Dock Inspection
Client complained of freezing before prior company diagnosed zoning issue/ Goodman 2024 R32 Lennox furnace over 10 ** single staged zoned in the past ** prior company has dampers to a open position ** found this out via refrigerant check** 16 inch duct / 14 inch duct for SUPPLY side 1700 cfm ** short ** 300 CFMs ie 10 inch duct on supply side RETURN SIDE : 10 inch duct run x 4/ 8 inch run x2 = 1500 cfm / short 500 CFMs on return side ** needs dual return** and 12 inch duct run ** 10 inch pressure bypass damper is closed **/ ** 5 TON AC (dampers set to open , not wired up ) ** Only one return / one filter instead of 4 inch and or dual returns for application * verified refrigerant charge so that should confirm dampers are open for both floors as result ** which unit isn’t cooling main level level due to airflow and zoning issues that currently present ** upstairs is cold about 66 degrees and downstairs is 77 ..unit in attic ** , insufficient flood protection ** relayed in
Arrive spoke with customer. They have two systems and did not know they had one in attic. Found extremely dirty filter. Checked evaporator coil and the blower wheel. No in-line safety or wet switch. Cycle system on. Checked amperage capacitor and pressures. Subcool low. Customer did not want to do any repair repairs at this time. Unit is dropping in temperature.
Found that system over garage had a bad capacitor. Checked amp draws and refrigerant pressures. Also found that ptrap was cracked . Redid ptrap and added TE standard flood protection. Signed up for homecare.
Ceiling fan
Unit is slowly dripping water. It is cleared and drain tested but it is improperly installed and doesn’t have a breather tube. The pan is keeping a large amount of water in it instead of flowing as it’s supposed to. The capacitor is still bad. There is no advanced flood protection as discussed. Today’s issue was a low voltage short. The low pressure switch rubbed up against the frame of the outdoor unit and created a short.
Customer was experiencing a leak at the disposal collar. She mentioned the disposal kept tripping. We opted for repair as the leak was the primary concern. Replaced the disposal collar, checked for leaks, and verified the system was functioning. I did not have the unit trip on me during my visit. Confirmed the customer was happy, left a sticker, water heater is 2 years old, water pressure is at 45 PSI.
Upon arrival the existing supply line had plastic threads that were stripped and unable to connect to the bidet assembly. The supply line was built in to a builder grade valve and as a result the entire valve needed to be replaced. Removed old valve after turning water off to the property and installed new 1/2in pex stop valve and new braided stainless steel toilet supply line. Connected to the new bidet fixture and toilet and tested for leaks and proper operation.
Add Tesla Universal in garage and setup for Power Sharing with existing Tesla Charger
Performed removal and replacement of existing foyer light fixture with new customer-supplied light fixture. Installed and secured new fixture, verified proper operation, and tested for correct functionality. Also replaced damaged/broken oven outlet and oven plug with new components to restore safe and proper electrical connection. After installation, tested outlet and appliance operation to confirm proper performance. New plug configuration now allows oven to push completely back into position without obstruction. Cleaned work area and confirmed all installations were operating correctly upon completion.
Removed the existing ceiling fan in the craft room and installed the customer-supplied fandeilier. Relocated the removed ceiling fan and installed it in the upstairs bedroom. Tested both fixtures for proper operation upon completion.
Troubleshoot no power in bedroom
Performed homecare on 1 system. Checked all electrical, ignition and refrigeration components. Changed filters, cleared drain. Found attic unit with no wet switch , spoke with customer and installed a flood protection SSW wet switch in attic. System is working properly at the moment.
Flex shaft to clear blockage in the kitchen Customer called us out for a kitchen sink that started to back up. Upon arrival customer stated this was the first time it’s ever backed up, and they had the septic tank pumped out last year. We went to check if there was any water damage to the ceiling in the basement, and we noticed a small damage but customer states that has been there for a while. We tested the other fixtures in the home to make sure nothing else was being affected. We ran water in the kitchen sink and after a few minutes it started to back up. We removed the pTrap assembly and ran our cable machine in the drain and attempt to restore proper flow. We ran our cable multiple times and we were successful in restoring proper flow. We brought back some food debris and gunk buildup. We tested by running water for a long period of time and didn’t see any leaks or backups around our work. Run a dedicated circuit for the older fridge and freezer in the garage
Fully rework drains and strainers for multi compartment sink. Drains are currently undersized (need to be 2in minimum) and not supported correctly. Severe signs of corrosion on leaking strainer. Installed new lever commercial strainers and upsized PVC drainage to proper 2in. Reconfigured piping to accomodate the correct fittings and added supports. Also installed clean out on discharge line for future service. Tested system for leaks and proper operation.
Performed water heater inspection. Water heater is 2 year old. There’s a crackling noise coming from the inner tank. I noticed that the water temperature does not match the setting on the water heater. Temperature at water heater is set to 120 degrees. Out put temperature is between 130-135 degrees at all fixtures on the hot side. Possible sediment making crackling noise due to age and hardness of water. System has a recirculating system as well. There is not enough clearance between pex piping and flu piping. Requires 18 inches of copper off the heater to meet code. Recommendations are to repipe heater and replace. Other wise change out control valve, flame assembly, drain and flush water heater, and repipe section of piping to copper.
Joey was very professional as he resolved our emergency of a broken water main. He stoped the water, diagnosed the problem and offered three solutions. He fixed the problem and cleaned up before he left. Thank you Joey.
Water line repair me main shut off replacement
Arrived to find low voltage short. Contactor on the outdoor unit had failed and would creat a low voltage short. Replaced contactor and found that compressor is functioning properly it the capacitor is failing. Quoted capacitor replacement.
This estimate includes inspecting the electrical panel to determine why the buzzing noise is taking place at the customers foyer/garage location Home care membership Customer declined electrical inspection taking place today because they are in meetings for the remainder of the day The original reason for this call was the customer was concerned that the electrical panel was buzzing. After arriving, we checked the electrical panel and all connections at the electrical panel and did not hear any buzzing or notice any sort of oxidation or corrosion of conductors/equipment. Customer notified me that it was isolated on the foyer breaker which is controlling the doorbell located in the foyer. When we rang the door doorbell, there is a temporary buzzing that takes place, but it dissipates after just a second. When we put our ear on the wall, we could hear a slight buzz. This issue could be the doorbell transformer, but we were unable to replicate the buzzing the customer was hearing while

