Replace existing supply/return duct with new flex ducting. 10" in diameter and 10' in length. Turn on system and check for air flow. L2 Completed home care inspection for 04 system. Client explained that there was an air restriction going into the bedroom in the basement. None of the unit had a clean out vent in the condensation drains.. Client signed a quote for the ionizer to be installed, but she wants it done after the contractor is finished doing the tiles work in the basement and in the upstairs part of the house also they will schedule ductwork cleaning before the ionizer get installed. This will be around a week or two from today.
Excellent service by Ron Oliver and his assistant. They listened carefully and understood our desired jobs to be completed.
On time. And great Job!
Removed dual 50 gallon gas water heaters that had multiple failures including leaking recirculation pump, leaking relief valves, and failed thermal expansion tanks. Installed new Navien NPE-240A2 tankless water heater. Modified existing water lines to accommodate new water heater configuration, installed ION-6 inline scale filter to protect unit from scale buildup, capped old exhaust vent and modified existing gas line. ran approx 30ft of 2in PVC exhaust piping and intake vent to the exterior of the home. Sealed penetrations with silicone and added condensate discharge pump to new tankless. Tested system for leaks and verified proper function. Also installed and programmed navilink wifi controller. Insulated water lines and dedicated return line to protect from freezing in unconditioned space. Still unable to locate source of water damage that had occurred in the hallway and pantry.

For this job, I worked on installing a generator inlet circuit with an inner lock kit
We install two new flood lights on a wireless peco switch, switches are located in the entry door. At the barn we bypass two ballast for 8ft light fixtures in second floor
Was called out about a venting issue come to find out the homeowner added a new sink with tub and tied off a 3 inch drain with no stack so I cut into the sink drain and added a AAV valve to get proper air cause when the tub would drain it would suck the p trap dry on the sink Also why I was her I looked into why the tub filler wasn’t getting any good pressure so I checked the cartridge found a little bit of sediment also checked the diverting cartridge and found it was slab full of sediment. After cleaning both of them out we got proper flow and pressure. Informed customer this might happen again due to there water heater being 30 years old left some estimates to replace. Also installed two bidet seats one in master one in powder room Tested for leaks. There are no leak at this time. Thank you for choosing TE certified
I came out to investigate an issue with your dryer outlet. The outlet was very old and mounted straight onto concrete so had melted. I installed a new box onto the concrete as well as installing a new outlet and luckily the wires were not overly damaged. I was able to cut away any damaged wire and use the wire that remained. I also took a look at your panel, which is very old and done in an older fashion, where all the neutrals and grounds are tied together up under screws that are only meant to have one wire a piece. You also have several breakers that are the wrong brand for that panel, which can cause arcing and damage. I highly recommend replacing the panel however, if you decide that will not happen anytime soon, it would be ideal to replace those breakers. Also, when you replace the panel, you will need to bring the house up to code which would include installing new interconnected smoke detectors. I’m including a price for both replacing the panel and bringing the house up to
Re-feed one outlet in office. Trace old wire cut by window. Look in the wall and saw to cut wires. Homeowner didn’t want to re feed the outlet to the right of the window. Replace boxes and outlets. Install junction boxes in the attic. Install surge protector. Neutrals in the sub panel needs to be separated. Breakers for elevator can’t be replaced with standard breakers because that would be against code.
Install customer supplied faucet spout and aerator at kitchen sink faucet
Home care inspection -sleeve and protect wires going into furnace units in attic -install whole home surge protection in main panel -install breaker for surge protector
Tech arrived to perform HomeCare maintenance on two systems in home. Both systems are heat pumps at roughly 6 years old. Homeowner had concerns with downstairs thermostat/system. Found that thermostat was set for dual fuel rather than heat pump. Adjusted settings to reflect heat pump and erased scheduling per homeowners request. Verified heat pump operations after. Changed out customer supplied filter 20x20x4 and 20x20x1 filter for upstairs. Flushed drain lines and verified safety operations. Verified heat strips operations. Checked outdoor units. Units are in good condition. Noticed outdoor capacitors are failed out of tolerance and should be replaced. Brought recommendations to customer. Customer agreed to replace thermostat with EcoBee and replace capacitors. Replaced thermostat with EcoBee Lite and verified operations. Replaced outdoor capacitors 45/7.5 with turbo 200 and 35/5 capacitor. Verified systems are operational. Thank you for letting TE CERTIFIED service your home.
For this job I did a full home plumbing inspection. I informed home owner of my findings and left quotes for work that needs to be done. Customer went with pulling toilet and replacing flange that was broken and allowing toilet to rock. I installed toilet back and put new wax ring, bolts and shims. I sealed the base with clear silicon. I tested and left work area clean.

