I called to have the battery replaced in at least one smoke detector. I am unable to use a ladder, so I needed help. Your company was quick to respond and sent Jose Escobar to perform the work. He was very professional, courteous and understanding of my needs. He efficiently made the battery changes on the units that needed it and helped me to enroll in an annual plan to check all of the smoke detectors. I really enjoyed the manner in which he performed his excellent service.

Kyle was very persistent in troubleshooting my drain issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. Excellent employee. I would highly recommend him and your company.

Johan Ramirez and his assistant Gavin were professional, courteous, and thorough in briefing me on the current code improvements they made with wiring, breakers and dedicated GFI to 3 kitchen countertop outlet, the microwave outlet, and an on-off switch.

Jonathan came to my house on time was super polite. He's like very observant like a calculating engineer with high attention to detail. He caught small things like a loose thing that needed to be taped up and noticed the measurements on my ducts that needed to be changed to be more efficient with the air supply. I wish all HVAC technicians are as skilled and competent as him

I finally got my exhaust fan installed and Johan did a great job. He was on time and communication was consistent. I won’t hesitate to use TE Certified services again.

The message from the office on the schedule change was spoken very fast and was hard to understand. Please slow down, so people can understand the message; it's not a fire drill.

Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.

Marco was very professional, worked quickly and gave me updates on what he was doing and what needed to be done. He provided me with pictures and a rational for the work so I was confident in the work he suggested. I’d use them again when an issue arises.

I am thrilled with the Supreme communication TE delivers. Charlotte reached out to confirm his ETA. He clearly knew how to install a Woodbridge bidet. He was very informed about this product, even though TE didn't sell it. Charley was a delight to work with. I couldn't be happier to have a job done RIGHT!
