I suddenly had no water at my house and was pretty stressed. When I called TE Plumber, the lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. She had a technician call me a few minutes later. Darren called and was at my house within 30 minutes. He checked everything thoroughly, explained what needed to be fixed, and gave me a very fair estimate. I also really appreciated that they don't charge a service fee, which is rare these days. Darren was professional, honest, and very easy to talk to. It's such a relief when you find someone who truly cares about helping instead of just rushing through the job. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend TE Plumber and ask for Darren. Ron and Evan returned today after installing lighting as I requested. The timing of sensor lights did not work smoothly for us over the weekend. They pleasantly listened and rewired the work they had done previously, to my satisfaction. I was disappointed but they were so eager to get it right. TE is the best!
