Job Locations and Reviews
The unit next door had caught on fire and the customer was concerned about the wall that is adjacent to them. On the adjacent wall are a couple of receptacles which I had pulled out to check the insulation to verify that nothing was melted or showed signs of over heating. I removed some ceiling tiles back to check for any damage and none was found. Due to a firewall being installed and the outlets are in between the walls it appears the firewall did its job. Another note to consider is if any wires were melted inside the pipes the copper conductor would make contact to any metal ground and shut the breaker off and when I arrived the breakers were on and so where the outlets. I shut off the breaker that controls the A/C unit on the roof top and verified with my meter that I was at the correct unit. The A/C disconnect is rusted and should be replaced. I also found a wiring issue inside the disconnect as well that would be addressed with a replacement. Other issues found not pertaining
Homeowner was having problems with water pressure. When I arrived, I found the static water pressure to be 160 PSI. When any fixture was used, the pressure dropped to 15 PSI. I also found the the thermal expansion tank had failed. I found that the temperature and pressure relief valve was constantly running due to such high pressure being allowed through the failed pressure regulator. I replaced the pressure regulator with a watts 25AUB. I replaced the whole house shutoff valve with a new 3/4” PEX ball valve. I also replaced the shutoff valve for the hose spigot due to space constraints with the area I was working in. I replaced the failed thermal expansion tank with a new expansion tank charged to 65 PSI. I mounted the new expansion tank to a bracket and ran new type M copper to the expansion tank. I pressurized the system and tested for leaks and found none. The pressure is now adequate for the homeowner. I tested the pressure after the work was completed and found it to be 60 PSI. W

The threads appeared to be crossed which was causing a drip from fastening nut on the tail piece. Replaced the it with a stainless steel chrom finish pop up assembly. Tested for leaks, no leaks present.
Installed customer supplied disposal
Blake was thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done for toilet replacement. His work was outstanding. Blake was professional as well as friendly. I appreciate everything that was completed.
Today Gianna has us out here for toilet that keeps running periodically. Saw that there have been a few minor repairs on the toilet and advised that to replace the toilet rather than repairing it based on the age of the toilet. I replaced the old toilet with a new one and also replaced the flange because of the condition that it was in. Test the new toilet and checked for leaks for which I did not find any issues. Performed a walk-through with Gianna and showed her the functionality of the toilet. Also left a leak alarm in front of the water heater for preventative major water damage so they can know that if there’s an issue with the water heater.

Call out complete sold work. Began by pulling toilet in the master bathroom and going into the crawlspace and removing all old cast-iron piping. After all old piping was removed, it was replaced with all new PVC piping. Flange was already in PVC so it was left as such and price was discounted and customer was notified. Also installed new tub and overflow in PVC, cleaned up work area and tested all work for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Thank you for trusting TE Certified with all your plumbing needs.
Kind and professional
For this job, I worked on replacing the 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon Rheem water heater and also add adding a new penetration for the T&p to bring it up to code. Went ahead tested and cleaned up early.
The homeowner experienced a water leak originating from a penetration in the house, which was leaking into the basement. I began by digging in front of the hose bib where the water main enters. I discovered an 1 1/4 PVC pipe that had been previously repaired. It appeared that whoever performed the repair had not used enough glue, causing the pipe to disconnect. Additionally, the copper pipe passing through the penetration was kinked and needed replacement. I transitioned from the 1 1/4 PVC to 3/4 soft copper and replaced the main shut-off valve inside the homeowner's house. After completing the repairs, I sealed both sides of the penetration with hydraulic cement and roofing tar. Finally, I tested the system and checked for leaks to ensure everything was secure.
The restoration team arrived to address a leak in the garage ceiling. I had to wait for them to cut the sheetrock in both the garage and the kitchen for a couple of hours. It turned out that the leak was originating from the master bath shower strainer. The homeowner opted for a simple repair, so I resealed the master bath shower strainer using new putty and silicone. After completing the repairs, I tested it to ensure there were no leaks.
Installed two light fixtures
I came out today and Installed a new ceiling fan and fan rated box in the upstairs bedroom along with replacing a flush mount fixture in the mud room on the main level.

Installed a 40a circuit from the main panel to the garage for a new tesla Charger, I also re routed 2 circuits to the sub panel to make space in the main panel for the charger breaker and I ran a low voltage wire from the charger to the panel in case the customer ever decides to do a load management system.

This is not an opinion, but fact. After a few words to get to know the service man, which is a good thing to do, he wasted no time and got the job done quick.
Jeremy and Steven did an excellent job answering all my questions and making the right recommendations for service I plan to complete with you all. They helped fix a breaker and helped me understand the other services needed so I could budget the amount to get it done as soon as possible. Thank you Jeremy and Steven!
Outstanding
Very Professional! Took care of the problem in no time!
Your guys told us the work would be no more than $1,100 after seeing the previous work that wasn’t up to code. Then ask could they do a $150 inspection. Of course we said yes…$1,100 is a great price. After inspection, the total cost went up to $5,500. 5x times the $ amount. I asked what happened to the $1,100? He said he meant $11,000 not $1,000. If he would have said $11, 000, we wouldn’t have lost the $150 for the inspection. We would have gotten another quote, which is what we did. The work is now being completed at a more reasonable rate. We fell for the old bait and switch tactic. “We will come out for free.. Give you a bogus estimate, just to get the $150 inspection fee… They knew we did not want to pay that much, so they tricked us. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
