Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Tested the weak 5 microfarad run capacitor. Removed the old capacitor and replaced it with a brand new run capacitor. Measured the capacitance to ensure the new capacitor is within tolerance. Tested operation of the A/C to ensure the system functions properly. Reported results to the customer.

Called out to address issue with pressure fluctuations. Upon arrival found that the pressure in the home was high, sometimes 85 or sometimes close to 100 psi, and when running multiple fixtures the pressure would drop excessively low. Advised the homeowner that this is due to the diaphragm in the prv having failed and it would need to be replaced. Gave the homeowner different options for prv replacement bundled with a new main home shut off and for replacement of the expansion tank due it also having failed due to the high pressure. Homeowner agreed on the top option and work was started. Began by shutting off water to the home and draining the system. Removed old prv and main gate valve and installed new quarter turn ball valve and new dual chamber all brass prv. Removed the failed expansion tank and installed a new expansion properly mounted to the wall. Once all work was complete, reintroduced water to the system and tested all work for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everythi

Tech was out for no cooling. Checked system out and seen the following . Blower motor is making a loud noises. Blower wheel is dirty needing to be cleaned. No gas sediment trap or gas shut off. No gas hard pipe coming out of furnace igniter is needing to be changed. No flood protection on system. Condenser is needing to be cleaned , capacitor 35/5 has failed causing system not to cool. No disconnect for outdoor unit. Spoke with customer about replacing furnace and repairing system to get the ac back up and running. Customer has declined.

For this job, customer had a leaking hose spigot in the backyard. Inspected and verified issue. Inspected the line leading up to hose bib and recommended new shut off valves and drain down prior to hose bib as the line was in CPVC. Checked water pressure which read 40 PSI as well. Replaced hosebib with new one and converted a section of pipe from Cpvc to pex leading to the hose bib and insulated the section of pipe we replaced there.
