2 system HC, spring maintenance, I flushed all drain lines with two gallons of water. The drain line and condensation pump is draining. I changed out two curtesy filters. I measured the capacitors, contactors, compressors, fan motors and they all were was within range except for the compressors tested out of range. I tightened all the electrical connections as needed The outdoor condenser coils and surface for all four of the AC units need to be chemically cleaned. I checked the refrigerant charge for both units and they were good. Both systems are working according to specifications. The only recommendations are: A condenser coil and furnace cleaning. Indoor air quality product such as a UV light and an electrostatic filter would help with the dust building up on the motors of the furnace. This IAQ will also help to purify and rid your home of bacteria, aolirbourne viruses, pet orders and more. Add wet switch on the upstairs unit to avoid flood damage. Clean both the condensers for

Tested system not cooling for the main office area. Breaker for the outdoor condenser was tripped at the main panel. Compressor has bad windings that was tested with a megohm meter. When reset the condenser fan motor had to be manually started up. Both the compressor and the fan motor will run at very high amperage. More than likely both units will overheat and trip again under a more demanding day. All components of the condenser need replacement to run at spec. The overall condition of the furnace and evaporator coil also. Multiple safety concerns running the furnace heat. Today we turn the gas valve off please do not run the heat or cool at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Perform two different troubleshooting tasks, one for HVAC and one for electrical. For HVAC inspector said the breaker size for the AC unit was non-compatible. Old AC breaker was disconnected and the slot was crossed out in pencil. New breaker spot was in the bottom left corner. For electrical hall bathroom GFI had no power. This was a warranty repair.

The customers sewer line is actively backed up. A drain tech yesterday, attempted several sewer machines and was unsuccessful in clearing. Upon a camera inspection today, we were unable to get a clear picture on inside of the pipe, however, we were able to locate the obstruction, which was at the counties tap at the street. We’ve located it 6 feet deep and recommended the customer to contact the county first and see if they will cover it. The customer will contact us back if they find that the county is not responsible.

Completed first time homecare maintenance for single system home. Fully tested the system from thermostat and heat and cool. Found numerous issues with the systems, but the most concerning was cracks in the heat exchanger. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

He gave me a reasonable estimate of the cost of service and immediately started work and completed the job without problems. After the work he checked my water pressure and noted that all is well. Both electricians did a superior job. They were professional and they warned me about the hazards of using an alternative solution. The alternative solution did not involve using a Tesla charging station. They were able to do the service immediately after providing the estimate. after the installation they tested the Charging on the equinox and everything worked perfectly. I was happy to hear about the warranty on the service and guarantees. Overall it was a good experience.