Replaced main shutoff and reinstalled pressure reducing valve inside garage area that was leaking on the main line and also fixed the main issue which was a broken underground line servicing the back dock area. Cut out broken section of pipe and replaced that with an isolation valve in a box and a new hose spigot. Checked for leaks and everything is working properly
At arrival on 01/28/26 found main floor system not heating properly After diagnostic found the followings: Bad wet safety switch Microbial growth in the air handler Potentially clogged up drain line and pump Homeowner only approved to replace their wet safety switch. Performed job and system is heating properly at this time.
Customer has 2 y/o Trane heat pump system that operates for main level. Customer stated that thermostat went blank overnight, however, thermostat was displaying upon arrival. Performed inspection of system and found no wiring issues. Thermostat wired correctly. No blown fuses. No tripped breakers. Wires are capped and secured. Tested auxiliary heating, which is operational. Pressure levels were normal. Defrost control operational. Possibly of faulty thermostat, although not showing signs of issues at this time. Recommend water protection upgrade. Replaced customer supplied 18x20x1 filter. Drain line installation is incorrect. Recommend air quality enhancements. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Performed no heat diagnostic for 12 year old system that supplies whole house. While opening the air handler breaker tripped and caught contact with silver tape previous installer left to cover breaker and found charr heat pack also with failed breaker. Saw failed transformer. Dirty filter. Dirty blower wheel.out of tolerance capacitor for blower motor. System has no Te flood protection. No clean out for drain line. Also found original installers used tie tongs as manual dampers causing restriction of air flow. Outdoor unit has out of tolerance capacitor and starting to Pitt contactor. With dirty condenser coil. Recommend joining HomeCare and replacement of system due to age and repair cost. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Blmann8373@gmail.com
Water coming down in pantry and hallway ceiling next to the garage. Mitigation company opened the drywall and removed any saturated insulation. There is no plumbing within 15 feet of the affected area and no movement on the meter that would indicate a leak. Likely an issue with the roof. The client is contacting a roof company to assess roof damage. Left quotes and options for future water heater replacement due to age of the system including Tankless options and standard tank type water heaters.
For this job we installed 2 light fixtures and a 6” wafer in the pantry with a switch. For the pantry light we ran a switch from an existing outlet to a switch we added and up to the light in the pantry. We replaced the kitchen fixture and came off the kitchen fixture with 14/2 and installed a box and installed a fixture above kitchen sink. We also demoed oven outlet sticking out and the customer wanted it recessed so we installed a 2 gang slider box and an oven outlet. We also as a courtesy replaced a 2 pole 50 amp Eaton BR to the right breaker which is a Siemens. We also as a courtesy replaced microwave outlet.
Max did a really great job explaining things and completed the job in a timely manner the day before an anticipated snow/ice storm and on a Friday.

Thank you for the great service and help with my faucet. All turned out great.
I just started using TE for my hvac as well as plumbing. When I had an issue, I called and TE sent a tech out pretty expeditiously. Daniel Rockstroh who has experience with Carrier systems was excellent! My Carrier hvac system had an extremely hard to diagnose issue. Daniel took the time to trace the problem and get us back up and running correct. There was no "no I cant" or "its fixed" when it wasnt. Now that my system has been serviced, I have absolute confidence that our home will be cozy this winter, no worries here. Thank you TE and Daniel!
Kris was excellent! Kris explained our options and was easy to understand. He went for the part and installed it speedy quick! Kris also checked our water pressure and water heater which had been installed previously by a qualified TE technical team. I've been with another company for a few years for plumbing and our Hvac, but wasn't satisfied with their techs or prices. I was very pleased a with the install of our water heater and the latest job on our toilet so, we're going to move our Hvac maintenance to TE as well. TE is honest, fast, and doesnt gouge their customers. This has made me a loyal customer for our needs in the future. I highly recommend TE for our needs in servicing my home!
The technicians was on time, they were able to figure out what the problem was, and they made the repair. They kept me informed along the way and the steps they were taking. Will highly recommend TE Certified!!
Service was very efficient. Techs were friendly and very respectful to me and my home. I will highly recommend TE Certified to my friends and family. Very satisfied.
I’ve used TE for electrical and for plumbing. All technicians have been knowledgeable, professional, polite, and their work is top notch!
