Customer had a soft blockage in the master bathroom toilet he said his wife poured the trash in the mini trashcan in the bathroom down and don’t know what went down exactly, so I’ll try to snake the line and after snake and I was able to clear the blockage I didn’t feel resistance, but after testing the toilet was flushing properly, but after testing multiple times it backed up again, so I snaked it again and after testing multiple times, it did drain without backing up. I let the customer know if it backed up again. I believe it’s something hanging out in the toilet itself. I test the main line and confirmed that it wasn’t a main line issue. Customer said if it is anything in the toilet that he would be able to pull it and replace it himself.
Replace existing hard wired smoke detectors with new ones.

For this job, I came to look at a system in which the downstairs was not receiving airflow. After performing a thorough diagnosis, I was able to determine that both damper motors were intermittently failing. I explained my findings so the customer as well as provided estimates and she agreed on having the damper motors replaced today. I proceeded by removing the damage dampers and properly installing and securing the new ones. I tested to ensure that they were properly opening and closing. Thank you for choosing TE certified.
Tony did an excellent job installing a new electric hot water heater for us. He is extremely detailed and the installation was perfect. He had to re-do the existing plumbing fittings and get everything up to code. We highly recommend Tony

Run auger down toilet and clear blockage Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. Upon arrival we tested for a mainline blockage. We tested drains out by running water in bathtub and bathroom sink. We did not see any signs of a main line blockage, toilet is only fixture affected. Ran closet auger down toilet to clear blockage. After clearing, we tested by flushing with and without toilet paper. Did not see any signs of system backing up again. Clear and successful. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Replace outdoor sub panel for ac units
Homeowner states upstairs is not cooling, found outdoor capacitor to have blown out and leaking dielectric fluid, recommended replacing capacitor, contactor, and chemical coil cleaning due to build up on the condenser. Homeowner does not know where the hose spicket valve is, cannot perform coil cleaning. Filter for the furnace was very plugged up. I informed the homeowner and provided options for replacement. I let the homeowner know the filter is dirty and restricts airflow to the system and needs to be replaced as soon as possible, left filter out of the system.
Same day service - fantastic. Thorough diagnostic and repair.
Came out to customers house due to his main floor not cooling. Noticed water was getting into the sub panel for the ACs. Breaker for the main floor was not sending the correct voltage to the outdoor system preventing it from turning on and notice rust inside sub panel. Was able to turn on outdoor system. System is cooling properly at this moment recommend adding better water safeties to prevent water issues and adding a APCO X to help keep system clean to improve indoor air quality. Thank you for choosing TE certified.
Came out today to inspect an electric water heater that was discharging water from the T&P relief valve. The customer stated that the water heater was installed approximately two years ago. During my inspection, I performed a water pressure test and found the homes water pressure to be extremely high at approximately 150 PSI. I also noted that CPVC piping is connected directly to the water heater and that there is no dedicated shutoff valve at the unit, preventing the water heater from being quickly isolated in the event of a leak or failure. I discussed all findings, concerns, and recommended repairs with the customer, including addressing the excessive water pressure. At this time, the customer has elected to proceed with replacement of the pressure-reducing valve (PRV) only. All other recommended repairs have been declined/deferred at this time.
Inspecting a QO panel and installing a surge protector
Customer had two sinks that was slow draining due to hair being in the drain line below after cleaning out the drain line I removed the hair and after testing the drain was flowing perfectly with no backups and no leaks present. Also gave a bottle of endure to help degrease the line from shampoos and oil, customer also have an expansion tank that is not strep to a wall. Recommend having that strapped to the wall, so it won’t be sitting on the water line
Arrived found unit off. Customer stated son-in-law vacuumed up water out of auxiliary pan. Still remnant of water. Check drain line and it is clogged. Both systems in the attic tied in at outside drain. Customer approved drain line clean and wet switch. Installed and tested wet switch. Vacuumed up water in auxiliary pan. Clear drain line with mighty pump and 2 gallons of water. Flushed and treated drain line. Added enzymes and pan tabs. Cut drain line at the outside so each system has its own proper drain line. Cycled system on. Checked amperage capacitors and pressures. System now, cooling. Blower capacitor, outdoor fan, capacitor, and compressor, capacitor almost out of manufacture specs. No in-line safety or wet switch. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Technician was efficient and helpful. Even went as far to show us how to address the issue in the future should it happen again. Also want to point out the cost of the service visit was more than fair which I appreciated. Also we were kept updated on the window of when the tech would be on site so even though we had a 3-hour window we knew knew better of when he would arrrive.

For the job, I found the April air filter to be very dirty. Homeowner has numerous pets, causing the filter to get plugged with hair. I offered a filter replacement. Homeowner decided to source the filter himself online. Thermostat came back online, drainline may have been clogged going to condensate pump. I tested drain line and pump. Thermostat is now back online. Unit cooling at my departure. I recommended the HomeCare.
Cut into ceiling to determine leak in ceiling. After cutting ceiling and running water in shower, we determined that the issue is not relating to the plumbing in the bathroom. Advised homeowner to call a tile expert to resolve issue.
