Job Locations and Reviews

I did an electrical troubleshoot for an outdoor AC unit and replace a breaker for customer.
Our Tech guy was friendly & yet professional. He explained everything after his thorough inspection & gave us a complete report on how our system was working.

Upon arrival customer stated that ac system had been leaking downstairs when running. After inspection of 3 year old heat pump system found that system had a very clogged drain line causing the water to back up in system. Blower wheel is clean, evaporator coil is clean, system is coming on and cooling inside. Customer replaced (16x20x1) system filter. Checked over all operations of outdoor system, contactor tested good, condenser coils were clean, outdoor capacitor on herm terminal for the compressor was testing bad. Gave customer estimate to clean drain line, add wet switch, add in line flood protection, change bad outdoor capacitor and add Uv light to system. Customer only wanted to have drain line cleaned at this time. Removed drain line and cleaned and cleaned evaporator coil drain pan. Flushed system and unit back up and working. Recommended homecare maintenance plan for system, customer not interested at this time.

Performed HomeCare maintenance on one system. Float switch is defective and no ss1 on condensate drain. Recommend UV light to keep system clean and to improve indoor air quality. Restored flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Blower motor is pulling correct amps. Blower wheel is clean. Flue pipe, gas sediment trap, and gas line are up to code. cleared condensate drain. Replaced (2) 16/25/1 filter. Condenser coil is clean. Capacitor and contactor are in manufacture specs. Refrigerant pressures are good. Disconnect is working properly. Added wet switch and ss1 to system to ensure no water issues.

TESTED SYSTEM W/ SMELL FROM VENTS, FOUND WHOLE UNIT SWEATING WHILE RUNNING DUE TO AIRFLOW ISSUES. 3.5 TON UNIT REQUIRES 1400 CFM. SUPPLY CURRENTLY HAS 980 CFM AND Is ZONED! RETURN HAS 1080 HIS UNIT CANNOT BREATH AND WILL CAUSE MAJOR BREAKDOWNS IN THE FUTURE.

Replace 50 gallon electric low bot hot water containment system in crawl space with all code upgrades to include new bladder tank and pump switch for well system and new Halo sediment filter on main incoming water line. Tested and all is working at this time. Informed customer about electrical code for new hot water containment system. Will let dispatch know about scheduling an electrical visit to give quote on addressing issue.

Blue Tube Ultra Violet Light iWave Device Air Purifier Kills Mold and Bacteria and Removes Particles from your Air. Installed 45/5 capacitor on main floor heat pump.

Upon arrival customer stated system once wasn’t cooling, but is now cooling. After tech did a full diagnostic on system. Tech noticed flood safety switch wasn’t up to code. Also no surge protection on equipment were in place to help prevent indoor and outdoor from equipment damages. Please review tech estimates/recommendations to help keep your hvac operation at its best peak performance. To respond to any estimates you can do so by email or calling in to reschedule appointments. *Thanks for choosing TE Certified if you liked your technician service today don’t hesitate to leave a 5 star review!

Upon arrival I was shown to the master bathroom upstairs and was told the shower cartridge was continuously running. The water to the house had been turned off because of the leak. I turned the water back on to verify the leak. Once the water was on there was a continuous large stream of water coming from the showerhead which was leaking past the shower valve. Recommended an option to replace the shower cartridge and upon approval did so. After installing the new cartridge, I turned the water back on and checked for leaks and proper function.

Came to do a pressure test but found system was not leaking and that main floor txv was stuck and gave the same results as low charge. Replaced txv, replaced bi flow dryer, pressure tested equipment and pulled vacuum to 500 microns. Charged to 11* subcooling. Leaving estimate to clean biological growth and install single UV bulb in air handler.

Checked upstairs to check if water safety triggered system to cut off. After diagnosing compressor went into thermal over load. Cooled off compressor and tested refrigerant. System only had 25 psi on the suction side. Recommending a leak search of refrigerant loop.
Myles could not have done a better job! He deserves a raise!!

Replaced 50 gallon electric hot water containment system in downstairs closest. Brought all aspects up to code to include but not limited to thermal expansion mounted to bracket, isolation valve, heater pan, new copper pipe and fittings and added a pressure regulator to regulate main incoming water pressure through out home. 6 year tank type warranty Lifetime workmanship warranty

Diagnosis of bathroom circuit. Replace GFCI receptacle in master bathroom and install new breaker for AC unit

Arrived on site to separate ground and neutrals in both main electrical panels. I also stripped and reconnect one feeder wire. I applied anti oxidant to the main feeder wires. I torqued all main connections. I install whole home surge protection for both main panels. The surge protector for the left panel is tied into the water heater. The surge protector for the right panel is on a dedicated 50 amp breaker. Everything is working upon departure.
Again, excellent service provided by Ben. He identified and fixed our generator immediately. I wish all repairmen were like Ben.

Replaced oil pressure switch on Generac 22kw standby generator

For this job I replaced a stop valve that was leaking, originally thought leak was coming through ceiling, opened up a couple of holes to see leak in ceiling and saw it was coming down through the toilet pipe. Cleaned and tested after replacing stop valve.

At arrival on 08/29/25 Found whole home system not cooling. The air handler was running but the condenser was off. After diagnostic found that the 240v disconnect for the condenser was burnt including the whip. The wire going into the Contactor was also burnt. The condenser coil is dirty, the air filter was clogged up. Gave option to replace the disconnect, replace the whip, replace the Contactor, replace the Capacitor, clean the condenser coil. Options approved to address the above issues. Performed work and tested system. System was cooling properly with 1.2 degrees subcool while rated for 10. Added 1lb of refrigerant and brought subcool to 10.4 degrees Additionally, gave option to add a hard start kit, installe a Bluetube UV light. Home owner signed up for Homecare membership. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Jeremiah is an absolutely top notch technician. He was faced with an unexpected repair problem that would have been too costly and damaging to carry out. Instead, he was able to improvise a new solution that avoided the cost and damage, and which works perfectly well. Extremely nice fellow, works efficiently, and does a good slow solid job.
