Arrived on site to install a new customer supplied Tesla wall connector. We came out of the main electrical panel with a 60 amp circuit and connected it to the new charger. The charger sits to the left of the existing electrical panel. We needed to cut a hole below the existing panel in order to install our new wire. The hole has a blank plate covering it. Everything is working upon departure.

I am really impressed with their expertise. The technician was really knowledgeable and a true professional. He did not scare me into spending more than I had to. He broke down the work items into - urgent vs nice to haves, so I could prioritize within them. He took pictures of the various components in my HVAC, to show me their condition and what to expect. Couldn't be happier.

1997 Rudd gas furnace and 2024 Rheem AC & Coil. HomeCare Cycled system on from thermostat and tested both heat and cool. Took temperature readings at indoor equipment, flushed and cleaned out condensate lime with mighty pump and 2 gallons of hot water, checked and tightened all electrical connections, inspected blower and heat exchanger, tested all power enhancers and took electrical readings on all motors and high wear components. Changed April’s aire 410 filter and left equipment operational. -Heat exchanger is cracked on 2 cells at the collector box, pics attached. -High limit is burnt in week from tripping multiple times, resistance is low. -blower motor is over amping, weak, leaking oil at main seal. -we can dirty blower motor is causing stress on the new compressor due to low air flow across the evaporator coil. -gas line is out of the code in two different ways, proper sediment trap, and flex line, running through the furnace cabinet. This is not an opinion, but fact. After a few words to get to know the service man, which is a good thing to do, he wasted no time and got the job done quick.
Jeremy and Steven did an excellent job answering all my questions and making the right recommendations for service I plan to complete with you all. They helped fix a breaker and helped me understand the other services needed so I could budget the amount to get it done as soon as possible. Thank you Jeremy and Steven!
Outstanding
Very Professional! Took care of the problem in no time!
Your guys told us the work would be no more than $1,100 after seeing the previous work that wasn’t up to code. Then ask could they do a $150 inspection. Of course we said yes…$1,100 is a great price. After inspection, the total cost went up to $5,500. 5x times the $ amount. I asked what happened to the $1,100? He said he meant $11,000 not $1,000. If he would have said $11, 000, we wouldn’t have lost the $150 for the inspection. We would have gotten another quote, which is what we did. The work is now being completed at a more reasonable rate. We fell for the old bait and switch tactic. “We will come out for free.. Give you a bogus estimate, just to get the $150 inspection fee… They knew we did not want to pay that much, so they tricked us. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
Very professional and extremely informative.
I am very happy with the service repair received by your trained technicians. I would strongly recommend your service.
