Our Tech Samuel was Professional and Very Helpful. Got the job done quickly and went the Extra Mile!! I had to drop a star for Overall experience because my appointment time had to be pushed back which made for a late day for our household. We work overnight and needed the earlier appointment so we could get rest for work. Pricing was a bit high for what the job was but I would Recommend this Company because they were in Constant Contact with me throughout the whole experience and Very Professional

For both the A/C units we removed the 10/2 NM-B indoor rated cable and supplied and installed new THWN #10 wire to each unit and back to each breaker. I removed the 6/3 NM-B cable that was in a piece of 1/2 seal tight coming into the bottom of the meter main disconnect, pulled it back inside and re installed it to the back of the cabinet putting this install to proper code. We removed the small pvc junction box by the pool pump panel and installed a bigger one that would allow for proper splices of the wire. We removed the 6/3 cable from the conduit feeding the pool pump panel and supplied and installed new thwn #6 wire and used Polaris lugs to make the splice. We restored power and sealed off all the holes from the house.
For this job we installed a new 30 space QO sub panel in the basement next to the main panel. The new sub-panel is a 100 amp panel. We also replaced the old Sycom surge protector that we had previously installed in the main panel and added a surge protector to the sub panel as well. We installed a dual function breaker for the future outdoor circuit to be ran from the new sub panel.
No heat. Recently replaced low pressure sensor was working fine, filter was clogged causing system to go off on high pressure lockout. Took filter out and system ran fine, customer stated he would get new filter tonight. Gave quotes for increasing airflow, cleaning coil, and adding flood protection.

Replaced pop up assembly while talking customer mentioned his pressure was low and he told me his Prv was at the meter when we got to the meter we found a leak so I sold the job to put in a new Prv and repair the water line and add a box with gravel

Arrived on site and customer stated that the drain tech was on site earlier to clear the line at the kitchen sink. Customer stated the drain tech had trouble snaking the line because of a T fitting. I informed the customer to make the drain repair, I would first have to cut the back of the cabinet in order to quote the repair , which customer agreed. Once I exposed the drains, I provided an additional quote, and customer agreed on the additional quote to make the repair. As I begin repairing the drain, I noticed the water was still holding where I made my cut. I informed the customer that the line was still holding, and the drain tech would need to come back out and clear the line. Customer decided to have the drain tech come out while the line was exposed and have them snake it clear before I finished the repair. I got with dispatch and had them schedule a drain tech to come back out tomorrow between 11 and 2, and I will come out tomorrow between 2 to 5 to finish the drain connecti
I came out today to look at terminating and testing some Cat 6 wires for the homeowner. The areas where the Great room, and the second floor. The great room had a short in the wire so nothing can be done but pull a new wire if needed. Upstairs I re-made some taps for the balcony and re tested which passed. I also found the wire from the basement to upstairs that gives signal and plugged it in. The customer opted out to check the panels.
Customer complained of a sour/sewage smell from basement bathroom and utility area connected to it. The old lid was its gasket, and excess concrete was also keeping the lid from making a tight seal, leading to a sewage smell. We removed excess concrete, disconnected pump and removed the lid. We noticed an excessive amount of gravel in the ejector pump’s lid pit, which likely entered the pit during construction of the home. We gave an option to replace the pump with a high quality, liberty pump since we already had everything disconnected. The customer declined to have the pump replaced at this time. We added a high water alarm, replaced the lid, and reconnected the pump. We ran water until the pump cycled 8 times to ensure proper function. We then unplugged the pump and let water run to test the high water alarm. The high water alarm worked as intended. We then plugged the pump back in and ran water until the pump cycled two more times as a final test. Thank you!
-Tripping Breaker- At the service disconnect located on the right side of the house has two AC breakers along with 2pole 60 amp breaker that feeds the pool pump panel within the fence. The customer stated that he has been having issues with the two pole 25 amp GFCI breaker tripping. He also stated to me that he has noticed it’s been tripping more frequently. I performed a ground fault current test on the equipment, grounding conductors along with the equal potential bonding conductor for the pool and was getting abnormally high milliamps of current on the equipment grounds. Both the heater and the pump are tied onto the same contactor inside of the pool pump panel and they are both being fed off the two pole 25 amp GFCI breaker. As I started separating these units and watching my meter, it was determined that the issue was coming from the water heater due to the mA being high after turning on the unit and when turned on everything would appear normal on the screen the an error would f

Call out to complete sold work for a whole home water filtration system. Started work by shutting off water to the home and draining down the system. Once the system was drained, began by cutting out section of copper in order to install whole home filtration system. Installed a bypass for the whole home filtration system. Also installed a bypass for the post filter for the whole home filtration system. Once all work was complete pressurize system slowly to the whole home filtration system in order to primed the filtration system tank for a 48 hours soak before introducing into the home. Tested all work for leaks. No leaks. Return visit is needed next Monday to finalize the system and introduce filtered water into the home. Water was re-introduced to the home through the bypass system, and all air was bled out of the system. Thank you for trusting TE Certified with all your plumbing needs.
We replaced the exhaust fan motors and covers all throughout home. This occurred in the upstairs bathrooms, master bathroom toilet room, main floor bathrooms, and basement bathroom. We upgraded the exhaust fan in the master bathroom by the shower. We installed a new Panasonic bath fan. We set the CFM setting to 80 cfms. This is the middle setting. We fixed ducting issues with all existing bath fans upstairs. We installed 4” to 3” reducers and taped the ducting so that it is properly sealed. We straightened the arms on the foyer chandelier. We also straightened out the sconce lights above the garage doors. We applied caulking to ensure water can not get behind the light fixtures. We also replaced three faulty bulbs in the home. These were covered under the warranty. We also discussed installing a bigger sub panel for future basement circuits.

The guys addressed my issues and did a very nice job
We signed up for the Annual Maintenance right after purchasing our home. I wasn't so sure it was worth it, but I found the electricians very professional and the work they did was quality. I wasn't so sure about the initial HVAC visit in fall of 2023, but we just had our spring 2024 visit from Jeremiah and I will say he made it worth it. I watched over his shoulder, mostly just out of curiosity and a love to learn. He was patient answering questions, and I was very surprised, especially considering the other con-artists,,, ur... i mean contractors I've dealt with. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable, and performed the maintenance with a thoroughness and attention to detail I can rarely ever find. As an engineer, I likely view things more critically and detailed that others, but that didn't phase Jeremiah in the least. He provided several photos of not only the work he recommended, but the results afterward, as well as other areas that did not need additional attention. Luckily, he found some things that could have caused problems, and we were able to correct those now so that we are not having worse problems at a time when it is difficult to get a technician scheduled. I would definitely recommend Jeremiah, and he is a sterling representative of TE Certified. I plan to ask for him next time by name. TE Certified should be okay with that as he sold me on some tasks that I could have done myself, but elected to have him do them because of his professionalism and demeanor. Great job Jeremiah!
Our technician (Kevin) was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well.
