No heat/AC call, upon arrival customer stated they turned the AC on when it got a little hot outside, when customer tried turning heat back on they did not have any heat nothing was coming on, furnace was giving error code 24 fuse open, found popped fuse, checked ohms on contactor and contactor was reading 0.4 ohms, contactor was the reason for low voltage short, replaced contactor, tested system operation, checked capacitor, checked amp draw of inducer motor, and blower motor, temperature rise on furnace looks good, all units and electrical components working properly at this time. Recommended wet switch for emergency drain pan to prevent any water damage. Recommended homecare as well as better indoor air quality.

Called out for a backed up shower. Removed grate and ran cable throughout line to clear blockage. The clog was hair. we tested thoroughly.Line is open and flowing at this time thank you for choosing TE.

Customer stated every time somebody takes a bath in the upstairs master bathroom tub water ends up, pouring out through a small hole in the ceiling below in the living room. He stated that the shower can be used at any given time and has never noticed a leak. upon further inspection, I noticed that the tub drain would move a little side to side without much force by hand, which indicates that it is loose and the putty seal has been squished out and washed away, no longer creating a water tight seal. Resealed top of tub drain with plumbers putty and replaced black gasket on bottom side of tub and reinstall drain then tested several times for several minutes and no leak appeared. Customer also stated that his back outside hose bib constantly pours water from around the handle anytime it is turned on. Recommend replacing the hose bib due to the age and condition of the existing one. Cut out and removed old hose bib and replaced with new securing to foundation wall. Tested and inspected wo

Called out for leak coming from supply line off of water heater in the basement gave estimate to replace section of pex pipe that has pinhole leak. Customer agreed cut out section installed new pecks pipe in the area with new fittings tested with no leaks at this time.

As we arrived here today, our customers explained to us that they had lost power in their living room area. After inspecting all of the receptacles you could see multiple severely burned receptacles. After removing some of them from the wall, you could even see the wires were severely burned as well. We removed all eight receptacles in the living room area and replaced them with new ones and covers. We also cut back the burn wire to the healthy section and reattached it to the new receptacles. Once that was done, we restored power to the circuit and everything worked properly. While I was here, we also examined the electrical panel. Everything inside looked to be in good shape, but it does have a good bit of age on it. I’m leaving two separate estimates attached to the email. One is for a pound of restoration where we remove all of the existing breakers except for the main breaker and replaced them with new ones. Came to a call where the thermostat upstairs was frozen and non responsive. After performing a reboot of the entire system the upstairs thermostat was not functioning properly. We also checked the downstairs system and it is currently working according to specifications. Replacement of a lennox S30 communicating thermostat. We will be replacing it with an S40 Lennox Communication thermostat. After replacing the thermostat we will make sure that the thermostat and furnace are communicating properly. Came to replace the new S40 thermostat. We installed the thermostat tested all everything and help the customer set up the app to control it remotely. I stepped through this ceiling. it was covered by the attic hatch cover so i didn’t see the hole. There was no sub-floor literally right next two the system. Can we please schedule someone to come out for the repair. need to follow up in order to speak to lennox tech support. they are closed and not answering at the moment.

Came out for Heating Inspections on 3 systems. Upstairs system is 2024 Communicating Ruud Heat Pump. Main floor is 2017 Communicating Trane AC/90% Furnace. Basement is 2024 Ruud Heat Pump. All 3 systems heating at this time. Attic and Basement units both use 16x20x4 filters. Main floor system uses Aprilaire 413 filter (16x25x4). Cleared all 3 drain lines. For all 3 systems recommend APCO-X UV Protection to combat microbial growth and wet switches for TE Standard Flood Protection. Upstairs system has lineset in attic touching floor, recommend strapping up to prevent future issues. Also drain runs slow due to it running horizontally across attic. Let customer know would like to add wet switch then monitor for cooling season to see how it drains (they moved in recently havent experienced cooling season with this home). Will possibly recommend replacing condensate line and making it shorter for better drainage. For main floor system found flue pipe and fresh air intake not up to code. They
