For this job we did a whole home re device, installed a new outdoor ceiling fan with a switch leg underneath the deck. We also installed a new light fixture in the basement. Turned 4 outlets into quads and installed lighted switches where customer wanted them. We also installed a new switch leg and box for a light over the pool table in the basement. We also added a quad put for the pin ball machine in the basement as well. Installed USB outlets in the kitchen and the bedroom as well.

Customer had a shaver head that was leaking from the nut that connects the two pieces together, unthreaded the shower head, broke the nut loose, upon inspection i found that the nut was cross threaded during the original installation, I tried to reseal it using teflon tape and pipe dope but was unsuccessful, customer is ordering a new ran head as well as another shower head for the master shower

Replace customers whole house filters for him, replace PRV and installed his air filters for him

Troubleshoot steam shower unit not working and hot tub not working.

For this job we installed a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Also troubleshot tripping dual function breakers attached to mini fridges. Replaced breakers with GFCI only breakers and everything functions as it should. Also tested each circuit and nothing is wrong with the wire or the receptacle. Informed customer that if tripping continued to contact an appliance repair company to have them look at the mini fridges.

Troubleshoot circuit tripping

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Tech added a safety switch, indoor air cleaner and UV light coil protector, added 3lbs of R-410a refrigerant also did a quick leak search to insure no refrigerant leaks at indoor and outdoor unit… System is operating good at this time…

Replaced capacitor for the mainfloor unit. The system is a single stage system and is zoned. The air handler has black biological growt in the supply plenum.The system should be a variable stage since it is zoned. The homeowner gave me permission to replace the capacitor which I did. I ran the unit and found that the compressor is starting to fail. I will email an estimate for a new compressor. The unit needs better flood protection. I also recommend having a UV light installed to treat the black biological growth found on the hvac system. The breaker on the outdoor breaker panel has additional high voltage wires running to it, power additional parts of the home. This is not safe and not to code; a licensed electrician needs to be called to fix the issues.

Drain line clogged. Gave homeowner discount drain cleaning offer (same day discount). Homeowner declined and wants to "research online how to do it himself". Outdoor unit not running when I left. Refrigerant pressures were good. Electrical components were fine. Unit should be a variable speed since its zoned. No bypass damper to relieve system pressure; no room to add one.

For this job we completed the rest of the 600 amp service. Installed the CT can, meter base and three 200 amp disconnects. Reconnected the existing 200 amp panels in the shop and left one disconnect open for the new building being added in the future. Sawnee has pulled the wire and they will make it up in the CT can.

This option will be to lift up pole we built back in January back to safe height after grading was completed, delete dock outlet and trench 20ft by hand in soft dirt to a new small pole for dock power. We can re use the twist lock outlet, box and breaker. We will then set a new transformer on pole and set (15) landscape lights around back yard. Mix between pathway and spot lighting.

Replace customers toilet

For this job we ran a dedicated 80amp circuit from the panel in the small garage for the plasma cutter. Ran number 4 copper and installed a pvc junction box to hard wire the machine. Everything functions as it should.

Checked for leaks. Turned water off to house and inspected meter. Found no water was running when main was shut off. Inspected whole house and found one toilet that was running. Meter is still slowly turning. Referred to leak detection

Tesla charger with load monitoring kit. Install 60 amp circuit from panel to charger location, install load monitoring circuit and device, install breakers for both circuits, provide and install Tesla magic dock Install whole home surge protector in main panel with flush mount kit

For this job we provided and installed a universal Tesla charger on a dedicated 60 amp circuit from the main panel in the basement to the corner of the garage. Commissioned the charger and plugged it in to test it. Everything functions as it should.

Found female adapter on water heater was leaking. Gave customer quotes to repair or replace. Ended up repairing section of pipe. Turned water on and tested everything

For this job customer is going from a 400amp to a 600 amp service. We are trenching about 150ft around to the primary pole. Installing parallel runs of 3inch conduit on the trench. Also mounting a CT can, meter can, and (3) 200 amp disconnects after taking down the existing 400 amp meter can. We will re feed the (2) main panels and leave the third disconnect for future use at the additional building being built.

Tech diagnosed main system in home, only concerns from technician were system lacking a proper safety switch in attic area, pvc drain doesn’t have an opening vent, ac subcooling pressures were a little low, and no indoor coil cleaner/protection in attic… system is cooling at this time, customer concerns were thermostat set point would rise sometimes, tech noticed the indoor system has a fresh air ventilation so tech turned system off to see if that would improve thermostat settings from homeowners… Tech left recommendations/ estimates that can help with equipment longevity, equipment protection and homeowners health and safety. Found pressure was over 120 psi. Installed new Prv and main shut off valve. Set pressure to 60 psi

Found 2013 carrier system dripping water into the emergency drain pan. I cleared the drain line (no clog). Upon further inspection I found that the evaporater coil is corroded and impacted with debris. The blower wheel is also impacted with dirt. I checked refrigerant pressures and found that the system is low on refrigerant. No long term repair options can be provided due to parts no longer available for an out of warranty 410a carrier system. The system also has large amounts of black growth inside the hvac system. Did a breif leak inspection on the evap coil (no leak found). No signs of leak on the condenser coil. The customer declined to get an estimate for system replacement and wants to move forward with the temporary repair option. She said she cant afford a new system right now. No warranty or refunds for the temporary option; system maybe leaking refrigerant.

Client has Rinnai tankless that was constantly producing hot water without any recirculation system. Further inspection revealed a failed shower cartridge on the top floor that never gets used. This shower was allowing hot water to constantly run. We shut water off to the home and rebuilt the shower valve with new cartridge assembly. Tested for leaks and verified no other issues. Tankless is running as it is designed to.

Customer had a bathtub upstairs that was slow draining due to hair in the drain line, so I gave her option to snake the line and after snaking the line I was able to pull the hair out of the line and after testing the drain is flowing perfectly with no leaks or backups present
