Installed evaporator coil. Pressure tested and pulled complete vacuum. Performed blower wheel cleaning. Replaced 15 MFD capacitor. Repaired drain line for proper pitch. Pressure levels are normal. System is currently working.

Came in today because system was not cooling properly. When testing system found leak in evaporator coil and boil growth causing system to over work and putting a lot of restraint in compressor. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Costumer has other company companies coming tomorrow to give him estimates and would let us know if decides to proceed with repairs. On this visit I replaced the pool sub panel -installed new 30 amp circuit from junction box outside of house with conduit to pool panel, and installed a new GFCI breaker for pool lights as well as for pool pump.

SERVICE CALL: Upon arrival homeowner stated the first floor condenser unit Goodman was hit by a tree last Sunday. After complete troubleshooting I found the outdoor condenser unit Goodman 3 1/2 ton capacity 9 years old was hit by a tree the condenser unit is almost out Of the plastic Pad the metal case is damaged the top metal cover for condenser motor is Damaged I test compressor is running test condenser Fan motor is running test electrical components ok check condenser coil it’s dirty is highly impacted. Check warranty status and is expired on 09/21 Check gas furnace Goodman 3 1/2 ton capacity 9 years old is in poor maintenance conditions check pleated filter 16x25x1 was highly impacted Check blower wheel it’s dirty check run capacitor is out of spec from Manufacture NO TE FLOOD PROTECTION to prevent water damage. RETURN VISIT: Replace and install new condensate pump plus new 3/8 vinyl tubing for first floor unit and basement heat pump system Fixed drain lines outside test each pump with water recommend TE FLOOD PROTECTION PACKAGE AND HOMECARE MAINTENANCE. SERVICE CALL: Upon arrival homeowner stated the main floor hvac system is not Working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the refrigerant charge pressures are low. Performed courtesy Electronic leak search for complete system I found the condenser Coil is leaking refrigerant and check indoor evaporator coil at air handler And has mayor refrigerant leak system is almost 6 years old is 2020 model We don’t know what’s the original warranty from manufacture. We need To call manufacture and verify the warranty status homeowner is aware of the conditions of the system. Thanks for choosing te certified.

Installed kitchen sink faucet, added an air admittance valve, moved the dishwasher drain to tailpiece on main drain for sink. Installed a 4” spread lav faucet and popup assembly with new ptrap in master bathroom. Also, hall bathroom removed and cleaned popup assembly out and put in new ptrap, tested and all draining properly now, no leaks.

For this job, I conducted lead detection services for homeowner. I discovered the leak in a flower bed about 4 1/2 feet off the front right side of the home/foundation wall./

On this visit we completed the following work; Replaced two existing pendants with customer supplied pendent lights. Replaced existing fixture in dining room with customer supplied chandelier and confirmed height with homeowners. We also replaced the light fixture in the upstairs guest bedroom with a fan & programmed it to the homeowners phone. Lastly blanked the addition switches in both guest bedrooms. We performed a thorough walkthrough with the customer & received payment.

Customer had a slow drain sink due to hair build of and after cleaning the drain it was draining good with no back ups , also the master bathroom toilet was running because the fill valve was faulty so I replaced the fuel valve and after replacing the toilet is working properly and not running anymore
