Came out to preform one system service call. Upon arrival, customer stated there was warm air coming out of the vents no cold air. Performed full system diagnostic and found Goodman air handler from 2020 and heat pump from 2020. Upon inspection of the system found the system has no TE standard flood protection, there is no UV protection, the blower motor capacitor was bad, the indoor coil had biological growth present, the outdoor capacitor had failed on the fan side, the contactor was burnt and pitted. At this time, customer approved option. A Band-Aid repair system is back on and functioning at this time see estimates for any further concerns.

Called out for a leak above water heater potential call back found out that the leak was coming from grey poly pipe above the water heater. It is not a call back gave estimate to do content removal. Customer agreed cut out bad section of poly pipe and install installed section of PEX as a courtesy. tested no leaks at this time no warranty for patch repair to gray poly.

Called out for leak under bathroom sink upon arrival found out that the pipe had separated for the drain gave estimate to reattach. Customer agreed re-primed and re-glued pipe and reinstalled tested no leaks at this time. informed customer that faucet was leaking internally. Customer stated she could take care of that herself.

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit was not working for the house. Stated that they changed filter and filter was very clogged and dirty. Air handler is 6 years old, heat pump is 6 years old. Did full Ellison system, found upon entering attic drain pan was filled with water that cause the safety float switch to activate and turn off system. I removed the switch from pan to test system. System started and as thermostats were calling for cool the system and zone board kept activating in heat mode, unit has failed thermostats and potential zone board. The drain line is very clogged which is one thing that resulted in the water filling in pan, system may have froze and be low on refrigerant. High voltage wire is burnt inside system. The supply plenum is not properly sealed to the unit. There is a lot of biological growth build up inside system, on evaporator coil and inside drain line. System is undersupplied on duct work. Arrived spoke with customer he stated second-floor unit has not been cooling. Checked second floor system. No in-line safety no wet switch. Unit short CFM on return and supply. No clean out. Found under size breaker tripped for outdoor unit. Compressor could be failing which could cause breaker to trip. Dirty condenser coil. Need electrician to come out and upsize breaker.

I arrived to the customers home and they were experiencing water in a master bath closet. I first Confirmed after isolating the water meter that there was no water leaking occurring in the home. Next, I recommended a camera inspection to assess if there was any drainage issues in the home. I ran the camera from the outdoor cleanout up to the county tap. There were several areas of separation occurring on each individual fitting, but there was a full on pipe collapse close to the county tap. The customer request requested. I peel back the carpets in the closet and the water marks were getting worse and worse as we got closer to the toilet flange. My conclusion was that there has been a mainline back up that has been backing up through the toilet flange and seeping to the low point of the concrete. The sewer replacement is scheduled to take place this upcoming Wednesday
