Troubleshoot kitchen island outlets and countertop gfi not working properly. Install ceiling fan in daughter’s room. Replaced 4 smoke/carbon detectors throughout the home. Replaced 2 kitchen island outlets. Replaced kitchen counter top gfi to the right of stove. The ceiling fan that we installed had a poor design/ defective blades. It wobbled anytime the speed was medium or high. I made homeowner aware of issue. She will purchase a new fan and have us reinstall it when we come back to install fan in son’s room. Spoke with service manager and I was authorized I can give a discount. $100 discount for reinstalling fan in daughter's room. I also told homeowner I’d troubleshoot door bell at no cost. Everything else tested and working properly.

For this job, we worked on bringing up to code the well pump house. We installed an outside disconnect valve it’s updated grounding system, relocated sub panel due to clearance requirements, and added a 2 surge protectors.

Found a leak on a three-quarter PVC 90 in the crawlspace, cut out damaged fitting re-piped with new schedule 40 pipe and fittings, pressurize the system and tested for leaks. No leaks or failures at time of service.

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on two 6 y/o Lennox heat pump systems that operate for main, basement and upper levels. Air handlers located in attic and basement. Checked amp draws. Cleared drain lines. Condensate pump operational. UV BlueTubes are operational. Installed two wet switches for upgraded water protection. Corrected p-trap for upper level system. Replaced 18x20x1 and 15x20x1 filters. Performed condenser coil cleaning for both systems. Replaced 1-pole contactor for upper level heat pump. Other condenser electrical components are fair. Informed customer of all findings. Systems re currently working.

For this job, we rendered leak detection service for homeowner and discovered leak underneath driveway. Homeowner decided to trench a new Watermain service from the meter to the foundation wall, where we will go into the front right side of the garage and reroute the plumbing to go up the wall across the ceiling and then down behind the water heater to tie into the existing plumbing system.

Installed new line set for main level system. Pulled complete vacuum. Charged 7 lbs. of 410A refrigerant. Pressure levels were normal. System is currently working.

Recommend UV BlueTube for all systems to prevent biological growth. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are fair. Informed customer of findings. Systems are currently working.
