Replace 2 pop up assemblies that are leaking, rebuild drains for 2 sinks with wrong type of p trap and replace damaged p trap under master bath sink, reseal shower drain to eliminate leak. Pulled a reset 2 toilets, we changed put 1 flange, other flange was in good condition.also replaced and secured hosebib as a courtesy. Added a ball valve as a courtesy for the hosebib. Performed a troubleshoot on a dishwasher that had its breaker trip recently. They reset the breaker but the dishwasher still didn’t work. I checked the wiring at the breaker and at the unit itself. The unit was receiving 120 volts and everything was wired properly, however the dishwasher still wouldn’t work. I believe a surge came through, hit the dishwasher breaker and then the dishwasher itself. The breaker was replaced since it had been tripped and they were sent new replacements. The new breaker was tested and works properly. We went ahead and installed a new surge protector as well and everything is working.
For this job, I completed a quoted repair. I began by unclogging the drain line as well as thoroughly cleaning the blower wheel and changing three ducts that were damaged. I properly secured the ducts as well as connected the blower wheel and made sure that the unit was back to running. Thank you for choosing TE.

The original no cool found the wiring for the Condensate pump safety to be incorrect. Tested the pump safety pump appeared to be operational. Cut any restricting zip ties from the vinyl tubing. Tested outlet the condensate pump was plugged into. Also tested the pump at other outlets. Pump appeared to be operational. For a few days prior to this visit, homeowner says the condensate pump has been working. Appears to be an intermittent failure. Homeowner agreed to have the pump replaced. Upon installation of the new pump also cut PVC at a 45° angle as it enters pump. Flush new pump with algicide water tested pump three times.
Homeowner called in and said unit not cooling. Capacitor is reading zero on both sides. Homeowner says he had the capacitor replaced one year ago. Found the indoor unit to be missing roughly 500 to 700 CFM’s on both side. Explain to the homeowner replacing the capacitor will not solve the issue. Capacitor will fail again due to poor airflow. System is 14 years old and I strongly recommended a replacement. Ductwork is in poor condition. Homeowner did not want to replace the capacitor or get a quote for a system replacement today.
Rebuilt two toilets cleaned out five pee traps
Caulked master bathroom shower valve.
Arrived to find main floor system running but not cooling. The outdoor compressor was not running. The leg of the compressor was melted and the capacitor was also melted at the connection. My thoughts are that power was flickering on and off and the compressor locked up pulling high enough amps to melt the wire. After replacing capacitor and fixing the wires the compressor amps were within range. System ran for awhile and pressures seemed a bit low along with other numbers that indicate how the system is running. I replaced bad wire, replaced capacitor and added refrigerant. System has 19 degree temp split and is cooling .
This option is to troubleshoot whole home for flickering lights. After going through an inspecting the panel, checking terminations, checking behind the breakers for any burning or corrosion, checking voltage, checking voltage when appliances kicked on, and checking all neutrals for tightness as well as general connections for tightness, I found no issue with the electrical on our end. I recommended the customer to call Georgia Power and have them come out and check their side of things at the meter for any possible issues. I also informed the homeowner that anytime you change major appliances in the home like furnaces and AC units sometimes it draws a little bit more on the system and will cause the lights to flicker or dim for a moment when it kicks on which is normal. The system is used to running the old appliances for so long that when you change them to new appliances, it can sometimes be a slightly larger stress on the system.
Shower has no water pressure due to trash in shower head Also shower valve was restricted to cold water only due to improperly installed scald guard at shower cartridge Remove debris and adjust scald guard Recommend silicone behind shower plate to semi-secure the valve as it has zero strapping in wall Wall behind shower valve should be cut to add bracing to properly correct the issue
Customer was concerned about main home chattering. It was the contactor and sometimes it just got shifted and would make a chattering noise. Homeowner felt that it was not time to change the contactor just yet. Capacitor was bad and replaced on site. Main floor appeared to be low on charge.added Ilb of 410 and brought it to a 15 delta t.
Pool house kitchen sink is experiencing several issues, we found a leak on the sprayer supply line along with a leaking instant hot faucet. The instant hot and garbage disposal is 20 years old. We opted to replace both faucets, disposal, Instahot, stops. Water heater in this building is from 2025, water pressure is at 45 PSI Today we finished quoted work, we supplied and installed both faucets the customer has chosen, installed a new insinkerator power 900 disposal, whitehaus insta-hot (compatible with the whitehaus brand faucet the customer wanted) replaced all 4 CPVC stops, installed a battery powered leak alarm in the cabinet space and replaced the AAV. Triple-checked everything and verified everything was functioning correctly. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Homeowner in Switzerland: HOME OWNER NOT HERE TO APPROVE REPAIRS NO INSPECTION FORM FILLED OUT; NO ONE TO GIVE IT TOO. 1 system cooling diagnostics: homeowners family said unit was frozen up. I checked the zoning, and thermostat. I inspected the duct work and plenums. I ran the system in heat and cooling mode. I chcekd the air filters. I checked the blower motor, condenser fan motor and compressor. I checked the blower wheel and blower motor. I ran the system with both zones open ans checked the refrigerant pressures. 5 ton single stage lennox system zoned with 2) 16" zones and a 10" bypass. Issuses: 1) one of the damper motors is locking up and not opening all the way causing the unit to freeze due to lack of air flow. 2) system has black growth growing in it; I recommend adding a UV light before black growth starts to spread throughout the home (see pcitures). 3) system needs better flood protection; builder installed very cheap flood protection with may not prevent the ho
For this job I replaced the pressure regulator as well as the main shut off valve as a courtesy. Old prv was not holding pressure and was dropping more than 60 psi. New regulator is set to 70 psi. Tested and left work area clean, emailed estimates for recirculating pump.

Great service
no complaints! wonderful service and extremely pro. one minor thing: Woulda preferred a pay-by-cash (cash is king, "legal tender," remember?) option and this is the first time weve had contractors refuse it. besides that one issue, we will definitely hire TE again.
