Perform leak repair, someone had put a nail through the wall and it hit the suction line. Unit it was completely empty on refrigerant at my arrival. Purge line set with nitrogen while brazing suction line. Jason Yarnell came to assist to ensure the work was finished in a timely manner. Brazed in liquid line filter dryer for the upstairs. Pressure tested with nitrogen. Pressure is held added approximately 6 pounds of 410a. Unit is holding the refrigerant at this time. Our repairs come with a one year warranty. This is limited to where we made lineset repairs. Unit is cooling thermostat is working on my departure. Around the time of my departure homeowner had questions about his upstairs unit AC not kicking on. I verified that the breakers were on they were. I verified all the equipment was reading at the thermostat. Put the system in test mode the unit kicked on promptly. Set the cooling to 75. AC kicked on after about five minutes.

For this job I disconnected the faucet, water lines and drain to an outside kitchen that will have counter tops removed and replaced. I also capped off gas lines to grill for same purposes. Tested and left work area clean.

4/14/2026 Water heater needs a proper disconnect switch before inspection! This is included in the estimate price. The electrician will need to verify that the water heater can be safely powered and costs may change based on what additional work is required. We need to verify the electrical system is good. We will need an electrician to install. Provide and install a Rheem electric water heater with a 10 year manufacturer warranty. 2 year parts and labor through TE CERTIFIED. Comes with a shutoff valve, expansion tank, drip pan with a leak alarm, an electrical disconnect switch (see note), and proper code compliant connections. Reconnect hot, cold, and T&P lines, hook up electrical, verify there are no leaks and haul away the old water heater. Upon further inspection, I noticed the T&P terminated in the crawlspace. Ran 9 feet of CPVC pipe to the exterior of the home for the T&P line. All water heater installations are permitted and inspected by local municipal code. 4/15/2026 Water

I performed a repair on the master bath tub filler to stop a leak. I thoroughly tested my work to ensure there were no leaks. I also looked at the water heaters and noticed that they were not up to code. I left an estimate to make those changes

On site to perform no cool call. Checked in with customer and check thermostat for power and functionality. Per customer “ I would like to get a better thermostat so I can use it from my phone, and I’m also thinking about making attic access easier, want to get a ladder installed on attic door” Checked unit in attic, heat is working “ok”, cool seems to be running only fan. On cool runnng 70 degrees on thermostat, only pushing 71.4 on temp coming out of vents. Hooked up gages outside and refrigerant is low. Perform leak check on condenser ran over all possible connections, found nothing besides where the copper comes out of the house had a small reading of 26. Came upstairs to heat pump, performed leak check on the evap coil. Couldn’t find the hole, but leak detector started going crazy on the corner of Evap coil. Believe there is a small leak recommend replacing immediately.

Customer has an old fluorescent light fixture located in her closet. While I was on site, I asked if she liked the light fixture and if it put out enough light in her opinion. She stated that she doesn’t like the light fixture so I presented the option of replacing the fixture. Based on everything, I can see it appears that the ballast at this fixture has gone bad. We are going to give an option for replacement.

Service visit on Generac 26Kw standby generator

Return to perform outdoor coil cleaning. Took apart the condenser, cleaned the coils inside and out. Pictures and video provided.

Upon arrival, customer walked us through what she was wanting for outdoor outlets. She would like 2 in the front and one in the back. We write options for dedicated circuits and options for non-dedicated circuits. While we were completing our job, we noticed after opening the electrical panel that one of the breakers was double tapped, which is not permitted by the NEC. Current protection device is supposed to have one conductor entering to the terminal location, unless permitted by the manufacturer. This manufacturer does not allow multiple conductors to land underneath one terminal point at the breaker we will be given the customer and option to have this conductor relocated to a new breaker being provided by TE certified.
