I ran a new dedicated 4-wire circuit for the dryer in the mud room and installed a new GFCI breaker for shock protection.

For this job, we installed two pendants in the kitchen above the island.

The homeowner had a leak at the shut-off valve for the master bathroom toilet. I provided quotes to replace the shut-off valve, and I also noted that the water pressure was unusually high at 80 psi, indicating that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced as well. The homeowner decided to replace all of the stop shut-off valves with new quarter-turn valves. I replaced all the quarter-turn shut-off valves in both the master and guest upstairs bathrooms. Additionally, I replaced the main shut-off pressure regulator and the hose bib shut-off. After installing the new regulator, I set it to the appropriate pressure of 65 psi. Finally, I tested everything and checked for leaks to ensure everything was functioning properly.

Installed grundfos comfort pump on top of water heater and installed crossover tee under kitchen sink where customer said they wait the longest for hot water. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

Installed single device for microwave for duplex receptacle with new box. Replaced breaker for Microwave to GFCI Protect. Also replaced stairwell three way switches. Also installed surge protection.

Brought water heater that was only 1yr old up to code. And pulled and reset guest bathroom toilet to replace flange. Tested everything thoroughly.

Homeowner’s hose Bibb was leaking due to age in coming from the vacuum breaker as well, so I left the homeowner a quote to replace the hose Bibb with a brand new vacuum breaker.

Removed aged tank water heater and installed new Navien tankless unit. Installed for new water stops for all toilets with supply lines. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

Returned to do a manufacturer's warranty water heater swap, but Rheem denied the claim. Claim number is CAS-1558457-D9D7L2. customer agreed to do the repair of the water heater which included the temperature and pressure valve replacement, thermal expansion tank install, rework of the plumbing up above the water heater. As well, the p r v swap out. After draining the house down, i cut out all of the bad piping up above the water.Heater and removed the temperature and pressure valve and reworked all of the plumbing up above it.And installed a thermal expansion tank.That's bracketed, as well as a temperature.And pressure valve that has a low point drain. I then installed a p r v. Slowly turn the water back on to prime all of the air out of the water lines.And found a very slow leak coming off of the body of the p.R v. This was at no fitting or screw on the p.R v. The body actually has a micro crack that was leaking. I drained the house back down again and replaced the p.R v. Reprimed the

Customer called me out for a clogged toilet. Upon inspection and testing i determined that the blockage was the toilet itself and not a mainline blockage. I checked the clean out outside and had good flow from the house to the street. Flushed and tested with and without toilet paper. Customer satisfied.

Customer has a slow drip stain in ceiling of main level bathroom. Customer agreed to have the sheetrock, open and access What was potentially leaking. Found it to be the pea trap of the upstairs hallway bathroom tub. Ranwater for roughly five minutes and found no water leaking from the drain itself.We then ran water through the overflow and found nothing.After running the shower head a few minutes later it started leaking down. The customer is thinking about having the shell removed as it is cracked. While performing diagnostics, I noticed that the water heater was very corroded.On the inlet to the water heater and that it was also ten years old.They had an old water softening system in the area.That they had cut out, and the newer pipe is actually leaking. Customer had water turned off to the.Residence at the meter, when I arrived. Repair was necessary as the water came in directly to the house.You were able to see the hole that the water was shooting out of the ground. The customer previously had most of the water service line replaced and the house repiped, except for the last ten feet of copper that came out of the house. Customer agreed to have a new penetration, done.And replace the remaining copper, which was roughly ten feet on the outside of the home. I dug up the old line all the way to the pex fitting. I then uninstalled both on the outside and inside of the home.And installed and sleeved a new waterline going into the home and used stainless steel fittings on the outside of the home. Replaced main water line with a 1 inch black poly due to pinhole leaks in 3/4 old main water line. Install new courtesy valve infront meter box put hydraulic cement on both sides of foundation and tar tested and checked for leaks

Upon arrival I met with the homeowner, he showed me his garbage disposal after a thorough diagnostic I concluded that the disposal is no longer working, with the homeowners approval I removed and replaced the the garbage disposal and put in a new one. Double checked my work and tested for leaks. And conducted super clean up.

For this job I came out for a running toilet. I conducted a thorough diagnostics of the toilet and concluded that the toilet flapper wasn’t operational, i replaced 3in toilet flapper with a new one. Send customer a few options to replace toilets at a later time.

Replace garbage disposal in kitchen 1/2hp

During inspection, found the evaporator coil heavily rusted with a leak. In addition found the outside unit significantly low on refrigerant charge (410A), and the contactor is worn. The plenums and distribution boxes are made of fiberglass ductboard, and both the supply and return plenums have begun to show signs of fiberglass shedding. The supply plenum specifically has set up bio growth. No flood protection in the overflow pan, and the furnace blower wheel is heavily impacted with debris. Recommending replacing the system along with all fiberglass duct-board plenums and distribution boxes. System: Lennox, 2007 heat-cool & furnace. Dual zone upstairs and main floor.

Found the cap for the plenum partially disconnected. As a result, a significant amount of airflow was being lost to the attic. Setup HomeCare plan today. Single stage equipment shouldn’t be attempted in zone applications. Zone system doesn’t have a bypass damper nor does the system have sufficient return air for the size. 1-16”, 1-10”, & 1-8” returns on a 5 ton system.

Customer called us out for possible mainline blockage. Tested all fixtures and found no indication of a blockage at this time. Only travel fee was charged.
