Chime replacement

The homeowner had a leak coming from the garage ceiling. After cutting the sheet rock, I discovered the leak originated from the flange of the toilet above. The previous plumbing company installed the flange and broke the 4 inch pipe, which caused it to leak down to the garage ceiling. I then pulled the toilet, cut out the old section of pipe and flange, and installed a new offset flange. I reinstalled the toilet, tested the system, and checked for leaks.

Client has an issue with the toilet not functioning correctly. Inspected the toilet and found that the fill valve fills the tank slowly and the chain for the flapper had broken off. Told the client that those are the cause of the functionality of the toilet to not work properly. Replace flapper with new chain and fill valve. Checked water pressure to the building and is sitting at 110psi which exceeds code compliance 40-80psi. Left quotes to replace the PRV and client would also like estimate to relocate one the pedestal sink and install a new one as well.

Customer had a leaking shower drain. The old one was in rough shape so we recommended replacing. Customer approved. We removed old shower drain and installed new. Reconnected to existing drain in garage ceiling. Tested for leaks and proper function. No issues when we left.
The technician provided superior customer service!
Great service very informative about very thing that was going to be done. We will be calling them back if we ever need to

Homeowner called us out due to hose bib not shutting off. The homeowner tried to shut off the hose bib at the handle and at the gate valve shut off inside, but that did not work . The water pressure of the home was also high with a reading of 75 psi. Replaced PRV and main shut off, as well as hose bib by carport. Tested and checked for leaks. The pressure to the home was set to 65 psi.

Install new outlet on existing circuit. Replace bedroom outlet.

New outlet on existing circuit

Installed a new outlet location on the counter top for the mini fridge

Expanding a single gang outlet box to 2g outlet box

Returned to install 50 gallon natural gas. Water heater in the garage and directly behind the water heater, a new p. Rv emergency shutoff, valve and winterization ball valve for the hose bib. Remove old water heater and prv, installed new emergency shutoff, prv, and uh, shut off out for the hose bib and then install the new water heater. This included a drain pan with a drain that goes to the floor of the garage, a thermal expansion tank, strapped to the wall, a new ball valve, and new gas whip, and up shut off valve. Turned the water back onto the home and slowly primed all of the air out of the heater and lines. And then checked for any sediment buildup. Turn to the water heater on and allowed forty five minutes for it to heat up. There are no issues at this time.Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

Troubleshoot lights not working

Shower toe drain was leaking. Replaced drain coming down along with visible cpvc glue joints on pvc material. Tested and checked for leaks. Let homeowner know about other possible improperly glue joints around home.

Customer had a leak coming from upstairs master bathroom into downstairs living room area. Opened up the drywall and ran the water and could not recreate a leak. Water is likely coming from the shower pan not being sealed properly. Water does not drain the way it should and likely has a clog. Recommended our drain department to come out.

The gentlemen was very helpful and respectful of my home, using something to cover his shoes when entering. He explained everything and was attentive.
I am really impressed with their expertise. The technician was really knowledgeable and a true professional. He did not scare me into spending more than I had to. He broke down the work items into - urgent vs nice to haves, so I could prioritize within them. He took pictures of the various components in my HVAC, to show me their condition and what to expect. Couldn't be happier.
Great work on the fan exhaust through the roof. The bathroom fan is now connected properly and functions like it should.
Excellent.

The guys did a magnificent job with removing the old cast iron pipes with PVC. The new pipes were run better than the old ones and the drains from the house into the basement updated. It was a pleasure hearing the explanations along the way. They were professional and did a great job!
Ryan did a terrific job! We began by going over the various tasks he planned. Explanations were clear and to the point. When the work was complete we went back over all of the electrical connections and everything was great. When I have any other issues with anything else he’s the man!
Casey was great at the explaining what was needed and clear on everything. I enjoyed listening to the various ways things could go wrong and what to do. His work is top of the line.
Outstanding is too low to describe the work performed by Ryan. Very professional and clear to the point on everything. Highly recommended!
Thanks for a wonderful job with the water heater and the other plumbing work
This is not an opinion, but fact. After a few words to get to know the service man, which is a good thing to do, he wasted no time and got the job done quick.
Jeremy and Steven did an excellent job answering all my questions and making the right recommendations for service I plan to complete with you all. They helped fix a breaker and helped me understand the other services needed so I could budget the amount to get it done as soon as possible. Thank you Jeremy and Steven!
Outstanding
Very Professional! Took care of the problem in no time!
Your guys told us the work would be no more than $1,100 after seeing the previous work that wasn’t up to code. Then ask could they do a $150 inspection. Of course we said yes…$1,100 is a great price. After inspection, the total cost went up to $5,500. 5x times the $ amount. I asked what happened to the $1,100? He said he meant $11,000 not $1,000. If he would have said $11, 000, we wouldn’t have lost the $150 for the inspection. We would have gotten another quote, which is what we did. The work is now being completed at a more reasonable rate. We fell for the old bait and switch tactic. “We will come out for free.. Give you a bogus estimate, just to get the $150 inspection fee… They knew we did not want to pay that much, so they tricked us. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
Very professional and extremely informative.
I am very happy with the service repair received by your trained technicians. I would strongly recommend your service.
