Customer showed us upstairs to a guest bathroom and stated that an electric razor/trimmer was flushed down the toilet some time in the last week. Customer is unsure exactly when it was flushed. Toilet has been in use since then and mostly flushes fine except for when a lot of solids are put down will cause it to clog. Customer has been able to clear any clogs and keep the toilet functioning. Home is two years old. Customer is not experiencing any other issues at this time. Presented customer with estimates to auger toilet and potentially retrieve the object. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Ran toilet auger all the way through toilet and did not hit any obstruction. This confirms the object is likely further downstream and in the drain lines. I recommended that the line be camera inspected so that we can find and see the object and potentially pull it back or ensure that it was

Replaced 50 gal gas water heater. Installed new tank, shut off valve, gas valve, gas supply, thermal expansion tank, safety pan, and new check valves. Also installed new grundfos hwr recirculating pump. Replaced prv and set pressure to 60 psi. Flushed all air from the system and set temp to 120. Tested all work for leaks and proper function. Returned to replace the User Interface Module for the dehumidifier dedicated to the basement system. Technician replaced component and tested the new component. Technician confirmed that the dehumidifier is working and watched humidity level drop from 55 to 50% Relative Humidity.

Are iced on site and customer water heater had a leak at the bottom of the tank . Customer agreed to have a gas standard heater installed with an anode rode extended warranty kit installed. Once I drained and removed the leaking heater I successfully installed the gas type heater in place . Once all connections were made I went ahead and fired up the unit setting the temperature to 120 .

Remove the ceiling in front office, install proper screws for the bracket and re install fan. After installation I turned the switch on and used the remote and tested the fixture.

I completed a HomeCare inspection today and informed the homeowner about the following: -Quick Wiring- The form of wiring the devices the builders used is called quick wiring or stab in backs. This does not violate the national electrical code, nor does it violate the manufacture specifications however this is a very poor and fast method of wiring these devices. Replaced leaking section of Uponor piping above water heater. This leak caused irreversible damage to the water heater. Replaced old water heater with a new 6 year warranty 75 gallon water heater. Disconnect Zoning This option has removing the zoning leaving 1 thermostat on the main level to control system. The upstairs will get what it gets comfort wise. This system can never be zoned later.

No cool main/upstairs unit. Found system to be loud running outdoors. Found system to be pulling itself into vacuum. Located oil in evap coil suggesting evap coil is cause of leak in refrigerant cycle. Compressor has likely sustained damage due to running with no refrigerant. System does not have Drain line safety, has burnt contactor and dirty condenser coil. Suggested replacement of system as it is out of warranty and repairs are very costly. For this job, the customer had an issue with some fixtures getting hot, and some getting cold. We found that the issue had resolved itself, but we found swing check valves on the after heater, on the cold, and return. To fix issue from happening again we reset the pump to temp mode to get rid of timer, and we also replaced both swing check valves with new spring check valves. Replaced one chandelier with customer provided fixture. Installed two duplex receptacles in bathroom and installed two customer provided lighted mirrors. Replaced breaker with dual function breaker for arc fault and ground fault protection.

Removed stove top gas connections, resealed all threaded connections and installed new flex line to appliance. Turned gas on to appliance and tested gas connections with leak detection soap. Work completed was checked for leaks and proper functionality. Stove top was lit and also checked for proper functionality. Work area was thoroughly cleaned up and payment was successfully collected.
