I was called out to Julie & Jon’s house for a Homecare maintenance. They have lived here for about 7 years and had the systems installed when they moved in so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the main system has an older style of flue piping which is no longer up to current code, it doesn’t have a flood pan or safety, the airflow is very poor but we need to verify the sizing of the system first, the ac is missing it’s locking caps, the ac and wheel need cleaned, and there is some biological growth in the system, on the master system it is also missing its flood pan & safety, the flue pipe doesn’t have proper slope and is leaking, the combustion air isn’t piped and is pulling from the local air, the uv bulb is supposed to be replaced yearly, the wheel and ac need cleaned, the ac is missing its locking caps, the whip wire is improper, and the heat exchanger is significantly rusted and so are the burners. The system looks to be registered correctly b

Supply & Install 30A 4 wire circuit for the dryer & 50A 4w circuit for the stove. This includes supplying and installing the four prong appliance chords to each appliance.

Clear blockage with auger Customer was experiencing a blockage in basement toilet. Tested for a mainline blockage but toilet was only fixture being affected. Ran auger cable and cleared blockage, did not bring anything back on auger. Tested toilet by flushing multiple times with and without paper. Clearing successful.

Replaced 50 gal smart electric whirlpool heater with Rheem Gladiator Smart Electric Water Heater. I installed and set up EcoNet app with the homeowner. All work was tested and checked for leaks.

Troubleshoot water heater breaker keeps tripping. Install Polaris tap for air handler. Existing tap was a blue wire nut. I recommend getting a whole home inspection. Replaced disconnect for water heater and installed new whip from disconnect to water heater. Replace breaker for water heater. Additional concerns were brought up to the home owner regarding original installation of water heater circuit. Homeowner is aware that circuit should be run in conduit. Romex is not allowed to be sleeved in wet locations. Everything tested and working properly.

Provided quote for the Installation of a Anker Whole home battery back up system, redid installation of emporia charger.

We got called out to search for a leak on the main waterline. We discovered that the customers irrigation back-flow shutoff valves had failed and water was passing through leaking from an irrigation control valve.
