Came out to customers house due to her main floor not cooling. Noticed fuse was blown. Replaced fuse and system came back on. I noticed the blower wheel is dirty, control board is failing, no water safeties on system, insulation is poor for the suction line, low voltage wire needs to be repaired, contactor and capacitor are out manufacture specs, and system is low on R22 refrigerant. Recommended replacement due to age, being low on R22 refrigerant, and being out of warranty. Customer declined any repairs and I let him know that the fuse will continue to blow again. Monday Loghan and I came out and helped the bore team bore under the road and two sidewalks, we also replaced 2 landscape spot lights and installed MR16 bulbs in both those. Today, Jose Garcia and I finished the change over from the bore teams pipe to our 1” schedule 40 pvc with proper fittings. Install weather rated box on left side of Brooks Crossing decorative stone wall outfitted with a weather rated duplex receptacle and bubble cover. The circuit we ran is GFCI protected at the panel with a GFCI Eaton BR Breaker. Today we also finished the panel side change over conduit to schedule 40 PVC secured and installed in existing panel. Today we also replaced the 2 existing spot lights on the left side on Entry with 2 more of our landscaping spot lights.

For this job, I came to look at an upstairs AC system. Once I arrived, the customer stated that he had a potential power outage that was causing the system not to work properly. He did state that he did reset the breakers and it does appear to be working, but he just wanted me to just double check that everything was good. I Proceeded to perform a diagnosis and measure all electrical components, as well as getting pressure readings to ensure that everything was working. Everything is currently working at the moment. I found the fiberglass supply plenums are Full of biological growth recommend uv light system APCO. To control and reduce the biological growth plus I found the single wall vent flue pipe is full of rust and corrosion this conditions can eventually start leaking carbon monoxide recommend to upgrade flue pipe and install uv light. RETURN VISIT TO COMPLETE LEAK SEARCH: Perform complete Leak search for hvac system Lennox 4 ton capacity 12 years old Test indoor and outdoor coils and I found the indoor Evaporator Coil is completely rusted out and is leaking refrigerant and can’t be Repaired needs new complete coil and TXV. I called the distributor Lennox and he stated this coil was in back order for last 3 months And they just got some coils at distributor center but they can’t guarantee How long they will last. System is 12 years old life expectancy from Manufacture are 10 to 12 years plus refrigerant is r 410a which will be phased out at near future. Recommend to consider to upgrade system At near future. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the system. Customer wants to do immediate repair and I will placed the order for new evaporator coil and will return next week thanks for choosing te certified.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the hvac system Lennox with zoning 3 ton capacity 12 years old The blower motor was not running at full capacity due to outdoor condenser unit was low on refrigerant charge the low pressure switch opened 5 times and shut off the system it’s very possible refrigerant leak I recommend to perform complete nitrogen leak test. The I COMFORT thermostat display error code for 411 which is for low pressure switch opened. Customer states he will call the home warranty company to Check system. Customer approved nitrogen leak test and I will return tomorrow to complete the leak test. Thanks for choosing t e certified.

Attempt to clear bathroom branch blockage affecting bathroom, kitchen, & laundry Customer called us out for a bathroom group that was experiencing a branch blockage on the left side. Upon arrival customer stated they were experiencing this issue for a few days. The customer also stated the kitchen sink and the laundry drain were being affected. The toilet would gurgle when running another fixture in the bathroom. The cleanout on the right side of the home was not holding water and the bathroom in the master on the right side of the home was not being affected. We recommended to the customer to attempt to restore proper flow and they agreed. We pulled the toilet on the hallway bathroom on the main floor and we discovered that there was water holding in the drain. We ran our cable machine multiple times and we were successful in restoring flow. We ran water in the bathroom group and in the kitchen and everything was draining properly and we also saw good flow in the cleanout. We set a n

Replaced meter connection, ball valve and installed new dual check valve to repair leak on the main water line.

Removed drywall to locate leak. Leak is coming from the fireplace/roof on the other side of the wall. There is water staining on the beam that runs along that wall and that is why it was leaking when it rained.

Performed leak search on master shower and had to cut Sheetrock in ceiling in garage under master shower. Ran water for about 10 min on cold and then 10 min on hot then waited no leaks, then moved shower head to back left corner then to back middle and finally back right next to door. Noticed the water was running down the front right side of the shower and then cut the Sheetrock and discovered the subfloor above the plumbing was saturated and wet. Inspected the plumbing drain line and water supply lines they were dry looked ok. Recaulked the master shower outside and inside also informed homeowner to get a de humidifier or a fan and get the floor dried out as best as they could at least for a couple of days. No leaks
