No cooling call/blank thermostat, upon arrival customer stated that there was a power surge and thermostat went blank, checked for 24 volts and found that thermostat has 24 volts however no display on thermostat, customer agreed to replace thermostat, installed pro 1 programmable thermostat, tested system in both heat and cool, checked capacitors and found that both capacitors were weak and will likely fail soon, recommended replacing capacitors, condenser coil is very dirty, blower wheel is also dirty, checked amp draw of all components and found that compressor amp draw on start up is high pulling 88 amps LRA(locked rotor amps) is rated for 83 amps, recommended hard start kit to help extend life of compressor, contactor is buzzing really loudly, pads are also worn out on contactor, all units and electrical components are functioning properly at this time however there are some things that will need to be replaced/added onto system to prevent any breakdowns, unit also does not have we

During home care inspection found a rocking toilet in the hall bathroom, notified homeowner and got approval to pull and reset the toilet, found that the flange was not broken but lifted 1/4” off the floor, notified homeowner and elected to set the toilet back and shim the toilet, set toilet back and shimmed to remove the wobble. Set back with new wax ring, new closet bolts, china caps and a new supply line, tested and left in good working order

Service Summary: HVAC System Evaluation We were called out due to concerns regarding inconsistent temperatures throughout the home. After performing a full system diagnostic, we found that the HVAC system is currently operating within manufacturer specifications. The system was tested in both heating and cooling modes for approximately 45 minutes. During this time, the equipment ran continuously, responded properly to the thermostat, and maintained normal operation. While the outdoor heat pump coils were found to be clean, we did identify several areas that could impact overall performance and efficiency if not addressed. The indoor evaporator coil and blower wheel are dirty and would benefit from a thorough cleaning to improve airflow and system efficiency. Additionally, the condensate drain line appears to have not been serviced recently, and the system currently does not have TE Certified flood protection in place. Great Service from TE Certified electrician Greg and the young man that was with him (I cannot remember his name)!!! They were knowledgeable, very professional and skilled.
