Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and to the main level half bathroom and master bathroom. Customer states they experienced a backup last night from both bathrooms after running water. This caused water to leak into the garage area below due to excessive back pressure from the blockage. I confirmed the issue and the blockage is located inside the home before the outside cleanout. Presented customer with options to clear the line and after getting signature approval I began work. Shut off water to the toilet and removed from floor. Ran k400 and k60 machines and ran the k60 75’ down to clear a blockage of flushable wipes. The line was still holding some water due to poor pitch in the drains but all fixtures are now draining properly. Removed equipment and cleaned work area. Reset toilet with new wax ring and bolts. Recommended camera inspection from sewer supervisor to inspect the drain lines and give customer options for

Today we replaced the fill valve on both toilets in the home, one due to constantly running and one due to not filling up quickly enough.

Replacing all outlets and switches in living room

No cooling call, upon arrival customer stated they downstairs system was not cooling, checked capacitors and found that both capacitors are bad reading out of tolerance, replaced dual capacitor to test system, compressor is overamping and will likely fail in the near future, outdoor fan motor is also close to overamping, condenser coil is dirty, blower wheel is also very dirty, evaporator coil is heavily rusted and will likely leak in the near future, recommended replacing system due to system being original to the home(21 years old)lifespan of an AC system is about 10-15 years, recommended install supervisor to come out and quote replacement of system. Customer only wanted to replace dual capacitor and understands that there are other issues with the system and that system can fail at any point.

Troubleshooting

Today we replaced the outside front hose bib, and the hallway toilet with a customer supply toilet. For remediation, we recommend using property medics and letting them know TE certified recommended you.

Called out for water, not getting hot to the kitchen sink gave estimate to do inspection. Customer agreed upon inspection. I disconnected the hot waterline going to the faucet from the shut off valve and installed a separate supply line going to a bucket tested water was flowing properly through the shut off. I then reconnected the line and took out the cartridge to the faucet saw that it was clear and reinstalled. I checked the aerator on the end of the faucet. It was clear reinstalled, and then checked the cold side in the same order when I attempted to run water from the shut off valve into a bucket no water came out. I then turned off the water to the house removed the shark bite shut off valve made sure it was clear vacuumed on the pipe to see if anything would come out reinstalled the shut off and still no water came out. Gave estimate to cut open ceiling below to trace the waterline to see where the obstruction is.

Customer has a shower dripping in the upstairs master bathroom, installed the customer supplied delta cartridge, restored water and replaced assembled the valve and shower head together.