Single system Homecare. First time visit on 2020 Lennox 2.5 ton single stage ac and furnace system with zoning. Changed filter, visually inspected equipment. Cleaned flame sensor, flushed and pumped drain line adding chemicals to cleans as well. Checked electrical components and safeties, checked refrigerant levels. Tested system in both heating and cooling. Found zoning is of poor quality with no DATS, or transformer or bypass damper. Ac dirty. Minimal flood protection, contactor starting to burn, high in rush amp draw on compressor, added flood protection cleaned ac and added superboost. Tested all new parts and safeties and checked refrigerant levels once system was cleaned. All functioning properly. System operation at the time of leaving.

Performed whole home plumbing inspection. Checked all fixtures for proper operation and leaks. Spoke with client about concerns with pressure at the fridge as well as cpvc isolation valves. Left quotes for repairs. Further diagnostics of the fridge show that it’s likely an issue internally on the fridge.

TE will install new shower cartridge and install new hose bib Installation: Removed old cartridge and installed new pfister cartridge and tested to make sure everything worked fine and no leaks.Removed old hose bib and installed new hose bib with a new stick of 1/2in copper into the house and connected back to existing copper with a 1/2 in press 90 & coupling.

For this job customer called us due to the landscape lighting not working the back yard. Customer had a paver area with a stone wall and lights around the edge. After inspection we found a cut wire. Once the wire was repaired the lights function as they should. One light is not working, they are LED integrated so we are looking for a replacement light. We will get in contract with the customer once a replacement is found. Also found the meter base to just be hanging by the pipe with no screws in the wall. Left multiple estimates to fix that issue.
