Add outlet for server rack, home inspection

Gain access to area needing repipe (this may include sheetrock, tile, baseboard, etc removal). Cut out and remove existing water supply piping in designated area and replace with PEX. Includes hot and cold where necessary, and all appropriate strapping, insulating, and bracing. Fixture repipes include new 1/4-turn stops and braided stainless supply lines. Test all work when complete. Customer is responsible for any repairs associated with removal of aforementioned items to gain access (sheetrock, tile, etc) Removed what was left of the existing copper throughout the house. Re-piped all fixtures with a new hot and cold waterline. Installed a new PRV for the house and set it to 65 psi. Connected to the existing water heater that was installed in 2013. Due to the age of that heater we recommended that the customer hasn’t replaced, but they have decided not to move forward with that. We adapted onto the existing water heater. There is absolutely no warranty on that existing water heater.

For this job I conducted leak detection services for homeowner. Discovered leak in middle of the yard on water main service/galvanized pipe/.

Customer had us out today do preform a system inspection because she is buying the home. System is a Goodman Gas furnace package unit. System is 9 years old. Filter was heavily impacted, blower was heavily impacted, condenser coils were heavily impacted, contactor was pitted, plenum for the package unit was not sealed. Ductwork was in very poor condition, ducts were laying in the crawlspace and falling apart. Inside of the ducts were very dirty. System is under a lot of strain and could have major components failing in the near future. Customer agreed to have a install supervisor come out and give a quote on a new system and ductwork replacement.

Attempt to clear blockages Bottle of endure for preventive maintenance Customer was experiencing a blockage in two hallway toilets. Upon arrival I tested both bathroom groups to test for a mainline issue and after running water only the toilets were being affected. I checked the cleanout outside of the home and it was not holding water. I used the auger to attempt to clear both blockages and after multiple attempts we were successful.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. No cool, found ac system empty with no refrigerant. System is short on return and supply air, smoke pipe is held together with tape, return plenum is not fully attached, flex run is not connected, drain goes into condensate pump which is sitting in attic bay with no pan underneath of it. Additional system is r22 and refrigerant pressure are good, quoted repairs for second system for all other issues. Recommended getting quote due to age of systems and nature of repairs.

Removed existing gas water heater in crawl space, furnished and properly installed new electric water heater. Thermal expansion tank installed and properly mounted and electrical connections were made. Made all proper connections for water supply, tested fixture and water lines, no leaks with proper operation and customer satisfaction. Service sticker added with shut off tags put in place. All ok at this time.

Returned to replace back hose bib. Cut exsisting pvc hose bib and replaced with new pex hose bib. Tested and inspected; everything works properly.

Today we came out to complete quoted work. We installed a brand new inducer draft Motor, cleaned the blower wheel, and washed the condenser coils. The limit switch wires attached to the blower motor were cut and left off of switch. I connected cut wires, secured them, and placed them back on the switch. After all work was performed, we let system run for a while and everything is operational. It was a pleasure to see you again and I hope you have a great weekend!

Today we came out due to system not heating. Upon arrival, customer said system would not heat, but the ac would work. System is a Goodman package unit. When we approached the unit, I could hear a buzzing sound. This buzzing sound is coming from the inducer draft motor. The motor itself was stuck closed and after spinning it manually, system kicked on and produced heat. However, motor would not stay on and the moment it quit working, heat no longer worked. The inducer draft motor has to be replaced. As of now, the part supply house is closed and I will call 1st thing tomorrow morning to see if and when the part is available. Once I know something, I will call back to inform them when I can come back to replace inducer. It was a pleasure meeting you today and I’ll give you a call tomorrow morning with an update.
