Front hose bib leaking when turned on at shutoff valve inside the home. This appears to be a freeze break. We replaced the hose bib and hose bib shutoff valve.

Customers' toilet was leaking from tank bolt on the left hand side ever.So slightly. Secured and tested good. Customer agreed to have their thermal expansion tank replaced and secured as well. Drained down the home and the water heater partially. Cut out old thermal expansion tank and install the new ball valve and new thermal expansion tank.That is bracketed to the side of the water.Heater. Afterwards I turned the water back on and we primed all of the air out of the water.Heater and the fixtures within the home. No leaks. Costumer had an issue with the fill valve in the 25 yrs toilet ,replaced the toilet with a kohler highline, he also replaced his own shower cartridge backwards so just flipped it over. Working no issues

Return to install customer supplied toilet in the upstairs.Master bathroom. Drained and removed old toilet, and noticed that the flange was broken on the right hand side. Customer agreed to have the flange replaced. After chipping out and replacing the flange, I then installed the new toilet. Once installation was complete, i then turned the water back onto the toilet.And flushed multiple times and checked for leaks. No leaks. Today I came out and did a duct repair and a condenser cleaning. Afterwards, I tested system in heat and cool and got great temp readings. There are no other issues here. Customer is happy

For this job, we re-ran a doorbell set up for a video doorbell.

Came out to customers home because he had a concern about his furnace was leaking. After further looking into the system, I realize that the conversation drain line was disconnected and wasn’t properly secure. I repaired the condensate drain line and tested the system with 2 gallons of water and took a video. I need to come back out to do a condenser cleaning and a duct repair. Other than that, customer is happy.

Arrived on site due to homeowner reporting a pool of water near the water meter. Troubleshot the issue by pumping out the standing water to locate the source of the leak. Determined that the leak was on the homeowner’s side of the meter. Provided the homeowner with options for repair or full replacement. Homeowner chose to proceed with a repair at this time. Completed the repair and tested the system to ensure there were no leaks and that everything was functioning properly. Homeowner was satisfied with the work upon completion.

A third time out to this establishment. Thank you so much with no answers on the phone. I have verified that there is no water to the building. Therefore, there is no way to do a water pressure test. There is also no one here to meet in order to let me in. I have attempted a water pressure test at the outside hose bib with a pressure.Reading of zero. Took pictures i have corresponded with kurt and chris on the matter. Chris has stated that we should no longer be coming back out to this establishment As well, kurt has stated that no one is to schedule another appointment for this establishment without going through him first

We were called out for a loose toilet located in the rear of the building near the mechanical room. We gave options for repair and replacement, and the customer pull and reset the existing toilet. We pulled the toilet and found that one of the toilet bolts had broken. On further inspection we found that the concrete floor was uneven under the toilet, which led to the toilet not being fully supported. Only the left side and rear of the toilet sit flat on the floor, and the front and right side have a 1/4” gap between the floor and the toilet. We reset the toilet and installed toilet shims to level the toilet and caulked the toilet to the floor. We flushed the toilet a dozen times to test for leaks. Please do not clean around the base of the toilet for 24 hours so caulking can cure.

For this job, we re-deviced the master bedroom, master bathroom, and the upstairs living area. We also re-ran the wire going to one of the outlets in the bedroom since it did not have any power.

For this job we completed a troubleshoot shoot for non working outlets, bad tap in a switch will return Friday to re-device room.

Met with customer and spoke with him regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed me into the garage where their drain lines are visible in the ceiling. All drains are PVC. Customer states they are experiencing a whole house backup and both bathrooms in the home are clogging/backing up. Home was built in 1987. Customer has lived there about four years. They have not had the septic tank pumped during their time living here and have not experienced this whole house backup before. Due to the fact that it is affecting the whole home I highly recommended getting the tank pumped first and then we will return to camera inspect the drain lines. Most likely from a toilet inside the home since there is no cleanout outside. This will allow us to ensure there are no further issues with the drains as well as give the customer the option for a cleanout to be installed. Customer already has a pump company scheduled for this Friday so we scheduled the camera inspection for the following

For this job, the customer had several outlets with bad connections causing the outlets to get warm when in use. We re-deviced the circuit and the outlets are no longer warm during use.

We install a new circuit for a Nema 1450 outlet for the oven inside the kitchen. We will run the circuit up the wall, the panel through the attic and down the wall of the kitchen.

Met with customer and spoke with them regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed us inside and stated that their kitchen sink is draining slowly. Customer then showed us into the master bathroom and stated the shower and both lavatory sinks are also draining slowly. We inspected each fixture and confirmed that they are draining slowly due to partial blockages/obstructions. We also spoke with the customer about our Endure product and recommended using it for their drains. We then presented the customer with estimates to clear the shower, lav sinks, and kitchen sink. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Plunged kitchen sink and cleaned all tubular thoroughly. Ran hot water behind to flush out any remaining debris. Ran tub gun through shower trap and removed a large buildup of hair and hard water deposits. We then removed the stoppers and tubular for the lavatory sinks and cleaned them thoroughly and flushed all drains with hot water. Shower
