As we arrived back today Sacarya explain to this about the same breaker is tripping as when Greg was out here last time. After examining the electrical panel and the area affected, we found that the 15 amp breaker controlling power to the area is likely being overloaded with too much on it. There is a heater that’s pulling 1400 W almost 12 A of power by itself attached to the circuit. We talked to her about maybe not turning it up to the highest level when she has it running. While we were here, we also talked about installing a generator inlet for a battery power generator. I’m attaching an estimate for that to be done along with a surge protector installation. Came out today to perform HVAC service call on the downstairs system. Upon arrival, customer stated that the system was not coming on unless the husband wiggled a wire then the system would kick on for just a second and turn back off. upon inspection of the system found the system to be from 1995. Upon further inspection noticed there was black marks around the burners due to improper igniter and thermal coupling. Also found thermal thermal coupling to be cross threaded on the gas valve epoxy closed. The blower well was dirty, the indoor coil was dirty, could not get system to start up due to failed parts. At this time due to the age of the system, the parts are obsolete and a customer would like to move forward with getting quote to replace the system

Came out for Ecobee tstat giving warnings about possible furnace issues. System is 2018 Single-Stage Lennox Heat Pump with 2 zones. Upon checking tstats downstairs states "tstat calling for heat but temp going down" and upstairs tstat states "auxiliary heating has been running over 2 hours". These alerts were sent out over the weekend during below freezing temps. Upon checking heating today (47 degrees out) everything working properly. Verified zone board, both dampers and tstats operational. Verified defrost and auxiliary heating operational. Did find no bypass damper and after sizing ductwork found current return designed for about 1260cfm and supply for about 1700cfm. System is 4ton designed for about 1600cfm each. This is short on return and symptoms are even more apparent when only 1 tstat calls for heat and its extremely cold out. Made customer aware it is ideal to have variable speed equipment for multiple zones or at least 2-stage. Current configuration has system struggling wh

Perform camera inspection through exterior clean out Successfully ran camera through exterior clean out all the way to city sewer tap and did not discover any issues with sewer line. I was also able to feed camera through clean out underneath concrete slab into home to inspect mainline under concrete slab but also did not find any issue with drain itself. Customer stated that previous tenants used a lot of flushable wipes and in the past they’ve had to fish out flushable wipes. I was able to see a few wipes or tissues sitting in the drain. I recommend having the downstairs toilet and kitchen sink flushed out with a mini Hydro Jetter. .

As we arrived today, we removed the Tesla charger from the wall in the garage. We turned off the 60 amp breaker which fed power to it and installed a 1900 box and cover on the wall where the charger was and terminated the wires with wire nuts in the box. Customer has 11 y/o 2-zone Carrier heat pump system that operates for whole house. System is not heating due to failed ECM motor. Blower wheel is very dirty. Filter was very dirty. Significant biological growth presence. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Water protection is poor. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Informed customer of findings. System is currently not operating.

Today we installeda new duplex receptacle at the top of the stairs directly beside the electric chair rail. The receptacle will get its power from another receptacle in the attic space above it. We will tapped on that receptacle and ran wire across the attic and down the wall to the new location of the receptacle. Made all connections and the receptacle worked properly. Came out today and performed two system HVAC no heat service call. On arrival customer stated that both systems were not heating. Upon inspection of the upstairs system found very low refrigerant, the outdoor system was much larger than the indoor system, the systems are not properly matched up, the indoor coil is rusty, no TE standard flood protection. Upon inspection of the downstairs system found the heat strips would come on, but the compressor was not turning on, upon further inspection, found the refrigerant lines coming out of the house were severely kinked, the outdoor system is currently larger than the indoor system, the systems are not properly matched up. At this time, customer would like to move forward with getting a quote to replace both systems. Customer is aware that she signed up for the home care and would receive a 5% discount upon updating her system. Neither system is currently operating properly

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. On arrival customer stated that their unit was coming on and then would shut off shortly after. Upon inspection of the unit found the inside of the unit to be very dusty and dirty, the blower wheel was very dirty, the blower capacitor was bad and the blower motor was very dirty and pulling high amps. Upon further inspection found lots of rust on the major heating components. Upon speaking with customer they declined any repairs at this time. At this time system is up and running.
