Upon arrival, we met with the owner. We were shown to the master bathroom upstairs. The left hand lav sink is slow to drain. We removed the p-trap cleaned the debris from the trap and pop-up. Reset the plumbing, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. We also tested the neighboring sink and confirmed no issues at this time. We also discussed the Home Care Maintenance Plan, I have provided an estimate at this time. Perform draining clearing on sink drain and trap. Drain clear trap only. Does not include repairs, branch or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

Install new flush mount lights in kitchen , raise up breakfast room light, install two new fans in master bedroom and front bedroom , install new dimmer in breakfast area. Install whole home surge protection in 3 locations meter , panel and sub panel, new dedicated 50 amp breakers for each

Arrived on site for flu pipe removal/ install of new flu. Checked in with customer and she showed me to unit. Removed old flu pipe and installed new where nothing was touching line set or duct anymore. (See pics) stared system to ensure everything was running, signed customer up with new homecare for this property.

30”x4” drywall replacement. Will need to add stud supports. Tape seams and multiple coats of joint compound. Sand. 2 coats of paint.

Supply and install

Install sub panel next to main panel. Move 4 circuits from main panel to sub panel.

Need to pickup a 70/5 capacitor and 2 - 14x14 return grills for install tomorrow. Cleared drain line and ran over ten gallons through drain using shop vac and hose to drain water in drain pan upstairs. Added a wet switch for upgraded flood protection and tested unit cooling. Everything running good at this time. Changed air filter.

Flush tank water heater in the basement. Repair gas line supplying outside generator. Re-lit the pilot light on water heater.

Meter replace and attic junction box

Arrived on site for homecare. Checked thermostats for functionality and power. Checked heat pumps in attic for power and tested both in heat/AC. Checked outdoor condensers for power, tested pressures and capacitors and contactors.. found both systems needing capacitors replaced as both are under their limits. Talked to customer, wants to wait to replace them.

Return visit to flush filter and introduce to home.

Resealed shower drain and installed new rubber gasket on the underside of the shower.

Installed new Halo H2Zero. Replaced recirculating pump on water heater, and rebuilt 2 kohler toilets.

Return trip to install longer air switch button to accommodate the thickness of the counter and sink

Installing receptacle cover plates, installing wafers, installing 12 receptacles, smoke detector, iPad receptacle in the gun room, installing speaker, replacing switch in the gun room and the basement maintenance room.

Customer reported a leak in the front yard near the street. Upon arrival, we removed standing water from the area to properly expose the issue. Excavated approximately two feet to locate the main water line and determined that the leak is occurring on the service line before the water meter. Customer was advised that this portion of the line is typically the responsibility of the water utility company and will need to contact them to address the repair.

Complete air switch install for new kitchen sink dispoasl

Replaced shower head, shower arm, and escutcheon provided by the home owner. Tested without leaks or failures at time of service.

Replaced customers garbage disposal with a half horsepower unit as well as replaced their kitchen faucet with a delta unit that I picked up from Home Depot.

Install Closet lighting with a motion switch from scratch Install smart switches in bathroom

Replaced customer’s water heater with an identical unit 50 gallon Rheem Gas and rebuilt one toilet
