For this job conducted leak detection service for homeowner. Water service line is approximately 140 feet long going up a 6% grade. The leak is super small, and though we put compressed air on the line and traced it multiple times, we were unable to detect the exact location of the leak. Throughout my investigation, when I would put the probe in the ground, I would hit rocks, the homeowner advised me that most of his trees won’t even grow because of how many rocks are in the ground. The homeowner did express that he was interested in a full line replacement, sleeved so I wrote him up an estimate for that which he will consider.

Customer came home last night to a water stain in the ceiling above their kitchen. After closer observation, I noticed the upstairs kids bath vanity was wet and there was a sink supply line that had a pinhole leak. We replaced the hot and cold supply lines for this sink and tested for leaks. I left some options to fix plumbing issues unrelated to this leak as well as a Streamlabs water monitoring device. My client is interested in having property medics reach out. Water pressure is at 75 PSI Water heater is 8 years old

Perform one system home care informed homeowner of leaky duct for the supply side. We installed all new returns during the initial install, but we did not touch the supply. Informed homeowner condenser coils outside have a fair amount of pet hair. Call mom had his condenser coil cleaned about two years ago may be interested in having them clean this fall. Replaced April air filter. Unit is heating and cooling in my departure.

Install a customer supplied bath fan in the bathroom. It will be powered by an existing switch

Customer requested we change out two customer supplied shower valves as well as a mixing valve, I cut out the existing mixing valve in the upstairs master bath, installed two shut off valves for future service, i cut out the existing shower valve in the upstairs bathroom, and installed the kohler valve the customer provided, and installed the trim, I did the same in the downstairs hall bathroom

Performed 3 system homecare care and found upstairs unit low on refrigerant. Having an install supervisor come out to quote new system. Checked all electrical and ignition components on the heat system as well as all electrical and refrigeration components on the Ac system. Changed all filters that customer provided. Recommend new upstairs unit to be replaced . Will include repair cost quote as well. Replaced two run capacitors for main and upstairs units .

Troubleshoot of oven tripping arc fault circuit

Replace gasket and fill valve Customer was experiencing a running toilet due to tower gasket deterioration . Replaced fill valve and gasket so toilet would not continuously run anymore. Toilet is now holding water has proper flow. Clearing successful. Technician scheduled to come out and provide water heater quotes today from 2-5

For this job we replaced a package unit and built a small platform for it to sit on and filled the inner with Pea Stone

Replace kitchen sink left basket strainer and disposal waste, also p-trap. Removed old strainer, disposal waste, and ptrap, installed new ones, tested fixtures, filled bowl up 3 times, no leaks.

Performed repairs. LRA of 122 currently reading 66. Big improvement on starting amps. Replaced capacitor that had signs of rust. New capacitor also replaced spade terminals. Added wet switch and SS1, tested both. Replaced armaflex and rinsed condenser coils. Resealed evap coil where someone had broke mastic to inspect coil. Took pressures after repairs. Currently 50 degrees and windy outside so pressures are not accurate. First SS1 I installed was shorted internally causing the fuse to pop, adjusted the wire the fuse did not pop but the SS1 would not cut cooling to the unit.

Performed two system inspection. Homeowner purchased home care plan pre paid for the whole yr. Duct work was in good condition for both systems. All electrical components were up to manufacture specs. Systems were a little low. Added two pounds of 410a to bring it up to standards. Confirmed email, collected payment, and collected signatures.

Verified customers concern of the toilet repeatedly running when not flushed, found the top of the tower flush valve seal to be bubbling up in a way that was causing the rubber not to seal and allowing small amounts of water to pass through, which was causing the toilet to run Located a replacement seal at the local supply house and installed the concern was gone after replacement of flush valve seal while I was here customer asked me to look at their garbage disposal. I attempted to reset and break free the garbage disposal. I was unable to do so customer informed me that they intend to sell the house sooner that they do not use the garbage disposal and that they would like the most economical option possible so we installed the half horsepower badger five tested for functionality and leaks after installed. None were found at this time.

Found compressor overheated, cooled it down, gave options for bandaids to make sure unit doesn’t struggle through the summer. Homeowner was interested in the HomeCare. Signed her up today.

Troubleshoot on tripping circuit, replaced faulty breaker with newer generation

Removed and reset toilet in master bathroom that was continuously leaking overtime. Issue was caused by a flange that was set too low below the finished floor. Installed extension flange and raised about the finished floor and bolted to subflooring to secure. Installed new wax ring and reset toilet with caulk seal around the base.

Customer had a blockage on the left side of the sink that was causing the sink not to drain, after diagnose that I saw that the dishwasher wasn’t draining as well due to the left side of the sink being clogged up, so we ended up, trying to reset the disposal and have to reset the disposal. I got metal out of the disposal that caused the blades to seize up and caused a blockage to develop after removing the metal and un jamming the blades the sink is working properly with no backups or leaks present

-replace damaged breaker -redo all connections properly

Install ceiling fan

-install 5 wafer lights for kitchen and living room -run wire for new lights over dining table -demo old light fixtures and boxes for new lights -install safety breakers for circuits -install new rated fan box and wiring for ceiling fan at 18’ -assemble and install ceiling fan -run wire for ceiling fan in center of living room

Performed no cool diagnostic. Found dirty blower wheel, dirty filter. No Te flood protection. Dirty condenser coil. Improper wiring in airhandler. Customer chose bare minimum. Rewired airhandler and everything else is working properly. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
