We performed a troubleshoot on the wall in the middle of the office. The outlets and security lighting on it were not working. We examined the circuit and found that there was a loose connection behind one of the security lights. We re terminated the connections. Everything is working.

For this job I conduct lead detection services as a TGL for the homeowner, I discovered a leak in the front yard on the left side of the driveway right at 2 feet off. The left side of the driveway area has been excavated.

System tripping breaker for outdoor unit. EVAP coil was installed a couple weeks ago and this has been happening since Homeowner wanted a second opinion to make sure this was not an electrical issue and if the coil was installed correctly and if it had anything to do with this issue We checked all wiring to see if anything was shorting out but found nothing Checked compressor in Meg ohms to check all windings and found that it’s showing well short of where it should be causing the windings to short the system and trip breaker. Diagnosis for sewer leak. Customer had an overflowed toilet that leaked down into the basement. They had plunged the toilet. And that took care of their clog, I recommended having a camera technician come out. And inspect their lines after talking with the customer further. They have not had their septic.Tank pumped in over seven years. I went to the clean out and observed A lot of material cake to the clean out wall. I have recommended.They have their septic tank cleaned out. While I was on-site, I expressed to them that their water heater is 9 years old. And that their thermal expansion tank is no longer working correctly and recommended to have their thermal expansion tank replaced. As of right now, they are not moving with any of our quotes. Troubleshot the AC Unit breaker tripping intermittently. Upon arrival, the homeowner explained to me that the HVAC company that usually does their work said that the breaker size needed to be increased to accommodate the amp draw when the unit is running. The issue all began after an evaporator coil was changed out. I checked the breaker, bus bar, disconnect and contactor and they all had correct voltage going to them. All of this leads me to believe that the issue is somewhere in the HVAC system, not the electrical system.

Partial power loss in living room due to old age and not proper wire methods, the resolve was replace all outlets on that circuit and gibe a combo breaker due to a GFCI being on that circuit

Water leaking in the basement floor. Drain line not downward, and. I p-trap installed. Also, system is low on Freon and leaking at the evaporator coil and it can increase the condensation inside the evaporator coil and dripping water inside the return plenum. Blower wheel is dirty and sending dust into the house. As of repair, recommend to do a chemical wash on the blower wheels, replace both evaporator coils, install a drain pan under the condensate pump , install an in line switch and wet switch to prevent water leaking in the floor. Due to the high repair price and the condition of the systems, best option would be to upgrade both systems, with the new Freon (r32) and 10 years warranty. Set a lead to quote upgrading for both systems, for today after 2pm. We should credit back 175,00 spent today if customer do the expensive repair or replace the systems.

Replaced customer supplied faucet and preformed sink waste rebuild. Replaced both basket strainers and both ptraps. Left estimates for other necessary work.

The customer reported a jammed garbage disposal. After inspection, I confirmed the jam and advised the customer of replacement options. They chose to proceed with unjamming, which I completed successfully. Afterward, I performed a full evaluation of the water system. I noted the pressure regulator was at 80 PSI, which is on the high end, and I provided a quote for its future replacement. I recommend the customer consider replacing the pressure regulator soon to prevent future issues. Also for water heater since it’s 24 years old. A detailed quote is attached. Did Homecare inspection, recommend replacing stop valves in home. Did maintenance to water heater and moved gas line behind stove so stove would sit flush to the wall

Chris driver conducted a leak troubleshoot for homeowner. Homeowner has a leak somewhere in the yard, but also has an irrigation system. I was able to isolate the main irrigation system from the Watermain service, but upon further investigation I realize the meter is completely broken and not even attached to the curb. Stop. I advised the homeowner that once she has the meter replaced by the county if there is indeed a leak on the main service we could come back out and do a leak detection for her.

Today I demoed out three existing pendant lights and they’re wiring in the attic, I installed a junction box on the existing switch leg in the attic, and I cut in and installed two new electrical boxes along with two new pendant lights in the kitchen

Install Pressure Regulator to bring high pressure 110psi down to 65 psi Repair water copper lines that have multiple pinhole leaks in garage, full toilet rebuild in the master bathroom and replace popup assembly in master bathroom. Walk-through of the work that was performed to ensure that there are no more leaks after completion of work and performed a walk-through with customer of what was completed. Pressure system inside the home is now applicable and safe for the rest of the plumbing. Advise about the water heater set up how it could be done better and recommend redoing the hard piping on the water heater instead of the flexible hose and the copper gas line running to the water heater and strapping the expansion tank.

Called out for a back up kitchen sink, and an issue with the master toilet and master sink. Master toilet needs a tank to bowl kit service to be there 2 to 5 on Monday Pop up assembly needed for master sink and I replaced the P-trap tested line for leaks no issues. Ran sewer cable throughout the line to break up blockage in kitchen sink blockage was heavy grease tested thoroughly with a lot of hot water and everything is open and flowing at this time. Performed a heating and cooling maintenance inspection on the main floor HVAC system. System inspected is a 2023 Lennox furnace and air conditioning system. Overall, the equipment is operating and cooling properly at this time and was found to be in generally good condition during today’s visit. Technician completed a full visual and operational inspection of the indoor and outdoor equipment, checked system performance, inspected ductwork, evaluated drain safety components, and reviewed indoor air quality conditions. Photo documentation of the equipment and inspection findings was collected and attached to the visit notes. During the inspection, technician found the system is currently operating without TE standard flood protection safety device installed on the condensate drain system. Technician also noted the blower wheel is beginning to accumulate dirt buildup. Dug a trench from the shed back to the pool equipment and ran a new power feed over to the pool shed, set a junction below the pool panel with a GFCI outlet, set a junction box on the back of the pool shed and added four outlets at the shed.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer states they were taking a shower upstairs last night and they experienced a backup from the main level shower which overflowed into the bathroom. Customer heard gurgling from that shower and from the kitchen sink also on the main floor. Home is one year old and has two bathrooms upstairs, one on the main floor, and an unfinished basement. When I arrived I inspected the bathroom and located a 4” cleanout outside in the backyard. Opened cleanout and there is no water holding inside. Ran fixtures in main level bathroom and kitchen sink for 15-20 minutes. Flushed toilet multiple times with and without toilet paper. The lines are draining properly and nothing backed up or clogged again during my testing. There was likely a soft blockage that cleared itself due to head pressure building up inside the line. I recommended that a sewer supervisor visits to perform a camera on inspection and confirm the customer
