Homeowner called us out to inspect running toilet after receiving a high water bill. They previously had national leak detection out to find that the master toilet was running. The fill valve failed causing excessive water loss. I removed and replaced the fill valve new. I also checked the other toilets and components of their plumbing system to ensure there are no other sources of loss at this time. All work was tested and checked for leaks
Trench new gas line from gas meter to fire pit. (65 feet). Installed two x-risers on meter side and by the fire pit. Installed shut off valves on each side as well. Install test tee for pressure test. Install 3/4 yellow Polly with tracer wire at 18” depth. Tested for leaks and proper holding pressure at 15 psi and checked gauge after an hour. All gas fixtures in the home were relit/purged as well. Customer will be getting contacted by the inspector to check said work. Once said work is inspected and passed, the trench will be backfilled. It is up to the inspector’s discretion when the inspection will be scheduled in order to proceed with backfill. Thank you for choosing TE!
For this job, I came out to a high water bill. After coming out I went ahead and did a thorough inspection on plumbing system. Isolated main water leak to check for leaks and found that it was fine. I also found the water lines inside the home in the slabs were fine and that it could’ve been a fixture. I found a toilet running every 3 minutes. I had to remove the rubber band that was stuck under the flapper that was there when the toilet was being installed typically when the toilet is being unboxed. Which went ahead and resolved the issue. I also recommend the customer to shut off hose bib that’s on the side of the house that seems open for everyone so no one is using it while she’s not at home.
Returned to install faucet, do a cpvc repair and replace prv and shut off. Turned water off at the road and cut out old prv and replaced. Then perform repair on pipe in the drop down ceiling. Then replaced faucet for basement utility sink. Allowed time for the pvc glue to cure on the main. Turned water ona nd tested for leaks. No leaks. Was unable to go upstairs to check fixtures for good flow. All basement fixtures were fine. Thank you for choosing entrusting t e with your plumbing needs
Customer has a leak on CP V. C pipe within the basement, drop down ceiling. It is very slow. As well, their pressure is elevated and is that 95 psi? I have had a discussion with the customer about the inherent risks of working with said material and the customer understands. Customer has agreed for us to replace the PRV. And the leak repair, as well as a fucet for their utility sink. That is leaking. We would supply as they do not have transportation at this moment in time. They have tenants living above that are not prepared for the water to be off at this point. So they have asked to schedule for next monday, which has already been set up. I have also referred mitigation for the water damages. We are coming back monday between eleven and two o'clock. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
We will be returning Monday July 13th to install new gas line from the meter to the location marked by rebar. X-risers will be used to transition the gas pipe from above ground to underground. Yellow tracer wire to be ran with gas line and attached to the gas line every 24 inches with electrical tape. I will be meeting Adrain on site Monday morning to make sure he understands fully what the expectations are. Dig contractor is also scheduled for Monday morning.
Water damages due to flooding. Minus if pond pump if damaged.
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. I tested the bathroom group and found that it was only the toilet that was affected. I recommended using a closet auger to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran the auger down the toilet successfully clearing the blockage. I then tested the toilet multiple times and cleaned up.
At arrival on 07/06/26 Issue: no cool System: system #3 & #4 Finding: system #3 has grounded compressor, 22 years old with R-22 refrigerant System#4 is empty, no refrigerant in the system, leak in the evaporator coil, system is 22 years old with R-22 refrigerant (obsolete). Melted disconnect. System #4 has a bad blower motor. Both systems have dirty blower wheels, dirty air ducts, extremely dirty filters, dirty condenser coils, no wet and Ss1 safety switch, weak contactors and capacitors. Recommendations: upgrade systems. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
For this job, the customer called us out due to a light in the closet not working. I discovered that the switch had a bad connection causing it to not send power to the light. I replaced the switch and installed a new LED wafer light in the closet. Thank you for choosing TE Certified Electricians!
For this job, I worked on replacing a sump pump in the basement. Went ahead and cut out old pump and check valve. Went ahead and replaced check valve with a new check valve shut off combo also new 1/2 hp liberty pump. After installation went ahead tested, checked for leaks and cleaned up work area.
We moved a eviqo Ev charger from one house to another.
Came out after service for a clog in the entryway toilet. On arrival I tested the toilet and it backed up immediately. I then ran the sink to check for a deeper clog and ran it for 10 minutes with no signs of a deeper back up. The handle on the toilet was broken and so was the part of the fill valve that would press the button to shut off the water. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to wait to see what their remediation company said.
