Called out to replace flushometer and stop for 2 toilets in the women’s restroom. We shut off the water to the building and removed and replaced the spud, flushometer, sensor and stop for the left most toilet and the second from the right toilet. Turned water back on tested working properly and not leaking at this time

Tested system not functioning for main and upstairs level. Found that the main level system is leaking refrigerant from the evaporator coil and this is causing the system not to heat or cool. It also does not have any heat strips installed. The upstairs level system is working at this time with a few parts that I noticed that could fail soon. this system is not working efficiently due to an evaporator coil that was changed in 2016. This evaporator coil is an AC coil instead of a heat pump coil. This is causing the system to struggle to heat or cool. Both systems also have noticeable signs of growth along with and dirt buildup due to a lack of maintenance. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

As we arrived today, it was explained to us. The bathroom light was not working properly in the guest bathroom. After testing the switch, we found that it was defective internally. We removed the defective switch and replaced it with a new one. Once that was done, the light worked properly again. We also installed new receptacles in the garage area. It was a GFI receptacle on the front porch that we fed power from there into a new receptacle inside the garage where we installed a plastic cut in box, white duplex, receptacle, and cover. On the other side of the garage, we had to run wire mold from a switch, going into the closet down the wall to the location of the new receptacle that was installed. Since this circuit was ran more than 6 feet we had to install a dual function breaker in the electrical panel to control that circuit. That circuit was for the foyer lights and garage. Great Service from TE Certified electrician Greg and the young man that was with him (I cannot remember his name)!!! They were knowledgeable, very professional and skilled. Greg took his time explaining his findings, solutions to his findings and the final repairs to remedy the issue. He was also patient in answering questions that I had.
