Today we performed a home care visit. During our inspection, we found a few things that needed to be brought up to the customers attention. First, the homeowner had mentioned a few concerns about where switches in the home were going. A lot of the switches were going to outside floodlights. The switch in the foyer by the front door was hardwired and was most likely being sent to the outlets in the sitting room. She had also mentioned the outlet in the breakfast nook was super loose and every time he plugged into it, the outlet would pull out of the wall. There were also a few lights not working. Today I provided estimate on how to get those situations taken care of.

2019 3 1/2 ton Lennox whole home system System not working and water in the pan Homeowner changed filter and said filter that was in there was really wet which I looked at and filter was very stopped up and possibly causing system to freeze up Check drain line which was very clogged With homeowners approval, we cleared the drain line and added a clean out Tee Drain line is clear pour 4 gallons down without any backup Changed filter customer supplied 20 x 20 x 1 System is running properly at departure Homeowner has signed up for our home care program for one system Thank you for choosing TE certified

Sawcut/jackhammer and remove section of concrete driveway to facilitate new installation/repair. Includes preparation of the area, excavation of dirt below slab and backfill of dirt removed. Excavate repair area with excavation machine and hand digging as necessary to make spot repair. Locates will be called in prior to work and the locate# will be recorded. Dig/excavate down to pipe depth using any safety requirements needed. This may include trench bracing, shoring, trench stepping, etc. Cut out damaged section of sewer and replace with PVC and approved glue or mechanical fittings. Install cleanout if required. Ensure proper slope and connection integrity, test for function, then bed in pipe properly. Backfill ditch, tamping dirt every 24" of backfill depth. Backfill to rough grade to allow for natural settling. Cut cleanouts down to ground level. Apply wheat straw to excavation site to aid in grass regrowth. Provide and install new high strength concrete for section of concrete dr

Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, set new wax gasket on flange, install new nylon bolts, reset wc on flange and tighten bolts, install new supply line shim to prevent wc from rocking, finish with hygienic seal at base, allow wc to seal for 4 hours before use, test and clean up work area. WILL INSPECT TOILET FLANGE AFTER EACH TOILET IS PULLED, IF REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT ARE NEEDED, THIS WILL ACRUE ADDITIONAL COSTS. Pulled and reset the toilets in the master bathroom, main floor half bathroom and the upstairs hall bathroom as listed above. Saw no issues with the flanges or toilets.

No cool whole home. Found 2021 Lennox 2.5 ton heat pump frozen. Thawed coil performed infrared leak inspection did not locate leak. Tested system finding refrigerant pressure are good fan is working properly and zoning was tested for over an hour without failure. Could not duplicate cause of freezing. Suspect possible intermittent failure on zoning of some sort… most common is sticking dampers. Quoted possible fixes however no grauntee they would solve the chance of freezing. Drain line is incorrect, contactor is pitted, minimal flood protection on system. Quoted all possible repairs. Customer holding off on any repairs at this time. System is single stage and zoned. Single staged equipment is not designed to be zoned and causes premature failures on equipment and shortened life expectancy. Consider replacing due to improper design. System does not appear to be under warranty anymore.

Customers sewer backed up. Another company was out to clear and camera sewer, but they would like a second opinion. Performed camera inspection from clean out on left side of driveway.

Replaced faulty breaker

For this job, the customer showed me a leak in the garage on the regulator after the main shut off valve. I gave the customer two options on regulators he opted to go with the builder grade Wilkins.
