I explain to my tec that the blower was not coming on. He had to run a diagnostic for $98 and determined that the capacitor was not working and replaced it for 200. And the unit started working again. I was hoping that the 98 would have went towards the Service but unfortunately not I was too happy to have a unit working.
No cool on the upstairs system, due to a bad single capacitor and blower motor not working. Replaced capacitor, and system works. Inspected system. Checked amperage on motor and compressor, pressures, filter, temperatures differential, capacitors, drain line, wire connections and visual inspection, as well. System is low on Freon (r22), dual capacitor weak (reading 25 on a 35 microfarad), compressor amperage very high (11,12 amps out of 13 amps max), dirty blower wheel and no in line switch. System is 25 years old , works with r22(Freon) and not cooling properly. Humidity level in the house will be higher, specially on hotter days. At this age and conditions, the best option would be to upgrade thermostats system, and bring savings, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Set a lead to quote upgrading for today. We should credit back 287,00 spent today, if customer replace the system with us. Main level system is at same age and customer possibly will replace both systems.
Found main had come apart at galvanized compression fitting. Did leak search for galvanized pipe to see what it was feeding. Found toilet was only fixture on that pipe. Eliminated galvanized pipe and ran new Pex line to toilet from copper line. Tested for leaks.
Arrived on site and customer stated they had a gas leak coming from the house. A neighbor reported a gas smell coming from outside the home , and when the gas company came out they determined the gas was coming from their residence. Gas company locked the meter, so we performed a whole house gas pressure test. We found there was a fireplace upstairs that had a key that wasn’t closed and was causing the leak in the house. We also found a few leaks on the line in the garage, so we optioned to replace the lower part of the gas line just before running up the wall. Once we installed the new gas line, we pressurized the house again and tested our fittings. Gas company was able to come by while we were still on site and unlocked the customers meter.
No cool main floor Found 2004 Lennox 2 ton ac and furnace in off position. Turned system on to find it was all operational. Began inspecting system to find it is low on r22, has cracked heat exchanger, dirty ac, high no draw on compressor, no flood protections, no emergency drain pan. tE does not complete repairs on r22 refrigerant cycle. Recommended replacing system. While working on main floor system customer stated upstairs system wasn’t working either. Upon inspection found the system is operating the best it can given it is having to cool the whole home. System has very weak blower capacitor and improperly pitched drain line, cracked heat exchanger. Both furnaces also have play in blower motor. Advised replacing furnace is best option but did replace capacitor on it as well. Quoted all repairs. Customer decided only capacitor for now and will get quotes to replace upstairs furnace and main floor full system. Informed customer of cracks in heat exchanger, advised due
Outstanding job with a great attitude
For this job we supplied and replaced a light in the upstairs hallway.
Customer had leak under sink. During my inspection I found that the dishwasher tail piece was installed incorrectly and the strainer was loose causing leak under the sink. With customer approval I removed the strainer switch was installed incorrectly also in Good condition. Reseal it and also fix the tail piece that was incorrect as well.. issue is resolved thanks for choosing TE Certified.
When we arrived the customer took us to the are where the outside faucet has been leaking. We did our thorough evaluation and found the thermal expansion tank to be in order and the prv was only 6 months old and pressure was 60. We recommended replacing the wall hydrant due to age. Cut out tile in bathroom and installed new shut off isolation valve. Also installed an access panel. Installed new hydrant with hydraulic cement to seal and secure to wall. Restored water and checked our work. Thank you for choosing TE certified.
On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a backed up sink and a non operational garage disposal.the sink was holding water and the disposal would hum. I wrote up options to perform work and received approval. I was able to broke loose the jam in the disposal. I also seen glass inside the disposal and vacuumed out the remaining bits. The disposal is back operating and draining. The customer is happy and satisfied at this time. * Remove existing unit, clear obstruction, re-install united, reset disposal, test all functions, clean-up *Includes one bottle of Endure professional grade drain treatment to help breakdown organic buildup and maintain free flowing drains. Designed for residential and light commercial use as a preventative maintenance solution. This is not a mechanical clearing service. Does not include price for clearing drain with mechanical snake. No warranty
We came out and finished the install from last time and also replaced another chandelier.
Today I came out due to system not working. It’s a 2025 Rheem furnace located in pantry closet and a 21 years old AC unit located in back yard. Upon arrival customer said a security company was out on Sunday, replaced her thermostat, and by Sunday night the system wasn’t working. I noticed water was in the secondary drain pan activating the wet switch to kill power to unit to prevent any more flooding. This was caused to a clogged drain line. Drain line runs around the back of furnace, goes underneath house, then pops back up going into a P-trap before going into a drain hole. This is not allowing water to flow properly and as a result will continue to clog drain. I cleaned all water I could, flushed drain line, and put condensation tablets in drain line. I also found the Contactor is pitted, condenser coils are heavily impacted with debris, fan motor is extremely rusted out, and capacitor is almost at tolerance limit. System had refrigerant put in May, but system is struggling.
