At the time of today’s visit, we were called out to do a leak search under a master bathroom sink due to a home inspector stating there were readings of water under the master bathroom cabinet. After thoroughly examining every drain fitting, as well as testing all water connections to the faucet visually, I was unable to re-create a leak. After checking the water pressure and the thermal expansion in the home there was no issues with either, and I checked the water meter, and there was no signs of any movement. I also used a moisture meter under the cabinet, and there was no evidence of any leak as well.

Performed customer spring system homecare maintenance check 1 system Unit is 19 years old, r22 system Changed customer supplied (20x20x4) media filter. Checked over all operations of system, unit is old and does have some wear down due to age.
