GFCI outlet in the bedroom

Upon arrival customer stated he wanted 2nd opinion on both systems, last company gave him two different stories, started on upstairs unit first, h led to ac mode, went to attic to inspect air handler, checked filter, evap coil, found blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, recommended TE flood protection such as wet switch, inspected outdoor unit, noticed condenser coil slightly impacted, recommend chemical cleaning, checked pressures, temp split, upon checking pressures found unit low on r410, recommend leak search, also gave option to add r410, customer wanted to add refrigerant, added 2lb customer is aware no warranty on repair, next started on main floor unit, cycled tstat to ac mode, went to basement, inspected air handler, replaced customer provided filter, also removed dust and hair out of return plenum, recommend cleaning evap coil, as well as blower wheel, also recommended TE flood protection such as wet switch, inspected condenser coil, found slightly impacted

Install New 50 Gallon Gas Water Heater with 10 year warranty

Replace shower valve

Upon inspection system had brown thermostat wire disconnected from board and dirty condenser unit which homeowner cleaned system operating at this time

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Installed two new Honeywell dampers for zone 2&3 dampers now working

Replaced faulty breakers for washer and garage gfci

Troubleshoot Replace garage gfci outlet Swap out under cabinet light in kitchen Replace 2 3-way switches

Removed corroded galvanized pipe from the wall and replaced with copper. Installed new emergency stop on hot side of master bathroom vanity sink

Troubleshooting breaker

Replace dual function breaker for microwave. If microwave itself has an issue this repair will not stop the tripping. This is a good resolution before replacing the microwave for a second time.

Performed two system maintenance upon inspection seen dirty blower wheel and no Te standard safeties outdoor units had failing capacitors after recommendations homeowners decided to go thru with repairs cleaned blower wheel replaced capacitors both 40/5mfd and added wet switches to both systems both systems operating and cooling at this time Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Arrived found unit leaking water due to clogged drain line backing up water into drain pan and flowing over. Cleared drain line and vacuumed up water. Found no wet switch or in-line safety. No plug and auxiliary drain pan. Drain line has minimal pitch. Air leak on supply Plenum. Dirty evaporator coil and blower wheel. Bad outdoor capacitor. And the condenser fan motor over amps. Also dirty condenser coil. Cycled system on after clearing line. Ran system and unit now cooling and draining as should. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Pulled toilet in main floor guest bathroom to clear mainline blockage in cast iron mainline. Camera inspection scheduled for today.

Performed work replaced heater and prv

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit was not keeping up inside home and unit would constantly running all day. After inspection of 8 year old system, found that refrigerant pressures were very low showing 34/292. Did a leak search and did not see a leak present. Started system back up and found that the TXV metering device on the indoor coil has failed as is not metering the refrigerant properly staying stuck closed. As unit runs refrigerant pressures drop low to the point where indoor coil is freezing. Gave customer estimate for new TXV metering device. Do recommend speaking with install supervisor about updating system due to cost of repair, age of equipment and unit is out of warranty. System is not cooling properly at this time, advised customer that longer system runs the evaporator coil will freeze more. Will follow up with customer Monday morning about part availability supply house was closed.

Replace 2 smoke/carbon detectors.

Signed up for Homecare. Wants a quote for a new system at 3840 greenhill dr.

Inspected ductwork and found one metal duct detached. Reattached duct, sealed duct, and insulated duct. Noticed biological growth, recommend medical grade uv light to kill and permanently rid growth from the system and air in the house.

Started up system and replaced breaker. System is working good at this time. Drain line is working properly

Performed scheduled system inspection. Replaced aprilaire 413 filter Noticed biological growth at indoor unit Found condenser coil dirty Recommended coil cleaning and IAQ Clean air system Left quotes

Replace water service line from water meter at street to foundation of home by boring. Will not have to disturb the yard or driveway. Dig only at the water meter and at the foundation of home. Next to driveway, install a hose spigot on water service line with valve box flush to ground. Replace 3 hose bibbs inside of home fully accessible by unfinished basement. Provide lifetime warranty

Main floor- changed dual cap and contactor. Replaced run capacitor and cleaned condenser coil. Upstairs- cleaned condenser coil, changed contactor, added refrigerant

Installed compressor for upper level system. Pressure tested. Pulled complete vacuum. Charged 7 lbs. of 410A refrigerant to system. System is currently working. Installed wet switches for both systems for upgraded water protection. Performed blower wheel cleaning for upper level.

This is my second time using TE Certified and once again I was very impressed with their expertise, efficiency and affordability. Both of the technicians were very personable. They explained the work thoroughly and provided the best solution for my situation.

Georgia Power had to be called in to repair the outside power lines. The representatives who showed up were very unprofessional and did not complete the required work. Alexis advocated on our behalf and another crew was sent that evening yo make the repairs.
Our old unit wasn’t working. The technician arrived at the time stayed, made good contact, inspected out unit and let us know it needed to be replaced.
