Customer had a main line blockage that was affecting the entire upstairs bathroom group, customer recently moved in the second blockage that affected the entire upstairs had the septic tank pumped not too long ago, I pulled the toilet upstairs and ran my cable down the main line to clear the blockage after I ran my cable I was able to poke free. The blockage on all the water was draining after testing. All the water is flowing perfectly scheduled for a camera inspection since it’s the second time affecting the upstairs and they will run the camera from the same toilet I pulled. I did not set the toilet all the way back recommend that the customer do not use the toilet until inspection is completed. Customer do have another bathroom upstairs that they can use. I have the toilet over the flange and bolted to the floor, but no water is connected to make it easier for the camera tech to pull the toilet.
On arrival, it was explained that the water bill had increased. The water company says there is a steady 8 gallons an hour being used. upon investigation, we discovered 100 psi inside the home and no thermal expansion protection. After much investigating the only thing that could be determined at this time was due to the high pressure the master bedroom toilet fill valve had failed. After providing options upon approval, we replaced the pressure regulator, added a thermal expansion tank properly, mounted to the structure of the home and rebuilt the master bedroom toilet. we also replaced the isolation valve for the water heater and re-ran the piping on the cold side going to the water heater in order to get rid of a few inches of polybutylene. We also installed a new whole home shut off valve. Tested everything for leaks and proper function.

We install a new doorbell buzzer in the kitchen area.
We did a troubleshoot and We replace two bad outlets that were not currently working , we also found that there is a bad door buzz bell so we will order a new one and replace it at a different schedule appointment.
Replace a portion of the pipe to get water back on to the home. House is on polybutylene pipe. Will give some options on full replacement and just in the crawlspace. I forgot to mention to the customer that I had found a separated drain line in the crawlspace. This has been separated for a while. I left an option to fix this and will reach out tomorrow earlier in the day to see if they want it taken care of. I saw no other drain related problems in the crawlspace. Polybutylene is a problem material and is prone to leaks. No warranty on the fix. This pipe is not insulated as the customer told me not to worry about it. I recommend they reduce the amount of openings in the crawlspace and insulate this pipe.
Great service
Was called out about a leak cut the sheet rock and flounder a shark bite in the ceiling cut the shark bite out and use proper pex to copper adapter Tested for leaks there are no leaks Thanks for choosing te certified
For this job I did a tankless water heater diagnostic. We determined the flow sensor was not working and not telling the water heater to turn on. I ordered new sensor and replaced the new part. The hot water was returned back to home after the replacement of the sensor. I also completed a full tankless water heater flush/maintenance. I ran descaling solution through tankless for 1 hour to clean out the unit. I pulled filters and clean them from any debris and build up. I put tankless back together, tested and left work area clean.
No heat. Customer had system off on arrival. Turned system on and everything worked properly. Checked electrical components, checked refrigerant pressures, checked filter, checked coils, found failing capacitor. Quoted repairs and gave option for Homecare.
I replace a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and also replace a switch in the dinning room area. Left estimate to replace flood light as well
