Job Locations and Reviews
For this job we completed a troubleshoot shoot for non working outlets, bad tap in a switch will return Friday to re-device room.
Met with customer and spoke with him regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed me into the garage where their drain lines are visible in the ceiling. All drains are PVC. Customer states they are experiencing a whole house backup and both bathrooms in the home are clogging/backing up. Home was built in 1987. Customer has lived there about four years. They have not had the septic tank pumped during their time living here and have not experienced this whole house backup before. Due to the fact that it is affecting the whole home I highly recommended getting the tank pumped first and then we will return to camera inspect the drain lines. Most likely from a toilet inside the home since there is no cleanout outside. This will allow us to ensure there are no further issues with the drains as well as give the customer the option for a cleanout to be installed. Customer already has a pump company scheduled for this Friday so we scheduled the camera inspection for the following
For this job, the customer had several outlets with bad connections causing the outlets to get warm when in use. We re-deviced the circuit and the outlets are no longer warm during use.
Replaced an under cabinet light and two bulbs in hood vent
Troubleshoot on tripping breaker
We install a new circuit for a Nema 1450 outlet for the oven inside the kitchen. We will run the circuit up the wall, the panel through the attic and down the wall of the kitchen.

Excellent
Met with customer and spoke with them regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed us inside and stated that their kitchen sink is draining slowly. Customer then showed us into the master bathroom and stated the shower and both lavatory sinks are also draining slowly. We inspected each fixture and confirmed that they are draining slowly due to partial blockages/obstructions. We also spoke with the customer about our Endure product and recommended using it for their drains. We then presented the customer with estimates to clear the shower, lav sinks, and kitchen sink. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Plunged kitchen sink and cleaned all tubular thoroughly. Ran hot water behind to flush out any remaining debris. Ran tub gun through shower trap and removed a large buildup of hair and hard water deposits. We then removed the stoppers and tubular for the lavatory sinks and cleaned them thoroughly and flushed all drains with hot water. Shower
New AC and Coil installed with: New safety switches New drain pan New smart thermostat New flue mods New drain line (vinyl tubing) New flexible gas New dragon fly board New condensate pump
For this job I came out and replaced a toilet that was leaking at the tank, also replaced shower drain for master bathroom shower that was leaking into kitchen area. I cut drywall in the kitchen area exposing shower drain pipe. Also removed and replaced two angle stop valves in the basement that were leaking . I tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.
Outlets on back splash of kitchen countertop wasn’t working so decided to troubleshoot, customer decided to go with new outlets, and have them GFCI protected from the breaker, one of the receptacles didn’t work so toned it out and found out the covered a outlet with the backsplash and installed him a new outlet. Had to install tandom breaker because kitchen circuit was double tapped with washer machine.
For this job, we re-labeled a panel that we completed a restoration and on last week.
Installed new halo 5 whole home water filtration. Shut water off at the street and drained system down. Ran 1 inch pex piping and strapped to the ceiling of the garage. Insulated the water lines into the garage and in the mechanical closet. Set halo in the mechanical closet and piped in new ball valves and the bypass. Tied water lines into the system. Ran CPVC outside of the home for the backwash. Turned water on and purged air from the system. Filled halo and let drain with the hose line for 20 minutes. Regenerated the system multiple times and turned filter water on to the home. Tested the ph and chlorine levels at the kitchen faucet and no chlorine and alkaline water levels. Everything is working properly at this time.
For this job, I completed a panel restoration, replaced all the smoke detectors in the home, and installed a new surge protector. I will be returning next week to re-label the panel.
Homeowner reported kitchen sink not draining. Upon inspection, found the kitchen drain on the disposal side was not draining and the garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom. Inspected additional plumbing concerns and provided estimates at the time of service. Homeowner elected to replace the existing unit with a ½ HP garbage disposal. Replacement was completed and system was tested to confirm proper operation.
No power to lights in sunroom
Homeowner called us out due to a hose bib leaking. After testing the hose bib, the shutoff for the hose bib wasn’t completely sealing. We replaced the shutoff and hose bib with new piping, fittings and insulation. All work was tested and cleaned up.
Homeowner had a slight leak from a copper fitting in the garage storage room above the water heater. The thermal expansion tank had failed. Water pressure is 70 psi. Shut water off and removed section of failed piping and removed expansion tank. Cleaned copper and ran new section to the water heater and secured tank to the studs. Turned water on and tested. Everything is working properly at this time
Today we came out for front building not heating 1997 Lennox 100k furnace with matching 4 ton ac r22. Inspected complete system found failed thermostat in front hallway lobby. Bypassed thermostat and inspected system found draft inducer motor over amping. Motor could fail at anytime, inspected heat exchanger found severe metal fatigue and hot spots due to furnace almost being 30 years old. Flame rollout switches and fuel rail are severely rusted out and could fail at anytime. Due to condition of equipment and age need to update. Performed band aid option installed new thermostat for temporary heating. Scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating equipment. Left equipment operational although it could fail at anytime there is no warranty on repairs made today
I would Highly Recommend TE Certified. My water heater was leaking and I needed to have it replaced. It was an emergency replacement as that evening was going to be below freezing temputures. I called TE Certified and they came out that day and had the replacement done the same day. They also worked beyond normal working hours to get the job completed. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using this company in the future.
Replaced water heater located in the garage. Water heater was leaking from the gas control valve. I checked the water pressure and it read at over 150 psi. Installed new Rheem 50 gallon water heater. Installed new ball valve, expansion tank, gas connector, drip pan, leak alarm, pressure regulator, and main shutoff valve. The vent piping was converted to double wall pipe due to being in an unconditioned space. Water pressure is set at 65 psi. Thank you for choosing TE Certified and have a Happy New Year!
Customer was having pressure issues. We recommended to replace expansion tank, prv and t&p. With customer approval we made all necessary repairs that was recommended by TE. No other issues was found at this time thanks for choosing TE Certified.

