2.5 ton full system change out

Customer called us out for a slow draining garbage disposal. On arrival I inspected the sink and found that only the garbage disposal side was clogged. I recommended clearing the trap from disposal. Customer agreed. I removed the piping under the sink and cleaned everything throughly including what I could see in the garbage disposal. Then I put everything back together and tested both sides of the sink. Everything was working properly and there were no leaks. Customers water heater did not have support on the expansion tank. Water pressure looked good. Under the sink the ptrap was set very low to accommodate high piping. Garbage disposal was 8 years old. I recommended getting these all fixed but customer was not ready for that today.

water heater needs proper size wire and disconnect switch +30 amp breaker, sub-panel needs ground rod at the outside ground, main breaker to sub-panel needs to HOM line 60 amp 2 pole, add new circuit for work bench

Came out for no cool call on 2024 Air Temp Heat Pump. Upon arrival system has multiple issues. Main issue that customer noticed was system not running at all. Upon checking air handler found pan switch activated and pan full of water. Drain line does not have proper p trap and is not glued at all. When we arrived drain line fully detached from system which caused water to fill up pan. Recommend float switch for added protection. Ductwork also has multiple issues. Supply plenum too small, has supply duct coming off top of plenum then goes into distribution box. None of duct connections sealed properly, ducts have multiple air leaks in attic. Also not sized or ran properly. Air handler is not sitting properly, easily rocks back and forth. Drain line goes to a condensate pump and the vinyl tubing has multiple kinks on the line. Outdoor unit found refrigerant lines running straight from attic with no line-hide and just held together by 2 metal straps drilled straight into siding. Upon chec

Rewire three bedrooms, hallway lighting, laundry lighting, washer, dryer, furnace, and install one new exterior outlet at end of deck. This estimate does not cover all cloth wire in the house. This estimate covers removing 100% of the cloth wire from the designated areas and replacing with new wires, boxes, devices and faceplates. This is a demolition and rewire estimate for all existing electrical openings in designated areas. Simple/small flush-mounted light fixtures will be reinstalled at no charge, large or complicated fixtures will be quoted and charged if necessary. If there is cloth wire remaining after the described work is completed, those items will need to be quoted separately for wire replacement. New location receptacle outside at end of deck will also be installed at NO CHARGE.

Re-wired a Lutron cassette switch for exterior garage sconce lights. Switch was wired incorrectly.

Clear blockage from outside cleanout going into home. Camera inspection scheduled for today 3-6 to offer options for permanent solution.

Called out for issues with shower. Upon arrival, found shower in kids bathroom had upside down cartridge. Turned off water and removed old cartridge. Replaced with new delta cartridge in the correct orientation. Restored water and checked for leaks. No leaks were found. Customer also had issue with Roman tub faucet not getting hot. Found mixing valve underneath lavatory in master bathroom. Adjusted mixing valve to get customer hot water. Water is coming out hot. Verified temperature settings with customer.
