Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the main floor half bathroom. I tested the toilet and it backed up immediately. Running the sink did not cause the water level in the toilet to change. I recommended either clearing the toilet with a closet auger or replacing the builders grade toilet with a newer one. Customer choose to clear the toilet. I ran a closet auger down the toilet and successfully cleared it. I then tested the toilet multiple times with toilet paper.

Trane Package Unit - Back half of home System nit heating due to a failed inducer motor. The blades on the inducer rusted and sheared off. There is a decent amount of rust inside the system and on the lower cells of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is compromised and the blower motor is seeping oil. The system is 13 years old and at the tail end of its life expectancy. I went over repairs and a few options to address the present issue. Troubleshoot and Room Redevice

We came out today due to circuit #24 which is on a AFCI breaker tripping. The customer stated that the breaker would not stay on even when everything was unplugged. The circuit controls the two bedrooms, the left bedroom has (5) receptacles, (1) single pole switch for a ceiling fan and right bedroom has (5) receptacles and (1) single pole switch for a over head light. These two rooms have a 12g NM-B cable feeding the rooms and is on a 20 amp breaker. We started with a diagnostic and only found one area in the left bedroom where the insulation on the black and white wire where damaged and exposing the copper conductor. We turned the breaker on and turned the lights on with no tripping. I made the homeowner aware that due to the breaker on and holding it is very difficult to find the issue. For a piece of mind we replaced the breaker, corrected the damaged wire. I went into the crawl space to see if any wires were damaged or to see if any illegal wire had been done. Replace existing tank style water heater with a new professional grade 50 gallon water heater. Installation includes: new water heater, new thermal expansion tank, new shut off valve for water heater isolation, new water heater pan Includes removal and disposal of old water heater This is for a 6 year warranty water heater Installed new whole home shut off valve and pressure regulator Added new whole home shutoff. Tested all new work. Everything is working as it should at this time. Pressure is set at 65 psi. Electrician is being scheduled to install disconnect for water heater.

Was called out today about leak coming from water when I arrived I noticed t&p had popped off I checked the pressure on the house pressure is good I checked the temperature on the house the temperature is good so I think it was a failed t&p valve replaced the t&p valve leak stop happening.chevked for leaks no leaks at this time

Replaced 50 gal gas water heater with new shut off, new thermal expansion tank, new pan with a drain running to the exterior of the home, new gas whip and valve, new drip leg. Also replaced prv and main valve. Replaced ice maker box and washer box, cartridge in upstairs bathroom, and added a hammer arrestor for the dishwasher supply line. Restored water and tested for leaks. Purged air from lines, set new heater to 120 degrees. No issues when we left.

Customer has a leak coming from the master shower drain. After opening up the ceiling we noticed that the water was coming from around the shower drain itself and not leaking from the fittings. Shower drain was loose and the seal was broken. Resealed the shower drain and tested for leaks. Also replaced three shower cartridges. After install of the shower cartridges we pressurized the system, bleed the air, and tested for leaks. Thank you for choosing te certified.

Moisture on vents 2 zone system service call. Condensate drain was almost completely blocked causing high humidity in system. Cleared drain with mighty pump flushed drain with chemical clean . Run capacitor on blower was weak replaced capacitor. There wasn’t flood protection wet switch added new switch in case pan switch fails . The system is functioning properly at this time.
