Performed routine flush of tankless water heater. Cleaned all filters and flame rods. Circulated descale solution thru the unit and purged all solution once completed. Tested unit for proper operation. Left quote for inline scale inhibitor to help protect the tankless water heating system.

After complete troubleshooting I found The ac system Rheem 4 ton capacity 8 years old is in poor maintenance Plus the 2 pole contactor failed and test compressor internal windings resistance is below 100 mega ohms that’s indication of possible failure By customer request replaced and install new 2 pole contactor and install New Compressor hard start kit test amperage ok test refrigerant charge Pressures are ok at manufacture specifications I recommend to schedule Your spring maintenance visit asap. Flushed drain line with water and test Condensate pump no TE flood safety’s recommend new flood package To prevent water damage. After final inspection system is working At this moment. Install new lighting and dimmer switches throughout the house

Install (1) bidet outlets off of existing circuits. Install wiring, boxes,gfi outlets, and plates. Install new 15a dual function breaker for disposal. Troubleshoot 3 way switches not functioning properly.

-Clean both blower wheels, ran condensate drain out the exterior wall in PVC and repaired flue vent leak for main floor 90% unit. -Install flood protection upstairs, installed condensate pump pan with a wet switch downstairs. Seal evaporator coil airflow leak. Rinsed condenser units as a courtesy, recommend deep cleaning @$170 per system.

For this job, I worked on running a new 60 amp circuit from the Basement through the theater room and up to the garage for a Tesla charger which we provided.

Came back to do prepaid work. Changed out condensate pump in a crawl space for the main floor unit. Also added a SS1 float switch to the main unit. Tested both and they are working properly at this time. Also swapped out a blower capacitor for the upstairs unit. Collected pay from homeowner and also signatures at this time.

Arrived on site for a 2 system Homecare. Client has. 2005 Lennox split system which is original to the home that serves the upstairs and a 2024 Goodman/ICP split that controls the main floor. We replaced filters, flushed and cleaned drains tested all functions of the furnace and air conditioner to set mine overall safety, performance and condition of each system. The main floor unit had no performance concerns, and was very clean. The upstairs has multiple issues including stressed heat exchanger, failing blower motor and many small performance issues. Client expressed his desire to ride it out until failure with the upstairs unit. Both units have no flood protection or IAQ, and both systems have original duct work that would benefit from a duct cleaning. He did want to replace both thermostats but I only had one on my truck today. They have some Good Friday celebrations planned but would like to have me back first thing Monday morning to complete the other thermostat replacement. Paym

Arrived on site to perform Checked in w/ customer and checked thermostat for power and functionality. Started with furnace in attic, tested in heat/AC modes, changed fitler( customer supplied), and blower motor and drain. Checked outdoor condenser, capacitor and contactor. Capacitor is bad, (45+5 only reading 42.1+ 3.7). Recommend replacing capacitor on outdoor unit. After talking to customer, replaced capacitor and collected payment. All ok at this time.

Called out to address an issue with a toilet leaking. Upon arrival found that the top of the flush tower was broken off and spraying water when flushing the toilet. Gave the homeowner options for rebuilding the toilet and for replacement of the toilet. Homeowner agreed to do a full rebuild on the toilet. Begin by shutting the water supply off to the toilet. Removed the tank to the toilet and removed all the internal parts. Replaced with a new flush kit that comes with a new flush tower, fill valve, and handle. Also replace the toilet supply line. Once all parts were installed, reinstalled the tank and reconnected the water to the toilet. Re-introduced water to the toilet and tested for leaks and functionality. For this job we installed new customer supplied fixtures in the foyer, living room, breakfast area, upstairs bedroom and will come back for the dining room, fixture. Also did a ballast bypass to 7 lights in the basement and provided new LED bulbs. Took an extra 150 off as we scratched the railing with a 16ft ladder.

Replaced 2 1/2 ball valves and a minor rebuild on hall bath toilet. Tested without failures no leaks or failures at time of service.

Performed two system inspection. Pressures were within range also delta T was as well. Blower wheel is dirty for the upstairs unit. Duct work is within range. All electrical components are good. Main unit is in good condition but outdoor dual capacitor was low. Changed filters for both units. Delta T is good now for both units. Collected signatures and payment also confirmed email.

Follow up on homeowner to schedule home care hvac inspection. Homeowner wants monthly home care payment to be on card ending on 0662. Completed HVAC modifications to improve airflow, distribution, and overall system performance. The upgrades focused on increasing return capacity and improving duct system efficiency.
