Job Locations and Reviews
Customer is having a remediation company working in his laundry room, needed washer and dryer disconnected, I turned off the gas valve, as well as the hot and cold valves on the washer box, installed caps on the water valves as well as the gas line, left customer a quote on reinstalling the existing washer/dryer or installing a new washer dryer if they wanted to go that route as well
For this job customer was experiencing a power outage involving a two pole breaker in the main panel. After inspection we determined that someone had installed a jumper wire from panel to panel due to an interlock kit installed outside. Customer had turned both breakers on with the jumper wire and had burnt the breaker up. I disconnected the jumper wire and wrote up multiple options to resolve the issue. If a main breaker can be found for the existing panel, if not then existing panel must be replaced and or replace the disconnect outside.
Troubleshot chirping smoke detector in main level hallway. I checked all the connections in every smoke throughout the house and everything was twisted tightly and making a solid connection. Everything was good at the breaker so a new homeowner provided smoke detector was installed in the chirping ones place. Smokes were tested and everything is working properly
Great and prompt work.

Nathan was honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable about our tankless water heater. We had a minor leak and couldn’t get the original company to respond—very frustrating. I contacted TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, and I’m so glad I did. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. Nathan quickly found the issue, fixed it, and completed the maintenance professionally. Great service all around—Nathan, thank you! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Upon arrival, I found that the condensation line was leaking by the brass threads. Condensation lines become acidic when they drain, thus causing the brass threads to corrode. I replaced these brass threads with all plastic connections/threads to prevent this becoming and issue in the future. The unit is 4 years old. I also offered the homeowner a flush, which they opted to move forward with. Tested with no leaks. After flushing the unit- I ran hose hose outside until the water was clean.
Perform full inspection. Unit is not in good condition, do not recommend repairs on existing equipment. Homeowner originally called in for fan motor noise. Bearings in fan motor are gone, needs to be replaced. Unit is cooling at departure. Unit is low on refrigerant.
Replace Well Disconnect….Talk to homeowner she know that we are not responsible for the well itself that we are making sure that it has power and that’s it… She asked me could I hooked the well up to and I made sure that if I did that we are not responsible for if the well works or not she has to get someone out here that deals with well and she understands that we will not be responsible for the well at all in any circumstances.

Cut drywall ceiling below shower in master bath to locate source of leak Covered floors and book shelf Leak is from water inside the shower that drains into drip tray on shower base and travels behind the silicone for the shower door and behind the trim outside the shower and then drains under the tile to the subfloor and then onto ceiling below Recommend to have all silicone and caulking, stripped out of the shower and off of the shower glass door and have new silicone installed around the shower door and silicone EVERY gap/wall joint inside the shower to prevent all water from traveling into drip tray. For this job I disconnected the faucet, water lines and drain to an outside kitchen that will have counter tops removed and replaced. I also capped off gas lines to grill for same purposes. Tested and left work area clean.
no complaints! wonderful service and extremely pro. one minor thing: Woulda preferred a pay-by-cash (cash is king, "legal tender," remember?) option and this is the first time weve had contractors refuse it. besides that one issue, we will definitely hire TE again.
