Replace faulty wafer light

Responded to no ac call. Indoor unit was running, outdoor unit was not. Opened service panel and found one of the line voltage legs burned off. Proceeded to check capacitor. Found capacitor below manufactures threshold. Noticed condenser coil was dirty, Also found contactor burned. Reconnected line voltage wire to contactor and replaced capacitor to further check system. System did not fire up determined that disconnect box was defective too. Can not further diagnose system until recommended minimum repairs were done. Customer declined repairs at this time

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Arrived pump unit down. Removed effective evaporator coil and filter dryer. Installed new evaporator coil cabinet and evaporator coil. Added new filter dryer. Pressure test. Vacuumed system. Added SS1 in-line safety. Opened lines and cycled system on. Adjusted pressures. Added 1 pound of 410 a. Unit now cooling.

Check system for homecare and found no wet switch or safety switch for better flood protection found outdoor system/coil needed to be cleaned. Recommend indoor air quality products to help keep the air and system cleaner.

Breakers

Found system not cooling properly not reaching temperature due to low refrigerant. Performed leak search with electronic leak detector. Found refrigerant leak at indoor evaporator coil. Recommend evaporator coil replacement and adding refrigerant at time of repair. Customer just wants to add refrigerant at this time. No in-line safety or wet switch. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Old delta faucet drips while off. Replacement can be done from the closet behind. Today I installed a delta single handle tub/shower valve, complete with chrome trimming. All connections have been tested and purged. Also water lines were insulated to avoid potential freezing from open ceiling in garage.

Responded to no cooling call, indoor unit was running, condenser wasn’t. Checked for water in the pan and made sure drain line wasn’t clogged. Proceeded to electrical panel found breaker tripped. Made all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. System was slightly low on refrigerant, added refrigerant and replaced capacitor and added a hardstart kit

Completed homecare maintenance for single system home. Fully tested the unit and heating and cooling from the thermostat. Found no mechanical failures at this time and no immediate repairs needed. Changed out the filter with approval of the customer and informed him of the benefits of adding IAQ to the system.
