Responded to no ac call. Found secondary drain pan filled with water, and indoor coil for first floor unit was an ice block. Found extremely dirty filter. Removed filter and defrosted coil. After coil was defrosted ran ac with filter removed pressures were slightly off. condenser coil was also dirty. Chemically Cleaned outdoor coil, replaced filter, drained secondary drain pan, and installed an APCO-x to eliminate any biological growth. System is now cooling at this time.

Troubleshoot and Replace Landscape Lighting

Customer has 21 y/o 2-zone Goodman heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. Water was in secondary pan caused by clogged drain line. Drain line is also at incorrect pitch. Noticed rusted evaporator coil. Mold presence throughout air handler. Blower wheel is very dirty. Run capacitor is bad. Water protection is poor. Pressure levels were low indicating loss of refrigerant. Dual capacitor is bad. Contactor is bad. Condenser coils are very dirty. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Inspect panel after lightning strike

Conducted thorough assessment for outdoor lighting needs. Property requires 8 path lights, 4 uplights for trees, 2 motion-sensor security lights, and accent lighting for water feature. Measured voltage drop across proposed run - will need 14-gauge wire minimum. Estimated 600W total load. Recommended LED fixtures to minimize power consumption. Discussed timer and smart control options. Full proposal with fixture selections and installation quote emailed to customer. Available to schedule installation as early as next week if approved.

Diagnosed issue causing Tesla connector to trip breaker

Water on floor by base of toilet. Pulled toilet, to find failed wax ring. Replaced wax ring, added screws to flange, replaced stop valve and, supply line. Reset toilet.

Troubleshoot fridge outlet not working.

Master bathroom toilet was clogged, I was able to clear it with an auger. Homes water pressure was holding at 100 psi, normal pressure should be between 65 and 75psi, replaced pressure regulating valve and expansion tank on the water heater was replaced.

For this job, I worked on returning to continue to complete the rough stage of the outdoor lighting and outlet project. ran all conduit and pulled circuitry through all conduit. Have to return whenever landscapers are done to install light posts and outdoor outlet posts. Also ran a 20 AMP dedicated circuit per homeowner’s request and installed two outdoor outlets, one on each side of the front door.

Instal customer supplied 120 volt landscape lights. Troubleshooting must be done first.

Troubleshoot GFCIs not working often. Replaced a GFCI and two outlets. Separated neutrals in main panel.

Installed a Kohler Highline Arc supplied by TE. The PVC toilet flange was in good condition at this time. Toilet comes was a lifetime warranty on workmanship only.

Installed Streamlab & recirculating pump. Removed utility sink & capped lines.

Relocation of circuit from panel B to generator panel, replacement of front door right MR16 socket.

Replace full system for main floor (located in basement)

Pulled jumper wire to temporarily power lighting during waterproofing / renovation.
