Provide and install 40/50 Gallon Water heater. Shut off water and breaker, cut inlet and outlet, disconnect electrical whip, remove T&P, install new water heater - which includes: installing appropriately sized drain pan and connecting as necessary, connecting to existing piping using lead free fittings (for an excess of 5ft of pipe), install new thermal expansion tank, installation of a code compliant full port lead free ball valve, reinstall T&P, test unit for function and leaks, clean up and take old unit away. We were called out for a leaking kitchen faucet. We found leaking valves under the kitchen sink, and a leaking main shutoff valve. We replaced the kitchen faucet, the shutoffs for the faucet and dishwasher, as well as the supply line for the dishwasher. We also replaced the main shutoff valve for the home and the pressure reducing valve. We set the pressure to 65psi.

Troubleshoot outside outlets not working. I found a bad GFCI outlet and an outlet that was falling apart. Also the box for the GFCI outlet was broken and needed to be replaced. All the outside outlets are now working properly

Homeowner has leaking in the garage. Upon further investigation I found that the water heater was leaking. The 5 year old AO Smith heater was leaking and this was determined by the insulation removed was wet. Additionally the undersized pump was leaking from the bleeder valve. Gave options for replacement. Homeowner made decision to replace with 10 year warranty heater and upgraded the pump and section of recirculation line that had been reduced. We made all necessary modifications to meet code requirements. Pressurized the system and recirculating line. Checked and verified system was functioning properly. Insulated piping and turned on.

NO heat on the main level system due to gas valve not releasing gas. Gas meter is turned ON, draft inducer motor and igniter works, but gas valve don’t. Got power from the circuit board to the gas valve, but it doesn’t work. Gas is on at the furnace. Gas valve will need to be replaced, in order to complete full diagnostic. Customer has another company that maintains his equipment and will contact them. I sent estimates to replace gas valve and told him that we will be happy to serve his house and fix any issue with his equipment.

I ran a new 60 amp circuit in conduit across the garage and outside into a new customer supplied Tesla universal charger

Installed a surge protector, troubleshoot, installing lights and replace a three way switch

Customer called to swap out a breaker from 15 to 20 amp for a sauna. Upon inspection we could not do that. The circuit was in 14 gauge wire. For the sauna we installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit from the main panel in basement next to the stairs. We installed new wire, outlet, plate and box. Costumer supplied the breaker for the sauna.

Returned on site with the ordered 1 1/4” flanged tail piece for the bathroom sink. After installing and putting together the p trap, I ran water at the sink for 10 minutes to ensure there were no leaks.

Upon arrival I was shown to a leaking pressure regulator. I tested the pressure and got 65 psi and once I conducted a thermal expansion test by getting the water heater to fire up with a gauge on the system, the pressure rose to 90psi. This indicates that the thermal expansion tank has failed. Upon approval, we replaced the leaking pressure regulator with a Watts AUB 25 I’m leaving an estimate for replacement of the thermal expansion tank. Tested everything for leaks and proper function.

The homeowner called to have the angle stops in the powder room on the main floor replaced. I replaced the angle stops for both the lavatory sink and the toilet with new quarter-turn valves, as the old ones were recalled combination supply line valves. Additionally, I replaced the pressure regulator for the homeowner's peace of mind and set the new regulator to 65 psi. In the master bathroom, I replaced the straight stop combination valve and supply line for the toilet with a new straight stop and supply line. I also removed and reset the master bath toilet to ensure that the flange was not broken, as it was wobbly. After confirming the flange was fine, I reinstalled the toilet using new wax bolts. Once everything was completed, I tested all the connections and checked for leaks.

kitchen outlets were not working. Upon arrival, I discovered a bad GFCI outlet. With kris’s approval i replaced two GFCI outlets, two standard outlets, and two switches. I also noticed when the garbage disposal was removed The plumber left the wire sitting on the bottom of the cabinet. I installed that wire into a junction box.

Met with customer and she stated they were having an issue installing a recently purchased bathroom faucet. I was able to provide a quote to install the supplied faucet and install new supply lines and new angle stops, and P-trap. I was able to install the faucet, supply lines, and angle stops, however, the pop-up assembly was not a standard size of an inch and a half connection for the tailpiece. I tried tracking down an 1 1/4” to tailpiece but could not get my hands on one.. All other related work has been completed, but the faucet is still not able to function properly due to the train not being completed. New supply lines angle stops and installed customer supplied faucets. I have ordered the part and booked out the job for next week to be completed. Will return and collect the remaining 199 on the job.
