Attempt to restore proper flow in bathtub on main floor Customer called us out for a bathtub that was draining slow in the hallway bathroom group on the main floor. Upon arrival the customer stated they have been experiencing this issue for about a month now. We tested the bathroom group to ensure there was not a bigger issue going on, and after running water for a long period of time only the tub was being affected. We ensured the other group was draining properly, and we went to the cleanout and we could hear the water drain. I inspected the tub that was being affected and the water would drain slow, I recommended to the customer to attempt to restore proper flow. The customer agreed to perform the work and we first started by removing the stopper and the overflow cover. We removed any debris by hand first, and then we ran our cable machine to clear any obstructions. We were successful in restoring proper flow and the customer was present during our work and they were satisfied! We

Today we performed a repair on the water main at the penetration after digging it up and verifying that is where the leak was. We repaired the waterline from the penetration in soft copper, wrapped the pipe in burial tape and used hydro cement+tar on both ends of the penetration. We opted not to replace the main shut off or the PRV today. Water pressure is at 60 psi. Tested and confirmed everything was functioning properly. Backfilled and confirmed my client was happy. The dig was approximately 4 feet deep Thank you for choosing TE certified

Excellent
On this visit, we worked on fixing the majority of the wiring in the attic. A lot of it was sloppy, ran lazily, and most of it was going over studs and generally just all over the place and a mess. I fixed the wiring stapled it neatly where I could, a lot of the circuits I had to put in a junction box and extend to run wire correctly. But the majority of the wiring is stapled neat looking and much improved from what it was. There are a few wires towards the bottom of the pitch of the roof that still run along the studs because they are not as much a hazard for walking on and pinching. We also attempted to run the new outdoor heater wire and ran into some issue with the structure of the ceiling below the attic space and trying to drill into it from outside. It took an unexpectedly long time to try and get the wire into the space and we could not. The remaining balance split job will be to come back, finish running the wire and install the breaker for it and hook up the heater.

Run wire to power and install box at pillar
All good. We will ask for him again.
After going through and discussing everything with the homeowner about the house that she wants to get fixed or adjusted, this was the list of fixes we came up with. Today I worked on the outdoor outlets, switches and changing the two breakers that had the current outdoor heater wires in them and I disconnected the outdoor heater 12 two wires and replaced the breakers with normal two pole breakers for the oven and dryer. When I return, I will bring a tandem breaker for two circuits to make an extra space so I can put my two pole breaker in for the heater circuit. All the junction boxes and running the outdoor heater circuit will be done on the next visit, which should be Tuesday the 14th. I will put a split job item on here to come back next Tuesday as I will not be able to do the rest this week due to other jobs being scheduled.

Will roll money spent on refrigerant today, towards the costs of a new AC system if purcahsed from TE Certified within the next 5 business days from today's date (07/07/26). Found an 2015 goodman system 3ton, thats is low on refrigerant due to a refrigerant leak and the system is short on duct work. The landlord gave me permission to add the missing refrigerant to provide temporary cooling to the tenant and has setup a time with an install supervisor. I also emailed an estimate for a leak search in case the homeowner wants to move forward with trying to repair the system. I also emailed an estimate for updated flood protection. Imran the card in file.

Pulled a reset 2 toilets, we changed put 1 flange, other flange was in good condition.also replaced and secured hosebib as a courtesy. Added a ball valve as a courtesy for the hosebib. All work is tested and left work area clean.
Performed a troubleshoot on a dishwasher that had its breaker trip recently. They reset the breaker but the dishwasher still didn’t work. I checked the wiring at the breaker and at the unit itself. The unit was receiving 120 volts and everything was wired properly, however the dishwasher still wouldn’t work. I believe a surge came through, hit the dishwasher breaker and then the dishwasher itself. The breaker was replaced since it had been tripped and they were sent new replacements. The new breaker was tested and works properly. We went ahead and installed a new surge protector as well and everything is working.

Great and prompt work.
Nathan was honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable about our tankless water heater. We had a minor leak and couldn’t get the original company to respond—very frustrating. I contacted TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, and I’m so glad I did. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. Nathan quickly found the issue, fixed it, and completed the maintenance professionally. Great service all around—Nathan, thank you! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service
no complaints! wonderful service and extremely pro. one minor thing: Woulda preferred a pay-by-cash (cash is king, "legal tender," remember?) option and this is the first time weve had contractors refuse it. besides that one issue, we will definitely hire TE again.
Jason was courteous, professional and did a great job for us. Highly recommend.
Chase was awesome he was friendly and professional! He explained everything to me and I didn’t feel pressured with add on services! I would definitely recommend TE electrical and get Chase if you can!
Alex was amazing! However we had to schedule this maintenance service twice. I understand broken systems but maintenance should have a process that works good too.
