Customer experiencing power in half the house. Ga power has arrived on site during visit to check power. Ga power lost a power leg and hooked up power saver. They will come out and run a new leg.

Fix landscape lights

Upon arrival customer stated that upstairs system was leaking on ceiling and that system was not cooling. After inspection of system found that unit had a clogged drain line and very restricted filter. There were parts of the suction line that weren’t taped and leaking water onto ceiling. Furnace is 2 years old ac unit is 6 years old. Blower wheel was clean, inside system was clean. Return plenum was very dirty. Checked outdoor system and condenser coils were very clogged, capacitor tested good with no issues, contactor tested good with no issues. Recommended cleaning drain line, removing water from drain pan, new supply and return plenum, cleaning outdoor condenser coils, and Uv light for system. Customer only wanted to have condenser coils cleaned and drain line, and removing water from drain pan. Made all repairs for system and unit is back up and cooling and draining properly. Install quad outlets on either side of cooler

Replaced leaking front hose bib with new hose bib and support to brick outside. Reattached in basement and strapped to properly support pipe.

Replace all flappers in toilets. Customer has recently replaced fill valves in all toilets. All work was tested in document pictures.

Perform 1 system diagnostic on main level unit. Found unit 19 years old R22, with over charged system, dirty condenser coil, dirty blower, rusted evap coil, over amping blower motor , and failed run capacitor. Units did not have Te standard flood protection. Due to cost of repairs customer would like estimate for replacement for main system. Upstairs unit is the same age and original to home. Unit is operational at this time however is not efficient. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

The customer had a yard leak. It was very wet and soggy in one area specifically, which was in a direction that did not make sense due to the location of where water came into the home and where their main water shut off was in the garage. There were a bunch of flow control compression fittings found underground, and two of them had leaks. The customer did not want me to replace the full line and wanted a Band-Aid repaired that they understand will probably have happened again in the future. an estimate was provided to replace the waterline from the meter up to the home, the husband came out and expressed interest in the boar, but his wife did not want to do so. The credit of $500 can be applied towards the cost of a bore if done so before 8/11/2025. The work today has been testing completed, and there was no water movement at the meter.

For this job, I did a leak search for the homeowner upon arrival, I shut the main shut off in the house down. The meter did not spin at all. I waited approximately 10 minutes and checked it again. The meter had not moved had not spun. I waited another 10 minutes. The meter did not spin Indicating that there is no leak on the main line. The homeowner advised me that in the master bathroom when they take a shower at night sometimes the shower head will drip for an hour or so. Also, the homeowner advised me that there are two small drips on a faucet in the guest bathroom and one in the half bathroom on the main level. after doing a walk-through of the home with the homeowner, and checking all water stops I checked the meter once again and it had still not moved. I watched it for another 10 minutes and the meter still had not moved.
