No cool on the only system due to a bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor and system works. Checked amperage on motor and compressor, filter (clean), drain line clear and temperature differential. No other issue at this visit. Contactor getting pitted. Also, recommend to install a blue tube uv light, to improve air quality, and to prevent equipment from build up biological growth inside.

No Cool- 2001 Furnace/ 2007 AC Arrived and found bad capacitor. Continued the full inspection and found numerous other issues with the system. Blower capacitor is failing. Outdoor unit very dirty. Blower wheel very dirty. Quoted all repairs but customer declined and just wanted capacitor replaced. Capacitor was replaced and system was cooling when we left. Disconnect for outdoor is bypassed and a safety issue.

Arrived at customers house due to complaint of water flowing out of the garage. Upon further inspection found a CPVC connection broken off at tee fitting. This resulted water damage to the basement of the home. Also found T and P connection broken also. We will install the following new components to rectify this issue. Install new shut off valve for water heater. Install new shut off valve to hose spigot. Install new copper piping Install new CPVC adapter and piping for t and p. Install new piping in ceiling wall. Tech was out to check upstairs and main level system. Customer had locking cap key. Tech was able. To access main level but not the upstairs level. Locking magnetic cap was not coming off. Tech continue checking the main level the following is what tech came across. Main level no safety switches on evaporator coil or emergency drain pan. Blower wheel is dirty and needing to be cleaned and blower. Capacitor is failing. Drain line is needing to be cleared. Outdoor unit is needing a condenser cleaning chemically. Contactor is needing to be replaced. Capacitor has failed and is not turning on the system. Compressor is needing a hard start kit. Upstairs level no safety switches on evaporator cool or emergency drain pan. Blower will is dirty and needing to be cleaned and blower. Capacitor is failing drain line is needing to be cleared. Outdoor condenser is needing to be cleaned chemically. Contactor is needing to be replaced, capacitor is failing. Compressor is needing a hard start kit

Today we performed a HomeCare electrical inspection and replaced an incorrectly sized circuit breaker.

Properly Performed a single system inspection. Checked the filter, checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. Flu pipe touching supply air duct. Potentially clogged up drain line/pump. Dirty air filter. Ss2 wires laying on liquids line. Water line touching water heater flu pipe. No wet safety switch. Rusty drain pan. Indoor capacitor reading out of range. Rated for 5uf and reading 4.17uf. High static pressure (0.82 inch WC). Supply side has more restriction. Needs more returns and supplies. Replaced indoor thermostat, replaced air filter, added a strap to flu pipe, cleaned condensate pump and drain line, and installed a wet safety switch.

Install a new wafer light in hallway off existing switch. Relocate wire that is fed into washer outlet for a garage outlet. Fix reverse polarity on GFCI in master bathroom. Add new keyless light in garage closet.

For this job I came out and replaced customer supplied faucet and pop assembly. Tested and checked for leaks conducted a super cleanup.

Installed customer supplied gas whip to connect gas oven/stove. All work was tested and checked for leaks

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the hall bathroom after we had done a repair on the kitchen line. I tested the toilet and after 6 flushes it started to back up and leak from under the toilet. I vacuumed up the water and recommended pulling and clearing the toilet. Customer agreed. I pulled the toilet and ran my cable machine and it kept getting stuck. I then removed the head on the cable and ran it down and started pulling back lots of wipes. After the sixth time of pulling wipes back the drain cleared. I reset the toilet with new china caps, closet bolts and wax ring. Cleaned up and tested toilet.

For this job, the customer needed the ice maker supply line moved to a different location in the kitchen, there was also cabinet contractors out which needed the gas line for the stove moved, and the dishwasher drain capped in the all so they could install the cabinet. I installed a new ice maker box, and ran a new 1/2 line to the new ice maker box in the kitchen. I then moved the gas line 6 inches over to where they wanted it, and capped drain line in wall. Came out today because Ga power left a letter saying they need to change out their meter or else power will get shut off. Inspected electrical system and gave options for repairs. Customer wants to do Service Upgrade and will be on the schedule as soon as engineer approval and permitting says we can start.

Blown transformer stemmed from a low voltage fault that could not be identified on the visit today due to lack of sunlight. Bypassed the outdoor temporarily to provide auxiliary heating until I can return to remedy the issue. Service fee waived as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

Customer had leak in ceiling. Found that the supply goi g to faucet in hall bathroom was leaking. With customer approval I replaced both hot and cold supply line. The issue is resolved thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Battery replacement on Generac 22kw standby generator

For this job, I worked out replacing pressure regulator and also replacing the master shower drain went ahead and tested for leaks. After I went ahead and cleaned up area

Installed new water service line into the crawlspace due space. Existing prv was in the ground by the meter. Installed new Prv in the crawlspace due space space with new shutoff valve. Homeowner also has a new courtesy valve in a box by the meter so they do not need to shut the water off in the crawlspace. After install I pressurized the system, bleed the air, and checked for leaks and proper function. I believe water heater is inside room that was locked. Tenant was not home when finishing the job. One system inspection Thoroughly inspected unit in both heat and cool from the thermostat Technician arrived and found a low signal from the flame sensor error code on the indoor control board. Technician wiped off the flame sensor and hooked everything back up. Ran a system test and found an intermittent error code of a low signal from the flame sensor on the indoor control board. Technician diagnosed the system with a failing flame sensor. The technician replaced the flame sensor and ran system test and found it’s operating properly. While doing the system inspection, the technician found that one of the eyelets on the heat exchanger are missing. The capacitor for the indoor blower motor was out of tolerance. The blower wheel for the indoor blower motor was dirty. The system was missing TE standard flood protection. The system lacked indoor air quality products.
