For this job, we worked on troubleshooting the stove circuit and replaced a defective breaker.

Water company notified customer that she has a leak somewhere. Water bill was $900. Found that main water line coming into the crawlspace was 1/2”, had no PRV, and no way to cut off the house. Installed ball valve to be able to isolate home from water service coming to the home. Found that water leak was in fact in the yard while new main water shutoff was off and meter was on. Recommended they call National Leak Detection to identify where the leak is as there are no visual indications of a leak anywhere in yard. Left estimate to repipe whole home as well as install new water heater.

Removed existing gas line for stove. Capped off gas line and tested work for leaks. Spray painted gas meter as a courtesy at no charge.

Install new wafer led light in place of dome light in master bathroom water closet.

Cast iron was leaking from main floor hallway toilet. Cut out Sheetrock in basement hallway bathroom ceiling to access necessary drains. Removed old toilet from flange. Cut out 4” cast iron to next hub and 2” cast iron before it catches shower drain. Removed old cast iron toilet flange and riser. Repaired drain up to toilet. Stubbed up 4” for toilet/flange. Lowers of water damage was observed to be on subfloor. Advised Derrick to take a look at it when he gets home from his flight and recommended Property Medics if they deem that more substantial repairs are needed for subfloor. Left quote to come finish the toilet when it was decided if they want to do it before or after remediation.

Install new outlet for range

Installed 28 customer-supplied circuit breakers in the main electrical panel. Replaced one mismatched breaker with a properly matched breaker to ensure compatibility with the existing panel. All work was completed as part of the breaker installation and replacement service.

Install ceiling fan rated box and reinstall existing ceiling fan at front bedroom location. Tested fan after installation and everything works as intended. Much more secure installation using proper fan rated box and machine screws instead of existing Sheetrock screws.

I performed a troubleshoot on a ring doorbell that stopped working after a recent storm. They have one ground rod at the meter and no surge protection in the home. I tested the wiring and connections at the breaker and the doorbell. When the wires are touched directly they ring the chime. A test doorbell was hooked up and worked properly so the doorbell is damaged and needs replacement. I left estimates to replace the doorbell with a new one when the homeowners get one, and we installed surge protection today at the panel. Estimates were left to install a new door bell as well as to add another ground rod to the existing meter. There was one breaker that was labeled as 240 volt circuit that I left off. It is currently hooked up to a 50 amp breaker with two different 12/2 homeruns attached to it. I informed the homeowner of the dangers of this and we tried going around the house to locate the circuit but was unable to do so. We left it off so that way she could try and determine where i

Master toilet rebuild Main floor toilet rebuild Basement toilet rebuild Customer called us out to replace the internal parts in four toilets. We came out and the customer expressed to me how the master toilet was leaking from the tank to bowl bolts. We noticed the basement and the master toilet tank to bowl bolts were super rusted. We inspected the 2nd floor toilet and we did not see any issues with the internal parts or any sign of a leak. We also inspected the hallway toilet on the main floor and there was no signs of a leak around to tank to bowl bolts. We also noticed there was cpvc water lines and let the customer know about the side affects about the material. We recommended to do a minor rebuild on the toilets and they agreed. We replaced the internal parts on three toilets along with tank to bowl bolt replacements. We tested for any leaks around our work and there were none present. For this job conducted link detection service for homeowner, homeowner was not on site today I met with her brother as a field contact. During my investigation, I introduced compressed air to the main service via an unregulated hose bib on the left side of the home. I used Ground penetrating sonar to locate the leak in a flower bed roughly 5 feet off the front of the home to the right of the entrance, the area has been marked with blue flags.

Today we installed a customer supplied widespread faucet, they recently got the countertop redone and the sink moved slightly to the left. During the installation we noticed an issue with the existing drain piping, it was not lining up with the new sink. We left an estimate for us to properly modify the drain connection, which requires cutting into galvanized. The customer was not interested in us doing so and wanted to try it himself.
