Customer said that he had water dripping from the bottom of the water heater. I found the siphon cap underneath the unit had a bad seal and needed to be replaced. I replaced the O-rings in the siphon cap as well as cleaned the filters and screens.

In the master closet from the 3way switch near the bathroom door drop down a new location outlet. The outlet is for a cloths iron and I looked at the u it and it has a 1400 watt output/11.7 amps on a 15 amp circuit. I informed the homeowner that this outlet is on with the master bedroom lights and outlets along with the master closet lights. I also let her know that a dedicated circuit is preferred in these circumstances but she opted out and will just be careful of how many things are on. A dedicated circuit would take quite a bit of drywall damage due to the second floor and the panel is in the garage. Installed new 50 gallon electric Rheem water heater. Installed new ball valve and expansion tank. Water heater is sitting in an aluminum drip pan. Allowed the water heater to fully heat and tested fixtures. The kitchen sink had almost no water flow from the hot side. Customer had a new faucet on hand so I installed that as a courtesy. Arrived on site and met with the housekeeper, homeowner was not present . I spoke with the housekeeper and she did state that she was the one who noticed a stain at the bottom of the cabinet. During my troubleshooting, I opened up the angle stop to the hot side , as it was shut off , and ran water to the sink for 40 minutes. I found no signs of water coming from the shut off valve, bathroom faucet , supply lines, sink, or drain during that time .

Came out today to install new 40 gallon electric water heater. Removed existing heater from the system and installed new heater in a pan with a water alarm. Installed new piping, new shut off valve and new thermal expansion tank mounted to a bracket. Sleeved electrical connection and connected electrical whip to heater. Insulated piping, added valve tag and bonding clamps. All work was tested. Verified power to the unit.

Replaced system for whole home added 5 inch media filter redid the flu all to double wall

Lightning Damage Inspection and Repairs   Performed a comprehensive inspection of the electrical system following a reported lightning strike. Coordinated with the homeowner to identify and document all electrical devices and lighting fixtures that were damaged or affected by the event.   With the homeowner's approval, the following repairs were completed:   - Replaced 3 exterior flood lights that were damaged by the lightning event. - Replaced 8 LED light fixtures/bulbs in the kitchen and family room that were no longer operating properly. - Replaced 2 GFCI receptacles due to lightning-related damage:   - One located on the back porch.   - One located in the garage.   Upon completion of the repairs, all replaced devices were tested for proper operation and functionality. A visual inspection of the accessible electrical system was also performed. At the time of service, all repaired devices and accessible circuits were operating normally with no visible signs of additional failure.   D

Today we came out for the only system not cooling 2000 amana 4 ton ac with matching furnace. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked operations found failed duel motor starter on compressor side and contactor burnt up. System uses obsolete r22 refrigerant that has been mandated by the federal government. Inspected heat exchanger found severe metal fatigue and hot spots (heat exchanger is compromised) while onsite I will note that system does not have emergency drain pan and minimal flood protection. Flue piping coming off furnace is not up to current code.

Came out to troubleshoot electrical damage caused by the recent storm. Performed a complete inspection of the home to identify all damaged electrical devices, including lights, ceiling fans, and fan remotes that were no longer functioning due to the surge. Walked through the findings with the homeowner to ensure all affected items were documented and discussed the repairs needed as a result of the storm damage.   The homeowner requested recommendations to help prevent future damage. Recommended installing a whole-home surge protector with a $75,000 connected equipment warranty, and the homeowner approved the installation.   Due to the extent of the storm damage, we will return tomorrow to complete the remaining repairs, including the damaged floodlights and any other affected electrical devices.

Run 60 amp circuit from main electrical panel to the corner of the porch by the driveway and install the customer provided Tesla wall charger. It is 100% necessary that we will have to cut multiple holes in the drywall to get the line to the side of the house. Replace two lights in the main floor bathroom, rewire and replace box for back porch outlet, replace switch in front entryway. Install box on conduit on front stairs, and install a casetta switch

Installed a new dryer outlet with a new cover plate. We replaced the 40 amp breaker with the correct sized 30 amp breaker. We also Installed a GFCI outlet for the washer in the garage. Everything is working upon departure

Today we came out for only system not cooling 2011 trane 3 ton heat pump split. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked operations found failed duel motor starter serving compressor. With part failing compressor has been compromised.gave client options and they would like to do the band aid. Installed new duel motor starter started system up will take most the night for system to catch up as it is 88 degrees in house also observed minimal flood protection. Equipment could fail at anytime

