Our clients landscaper ran over a valve box which cracked the water main. The repair has been made and no leaks or present. Clients water pressure is 60 psi.

Came out to customers house due to his system not cooling. Main issue is that reversing valve solenoid is defective and defrost board. Dual capacitor is out of manufacturer spec. Contactor is burnt (failing), system is low on 410a refrigerant (system is leaking refrigerant), condenser coil is dirty, blower wheel is dirty, biological growth growing inside system, and recommend better water safeties to ensure no water issues. Customer approved to replace the defrost board, reversing valve solenoid, dual capacitor, contactor, chemical clean condenser coil, and add 410a to system. System is cooling properly at this time. Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet. Removed garbage disposal and installed a new basket strainer. Tested and ensured everything is operating properly.

Pressure test the gas line to see where or what the leak is customer states that the kitchen stove is leaking gas only when u have the stove running

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. The issue was a failed outdoor capacitor. While inspecting the unit, I noticed that the condenser coil was extremely dirty, which can a factor as to why the capacitor failed. I proceeded to replace the capacitor as well as do a deep clean on the condenser coil. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Changed prv expansion tank minor rebuild 2 toilets and cleaned drain for shower

Performed a troubleshoot to see what all was affected by a recent lightning strike that hit the house. I checked connections at the meter, panel, breakers, and throughout the home. I found two gfcis that blew from, the surge and that was causing the garage outlets to stop working. The surge killed the motor for their garage door opener. I checked connections and voltages at the breaker, tested their tripping functions, turned off and turned back on all the breaker in the panel. Power was restored to all rooms and everything is working after replacing the two bad gfcis. We also installed a second ground rod with a new #4 ground connecting to the existing rod and into the meter. We installed a whole home surge protector as well.

Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to replace and mount thermal expansion tank. Powered down water heater and partially drained. Remove old thermal tank. Furnished and installed a new thermal expansion tank with a pressure setting of 67psi. Filled heater with water and bled air out of lines. Tested for leaks. Powered on heater.

Cut open ceiling in hallway to access upstairs hallway toilet drain. Cut out old flange, elbow, and some piping to repair. Repaired drain and flange and installed customer supplied toilet. Tested and cleaned.

Completed system evaluation found a very dirty condensing unit system has low refrigerator and pressure. Recommend a refrigerant leak surge before quoting for any others repairs

Repaired leaking stop in upstairs hallway bathroom. Will follow up on Wednesday/Thursday to see if they will be ready to open up ceiling to properly repair toilet flange for new toilet. Current flange and pipe are severely cracked and can not be band aid repaired without fear of leaking.

Installed/replaced 2 hose bibbs, one on front of house. Second one on rear of house, front house hose Bibb measured off distance to center, cut Sheetrock inside front dining room outside wall. removed old hose Bibb, removed block support. Installed new hose bibbs, siliconed hole bolstered to brick facing with stainless screws. Turned on fixture purged air out, put back installation and cleaned up. Rear hose Bibb, measured off distance to center, cut Sheetrock in laundry room outside wall, notched stud out to accommodate clamp jaws. Removed old hose Bibb, installed new hosebibb, turned water on to fixture, purged air out of lines, tested fixture, cleaned up area, put back insulation, no leaks.

Replaced pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank on water heater.

For this job, I came to look at a mini split system. After performing a thorough full diagnosis I noticed that not only is the blower motor noisy due to worn bearings. But the compressor is also noisy and not pumping to its full capacity and the system is low on refrigerant. I explained to the customer due to the cost of repairs and the age of system I would highly recommend to replace the system. At the moment, the customer decided to add refrigerant and see how long the system will last. I proceeded to add a pound and a half of refrigerant with no warranty for the repair. I spoke with customer she stated system has not been cooling for the past couple days. And that system does not reach temperature. Has it set to 70° but stays at about 75°. Checked indoor unit found extremely clogged filter. No in-line safety or no wet switch. Failing run capacitor. Failing outdoor dual capacitor. Found refrigerant pressure is low. Compressor windings, failing due to system running with low refrigerant. System runs, but does not cool after about 15 minutes compressor shuts off on high thermal overload. Have to perform nitrogen assisted leak search to find refrigerant leak. Upon completion of leak search will be additional repairs. Also has single stage heat pump with zoning.

Removed water from secondary pan and vacuumed drain line. Verified system functions properly at this time and is draining properly. Quoted client for TE flood protection

Extend/ terminate low voltage to new location (14 Cat 6, 1 co-ax) Install new cat 6 line for new camera, and mount camera

Troubleshoot, replace melting outlet

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. On arrival the toilet was filled with water. I ran the shower to make sure the back up was just the toilet. I recommended running a closet auger down the toilet and the customer agreed. I ran the auger down successfully clearing the blockage. I then cleaned the toilet and tested throughly.