Customer had water turned off to the house. When we showed up, there's a lot of water damage on the main floor. I started by turning the water off near the water.Heater and turning on the main to diagnose whether or not they had a main issue underneath their slab or in the yard. This was not the case. Afterwards I slowly turned the water back on to the rest of the house and check to see whether or not the meter was spinning on the cold or hot side. This was not the case either. Thank you. The diagnosis ended up being a potentially clogged.Sewer, main on the main floor and the powder room toilet overflowed. I was able to diagnose this by turning the water on at the faucet and watching the water level in the toilet rise. I have since then turned the water off. Drains is scheduled to come out tomorrow.Along with property medics for the water damage. You think you'll hear for choosing and trusting tE with your plumbing needs
Opened drywall to expose leak. Found a failure on a 3/4” red pex line. Replaced affected section. Pressure was tested upon arrival. The pressure was in the safe zone. Found a leak on the PRV. Replaced leaking valve. Replaced thermal expansion tank as preventative maintenance. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Troubleshoot
We performed a troubleshoot on the wall in the middle of the office. The outlets and security lighting on it were not working. We examined the circuit and found that there was a loose connection behind one of the security lights. We re terminated the connections. Everything is working.
For this job I conduct lead detection services as a TGL for the homeowner, I discovered a leak in the front yard on the left side of the driveway right at 2 feet off. The left side of the driveway area has been excavated.
System tripping breaker for outdoor unit. EVAP coil was installed a couple weeks ago and this has been happening since Homeowner wanted a second opinion to make sure this was not an electrical issue and if the coil was installed correctly and if it had anything to do with this issue We checked all wiring to see if anything was shorting out but found nothing Checked compressor in Meg ohms to check all windings and found that it’s showing well short of where it should be causing the windings to short the system and trip breaker. Compressor should be under warranty and homeowner has to go through home warranty for replacement Sent estimate for us to replace as well Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Bad Thermostat Replaced failed thermostat and verified its operations Setup HomeCare plan today and applied membership pricing
Diagnosis for sewer leak. Customer had an overflowed toilet that leaked down into the basement. They had plunged the toilet. And that took care of their clog, I recommended having a camera technician come out. And inspect their lines after talking with the customer further. They have not had their septic.Tank pumped in over seven years. I went to the clean out and observed A lot of material cake to the clean out wall. I have recommended. They have their septic tank cleaned out. While I was on-site, I expressed to them that their water heater is 9 years old. And that their thermal expansion tank is no longer working correctly and recommended to have their thermal expansion tank replaced. As of right now, they are not moving with any of our quotes. Thank you for choosing and considering t e with your plumbing needs
Troubleshot the AC Unit breaker tripping intermittently. Upon arrival, the homeowner explained to me that the HVAC company that usually does their work said that the breaker size needed to be increased to accommodate the amp draw when the unit is running. The issue all began after an evaporator coil was changed out. I checked the breaker, bus bar, disconnect and contactor and they all had correct voltage going to them. All of this leads me to believe that the issue is somewhere in the HVAC system, not the electrical system.
Partial power loss in living room due to old age and not proper wire methods, the resolve was replace all outlets on that circuit and gibe a combo breaker due to a GFCI being on that circuit

Excellent Service
Albert was very thorough with checking every component of our HVAC system! He caught what a previous technician missed with a visibly open top of the plenum, essentially blowing cold air into the attic instead of the living areas of the house. He re-sealed the top of the plenum after checking thermostats, refrigerant levels, cooling ability timing,. He also brought to my attention that the top of the plenum was never installed properly nor adequately by the builder (Plenum top was cut too small for the opening). In addition, he pointed out that the return ducts weren't adequate for maximum airflow efficiency and pressure management. He explained what is covered in the TE Certified maintenance plans and provided a brochure with all of the services that TE Certified offers. We signed up for the maintenance plan to make certain our system is up to par and ready for each season going forward. Thank You Albert! LH
Arrived at the scheduled time, knowledgeable of the product, and explained installation process. Friendly, professional, and provided excellent service!
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in detail suggesting our best options.
Been sweating out this problem for more than a week. Almost everyday I was working on this, until I realized I was “out of my depth” (intended pun, see title). Knew Cory from church. He treated everyone professionally. The solution was much more than I could do. He and Genis did a great job and we’re done in much less time than I had put in just trying to last week!! The new pump is working wonderfully and quietly!!! Need to find out if you could service my new bride’s house in Haralson County.
Customer friendly! On time! No BS! Straight to the point of the service call!💪🏾👍🏾
If you want a job done right and with accuracy, call and ask for Cody and Chandler. I was so impressed with their knowledge, precision and overall efficiency in working on my projects. I had a receptacle moved and chandelier relocated, dimmer switches, and the addition of an entirely new outlet so I could mount a television in new home. Also with care and exactness, they supplied the mounting equipment and installed two large screen televisions. I am thoroughly impressed by their knowledge—they are two nice, polite, well-informed young men. I highly recommend them from TE Electric.
