I added four switches into peco remote, the back porch wall was removed and switches changed location. We install this on a 15A GFI switches are in kitchen flood,cans,fan light, fan motor.

For this job we completed the trim out of the addition to the customers home. We installed flood lights on a timer and wafer lights throughout the home. Installed new circuits on dual function breakers in the main panel. Also installed smoke and carbon combos in the hallways and bedrooms of the home. We also installed two customer supplied ceiling fans in the two new bedrooms.

For this job we installed a 2.5 ton Rheem air handler and condenser. Attached back to the existing plenums and sealed all the seems. We brazed, leak tested, vacuumed, charged the line set to manufacturer specifications. We ran the drain and tested the safeties. Installed an Ecobee pro thermostat and ran a new thermostat wire to the indoor unit. We installed a UV light and tested that everything works properly. We did the walkthrough with the customer and the are happy.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Installed 50 gallon electric water heater with thermal expansion tank.

Replace bad 4” wafer led light fixture in basement. Troubleshoot microwave with no power in prep room.

Called out for 2 vents not cooling, a vent in the dinning room and the vent in the bathroom. Found the supply line fell off the Y and was blowing supply air into the attic. The return plenum for this single system is not big enough for the furnace opening. I am recommending having the filter upgraded to 16x25x5 media filter cabinet with metal return plenum to properly fit up to the furnace. I also recommend having the supply that fell down and supported . I am also recommending sealing the supply plenum to the indoor coil.

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance on a whole system. Replaced all filters checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. Cleaned the condenser coil. Added 2lbs of R-410A refrigerant

Perform three system home care today, on the upstairs unit. I did find a crack in the heat exchanger and made the homeowner aware of the safety concerns of this. At this time, the other two units are operating properly cleaned all three condensing coils and replaced (2) April air 413 filters.

Found a failed compressor. The outdoor breaker was bad. The system needs a new breaker and compressor.

Faucet removal so customer can replace countertop then will have us return to install new faucet, straight stops and supply lines once countertop is installed.

Installation of new bath fan in shower

Performed basic water heater flush on tankless water heater. Checked system for proper operations and leaks.

Upon arrival the homeowner showed us to the water heater installed in 2020 and requested an evaluation of the system to confirm proper function. After performing an evaluation we found no recirculation cross over tee installed in the home. With customers approval we prepped and installed a grundfos crossover tee to allow recirculation in the home. After completing work we tested to confirm proper function, no further issues detected.

Pump replacement only. Replaced leaking recirculating pump on water heater. Also installed new check valve and boiler drain. Bled air from recirculating system through boiler drain for several minutes. Turned breaker back on to the electric water heater and activated new pump. All work completed was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Work area was thoroughly cleaned up. Technician also strongly recommended that water heater be replaced due to age and obvious rust at the bottom of the water heater tank. Replace PRV with a new 1/4 turn ball valve to service the home. Check for leaks and clean up work area. Set the pressure to 65psi.

Did repairs mentioned in invoice. Tested the heat and the air conditioning; systems were operating at the end of service call.

Replaced failed pressure regulator and main water shutoff valve as well as failed thermal expansion tanks to resolve pressure issues. Tested for leaks and proper function. Set water pressure to 65 psi and pumped expansion tanks up to 70 psi.

Install outdoor fan on fan rated box with no conduit using the existing wire Please make sure that the fan is purchased is rated to be outside.

Cut open sheet rock ceiling, in dining room plumbing system was dry ran water down washing machine box. No leak inspected all waterlines. There was no leak. Found that water was leaking out the bottom of the washer and running to the wall. All work was testing document with pictures.

Customer called us out for a clogged sink drain. While inspecting I determined it was the only one affected. Customers outside spigot was leaking and I recommended to get it replaced. Water heater looked in good condition. I removed the p trap and the stopper cleaned everything throughly, put it back together and cleaned up. Tested line to ensure no leaks.
