Came to no heat call. system ran for about 4 mins then cut off. checked to see what error was being thrown, the error 33 was thrown. A Trane furnace code 33 typically means a limit circuit fault, indicating the furnace is overheating due to restricted airflow. So we we checked the filter, the Flue vent, heat exchanger, Fan motor, rollout/high limit switch, and burners. After testing the system we found that there was a crack in the heat exchanger. the customer will need to replace the heat exchanger in order for the system to operate properly. We also advise the customer to have an install supervisor come out to provide options for a new system

Called out for toilet leaking in hallway bathroom found that toilet was clogged. Gave estimate to clear and customer agreed. Ran auger in toilet and got water flowing. Tested multiple times and flushing properly at this time

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Came out for a no heat. Customer stated she had a different electrician wire up her thermostat to the unit. Thermostat system was completely wired wrong. Rewired thermostat and also all the wires at the furnace control board plugged in the flood safeties and the outdoor unit. Turn the system on the thermostat. System is now heating properly. Also found that the flue pipe is in Porsche has lots of tape and some sagging recommend re-running with new pipe. Also found that the filter door is not there on the system. Cardboard is being used and the correct filter is not in there would recommend Getting a new media filter rack to ensure that the filter is acting as it should system is now heating properly on departure.