For this job in a leak detection service for Miss Jada leak is under slab inside of her home in the hallway halfway underneath the loadbearing wall that goes under her kitchen cabinets
Replace customer provided smoke detectors
Customer had a leak in their ceiling. That was sagging. This was located as you were heading up to the stairs to the second floor in the living room ceiling. Pressure on the house was at sixty five p.S I. Customer agreed for us to expose and repair the pressurized plumbing leak. Cut out an approximately one and a half foot by one and a half foot hole in the sheet rock to expose two small pinhole leaks on half inch copper. Customer is aware that we do not repair the sheetrock and has signed the waiver. I then turned the water off to the house and we drained down the house.I cut out our roughly nine inch section of half inch copper and replaced via pro.Press. We then slowly primed the water back onto the house and evacuated the air out of the lines. As best as possible. Afterwards sat at the repair to make sure that nothing else was happening. No further issues and no leaks from repair. Thank you for choosing and trusting T e with your plumbing needs

Cameron did a great job. He was on time & did a great job
Couldn't of asked for a better company. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful, they all had a sense of humor. Very down to earth, which seems unusual these days. Jacob gave us the estimate, which was precise and reasonable, Jacob, and Oscar did the work, great crew. I'd HIGHLY recommend TE Certified to do any and all my electrical needs. I'll be doing more work and will without question, I will use TE Certified..
Excellent Service
Albert was very thorough with checking every component of our HVAC system! He caught what a previous technician missed with a visibly open top of the plenum, essentially blowing cold air into the attic instead of the living areas of the house. He re-sealed the top of the plenum after checking thermostats, refrigerant levels, cooling ability timing,. He also brought to my attention that the top of the plenum was never installed properly nor adequately by the builder (Plenum top was cut too small for the opening). In addition, he pointed out that the return ducts weren't adequate for maximum airflow efficiency and pressure management. He explained what is covered in the TE Certified maintenance plans and provided a brochure with all of the services that TE Certified offers. We signed up for the maintenance plan to make certain our system is up to par and ready for each season going forward. Thank You Albert! LH
Arrived at the scheduled time, knowledgeable of the product, and explained installation process. Friendly, professional, and provided excellent service!
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in detail suggesting our best options.
Been sweating out this problem for more than a week. Almost everyday I was working on this, until I realized I was “out of my depth” (intended pun, see title). Knew Cory from church. He treated everyone professionally. The solution was much more than I could do. He and Genis did a great job and we’re done in much less time than I had put in just trying to last week!! The new pump is working wonderfully and quietly!!! Need to find out if you could service my new bride’s house in Haralson County.
Customer friendly! On time! No BS! Straight to the point of the service call!💪🏾👍🏾
If you want a job done right and with accuracy, call and ask for Cody and Chandler. I was so impressed with their knowledge, precision and overall efficiency in working on my projects. I had a receptacle moved and chandelier relocated, dimmer switches, and the addition of an entirely new outlet so I could mount a television in new home. Also with care and exactness, they supplied the mounting equipment and installed two large screen televisions. I am thoroughly impressed by their knowledge—they are two nice, polite, well-informed young men. I highly recommend them from TE Electric.
