Customer is experiencing a major leak near the meter. After digging the affected area. We determined the issue was from a failed cap that blew apart. We replaced the broken fitting with 2 stainless steel couplings and wrapped our work up in burial tape. I was called out today because the system had stopped heating. Upon arrival, the customer had bypassed the pressure switch, allowing the inducer to run and the furnace to begin heating. I shut off power and cleared the pressure switch port, which appeared to be clogged. Afterward, the system operated properly. I tested approximately four heating cycles, and the furnace started and stopped normally each time. Rust was observed on the heat exchanger. The furnace is from 2009, and the R-410A air conditioning system is from 2008. Given the equipment’s age and condition, I recommended considering replacement options before investing in major repairs. at this time, customer decline all options. Customer stated they were getting low pressure on the hot side of their faucets, I went in the crawlspace to check the unit and water was leaking from the cabinet, I took the cover off and found that the recirc air vent assembly had pinhole and was leaking into the cabinet, I called Navien and got a part number and called Cowan supply to see if they had it in stock, I put it on will call and headed to pick it up, once I returned I turned water off and drained the unit, I then removed the old vent assembly and cleaned the area before installing the new one, I then finished drying out the cabinet before turning water on and testing, I had the unit run approximately 10 minutes to make sure it would fire up and stay heating, I then let it sit under pressure a few minutes to make sure the new part wasn’t leaking as well as making sure no other parts were leaking

Responded today to a reported leak in the basement. The customer stated that another contractor recently replaced the water heater and that the leak was noticed shortly afterward. Upon inspection, the leak was traced to the kitchen ice maker line, located directly above the water heater. Although movement of the water piping may have contributed, the cause could not be confirmed. The homes water pressure measured 75 psi. Replaced the ice maker outlet box behind the refrigerator and the pressure-reducing valve (PRV). Adjusted the water pressure to 65 psi and confirmed it was holding steady. All connections were tested for leaks, and everything is operating properly at this time.

Arrived on site and customer stated she had a dripping tub spout in the hallway bathroom . I checked pressure to the house and found pressure was at 55 psi . I then checked the cartridge and found the cartridge needed to be replaced. I was able to locate a replacement, which the customer agreed to have me replace. Once I arrived back on site with the cartridge , I was able to successfully replace it. I then tested the shower , re pressurized the house , and cleaned up the work area.

For this job, I worked on replacing a bad charger with a TE provided Tesla universal charger. I replaced the breaker from a 60 amp to a 50 amp due to the size of the wire powering the EV.

Estimate is to replace main HVAC system, add bump box/ cut return into return plenum, new mesa filter and permit all work with Dawsonville.

Dig trench from meter main down side of house over to outside grill, install conduit and 20 amp circuit in trench. Install 20 amp GFCI breaker at meter main. Dug up and found leak in front yard. Cut out section of pipe and replaced section. Turned water on and tested.

For this job we pulled of an empty 200 amp disconnect and sets new panel for the building. Installed high bay lights in the shop and dedicated welding circuits and outlets for additional use. Also installed surge protection in the main panel. We also hardwired welding circuits in the other shop as well as a courtesy. Everything functions as it should.

For this job, I worked on a red device on the front right bedroom the hallway and attic. After a further diagnostic, I discovered a short was happening, which was causing the arc fault breaker to trip. To finalize my findings Devices were backstabbed wired and overtime The black conductor started touching the ground, which was creating a short and the arc fault to trip.

Performed maintenance on one system. Blower wheel is clean, blower motor is pulling good amps, heat strips are working properly, system is heat properly at this moment, replaced 20/20/1 filter, cleaned condensate drain, added green tablets to evaporator pan to prevent water sludge, condenser coil is clean, refrigerant pressures are good, dual capacitor/contactor are in manufacture specs, compressor/condenser fan are pulling good amps, and disconnects are working properly. For this job, I worked on replacing 15 amp, dual function breaker for upstairs bedroom that got damaged due to a surge in the neighborhood

For this Job I troubleshot a 3 way system for Kitchen Can Lights and came to the conclusion the 3 way system wiring is damaged I was getting continuity from the Black Traveler to Ground and Black Traveler to neutral. Ended up converting the 3 way system until a Single Pole System. And swapping out 2 customer provided dimmers.

For this job we installed a sub panel in the far end of the building for the new race shop. Installed ten high bay light fixtures and 6 quad outlets on the front side of the shop. The rows of lights are switched separately. Will come back to install more quad outlets on the backside and ceiling of the shop as well as installed the hook ups for the lifts in the ceiling. Everything is installed on dual function breakers and circuits are ran in MC cable.

System less than 10 years old; newer system. Tested the heat and cooling, changed air filter and flushed drain line. System operating when I left. Issues: 1)Single stage system with zoing. Its recommended that system should be a variable speed since its zoned. 2) strip heat needs to be replaced 3) system needs a bypass; no room to install one with current setup 4) system needs duct work modifications 5) secondary drain pan is too small 6) unit needs better flood protection 7) black growth found in system; UV light recommended 8) system has honeywell zoning which is unreliable 9) outdoor capacitor needs to be replaced System will have intermittent breakdowns until replaced with a new variable speed system with better zoing and duct work modifications.

Customer had high water pressure in excess of 120psi. I replaced the prv and thermal expansion tank to resolve this issue. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no further issues

For this job I installed a new GFCI device in the garage, we also installed new motors, fan blades, and covers for bathroom fans in the down stairs and upstairs bathrooms. Everything functions as it should.

For this job we did a whole home re device, installed a new outdoor ceiling fan with a switch leg underneath the deck. We also installed a new light fixture in the basement. Turned 4 outlets into quads and installed lighted switches where customer wanted them. We also installed a new switch leg and box for a light over the pool table in the basement. We also added a quad put for the pin ball machine in the basement as well. Installed USB outlets in the kitchen and the bedroom as well.

Customer had a shaver head that was leaking from the nut that connects the two pieces together, unthreaded the shower head, broke the nut loose, upon inspection i found that the nut was cross threaded during the original installation, I tried to reseal it using teflon tape and pipe dope but was unsuccessful, customer is ordering a new ran head as well as another shower head for the master shower

Replace customers whole house filters for him, replace PRV and installed his air filters for him
