There was slight water in the drip pan. One outside to convince her, capacitor and contactor are OK, system is up and running. Checked pressures and found system to be slightly low on pressure. Did og bubble check outdoor unit connections, and pressure switch. Suggested a leak check to find if there is a leak in the system per customer. I just don’t have that money right now. Going to go with Band-Aid. Option of topping off system and wait for tax return to come in before doing extensive leak search and everything else.

Customer had a mainline blockage upstairs and the guest bathroom, customer has had a number of blockages almost 2 a year on the same bathroom group upstairs so I gave an option to run a cable down to clear the line and after multiple attempts, I was finally able to clear the blockage, camera inspection and Adam gave her long-term solutions to avoid having these problems again after testing the line is flowing properly with no leaks and no backups present

Pulled and reset existing kohler toilet. Also, replaced closet flange due to old flange was cracked. Toilet would rock front to back, possible cause of the flange cracking. Also, quoted for new toilets to replace old one. Turned off supply, flushed toilet, drained bowl and tank, removed toilet, cleaned flange off, cut out old flange, installed new flange and bolts, wax seal, replaced toilet, insta New metal braided 12” closet supply as a courtesy because old one was subpar. Shimmed and caulked, tested toilet multiple times, also checked for rocking, none present, no leaks.

Upstairs system not cooling well. System is an R22 3.5 ton split furnace from 2003 with a 4 ton 410A case coil from 2016. System uses a piston that appears to be for 410A. Pressure are indicating that piston is incorrect. Temperature delta is only 16 degrees. Found broken 6” duct leading to master closet and laundry room.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level. Found failed fan motor,dirty blower, no te flood protection. Found unit also low on return. Recommended adding. Ump and switching the switch to. Combo switch and adding a condensation pump. Customer signed estimate for OFM motor only and will need to complete diagnostic when system is operating. Will follow up with customer once parts are available

Customer have a slow draining bathtub that has been giving issues, I removed all of the build up and hair and after testing the drain it drains perfectly with no backups present

For this job, we worked on installing a customer provided Tesla Wall Connector.

Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found unit 15 years old and having issues regulating refrigerant. Unit has dirty blower and low charge. Recommended replacing lineset as well as full system. Does not have TE flood protection. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer has 9 y/o Carrier system that operates for whole house. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Replaced 20x25x4 media filter. Cleared drain line. Recommend wet switch for upgraded water safety. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Noticed that return ductwork is undersized. Pressure levels were normal. Dual capacitor is bad. Other condenser electrical components are fair. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Message displayed was thermostat calibration after power has been re-established.

For this job, I conducted lead detection services as a TGL for original technician Logan. During my investigation, I introduced compressed air onto the plumbing system via the hose bib on the front of the house to the left of the main threshold. I discovered the leak about 10 feet off the front of the home in the flower bed/rock garden. Area has been marked with a blue flag.

During our walk-through, we tested every fixture in the house. The only problem fixtures were in the master bathroom on the second floor. There was a slow draining bath drain and sink. Other fixtures in the house had good flow.Ran cable machine in shower drain to clear blockage. Remove a lot of calcium and hair buildup. Disassembled P-trap assembly in sink to clear blockage. Removed hair and sink gunk from drain. resembled drain and tested for leaks, clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE.

Run machine in exterior cleanout Camera inspection follow up Customer called is out due to whole house backing up. Upon arrival we were able to re-create blockage. exterior clean out in front of home was holding water, blockage started today. Ran cable machine inside clean out to clear blockage pulled back grease at the end of my cable. ran water for a long duration of time to put house under a stress test.
