For this job, I worked on replacing a 50 gallon of gas with a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater. Went ahead tested for leaks and checked work. After went ahead and did a walk through with customer. Cleaned up work area

Upon arrival, customer notified me that he used a space heater in each of the bedrooms at the end of the hall in order to accommodate for loss of heat through HVAC system. Customer stated that they lost power to the receptacles in the left bedroom. When he put the breaker back in the on position, power did not get restored to the receptacles. As a preventative measure, he turned power back off at the electrical panel to ensure there was no shorts or hazards taking place in the wall. Customer has partial power in the right bedroom (master). The breaker for this room is on, but we do not have power to two of the receptacles. One is underneath the television and one is located where the space heater was plugged in. We will be going through and checking to see where power was lost and if it’s a simple repair restoring power back to the remainder of the circuit. Repair gas leak at generator/new flex line and three-quarter inch stub out nipple.

Repipe kitchen sink with disposal. Also, quoted for new water line and water heater repipe, Halo system. Hot water supply was low pressure, removed supply line, blew hot supply in a bucket to clear any debris out, cleaned screen from supply line on kitchen faucet hot. Reconnected and tested fixtures. Working properly now. Tested drains and disposal, no leaks. Main water service line comes in at 1/2” and connect to a 3/4 Prv then reduces down to 1/2” to supply house, gas water heater also piped all in 1/2” pex.

Replace the gas regulator with a new belgas regulator that operates within our desired outlet inlet pressure. Replace rusted gas fittings with ones that have a protective grey paint coat on it. Install a service valve before the gas regulator. By code this gas line must be 5 feet of developed length, 5 feet away from the gas intake, tested gas line for leaks and set regulator for 8.5 In/WC Painted gas line AGL grey to prevent rusting.

Customer had a bathroom toilet that was giving them issues in the master bath, after testing the main line it wasn’t a main lawn blockage, so I ran my toilet auger to clear soft blockage. After clearing the soft blockage. The toilet is flushing and flowing normally.

Today at the Millwood job, it was requested that we replaced the PRV due to high pressure found on a home inspection list. The current owners are selling the house and need to get this done for the sale of the home Replaced three-quarter inch watts PRV

Install garbage diposal Installed a new garbage disposal inside kitchen line drain line. There was no existing garbage disposal. Had to repipe pTrap assembly to drain from disposal would work. Could not attach dishwasher line hose because previous installers cut connection too short. Customer is aware. Tested for leaks and proper flow.

ISSUE: bathroom outlets not working LOCATION: bathroom outlets FINDINGS: loose connection in outlet in master bathroom was causing the basement bathroom to only have 86 volts between hot and neutral RESOLUTION: remade connection in master bathroom and basement bathroom is now getting 124 volts from hot to neutral. Left estimates to correct other issues I found

Troubleshoot breaker not resetting

Bosch tankless water heater is giving an error code of C3 - Flow sensor (14) does not detect water recirculation: check pump and connections, check recirculation circuit for any blockage. This water heater is not equipped with a recirculation pump, and does not have a recirculation pump in the system. In the settings changed the recirculation to off and reset rebooted the water heater. The error code has been reset. Installed new Grundfos Alpha Recirculation Pump with crossover tee. Pressurized, removed the air from the lines, and put the system into service.

Due to the wiring methods and junction boxes being buried in the ceiling, I recommend re-wiring the basement bedrooms. We will pull a new feed from the panel to the first bedroom, feed all the outlets, switches and lights correctly, this will all be done to code standards

Install one dimmer and one three way switch for the upstairs hallway lighting circuit

Remove multiple pieces hardi siding and plywood, cut hardi shaker siding , install around mini split, match existing siding, woodfill nail holes, primer all sides new siding, two coat paint. Homeowner supplied matching existing paint.

Troubleshoot oven and dishwasher not working

Replaced toilet flange

Installed customer supplied proper drain assembly and installed new master P-trap in main floor half bathroom also advised customer on how to find the new cover for their overflow in the tub upstairs. It is simply missing a piece of trim.

Troubleshoot jacuzzi tripping breaker.

Dug up and exposed 3/4in pvc water service line. Removed any residual root sections from the chopped down trees to access the damaged line and replaced with new fittings and pvc pipe. Tested for leaks and backfilled the hole. Advised homeowner that they may have to add additional dirt since the roots are no longer present.

Customer had new water meter installed by the water municipality. Water heater was lacking thermal expansion protection, and customer was not made aware. Replaced pressure reducing valve, water heater, and installed water heater code compliant to resolve pressure issues after newly installed water meter.

Located leak coming from exterior service line feeding the guest house. Line is running from the main house in 3/4 PVC and is covered with large mass of thick tree roots that have damaged the service. Line is also improperly ran causing volume issues when both houses are using water. Advised replacement of the entire service line. Also left a quote for repair once trees/roots are removed.
