Perform one system diagnostic that services the whole home. Found the indoor unit operational. However, the heat pump outside was not. Upon inspection of the outdoor unit found the defrost board in a high-pressure lockout. Reset the board and unit would kick on. The pressures are low in cooling and in heating it is kicking off and high pressure due to a dirty evap coil, dirty blower, and dirty condenser cool. The drain line is incorrect and the system does not have TE flow protection. Recommend the landlord joins home care and does all repairs due to the system being only 3years old..

Troubleshoot burnt outlet

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that the AC on the main floor was not cooling properly. Upon inspection of the unit found that the refrigerant charge was about a pound and a half low, the blower wheel was dirty, the indoor coil was rusty, the condensate pump was cracked, and not pushing water out efficiently, there was no flood protection on the system, and the contactor outside was burnt and pitted. Upon speaking with customer, customer elected to go with the Band-Aid option, which was top off the unit with refrigerant. Made customer aware that there is no warranty behind the refrigerant due to not performing a leak search and making any repairs to stop the leak. At this time system is up and running see estimates for any further concerns.

We installed a new shower stem.

For this job, it was required for me to rebuild our client’s kitchen sink drain system. All itemshave been replaced and tested for leaks and no leaks found. unknown water, pressure and a water heater, but I did mention to the homeowner that there were several code violations With the water heating system.

As we arrive back today, we came to fulfill the estimate of replacing four outside lights. Two on the back of the house and two on the barn. We removed all four existing lights and replaced them with new lights that we supplied. Once all connections were made all four lights worked properly. We also put a generator inlet on the wall directly behind the panel outside. Installed a 30 amp double pole breaker and the generator interlock kit on the Square D QO panel. Arrived at a no cool. Checked the indoor unit first all was working properly went to check the outdoor unit and found the system was off and not getting power. Went to the breaker box and power was going to the breaker but not making it outside to the unit. Customer remembered a job that was done in their home in sep where a worker cut a wire in the wall. After inspecting that cut we found that it was the wire to the outdoor unit. The customer also complained about air flow. After inspection we found that there were not enough returns as well as long duct runs and compromised duct runs. The upstairs unit also has a small supply plenum. The upstairs unit was also missing a filter rack. Recommendation: get electrical to come out to repair the wire or run a new one and add a junction box (plastic or metal). Add more returns, get a bigger plenum, repair ducts, add filter rack and add collector box.

Removed and replaced water heater located in the basement. Made all proper connections and code adjustments. Turned on the water heater and tested. No leaks detected.

As we arrived Mrs. Syed explained to us she had an upstairs switch, controlling her hall, attic fan, and a downstairs light in the hallway that we’re not working properly. After checking both, we found that both switches were defective. We replaced both switches and after that the fan upstairs and the light in the hallway downstairs worked properly again. What you’re doing a brief check through the house especially in the electrical panel I found three incorrect breakers for the electrical panel. The panel was made by GE and had a breaker from Cutler Hammer and Siemens inside the panel and it also had a GE breaker that was oversized for the wire. We replaced both breakers that were oversized for the wire and I’m leaving an estimate to come back and do the other one. Mrs. Syed talk to us about how somebody recommended she get her panel replaced. After doing a thorough inspection of the panel and meter base I agreed. She also explained to us that she’s looking to maybe get EV charger

Removed and replaced kitchen faucet. Turned on the water and tested.
