We then performed a room redevice of all outlets and switches in the guest bedroom
For this job, I conducted leak detection services as aTGL for original technician Vincent at the Westside Kennesaw. During my investigation, I noticed that the water service runs underneath some landscaping, and then underneath a raised wooden deck that runs along the right side of the home. I put compressed there on the water service and listen from the meter up till I could listen no further in an unpaved area, then listen along the flower bed on the inside of the wooden path I was unable to detect the leak which I believe is somewhere under the wooden deck. The homeowner obliged me and pulled up some boards from the deck, and I could pick up the sound of turbulence on the water service underneath the deck, however, to pinpoint where this leak is, the deck would have to come up. The wooden structure runs 50 feet from the front right corner of the home adjacent the garage down to the fence/gate to the backyard. It is approximately 5 inches off of the ground.
No cool- Found indoor running and outdoor unit compressor not running, only outdoor fan. Capacitor was good. Checked compressor and found it was extremely hot. Temperatures shown it was 156°. Let compressor cool and system ran, however, compressor was abnormally loud and refrigerant pressures shown system was not running very efficiently. Contactor also is pitted and needs replaced. Gave customer estimates for compressor replacement and recommended they a consider talking to Project manager about replacement options. Customer wanted estimates emailed and would further discuss.
Upon arrival spoke with customer about a gas grill that was on his deck that he wanted removed. Spent some time trying to find the shut off valve and it was located under the deck boards with a finished metal ceiling below it. Removed two deck boards to gain access. Replaced old wedge valve with new quarter turn valve and reconnected to existing soft copper line running through chase under decking. Removed old grill. Ran a new line on the grill side for his new grill to connect to. Connected back to soft copper line on that side as well. Tested for leaks.
Arrived on site and customer said that he had a meter that was running and wanted me to verify if the leak was in the yard or inside the home. I found that the leak was in fact coming from the yard, but there was no way to identify the exact location. I had scheduled the leak detection to come out on Thursday of next week to spot and identify for a customer request. In addition customer stated he wanted some toilets looked at which we ultimately decided to replace the master toilet completely change three angle stops in the house, including the master and rebuild one toilet on the main floor. Once the work on the toilet was completed. I turned the water back on, checked my area for any issues and flush the new toilet several times to ensure proper functioning.
I came out today due to the customer experiencing issues with the master closet having intermittent power loss for the over head lights. I went to pull the plate off and noticed immediately that the lights began to flicker and after removing the switch I found loose connections for the hot wires, too much insulation entering the box, and a black power wire that was damaged and broken off when pull the wires out for inspection. I removed all the excess outer jacket, and made all new taps for the hots, neutrals and ground wires and supplied and installed anew toggle switch. This circuit I found to be located on 12b of the panel board and when completed I turned the switch on and the lights are working. I found an issue inside the panel that needs to be addressed. The bottom left breaker is a 2p50 Siemens type breaker and it has what appears to be an extension cord along with a 10g NM-B cable double tapped onto to the breaker. The panel has this circuit labeled as garage and needs to b
Today we came out to the home to do a startup on the generator we installed several weeks ago. While out, we also set up the generator maintenance plan. Thank you for your time and business. We appreciate you so much!
At arrival on 02/27/26 homeowner mentioned that there is a noise outside when upstairs HVAC is ON. After diagnostic found that the Heatpump fan frame is bent. Probably bent by people who installed it. So, occasionally the blade will rub the frame and some noise. We tried to unbend the fan grill support and noise has stopped. It maybe a temporarily fix. The whole frame was bent. Noise may come back later. Dirty air filter and dirty air ducts No wet safety switch. Potentially clogged up drain line No vent in drain line

Over the past two days we replaced the main panel with a brand new 54 space square D QO panel. We installed dual function protected breakers on nearly every 120 V circuit. We installed whole home surge protection. We installed a 50 amp generator inlet with an interlock kit. We updated the smoke detectors throughout the house, including adding three smoke detectors, one per bedroom.
-Counter Top Receptacle- To the right of the stackable washer and dryer I wired in and installed a new box, receptacle and plate coming off the existing laundry room circuit. -Re locate switch- I removed the existing 2g switch box inside the laundry room along with under cabinet lighting and installed a new switch on the outside of the laundry room for the overhead lights. -Cabinet Receptacles- I pre wired in (2) new location receptacles for inside the new cabinet one for upper cabinet and one for the lower cabinet. We will come back to cut the outlets in after the new cabinets have been installed. In the basement where the panels are located I installed a junction box in the ceiling to splice the wiring for the laundry room receptacles and new wiring. I left the wires feeding the upper and lower cabinets off th power supply and will attach them when the new cabinets are in and the boxes are set in place.
Today I performed a troubleshoot and repairs. The customer also signed an estimate to replace the panel next week.

