Bathtub is slow draining on the third floor, upon arrival, I tested the bathroom group to make sure it wasn’t a main line blockage, and after testing the main line is fine. I determined that it was Hair in the drain so I tried to snake the drain and was able to remove hair in plastic. The overflow was capped and I couldn’t run the cable through and I let the customer know for future references. It would be a good idea to replace the overflow just in case of water getting too high or to clean the drain next time more efficiently, but after testing and running water, drain is flowing perfectly

Install 4 gfi 20 amp outlets and decora stainless steel covers for 4 dedicated 20 amp circuits Install 12 new taps and terminations in heat lamp tap box . Figure out why waffle maker outlet sparked.

Water line broken at tee over head in the mechanical room. Shut off the water and drained the system down. Cut out broken section of piping and repair with new pipe and fittings. Pressurize and test for leaks.

Replace (5) electrical boxes, install (5) outlets and (3) switches.(customer supplied devices) Run new dedicated circuit for 120V oven outlet.

Diagnosed a flood light issue, provided free back patio lighting estimates, and provided safety repair estimates for a nice couple from Michigan.

For this job, we worked on installing a dedicated circuit for a furnace. Ran wire in conduit and then into the crawlspace and secured wire with proper straps. Installed a switch for the furnace. We left the breaker OFF.

Ceiling fan/ microwave breaker and outlet.

Tech came back after recall on system. Found that system was running in heat mode with the heat pump. Initially found inverter board to have failed with communication loss and not allowing RV to swap to cooling. Swapped board out and resolved communication issue but heat pump was still in heating mode. Replaced thermostat, and issue still present. Checked outdoor reversing valve and found solenoid coil to be completely open with no continuity. Tech to order part and come back next day to make repair. Tech came back and replaced reversing valve solenoid. Verified system went into heating and cooling modes effectively. System is now heating and cooling without issue. Install splice box in attic

Customer had smoke alarm, set off and called service to check out furnace. On inspection scope found separation in heat exchanger pictures attached to file. System had been off when arrived. CO detector testing at zero in the house started furnace and tested video showing flame rolled out and after consistent running CO detector was reading 2PPM after about 10 to 15 minutes. Some windows were open in the house, providing some ventilation to reduce overall CO levels. System should not be run and upgrade necessary as repair is not a viable option.