We came out today due to lighting issues. The customer states that he is here on weekends and when we arrives home he notices that the landscape lights, sunroom lights and the foyer lights would be off and the breaker tripped. He also stated the he would have to reset the GFCI for the landscape lights when restoring power. We completed a diagnostic and this is what was found: We had turned on all the lights and everything was working and no tripping had occurred. We went to the panel to trace out the circuit by plugging in a circuit tracer at the GFCI for the landscape lights. We traced it back to the sub-panel located in the basement by the main panel on circuit #10. We removed the cover and noticed (3) cable assembly’s that are spliced together and have one wire coming off and into the breaker. (1) wire goes to the GFCI on the right side of the home that provides power to the low voltage transformer for the landscape lighting. (1) wire is for the kitchen under cabinet lights an

Upon arrival, we met with the owners. The kitchen sink started to drain slowly about a month ago. We tested and it backs up immediately. We checked the p-trap and immediate pipe but found it clear. It initially seemed like a vent issue so we removed the old vent, tested and found the issue still occurring. The sink would drain fine when there was no vent attached at all. I ran my cable down the drain, ran water and confirmed it is draining. There may have been a blockage partially blocking the flow of the pipe. If the issue continues, I advised having the line hydrojetted as a long term solution and have provided that option. Perform sink drain cleaning with cable machine. Clear sink drain only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

Arrived on site and customer stated no pressure changes throughout the house, especially when taking a shower. I went ahead and checked pressure and found pressure to be just below 60 psi. I had homeowner run a faucet and flush the toilet and noticed the temperature drop significantly. She also stated that pressure would trickle at the showerhead if you ran a cycle in the laundry room. I informed customer that a new pressure regulator would need to be installed in order to fix the failing PRV. Upon my inspection, we found that the PRV was located just after the main near the meter box and not inside the house where the main shut off is located in the garage. I explained to a customer that typically the PRV is located in the house just after the main shut off valve, which I recommended. I went ahead and cut out the PRV at the meter box connected that line and placed the PRV inside the garage after the main shut off house pressure has been set to 65 psi

Arrived on site and customer wanted a waterline ran with a hose bib. I was able to tee off the main line coming in above the bathroom/ office space and ran my waterline on the top and exterior wall of the warehouse bathroom . Once new waterline was ran I attached the hose bib, turned the water on and had customer test out the hose bib to ensure proper functioning.

Arrived on site to look at installing a few outlets for a basement kitchen. After looking at what the homeowner wanted done, we provided a few options. The homeowner decided on the bronze option. We installed two dedicated circuits for the basement kitchen fridge and microwave. Both of these circuits are on 20 amp dual function breakers. We also moved an existing circuit that was previously installed by TE. This circuit is now the basement kitchen countertop circuit. This circuit is also on a 20 amp dual function breaker. We installed a new switch for a light over the kitchen sink in the basement. This switch is controlled by a customer provided dimmer switch. We also removed the old range outlet so that the new cooktop could be installed. We will return on another trip to install the light above the kitchen sink. Any additional work will be quoted at that time. Everything is working upon departure.

Completed diagnosis and repairs of loss of power

Arrived on site to install a car charger on the main Eletrical panel with a 400A service. The panel was overloaded. After talking with the customer we decided to install a 150A disconnect outside, coming off of the load for the shop, and move the new car charger and a heat pump out with it to reduce the load of the main Eletrical panel. To do so we had to rework the Eletrical inside of the transfer switches for the generator that another company, not TE, had installed. After the job was complete we tested the generator and it was working as should with power being restored to the house and shop. We tested the heat pumps and AC and car chargers and all were working properly.

System has extremely low suction pressure with somewhat normal head pressure. Further inspection revealed the indoor TXV and capillary tube were frozen and thawed them out. Cycled the system back on and the compressor would not engage due to a capacitor below tolerance. Installed a new capacitor to test the unit and now the system temperature/pressure correlation appears to be normal. There may be an intermittent problem with the TXV closing down during the heat of the day. The TXV would require replacement to stop the coil from freezing. Indoor unit does not have flood protection and this is a concern for water damage to your ceiling if drain backs up or coil freezes and thaws which could overflow the pan. I recommend adding flood protection devices. System is cooling at this time.

Install a new 200 amp main disconnects with breaker spaces. We will move some off the bigger circuits from the house panel to this new panel. This will make it so the existing house panel is not overloaded. The new EV charger will come off this service. We will install the existing 50 amp EV circuit on the new panel and install a new charger. We will pull all required permits. Fix issues with the whole home generator set up. We will need to install the proper wiring for both of the 200 amp transfer switches. We will redo all connections at both transfer switches. We will make it where both transfer switches are wired in accordance with the NEC. Instead of installing 200 amp rated wire for the shop, we will install a 150 amp transfer switch breaker. We will also finish what is needed to provide power so that the homeowner can add an additional car charger We will move some off the bigger circuits from the house panel to this new panel. This will make it so the existing house panel is n
