Job Locations and Reviews

Client has a tankless water heater located in the garage that is giving error code 11. Took apart the panel to evaluate the inside of tankless heater. Perform diagnostic test of gas flow, power, inspect the venting, and clean flame rods. Tested heater and is still giving error code 11 after performing field diagnostic. Called Rheem support to run their diagnostic on the heater and found that the igniter coil has failed and would need to be replaced. Rheem is sending the part out and will arrive to our office estimated to arrive by Wednesday and schedule a to come out Thursday to put the part in and do additional work of replacing the PRV that has failed and flush the tankless heater.

Today we installed a new 60 amp circuit running through conduit across the garage down to a customer supplied Emporia EV charger. We also installed whole home surge protection in the main panel.

At arrival on 09/05/25 Issue: no cool System: whole home Finding: system was cooling at arrival except for the bypass damper that was not opening all the way. We opened the bypass damper and total static pressure went to 0.61 with return 0.15 and supply 0.46. There was some trace of water on the supply plenum at arrival. There is no wet safety switch, no ss1 safety switch, the drain line has an unnecessary U shape P-Trap which could cause obstruction to water flow. Dirty condenser coil, low subcool. Recommendations: Gave option to correct all of that and clean drain line as well. After cleaning the condenser coil. We checked the pressures and the pressures were reading good. No need to add any refrigerant. System is cooling properly at this time. Please credit $224 to homeowner because we did not need to add any refrigerant after cleaning up the condenser coil.

Performed diagnostic and found a leaking coil on the mini split unit. The system is currently not operating at this time. Made recommendations to repair and replace system

Used thread sealant to stop leak on pop up tailpiece. Tested for leaks, all good. No warranty for this repair. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

The technicians went in to the pantry to gain access to the upstairs bathroom tub drain. We chip out the cement that was covering the tub drain , once we got the cement removed we replaced the tub gasket and tested after doing the repair.

Customer stated starting seeing a leak form in the pantry ceiling, above the pantry is the master bathtub. After cutting open the ceiling the technician found that the tub gasket wasn’t flush to the tub do to cement surrounding the area. Provided customer with a estimate to there email.

Perform visual inspection and quoted the homeowner to replace the thermostat. He provided an ecobee thermostat and I just wired it in and installed it for him. I tested operations of the thermostat. The system is operating properly at this time.

Assemble and install a customer supplied ceiling fan in the living room. Supply and install a full home surge protector. I explained to the homeowner that if one or both lights go out on the surge to call us back out. We cleaned up our mess to the homeowners satisfaction.

For this job, I did a home inspection

Inspected the upstairs HVAC system to find the cause of no cooling on the top floor. Tested cooling and zoning from the thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked the 1” air filter. Reported findings to the customer. Signed the customer up for the Homecare maintenance plan on both systems.

For this job we replaced 3 breakers, and installed a whole home surge protector. Everything was tested and is working properly.

For this job we did a troubleshoot in the garage because there was no power. We found that the GFI was bad and we replaced it. We tested the circuit everything checks out and works properly. We also installed a whole home surge protector and gave a quote on doing a lightning inspection.

System is functioning well at this point

Came out for a water heater flush and also replaced 2 bidet toilet seats.

No cool upstairs. System intermittently shut on and off. Upon arrival system was functioning. Customer stated they’ve had power outages but problem started before them. Issue did not duplicate itself today while onsite. Inspected all wiring connections and visually inspected control board and base of thermostat. All connections tight and no visible damage on any components. Found system to have minimal flood protection, dirty ac with a bush growing inside of it, weak dual capacitor and no IAQ. Quoted repairs. Customer signed up for Homecare.

Tech was out for noise coming from system. Tech checked system completely out and seen where furnace door was not Screwed in properly. While checking system tech noticed there is no safety switch on the evaporator coil. This will protect home from water damage also there is no wet switch in drain pan there is a safe guard safety in the drain pan but there’s only to take water when drain pan is full of water. Recommend clearing drain lines to verify water is properly flowing. Spoke with customer about EAC filters as well as a whole home air purifier Uv light. This will help if any one in the home suffers from allergies. This whole home air purifier and bacteria fighter. Kills 99.9 viruses , bacteria in the system. Customer has declined all repairs. At this time system is running

Fixed tap in light switch that caused outlet to not have power

Replaced filter. Checked all operations. Highly recommend joining home care. Drain, coil and blower is starting to get dirty. Risk of water damage. No caps on service valves. Risk of refrigerant leak through valve cores. No das for zone system, risk of ice collecting on evaporator coil. Risk of losing ac. When it’s in the 90’s it’s going to be hard to keep it 68 in the house. Could have someone come out to see how well house is sealed and insulated.
So impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness shown by Garrett and the TE team. Happy to have found my go-to for all things plumbing.

Homeowner was concerned about recirculating pump on water heater and hot water taking too long to get to fixtures. We flushed the water heater and found heavy calcium buildup and sediment. Replaced 50 gallon electric water heater with new recirculation pump. Also installed a new Prv and whole home halo ultimate filtration system. Tested and checked for leaks. Will need to come back to flush carbon from filter after 48 hr soak period.

What can I say to describe Doug and Hayden? Nothing they were indescribable. If Doug was an Avenger...He'd be Captain America! Just like you wouldn't have the Avengers with out Steve Rodgers, you cant have TE Electrician without Doug! And Hayden! Well lets just keep going with this Avengers analogy...If Hayden was an Avenger he definitely be Thor! I mean first off that beard! Second Hayden has this way about him that makes everyone around him feel welcome and worthy of his company! If Captain America (in this analogy, Doug) is the leader, Thor (aka Hayden) is the heart! Ok lets be serious, Doug and Joel original came out for a small job that turned into something bigger. I am really thankful that they were able to spot things I hadn’t seen. After Doug came back out this time with Hayden and they re did my entire breaker and installed a home surge protector and Hayden said it was as if my home had a secret service agent and he had me sold! The were awesome and I really appreciated that they made sure to wear shoe covers and put down plastic sheets and cleaned up when they were done.
