For this job customer is going from a 400amp to a 600 amp service. We are trenching about 150ft around to the primary pole. Installing parallel runs of 3inch conduit on the trench. Also mounting a CT can, meter can, and (3) 200 amp disconnects after taking down the existing 400 amp meter can. We will re feed the (2) main panels and leave the third disconnect for future use at the additional building being built.

Tech diagnosed main system in home, only concerns from technician were system lacking a proper safety switch in attic area, pvc drain doesn’t have an opening vent, ac subcooling pressures were a little low, and no indoor coil cleaner/protection in attic… system is cooling at this time, customer concerns were thermostat set point would rise sometimes, tech noticed the indoor system has a fresh air ventilation so tech turned system off to see if that would improve thermostat settings from homeowners… Tech left recommendations/ estimates that can help with equipment longevity, equipment protection and homeowners health and safety. Found pressure was over 120 psi. Installed new Prv and main shut off valve. Set pressure to 60 psi

Found 2013 carrier system dripping water into the emergency drain pan. I cleared the drain line (no clog). Upon further inspection I found that the evaporater coil is corroded and impacted with debris. The blower wheel is also impacted with dirt. I checked refrigerant pressures and found that the system is low on refrigerant. No long term repair options can be provided due to parts no longer available for an out of warranty 410a carrier system. The system also has large amounts of black growth inside the hvac system. Did a breif leak inspection on the evap coil (no leak found). No signs of leak on the condenser coil. The customer declined to get an estimate for system replacement and wants to move forward with the temporary repair option. She said she cant afford a new system right now. No warranty or refunds for the temporary option; system maybe leaking refrigerant.

Client has Rinnai tankless that was constantly producing hot water without any recirculation system. Further inspection revealed a failed shower cartridge on the top floor that never gets used. This shower was allowing hot water to constantly run. We shut water off to the home and rebuilt the shower valve with new cartridge assembly. Tested for leaks and verified no other issues. Tankless is running as it is designed to.

Customer had a bathtub upstairs that was slow draining due to hair in the drain line, so I gave her option to snake the line and after snaking the line I was able to pull the hair out of the line and after testing the drain is flowing perfectly with no leaks or backups present

Today we came out for main level kitchen side not cooling Payne 2011 3.5 ton matched with 2004 heil 100k furnace. Cycled equipment from thermostat and checked operations. Found indoor blower motor running but compressor didn’t energize. Upon further evaluation of equipment found tripped breaker going to ac due to grounded compressor. In addition duel capacitor is out of tolerance, left band aid repair option and scheduled install supervisor for this afternoon 3-6pm.

Install a circuit and customer supplied RV subpanel

I replaced the prv and expansion tank. The T&p valve was discharging intermittently, due to high pressure in the home. I left options to replace this and run the discharge line to the exterior of the home. The customer declined to replace this at this time. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no further issues regarding what was replaced

Upon arrival I met with Mrs.Lisa she directed me to the kitchen where there was some water staining in the ceiling, we went upstairs to the bathroom above, we inspected the shower for any gaps or cracks, everything was sealed up good, we flushed the toilet a few times as well as ran the lavatory faucet, we didn’t see any apparent leaks from upstairs, i told her we could cut the dry wall and do a leak search, she agreed, I put down plastic and traced a 12x12 outline using a level, I cut open the drywall I immediately saw a 2 inch and 3 inch drain line that fed the toilet and shower, I ran the shower approximately 10 minutes, was unable to recreate the leak, I then flushed the toilet 3 or 4 times and still was unsuccessful in recreating the issue, the customer mentioned they had a problem with mice recently, he smelled the dry wall and believed it was mouse urine, he wants to have a exterminator out to take care of the issue

Customer had experienced a leak coming from a supply line toilet. This was in a bathroom upstairs and the leak caused damage to the ceiling below. The home was built in 2024. He had the water off to the toilet upon arrival, I turned it on and saw no leaks from this area but my client was certain. I checked both upstairs bathrooms to confirm there were no possible leaks coming from any other fixture. I believe the leak was caused by the bidet sprayer attachment, these are common culprits and the sprayer hose can loosen itself from the supply line over time with usage. I saw no issues with the toilet and checked everything in this area. We opted to replace the toilet stop valve and supply line and to remove this bidet sprayer. Mini split

For this job customers main breaker was tripping due to a loose connection at the breaker. It had melted the breaker and burnt the lug up. We installed a new 150 amp QO main breaker and tightened it to spec. Everything functions as it should.

Install new 200a overhead service on the home. Install new service mast, meter disconnect combo, new service cable, grounding system and with this option we will provide updates to and keep existing 200a panel Install safety breakers (13) in new panel. Install surge protection. Customer to install battery smoke detectors themselves. A new permit and smoke detectors may be required if inspection is not passed. Permit Fees.

For this job we replace five ceiling fans between the main level and the basement. We also added four quad outlets for the basement. Installed new dedicated circuits for a bidet, workout equipment, and microwave in the basement. Installed point of use GFCI devices at each location. We also installed ring doorbells on the front and back basement door. Provided and installed new flood lights on the front of the house and the back corner. We also installed a new bath fan/light combo on the main level bathroom. Installed a new switch leg with a stacked switch for the fan light combo. We also replaced the carbon detector in the main hallway. We also did a room re device of the kitchen, mud room, and laundry room. Everything functions as it should.

I replaced a customer supplied kitchen faucet. I tested thoroughly to ensure there were no issues. I also left additional estimates for water heater replacements and will follow up at a a later date

For this job we installed seven new landscape lights on the rock patio around the fire pit. Install led bulbs and rest the landscape transformer to auto. Everything functions as it should will come back to install four more lights once they arrive.

For this job I replaced the failed pressure regulator that was leaking and allowing 100 psi. I installed new pressure regulator and set the pressure to an acceptable level of 65 psi. Tested all work and left work area clean.

Today we performed work on a hybrid electric 80 gallon water heater. We replaced the suction thermistor (Yellow Wire) and an expansion tank. Rerouted the expansion tank connection to be in between the water heater and the shutoff valve. Followed Rheem’s guidelines and submitted the requested information on their end. Reimbursement from prior visit House is on CPVC. During my last visit, I explained how this pipe material gets brittle over time and more prone to failure, mentioning TE will warranty the new pipe installed, but not the connections to the existing CPVC or the existing CPVC pipe. Customer understands this and is not ready to move forward with replacement. Today I left an estimate for repipe per management.

Today we came out for only system not cooling client smelled something burning in furnace 2005 ruud 70k only system. Evaluated complete system found 15 mfd run capacitor out of tolerance and blower motor seized up. In addition found burn mark on ignition module. Documented pictures and made a movie of findings. I will note this system uses r22 refrigerant that has been mandated by the federal government and is obsolete. Client will talk to the owner who doesn’t live at this address about options. Equipment is well past full life expectancy and needs to be updated.

This job I worked on changing a lightbulb in backyard, installing a service protector inside the panel with new breaker

Was here for a no cool on a 2023 carrier heat pump and air handler. Once I started diagnosing I noticed there was a brunt common wire connected to the turbo capacitor which was also brunt. Before I replaced the turbo capacitor and fix the wire I made sure the contactor or the compressor were not shorted to ground. Nothing was shorted, once I replaced the capacitor and fixed the wire the compressor started working. I checked all the amp draws and everything was within manufacture specifications. I checked the pressure for the system, the delta T was 20 degrees. Everything in the air handler was within manufacture specifications. System has minimal flood protection, I am quoting to add flood protection and to replace the zone system because there is no bypass and it is a single stage system.
