3/18- reached out to schedule- CP Install a 3/4” watts 25AUB PRV and a main shutoff valve for water in the crawlspace, my customer wants to install an expansion tank on the old water heater to assist with water pressure concerns. Mount the expansion tank in an acceptable area with a bracket. My customer acknowledged that replacing the expansion tank on the aging water heater could cause the water heater to stop working or begin leaking. They understand this and will not hold us liable if the water heater fails. Replace the portion of galvanized iron pipe as a courtesy. Remove the hot, cold and drain lines for the salon. Our original plan to add stop valves in the crawlspace and cap off these lines here had to change due to the main floor toilet using this line from an inaccessible area. We opted for capping off the line after this connection. Triple checked all work and confirmed everything is working great and without leaks. PRV is set at 65 PSI, expansion tank is set at 70 PSI. W
Customer had several things they wanted me to take a look at. I left several estimates for concerns and did a whole home plumbing inspection Water pressure is at 130 PSI Water Heater is 10+ years old Plumbing inspection findings: The water service has a leak between the meter and where it enters the home. The water service material appears to be pvc and I would expect that it is original to the home. I left an estimate to replace the water service entirely ***The customer will need to reach out to the 2 neighbors in the subdivision to let them know when work will start. This will require a lot of patience. The customer will need to read and review our dig waiver before signing an estimate. We are NOT responsible if we hit any private utilities as these are often not traceable. We work with extreme precaution but cannot guarantee we won’t hit something. the copper pipe is being used to ground electrical connections, I recommend getting an electrician out to change to a dedicated g

Perform a troubleshoot on the bathroom lights not working. We went through the whole lighting system and traced it back to the panel. In the panel we found a neutral wire that was disconnected. This caused the lights to not function. We placed the wire back onto the neutral bar and tested the lights. The lights now function as they should
For this job I did a leak search in front of the meter box, after digging I found a leak on a rusted out fitting, I removed failed section and replaced with pex pipe and fittings. I tested and left work area as close as originally found.
Run jetter from stack located under kitchen sink in attempt to clear grease Ran mini jetter down kitchen drain line to break apart grease buildup. Also ran mini jetter at cleanout in basement where majority of grease was building up. Ran jetter for a long duration of time to get proper drain flow from kitchen sink. Clearing successful.

For this job I came to see why noise was coming from water heater, the recirculating pump is making noise from the motor, I recommend replacing pump. Customer chose just to unplug and have pump off for now. The home water pressure was almost 90 psi. The max allowance per code/water fixtures is 80 psi. We replaced the pressure regulator and set psi to 65. The high pressure could have contributed to pump failing. I tested and left work area clean.
Customer turned off their recirculation line and when the tried to turn it back on there was a a small pin hole leak on the valve, I cut it out and replaced it, walked around and purged the system to make sure all the air was out, and tested all the fixtures to make sure water was getting hot
For this job after doing a tankless diagnostic with Rheem tech support, we determined the issue throwing code 12 on tankless water heater was a clog/dirty burner assembly. We made sure proper gas pressure was going to unit, flame rod was also recently replaced. After pulling the burner assembly and doing a thorough cleaning, we put the tankless back together and tested. No codes were thrown for 30 mins of testing. Water got hot and working properly. This is the second issue this water heater has, I will left quotes on replacing water heaters.

For this job we installed four customer supplied ceiling fans in the basement bedrooms, living room, and master bedroom. Also installed customer supplied fixtures in the dinning room, over the island, and in the basement. Replaced two incorrect breakers with the correct GE breakers. Will make a return visit to install new oven outlet and hand a new fixture on the foyer that has not arrived yet.

Called out last night to replace water heater went to Home Depot. Got new water heater installed water heater during filling water heater last night discovered a leak that was coming from the tank of the water heater so came back this morning. Took the new tank back to Home Depot swapped it out for a new water heater. Got water heater installed water heater is heating. There are no leaks at this time thank you for choosing TE certified.

My client reached out to us regarding 2 issues: one being a dripping tub spout and the other being a leak at a bladder tee for a well system. Called the manager who mentioned it would be best to have a team that specializes in wells make the repair on the 26 year old system. TE certified does not currently make repairs on or replace well components. Replace the shower cartridge in the basement bath with a new delta monitor cartridge. Replace shower trim with CS delta furniture. Purchased a tub spout compatible with the hardware that was sweated on the tub stub out. Checked for leaks and verified proper operation. I reported a leak to the customer: upon turning water back on to the home, I noticed a dripping from the home sediment filter which did eventually stop. We believe it’s just a failed seal but my client is going to keep an eye on it for now. I double checked and didn’t see any leaking from this point before I left. A quote was not wanted

At arrival on 02/21/26 found whole home system not heating due to bad thermostat, bad outdoor unit capacitor. Improper drain line, no wet safety switch. Microbial growth in plenums, dirty air ducts. Homeowner approved to address most issues. Properly performed the job.yh The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Homeowners are experiencing a leak in the front yard near the water meter, closer investigation shows it was an electronic valve on the irrigation side. An irrigation company would have to resolve this. While TE works on irrigation line repairs, we do not fix these or sprinkler heads. I shut off a valve that supplied water to this unit in the meantime: there may be some residual water that seeps out of the leaking component but will stop as pressure in the system decreases. Water heater is from 2021, water pressure is at 65 PSI
We replaced the main electrical panel due to the old, one being damaged with burn marks. We brought the remainder of the home up to current electrical code by installing hardwired smoke detectors, installing a whole home, surge protector, installing a new grounding system, and installing ground fault protection where needed

No heat/ mainfloor system. I Found a blown fuse and low voltage short. I fixed the short and replaced the fuse. I cleaned both outdoor condensers and tested the systems. I flushed the drain line with water, enzymes and clean out tablets. I found biological growth on the mainfloor system. I installed a blue tube UV light and an Iwave in the mainfloor air handler. Both systems were operating when I left.

Customer had a main line blockage that was affecting the entire upstairs bathroom group, customer recently moved in the second blockage that affected the entire upstairs had the septic tank pumped not too long ago, I pulled the toilet upstairs and ran my cable down the main line to clear the blockage after I ran my cable I was able to poke free. The blockage on all the water was draining after testing. All the water is flowing perfectly scheduled for a camera inspection since it’s the second time affecting the upstairs and they will run the camera from the same toilet I pulled. I did not set the toilet all the way back recommend that the customer do not use the toilet until inspection is completed. Customer do have another bathroom upstairs that they can use. I have the toilet over the flange and bolted to the floor, but no water is connected to make it easier for the camera tech to pull the toilet.
On arrival, it was explained that the water bill had increased. The water company says there is a steady 8 gallons an hour being used. upon investigation, we discovered 100 psi inside the home and no thermal expansion protection. After much investigating the only thing that could be determined at this time was due to the high pressure the master bedroom toilet fill valve had failed. After providing options upon approval, we replaced the pressure regulator, added a thermal expansion tank properly, mounted to the structure of the home and rebuilt the master bedroom toilet. we also replaced the isolation valve for the water heater and re-ran the piping on the cold side going to the water heater in order to get rid of a few inches of polybutylene. We also installed a new whole home shut off valve. Tested everything for leaks and proper function.

Thought we had a faulty circuit breaker but after deeper inspection Joaquin determined the fault was within the circuit, then specifically an exterior electrical outlet. He replaced this and the problem was solved.
