Attempt to clear blockage in basement bathroom Customer called us out for a blockage affecting the basement bathroom. The customer stated this is the first time they are experiencing this issue. We took a look at the bathroom and they stated water started backing up into the tub and water seeping out from the base of the toilet. There is an ejector pump present and we took a look inside the basin and it was empty. We tested the main floor bathroom to ensure everything was flowing properly and after running water for a long period of time there were no signs of a blockage. We ran water in the basement bathroom and we noticed the toilet started to gurgle. We recommended to the customer to attempt to restore proper flow and they agreed. We pulled the basement toilet and ran our cable machine in the toilet drain. We noticed there was little to no wax left and the toilet drain was holding water. Troubleshoot, wafer lights, outlets new

Today, we came out to replace a 27-year-old, 40-gallon electric water heater that had recently begun leaking. Per the customer’s request, we upgraded the unit to a new 50-gallon electric water heater with an extended warranty. We also replaced the home’s main water shutoff valve. The home’s water pressure was tested and is holding at 55 PSI. After installation, we restored the water supply, purged the plumbing system of air, and thoroughly tested all connections for leaks. Everything is operating properly with no leaks present at this time. The customer is satisfied with today’s service.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Spoke with customer about service fee and setting TGL. Spoke with Coleman about scheduling the TGL. The unit is located at an Airbnb. Received verbal confirmation to set the TGL. System is performing as well as it can. System is not undercharged and is showing a 20 degree delta T. There may have been a remodel and the existing equipment was set up to supplement that space however because of the duct design we may not have enough tonnage for the new heat load.

Troubleshoot

Reset the power to toilet and it started flushing again. Inspected ice maker and turned water on to get it to start making ice.

I replaced a customer supplied toilet, a new pvc x cast iron flange and a water stop valve. I tested everything thoroughly to ensure there were no further issues

This option is to run a switch to the heater circuit for the outdoor heater and use contactors for the wire to be able to use a switch on it. This includes running two separate 14 gauge wires to a newly cut out switch box, adding a bubble cover for the two switches, adding a junction box above the heater with the two contactors in it, and configuring the wire and a way that the switches will activate the two contactors for a low heat setting and a high heat setting.

Homeowner called in for the unit not cooling. Homeowner suspected the capacitor was faulty, capacitor was reading new. 45/45. Noticed a diagnostic code on the control board for the ODU. Four flashes. Signifies either faulty capacitor. Incorrect voltage in coming. Compressor has too much liquid refrigerant. After performing a hard reset at the breakers. Observed homeowner had a superheat of .4 on a txv system. I informed the homeowner that his refrigerant is not properly absorbing the heat from the home. Inspected TXV sensing bulb found that it was mounted on a braze line and poorly secured to the line. I secured the TXB sensing bulb and noticed his superheat increased to a five. I let the equipment run for approximately 15 minutes. Unit is cooling properly in my departure. A full system inspection was not performed today. Only the diagnostic.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the hvac system 2 ton capacity 15 years old is in poor maintenance conditions the blower wheel it’s dirty the indoor evaporator coil it’s dirty And system ICE UP when thawed out is dripping condensation. Performed courtesy electronic leak search and indoor evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant and can’t be repaired. Test outdoor heat pump unit condenser coil its dirty test dual run capacitor is ok. Test refrigerant charge pressure are extremely low. By homeowner request recharge system add 3 pounds of refrigerant r 410a. ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY DUE TO MAYOR REFRIGERANT LEAK AT EVAPORATOR COIL.