For this job, the customer stated that they had a leak coming from the bathroom above the garage. We had a tech previously out, and fixed a freeze break on cpvc. On this visit there was another freeze break. We gave options to take care of issue, and protect the pipes from freezing due to them being in an attic space. The customer opted to go with a repipe. We ran pex to all of the fixtures in the upstairs bathroom, we installed two isolation valves in the downstairs bathroom wall for the future if there is any issues in the future. We insulated the pipes with pipe insulation, installed 6 mil plastic under the pipes, and installed R30 batted insulation on top of the pipes to protect from freezing. The hose Bibb after testing everything also had a freeze break, the customer opted to take care of this as well. We ran new pex to the hose Bibb, and added a new shut off valve, and a quarter turn shut off valve after the valve so the owner can open this valve up to break the vacuum in the pi
Replace faucet in master bathroom, change out filter on whole home filtration system
For this job, the customer wanted two faucets, and a Roman tub valve replaced in the master bathroom. We replaced all three with customer supplied faucets, and replaced all shut off valves for all three. We performed work tested everything, and cleaned up. Thank you for calling TE Certified.
HVAC noise basement unit. Customer stated it sounded like something was in the outdoor fan shroud. Found system to be covered in ice. Upon insoection of equipment found the heat kit had a faulty safety switch not allowing it to turn on when system was in defrost. System lacked standard flood protection, had a dirty blower wheel and evap coil. Cleaned blower wheel and evap, added flood protection nd replaced heat kit due to switch no longer available. Broke as much ice off fan shroud housing as possible. Informed customer it’s possible if the conditions are correct for ice to build up around shroud again. Tested system and newly added safeties. System and safeties functioning properly at this time
Estimate is to replace main HVAC system, add 2 manual dampers and permit all work with Cherokee County.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Customer stated that she had an issue down in the basement just before the sewer ejector pump. There was a condensate drain that was that drains into just before the sewer ejector pump which had backed up and flooded some of the utility room. She stated she had previously mistakenly poured some plaster or white substance down the toilet, which shortly after had flooded the drain leading into ejector pump after running a laundry cycle when I arrived, I had ran the fixtures in the basement and found that the pump Had triggered on multiple times. I suggested to have a drain or camera tech come out and camera the line from the toilet all the way to the ejector pump to ensure no substance has hardened or ruined the drain line. Car attack is scheduled to come tomorrow to check condition.
Noticed furnace and heat pump running at the same time. This was causing high head pressure and line set to vibrate. Could damage compressor. Replaced bad thermostat and checked operations. Toilet made loud noise as well. Home owner wanted me to turn water off to toilet and she will schedule with plumber. Toilet not being used.
James always does a great job for us. On time, very clean and quick.
Was called out about shut off to a line that runs to an outside sink it hooks up to a hose bib it froze and busted I installed a new one I am not responsible for it if it freezes and breaks again I informed home owner that it needs to be well insulated and heat taped for it to reduce the potential freeze break Thanks for choosing te certified

We signed up for the Annual Maintenance right after purchasing our home. I wasn't so sure it was worth it, but I found the electricians very professional and the work they did was quality. I wasn't so sure about the initial HVAC visit in fall of 2023, but we just had our spring 2024 visit from Jeremiah and I will say he made it worth it. I watched over his shoulder, mostly just out of curiosity and a love to learn. He was patient answering questions, and I was very surprised, especially considering the other con-artists,,, ur... i mean contractors I've dealt with. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable, and performed the maintenance with a thoroughness and attention to detail I can rarely ever find. As an engineer, I likely view things more critically and detailed that others, but that didn't phase Jeremiah in the least. He provided several photos of not only the work he recommended, but the results afterward, as well as other areas that did not need additional attention. Luckily, he found some things that could have caused problems, and we were able to correct those now so that we are not having worse problems at a time when it is difficult to get a technician scheduled. I would definitely recommend Jeremiah, and he is a sterling representative of TE Certified. I plan to ask for him next time by name. TE Certified should be okay with that as he sold me on some tasks that I could have done myself, but elected to have him do them because of his professionalism and demeanor. Great job Jeremiah!
Our technician (Kevin) was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well.
