I was called out to Brian’s house to replace the plenums on the system.

Customer was experiencing a clogged toilet ran snake and cleared the blockage.

We replaced the washing machine box due to the existing hot side hose being rusted on. Once the box was installed, the water was turned on, air was removed from the lines and the washing machine was tested for proper operation with no issues.

For this job, I worked on installing 4 new smoke detectors and replacing 4 existing that were original to the house and past it’s life expectancy.

Install a customer provided secondary infrared heater on the back of the home above the windows.

Quoted for sewage ejection pump, clear and reset. Upon inspection, float was stuck in up position not allowing pump to turn off. Cut pipe removed lid, removed pump, adjusted float, replaced pump,, put lid back and sealed, tested 6 times for proper function, working properly now, no leaks

Today I came back out to complete quoted work. I cleaned both condenser coils, upstairs evaporator coil, cleared drain lines, and cleaned main level blower wheel. I tested all work and both systems are operating properly at time of departure. It was a pleasure to see you again and I hope you have a great weekend!

Replace the toilet with a customer supplied tall seated Horow dual flush toilet. Installed a new toilet stop valve. Disposed of the old toilet. The ABS flange was intact and in good condition and did not need to be replaced. Verified a proper flush and no leaks The water pressure is at 75 PSI. My client mentioned that she requested turned up to that point during a past visit.

Returned to install two new, customer supplied shower cartridges. Homeowner had turned water off to the home and drained down system prior to our arrival. We carefully removed the trim on the two shower handles and dislodged the two existing, failed cartridges. Applied plumber’s grease to the threads and rubber seals of the new units before carefully installing and ensuring that they were properly seated. Secured new units in place via set screws, reinstalled the trim, and turned water back on to the home. Bled air from the plumbing system before turning the recirculating pump back on and retesting the water pressure. Tested the new installations for leaks. Confirmed that there are no leaks at this time. Disposed of waste materials pertaining to job and cleaned work area before departure.

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater in garage. Installed new drain pan, water moisture sensor, shit off valve, thermal expansion tank (strapped), gas shut off valve, gas flex line, gas sediment trap, and installed double wall piping to exhaust vent per Georgia Plumbing code requirements. Insulated all water lines. Water pressure is 55 PSI.

At arrival on 02/27/26 Found that the BASEMENT System thermostat was black due to a blown 3A Fuse and a noisy transformer. 2 legs (208v and 240v) from the transformer did not have any wire nuts. There power traveling through those wires. Live wires left uncapped. Some wires were loose in the wire nuts. Replaced the transformer that is powering the UV light. Replaced the 3A fuse. Diagnostic for loose wires or short causing 3A fuse to pop. The fresh air vent was also blocked with plastic bag. Informed homeowner to remove that bag and put a grill cover. Homeowner also mentioned the installers were supposed to replace their basement system drain line during installation, but did not. They would like to have that done. We could not duplicate issue after performing the above service. The short may have been caused by a surge. System is heating and cooling properly for more than 2 hours with no issues. If problem surges in the future, we can diagnose it better.

Met with customer and spoke with him regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed me inside and upstairs to the hall bathroom. Customer states the tub is draining slowly and would like the sink checked as well. I confirmed that the tub is clogged and the sink is draining properly just a tiny bit slow when filled up. Gave the customer options to clear the tub and/or sink drain. Customer elected to only clear the tub drain clog and after getting signature approval I began work. Removed large amount of hair buildup from inside the tub drain and snaked the p-trap from the overflow plate. The threads on the tub drain where the tub stopper screws in are stripped out. The tub stopper was out when I arrived and would not thread back in place. The stopper still functions and stops the water but pulls all the way out when draining. I informed the customer of this. Customer did not want to replace the tub drain today. Tub is now draining properly. Cleaned work area. Customer is sati

Verified customer’s concern found shower faucet not shutting off in the basement bathroom checked for presence of a thermal expansion tank and checked for functionality. Also checked house pressure house pressure set at 65 psi after evaluation of the system recommended customer replaced shower cartridge which customer approved replace replaced one Delta shower cartridge faucet now turns on and off as demanded. Also replaced the flapper handle and fill valve in the toilet in the upstairs office.

For this job we replaced a GEN 2 BR GFCI breaker that controls the disposal for a new GEN 6 dual function breaker. Also installed a nema 14-50 below the main panel. Installed the 40 amp circuit on a GFCI breaker. Everything functions as it should.

Panel replacement and code required safety upgrades throughout the home.

I came out to investigate an issue with the breaker, tripping for the kitchen lights. After diagnosing the issue, I found that the can lights in the kitchen were causing the breaker to trip. This is due to the use of. Waygos as connectors inside of the recessed cans. Fortunately, as these age and expand, they will arc and cause your arc fault breaker to trip. The solution is to rewire the recessed cans with wire nuts. I was able to rewire five before I found the correct one so there’s still four more that have not been rewired. Those are the first two lights and the last two lights in case this should happen again. I also installed a new USB outlet above your small bar next to the dining room. This included pulling power off of the outlet below and install installing a new box as well as the new outlet. I’m including prices for replacing your chandelier, replacing a light with a ceiling fan and also adding a ceiling fan box, as well as installing a new ceiling fan with the wiring and

For this job we installed a customer supplied Tesla Wall Connector on the left hand side of the garage. We ran a dedicated 60 amp circuit from the main panel in the basement to the garage. Also left estimate to install while home surge protection in the main panel as well.

Clear kitchen sink blockage Customer was experiencing a blockage in the kitchen sink. Upon arrival I tested both sides of the sink, after running water I noticed the sink started to back up. I ran my flex shaft to attempt to clear the blockage, after multiple attempts we were successful. I tested for leaks and backups and I saw no signs of either. We are leaving an estimate for a mini jetting the kitchen line.

Troubleshooting, rewiring recessed cans, adding a new USB outlet

Homeowners recirculating pump had failed and the water pressure was 80 psi. Water pressure should be between 55-75 psi and the Pressure Reducing Valve had failed. Shut water off and replace the PRV with a new watts PRV. Removed the failed recirculating pump and installed the new Grundfos comfort pump. Installed pump into the recirculating inline and secured. Turned water on and set pressure to 65 psi. Purged air from the system and tested. Turned on the pump and set to Temperature + mode so the pump will activate when the water cools to a certain temperature. Everything is working properly properly at this time.

Customer has a light in the warehouse that isn’t working. He tried to replace the bulb and it doesn’t work with a new bulb. We will replace with a new LED high bay light
