Install customer supplied vanity lights in master bath

Installed two new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heaters set in pans with new valves, and associated piping. Installed four new toilets and flanges in 1 upstairs bathroom, and 3 bathrooms on the main floor. Pressurized the system, removed the air from the lines, flushed the toilets multiple times to test and put the water heaters into service.

Run new dedicated circuits for dryer and washer, rewired dryer cord and installed boxes and outlets for washer and dryer. I tested both circuits and everything is working properly. I turned circuits off so that plumbers tomorrow can pull outlets out safely.

After investigating I found that the Cruz’s house has grey poly water lines and a grey poly tee had completely broken and separated. This caused a significant amount of water to flood the Cruz’s crawl space. Upon my repair I repressurized the home and let it sit fully pressurized for 15 mins. After 15 mins no more further leaks were found and water was restored to the Cruz’s home.

For this job I did a leak repair in the crawlspace. I removed the section where cpvc joined the copper piping. I installed a new ball valve and fittings to repair the leak. I tested and left work area clean.

Installed new 3/4 HP Grindsmart garbage disposal. Removed old disposal and mounting bracket and installed new mounting hardware. Mounted the disposal and reconnected drainage piping and dishwasher discharge line. Tested for leaks and proper function.

We ran 6 dedicated 20A circuits in the basement for homeowner kitchen and we also ran a 6/3 40A for a future electric stove. All circuits GFI protected. We also demo the center light to add a pendant once island is set.

Arrived for no heat and frozen up heat pump. After inspection found the defrost board and sensor failing causing the unit to to NOT go into defrost mode. Replaced defrost board on outside heat pump and sensor. System is working at the moment.

I replaced a section of grey poly that was running to a toilet. The poly was leaking between the wall and the subfloor. I tested everything thoroughly and ensured there were no leaks

Install a 200 amp service on each building

For this job i replace the flame rod on a Rheem tankless water heater that had failed. Installed new piece, fired up the tankless and started working properly. There were no more error codes popping up. Tested and and left work area clean.

Homeowner is having trouble getting their dryer to work. They’ve gone through 3 dryers now with none of them working. We’re going to recommend a troubleshoot to take a look at the circuit and figure out what is going on with it. Customer has older Intermatic surge protector in electrical panel. We will be giving the customer an option to replace the surge protector with an Eaton ultra whole home surge protector. Customer has been made aware that the double tap neutrals in the electrical panel are not code compliant and are a safety concern. Customer would like this to be addressed later. We will be giving him an estimate for electrical panel replacement several months down the road after they get settled into the new home.

Install dedicated circuit for dryer

For this job I did a diagnostic on a Rheem tankless after heater, after being on the phone with tech support and running test we found the flame rod is failing. Rheem will send out part in 1-2 days and customer will call us to come replace the part.

I replaced an old shower valve with a customer supplied shower valve with trim kit. I also replaced the expansion tank on the water heater

Flange replacement on existing toilet. Chip and clear away existing flange and debris from drain pipe. Install new flange and secure to floor.

Troubleshoot Generac 22kw standby generator

Added 4 lbs of refrigerant and found leak in airhandler coil with electronic leak detection device at top of A coil turn about /u joint on coil. Recommend replacement of evaporator coil in attic airhandler. System is running properly now with refrigeration added. Sending quote for evaporator coil replacement.

Homecare complete on one system. Checked heating and cooling components. Cleaned drains and checked filter. System is a straight cool with heat strips. Homeowner approved installing APCOX and blue tube UV. No issues at this time.

Customer had a main line blockage upstairs that was affecting a bathroom, customer had pictures of the pipe that dropped down in the wall. The blockage was in the slab downstairs. Customer had a few turns that looked weird on the pictures of the stack in the wall that serves the bathroom group. It makes a sharp 90 turn before it goes in the concrete I want to make sure that that is up to code , also the flange is broken and need a quote to have that repair repaired. Whenever I clear the main line we’re running water. It seemed like a little bit of water Was sitting like the pipe was back pitched but the piped wasn’t clogged and father testing everything flowed normally.

Install new Rheem 50 Gallon Water Heater with new expansion tank, pan, valves and piping. Pressurize remove the air from the system and put into service.

Service visit on Generac 26Kw standby generator
