TE certified will supply and install a new sewage ejection pump, fill valve for the upstairs bathroom toilet. We would also be uninstalling and reinstalling the water heater, putting a new water heater pan underneath, strapping the thermal expansion tank to the structure of the home, and putting a new quarter turn ball valve.

Today Missy has called us out here because they have no hot water in the house from their six year old water heater. Water heater was manufactured in 2019 February of February And is the only issue that they have experience with it so far since they’ve lived in the house. Into what the issue is of the water heater that’s not producing hot water. The light will not stay on when you hold it down for a long time. This indicates that the gas control valve Has failed and it’s not keeping the pilot light on when the water heater needs to call for hot water. For today, I replaced the valve for the water heater and it is now working with a bright flame. They have hot water now, working properly and efficiently. It takes about an hour to get a full tank of hot water. Performed a walk-through with Melissa’s husband and showed him the works of the water heater and he is pleased with the work.

The customer called us out because she was having a back up on her main level of the home. I had a crew come out and jet out the line, I did a camera inspection and found that there were no defects on the sewer line. I discussed the benefits of water filtration, pressure reduction, stream labs, and water heating with the customer. she told me she would make a decision tomorrow.

Install ceiling fans

Upon arrival customer stated they were having issues with two systems, not heating properly. The first system, was the one for the massage salt room up front. Customer stated that humidity levels were very high when heat was running this weekend, and that this are was very hot. Found that both dehumidifiers were off on and not running due to an error code of e2 indicating “high refrigeration pressure”. Found that both system filters for the dehumidifier were very clogged and cut then dehumidifiers off. The 20x20x1 filter for system was very clogged as well. System was turning on and heating. Cleaned both dehumidifier filters and changed customer supplied filter. Customer also explained about the other unit that was having issues where it would not get below 80 degrees and that the hall way had a hot spot. After inspection of this system found that dehumidifiers were both running with out a call from to turn on. I unplugged both of them and reset them and the both turned off. Customer a

Located gas leak at tee fitting where flared fitting was installed. Installed client supplied flex gas line including two flared adapters. Connected temperature and pressure relief line to water heater. Pressurized the gas line and tested for leaks with no issues. Ran water heater through heating cycle, the system is working properly at this time.

Pulled toilet and ran mini jetter in closet flange to remove soft tissue buildup in line. Also ran mini jetter through kitchen drain. We had visible flow through exterior cleanout. Isaac arrived on site to perform sewer camera inspection.

Replace bad breaker

Relocated PRV and installed new customer supplied whole home inline filter. Added bypass loop and ball valves and secured filter to concrete wall. Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet. Tested for leaks, purged system of air and verified no leaks on the system.

Kitchen faucet minor repair. Peerless. Was able to stop leak at the base but not at the spout. Need a new faucet because the cartridge piece broke into the main shaft of the faucet. Caulked undermount sink, no warranty. Customer will look for another kitchen faucet and call us back when they get it for install. No leaks elsewhere.

For this job I replaced a garbage disposal that was no longer working and also leaking. I verified that there was power going to unit. I tested and left work area clean.

I replace 7 GFI outlets thought out the home, 4 TR and 3 outside WR GFIs.

Troubleshot intermittently tripping breaker. Replaced breaker and troubleshot kitchen outlets.

Installed a new ice-maker box with new quarter turn ball valve and integrated hammer arrestor.

Basement unit repairs. Found system overcharged. Proved diagnosis. Cleaned outdoor coil, changed indoor run capacitor and added wet switch. Tested unit after repairs to ensure no dramatic changes since cleaning outdoor coil. System still appeared overcharged. Recovered r410a to get system to manufacturer specs for charge. System no longer appearing overcharged.

Returned to replace condenser fan motor for main floor system due to over amping issue and noise. Replaced fan motor and tested system afterwards. Fan is no longer over amping but noise did not stop, checked compressor and refrigerant pressures did not find any other issues that would cause that noise. System working as it should at this time.

For this job, I troubleshot issue with lights

Zone system #1 is a 2 zone furnace system that over heats and triggers high limit switch. Gas valve adjusted to lowest possible setting and still overheats when only 1 zone is on. Recommend replacing furnace to a 2 stage furnace that can lower output when only 1 zone is on. Would also recommend a multi speed air conditioner for summer as the same problem will occur but in cooling. The other side of the house has 2 separate systems for up and downstairs. Both valves had to be adjusted lower as they were outputting vent temperatures over 140 degrees. Changed air filters on today’s visit. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Filters were dirty and needed changing, tested everything and provided home care visit today. Everything looked good and did not see any mechanical failures. Had to adjust gas valve. Customer signed up for two system home care as the upstairs unit is not used only the main floor and basement. Plumber needs to come out to replace water line to humidifier.

Opened Sheetrock in garage ceiling in attempt to locate source of the leak. Removed sections of wet fiberglass insulation and found water dripping thru subfloor below master bath vanity. Further inspection of the vanity revealed water inside the cabinet coming from a Failed supply line. Replaced the supply line as part of the leak search and verified no further leaks on the system.

Toilet leaking into bowl. Toilet also same age as home. Recommend replacing toilet. Replaced toilet with kholer elmbrook 1.28 g per flush. Installed new wax ring and closet bolts. Installed new supply line. Checked and tested for leaks.
