TE certified will perform a sewer spot repair 7 feet deep in the yard. I am putting in a 6 inch clean out with a cast-iron box surrounding it. Out of courtesy we will also be doing a clean out cap repair on the first 4 inch cleanout as it exits the home with a sewer popper cap.

Cleanout clearing Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage affecting whole house. Exterior cleanout was holding water. This is the 4th time that sewer system has backed up in the last years. Ran 750 cable to clear blockage, estimated to be around curb area. Was about to clear blockage, did not pull anything back on cable. Sewer supervisor scheduled for Monday 11-2.

Customer was experiencing symptoms of a mainline blockage affecting basement bathroom group upon inspecting found that cleanout serving septic tank was full of water indicating an issue with the septic system. Customer will call their septic company to assess issue.

Troubleshoot Breaker Replace breaker

Arrived helped electrician run new thermostat wire. Rewired low-voltage at air handler and low-voltage to thermostat. Tested equipment. All system systems operating.

Performed duct work and IAQ everything is working properly at departure. Static pressure is now within range. Confirmed email and collected signatures and payment.

Arrived found thermostat blank, due to blown fuse. Installed new bladed fuse have power at air handler. No power at thermostat. Followed low-voltage wire from air handler to thermostat and found it was cut by home owner doing renovations. Need to get electrician out to run low-voltage wire from basement to thermostat on main floor. Could be additional repairs. Will have to check thermostat.

Performed repair. Also had to plan out a new duct design for the system because it wasn’t properly made for the unit. Homeowner signed off and wants work done 3/16/26.

Customer has a soft block it stuck in the toilet that wouldn’t go down, I tested the entire bathroom group to see if it was in main line issue after testing. The toilet was the only thing affected so I gave an option to run a cable down the toilet and have to run my cable. I was able to clear the blockage next I tested by flushing and toilet tissue and after flushing, all the tissue was going down normally with no blockages present.

Performed one system maintenance zoning damper for zone 2 was not working. Quoted to get it replaced homeowner approved need to come back tomorrow to install zoning damper motor.

Replace original breaker to the furnace on a ch panel. Also replaced backstabbed switch that goes to furnace

Changed failed breaker

Troubleshoot breaker for garage, laundry and exterior lights that kept nuisance tripping. While troubleshooting I noticed that the smoke detector was chirping. After checking the smokes we realized that they were expired. We also noticed a flood light that was fed with exposed romex. We also checked the light at the center of the garage. We put silicone to prevent water from entering the fixture. We replaced the defective breaker as a warranty. We replaced the 3 expired smoke/ carbon combo detectors with the smart versions. When we went to correct the floodlight issues we noticed that there was water in the existing floodlight and had to replace it. Everything tested and working properly.

Located a leak at the bottom of the stairs and the basement below the main level half bathroom leak determined to be coming from the hot side lavatory supply line cut necessary drywall removed existing copper pipe and replaced with a pecks pipe ending in a angle. Stop to be able to reconnect The sink once vanity is installed after mitigation is performed.

Verified customers concerned, found no hot water coming through the hot side when demanded from the faucet in the master bath on the left side informed customer would need to perform a diagnostic teardown in order to give customer options of what solutions will fix their problem during diagnosis found a blockage of what is assumed to be Teflon or some type of thread sealant in the entrance to the faucet. Once removed faucet operates as normal no further repairs needed at this time.
