outlet in the basement on right wall just beneath the cloak. I also supplied and installed a new duel function breaker that supplies power to the basement outlets. -Kitchen Counter Outlets- There are (3) GFCI outlets in the kitchen and the customer stated that they would trip. I shut t
For this job, I rendered leak detection services for homeowner. This was difficult because the water main service traverses around 300 feet and goes through a wooded area before getting to his yard. It was difficult locating most of the water main service. The only spot where I could hear anything was at the located area. Any spot repair will be contingent upon an exploratory dig to rule out false positive.
Trevor came out to our house to complete another job for us and, as always, he went above and beyond to provide excellent service! Trevor is officially our ‘go to’ for all things electrical!
Arrived on site to install two customer supplied flood lights. The supplied flood lights are ring motion lights. I removed the existing flood lights and installed the new ones. In order to set up the flood lights on the ring app, I had to go purchase and install a new ring bridge. Once installed, I was able to sync the lights to the ring app. I walked the homeowner through on how the lights operate. Everything is working as it should.

Trevor Mooney provided the best customer service! Super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would and worked quickly to install four motion light/security cameras for us. Carter was working with Trevor today and was super friendly, as well! Reliable, friendly guys. We’ll be using TE Certified (and Trevor), again!
Arrived on site to remove old flood lights and install customer supplied ring flood light cameras. We installed the ring fixtures outside at each corner of the home. We helped the homeowner program the ring lights on an app. We ensured the homeowners were happy with all of the camera views. We will be returning 1/5 to install two customer supplied motion floods. Everything is working upon departure.
For this job we replaced 4 PAR38 halogen bulbs to LED on front porch ceiling height approximately 15ft. We also replaced 9 MR16 bulbs from halogen to LED, 5 on front porch and 4 by garage. All those previous halogen bulbs were on one switch in the foyer and the wattage on the PAR38’s were 70 and the wattage on the previous MR16’s were 50 watts a piece causing the dimmer to get really hot and the audio and video company said it started smoking when being left on for too long. So we converted to LED like the customer originally wanted so those lights wouldn’t pull much power. We also did a box expand for the audio and video company, there was a previously a 3 gang box, 2 switches and one stack switch, the customer was having the audio and video company put in all new Lutron dimmers in the house and the audio and video company wanted us to turn the stack switch into 2 different switches to put Lutron’s in and resulted us into doing a box expand into a 4 gang.

For this job we installed a new outlet in the bathroom for a vanity light and mirror. We also installed a quad outlet in the garage to plug refrigerators up too. Both outlets are GFCI protected. We also bonded the gas pipe manifold in the basement as a courtesy. Did a thorough home inspection on the main electrical components and left estimates to resolve those issues.

Today we came out for system not heating due to refrigerant leak that client is aware of and they would just like to charge it up. Adjusted charge to manufacture specs and checked all operations. Left option for leak search
Basement System, 19 year old Carrier Equipment - Not Heating System not heating due to multiple issues. The inducer draft assembly has worn and failed bearings in the motor. This is causing a loud noise and the inducer motor has not been reaching full rpm. The heat exchanger has several cracks, small holes, and rusted through in some areas. The igniter is weak and chalky, and the high limit switch is burnt up. The evaporator coil is rusted out on both sides as well. After going over the systems age and condition, the homeowner requested we send out our install supervisor this Friday afternoon to go over updating all 4 systems. The system that serves the area over the garage is 6 years old and has no immediate issues. This is a builder grade all electric system though. Thank you for choosing T.E. We did a troubleshoot to find out why the circuit tripped and redeviced the living room. This included all new switches and outlets and a new safety breaker.

I was very happy with Liam’s service today. They were both patient with me and explained everything they were going to do and exactly what the problem’s were. All my questions were answered. I feel safer and I am sure whoever lives here next will too.
I have only positive comments to make. A person actually answered the phone, not a message machine. Scheduling an appointment was super easy and the appointment was sooner than I thought I would be able to get. Kyle, my electrician, and his helper were great. He worked up the estimate and was able to do the installation then. He was beyond knowledgeable, answering all my questions, and giving me information before I even asked. He double checked with me before determining final placement. Kyle also explained some things that a previous electrician should have done, but didn't. I will definitely use this company for any future electrical needs.

Tech was immediately out and very polite. Gave seemingly good recommendations and estimates. He will be coming out next week to repiped entire house in 2 days. I will give a opinion on that after that is complete. But for the leak he fixed, quickly, I would give him a high recommendation. I cannot rate the quality of work yet, as I have not been to the cabin to check it out at this point. Ben Cantrell was very informative and helpful with my current situation.