Troubleshot doorbell not working properly any more, I found that the doorbell transformer and chime had failed and needed to be replace so installed a new kit and everything was working properly. The customer needs to also charge the doorbell and then she is going to reinstall the google video doorbell once it’s fully charged. I also completed a homecare electrical inspection and quoted repairs.
Customer is getting new dishwasher installed and needed a shut off valve above the floor. With customer approval I ran a new 1/2 line about 3 ft into cabinets next to dishwasher washer to so the installer can connect the new dish to. Once installed I turn water back off and test for leaks. I disconnect the old water line from dishwasher. Issues is resolved thanks for choosing TE Certified.
Installed a new location outlet over the fireplace by coming off the switch box by the front door and going outside into conduit then over and into the fireplace cavity and up to the new outlet and installed a dual function safety breaker to protect the circuit.
Demo 3 damaged circuits.
At arrival on 06/17/26 Issue: no cool System: whole home/church Finding: dirty air filter, low refrigerant charge (subcool is 5), improper p-trap installed, potentially clogged up drain line, microbial growth in the supply plenum, no wet safety switch. Recommendations: Address the above findings. Homeowner approved to address the above. Installed a wet safety switch Replaced the p trap Added up to 2lbs of R-410A refrigerant to system System is back cooling properly at this time. Set up ecobee app in their phone and showed them how to use it.

Installing ceiling fan
I came out to install a new ceiling fan on your porch. Because the box was covered, I installed a pancake box on the surface of the wood that had been installed to protect your house from the wiring inside the fan canopy. I also took a look at your panel, which is 60 years old and should definitely be replaced before its end of life. I’m including the price for replacing the panel and bringing your house up to code. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
Installed/ Provided new Tesla charger next to panel.
I was called back to Wade’s house to replace the leaking coil.
Bbinionesq@gmail.com I was called out to Brandi’s house for a cooling issue. Brandi has lived here for about a year so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the system is from 2012 making it past normal life expectancy, the system was frozen, the float switch had failed, the pan was full of water, the condensation pump and tubing are very old, the dual capacitor has failed, the flue pipe is single wall, the sediment trap is installed incorrectly, the return plenum is duct board and has gotten wet, the contactor is burnt, the condenser fan motor is worn out having leaked out its oil, and the wheel is dirty. Once I thawed the coil to further test the system we discovered the system is likely overcharged with a stuck txt but is mostly working at this time. Due to the age, cost of potential repairs, and reliability replacement is a viable option to update the system to today’s standards.
We troubleshot a tripping breaker and found that the breaker has gone bad so we replaced it
Arrived on site and spoke with the homeowner, who reported noticing a sewer odor originating from the kitchen sink for approximately the past 3 months. Homeowner has lived in the home for about one year and stated the odor is most noticeable after washing dishes, with a lingering smell coming from the sink area. Customer advised that another contractor previously inspected the issue and quoted over $4,000 for replacement of cast iron venting. Inspection Findings • Conducted inspection of the crawl space and observed that the cast iron piping has already been replaced with Schedule 40 PVC. • No visible signs of sewer leakage were found at or near the kitchen drain line. • Homeowner stated that they disconnected and inspected the drain piping recently and found no buildup, debris, or biofilm; piping was holding water properly. • Discussed possibility of a clogged vent, however, no evidence of trap siphoning was reported (P-trap remains full). • Customer also confirmed cleaning of the
Gabe was polite, professional and detailed in his troubleshooting of my AC system. The price is on the high side, but I know he’s done the job right, so that premium for peace of mind is worth the extra cost.
I was called out to Wade’s house for a cooling issue. Wade has lived here for a few years so we performed a through evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the immediate issue is the coil has leaked out its refrigerant, so we recharged it to temporarily get it functioning, the system is single stage with zoning which is a poor application, the plenums are duct board, the flood protection is minimal, the return ductwork is undersized, the zoning is missing its LAS and bypass, the furnace breaker is oversized, the dual capacitor has failed, the zoning needs a dedicated transformer, and a uv will prevent biological growth in the supply plenum as well as improve the air quality. We will need to return with a new coil to finish repairs.
Arrived and attempted to clear drain line again. Yesterday we tried removing the toilet and it continued backing up. This time I cut the 2” discharge for the kitchen line and removed the 4” wye that was connected with no hub couplings to the vertical cast iron stack. The bottom of the stack is an elbow and that is where the blockage is. Removed wye and ran k60 sectional machine. Made several passes and removed large amounts of wipes and cleared the blockage. Ran machine roughly 35’ downstream in order to thoroughly clear out any remaining debris in the line. Removed cable and reconnected 4” wye and 2” kitchen line and tested for proper function. Flushed toilet in hall bathroom many times. No leaks. Toilet is flushing properly and the line is now draining correctly. Cleaned work area and caulked around the base of the hall bathroom toilet. Customer is satisfied.
