Talked to customer, wants to wait to replace them.

Return visit to flush filter and introduce to home.

Return trip to install longer air switch button to accommodate the thickness of the counter and sink

Installing receptacle cover plates, installing wafers, installing 12 receptacles, smoke detector, iPad receptacle in the gun room, installing speaker, replacing switch in the gun room and the basement maintenance room.

Customer reported a leak in the front yard near the street. Upon arrival, we removed standing water from the area to properly expose the issue. Excavated approximately two feet to locate the main water line and determined that the leak is occurring on the service line before the water meter. Customer was advised that this portion of the line is typically the responsibility of the water utility company and will need to contact them to address the repair.

Replaced shower head, shower arm, and escutcheon provided by the home owner. Tested without leaks or failures at time of service.

Replaced customers garbage disposal with a half horsepower unit as well as replaced their kitchen faucet with a delta unit that I picked up from Home Depot.

Replaced customer’s water heater with an identical unit 50 gallon Rheem Gas and rebuilt one toilet

By the time of my arrival completed a diagnostics to the furnace noticed that there was no power coming to the system after tracing and throw a shooting in the situation notice as that inside the house is only 120 V coming from the outdoor electric meter advised client to call the power company to address the situation and after the power is completely restore we will come back to check the HVAC system and ensure that everything is working properly

Clean pop up assemblies Customer called us out for a toilet needing to be resealed around the base in the hallway and for sewage smell coming from the master toilet. Customer had a septic company come out and pumped the tank, they discovered that the field lines were failing. Upon inspection I noticed the two master sinks had a slow drain. Customer decided to move forward with only the sink blockages. I removed the pop up assembly and found gunk buildup. We tested for leaks and backups and after running water we were successful.

Replace garbage disposal in kitchen, and replaced shower, trim in upstairs guest bathroom

Troubleshot the loss of power to the master bedroom. Found backstabbed connections in all devices. Breaker was tested and appeared to be operating normally. Circuit was Redeviced and he was advised if issues continue to try replacing the breaker.

Troubleshoot water heater not working and garage door not working. Replaced 2 bad gfci outlets.

Home care updates

Perform camera inspection through master shower Did not see issues with drain system itself but did discover that the toilets are builder grade with weak flushing and the toilet tissue that is used is thick which is causing paper to become clogged in pipes. Recommend to upgrade toilets and switch to a thinner paper which will reduce the chances of clogs forming.

System had a total blowout, only two psi in system when tested. No repair options available unable to get parts or Freon. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
