James did such a great job of quickly and accurately diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem that others (from other companies) before him had missed. Customer had a rocking toilet with customer approval I pull up the toilet to find that the flange was broken and needed to be replaced. I made all necessary repairs and reset the toilet back the rocking had stop everything properly thanks for choosing TE Certified.
I came out today and assembled and installed (3) ceiling fans in the following locations: *Master bedroom *(2) on the back porch The existing fixtures at these locations already had a preexisting fan rated pancake box installed so no further work was needed. In the master bedroom the switch that controls the fan is the in the 3g box, far right switch, this switch is to remain on. For the back porch fans I had to remove the existing (3) toggle switches to install the fan control switch at this box that is located by the master bedroom back door along with a new decora single pole switch and plate. I tested each fan and light to ensure that they are all working. The customer was having issues with the motion sensor switch that was pre existing not working proper. I was able to find the pdf file and make the appropriate settings to make the switch work. I will need to bring more rj45 mod plugs to finish the jumper for the tv

Arrived on site for a 1 system tune up with the $59 coupon. We thoroughly looked through the system and completed a comprehensive evaluation of the system to determine the equipments condition, performance and safety. We cleaned and flushed drains, checked refrigerant, changed filters, tested all mechanical and electrical components. We found no mechanical issues but did discuss joining Homecare and so,e indoor and outdoor cleanings recommended, also making an emphasis on flood protection and indoor air quality, they opted into the Homecare plan and we joined today and collected payment for that via credit card. We ensured the system was operational and safe to run upon departure. All estimates and inspections sheets were left with clients and emailed upon completion.
Tech was out for no cooling. Found thermostat broke. Jumped out wires to check and cooling and heating. While checking out system tech noticed the following no flood protection on system , drain line needing to be cleared. Outdoor unit needing a chemical cleaning. Need to replace thermostat. Spoke with customer about repairs. Customer went with option one. Install thermostat program thermostat to conventional tested and heating and cooling pass at this time. System is operating.
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the upstairs hall bathroom toilet. On arrival it was filled with water. I tested the other fixtures in the bathroom and had no signs of a whole bathroom back up. I recommended starting with a closet auger to see if that would clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran the closet auger down the toilet and successfully cleared it. I tested the outlet multiple times and it was working well. I advised the customer not to flush wipes down the toilet anymore. I cleaned up the toilet as well.
Replaced defrost control board and coil sensor on Upstairs Heat Pump. Verified that heat strips were no longer running while AC is running.

They made sure everything was up to code, and ensured that’s I would have the proper electrical outlets and amount of power I needed for a studio running kilns, wheels and many lights.

Main panel replacement.
For this job I conducted a leak detection service for the HOA on an irrigation system. We typically would not do this, but it was right at the irrigation system meter and the leak was pretty obvious. We discovered the leak on the master shut off RPZ at a bleeder valve HOA representative was on scene and they are having an irrigation company come out to fix the problem.
Arrived at customer’s home for low hot water pressure throughout the house. Upon inspection, found existing water heater to be approximately 20 years old and identified additional concerns, which were discussed with the customer. Provided multiple estimates and reviewed options. Customer approved estimate for installation of a new water heater with extended warranty. Removed and properly disposed of old water heater. Installed new water heater up to code and added an anode warranty extension kit, bringing total manufacturer warranty to 10 years. Installed new pressure reducing valve and main shutoff valve. Installed new hose bib and added an isolation valve as a courtesy. System tested with no leaks and proper operation at time of departure.

Came out today to replace a water heater. Upon arrival drained down the system and existing water heater. Removed water heater and pressure reducing valve. Installed new heater to code compliance, new pressure regulator and a new hose bib shut off. Redid the vent and a new flex connector. Customer wanted me to run the gas whip through the same route the old one was. Tested all work for leaks. Adjusted new regulator to 65 psi. Pilot was lit and water heater was set to 120.
For this job, we conducted lead detection services for homeowner discovered leak at the top of the hill underneath the driveway just before the sidewalk. I gave the homeowner estimates to do the repair/replacement options. He’s going over them with his wife. They will make a decision tonight.
Full New fresh air
Arrived On site to install the a new water line for the hot and cold side for the kitchen sink . Originally, we were expected to run New lines for the kitchen, but found that the waterline running under the slab , is also tied to the master bathroom on the same floor. Customer decided to have the leak detection guy come out and identify the slab first and decide whether to move forward with isolating, the waterline that supplies the kitchen and master bath. Valves were installed on waterlines running under the slab to help identify the leak.

Diagnostic Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed diagnostic on 2019 carrier system. This is a system that is zoned with a single stage furnace and single stage AC. This set up has not been proper from day one. This system has significant airflow issues. The static pressure is 1.04. These AC systems want to run ecstatic pressure of .5. While running an AC the system short cycles. That sensor makes the system turn off after 3 to 5 minutes of run time and then we get 5 to 10 minutes of purge time. This makes the system very inefficient. And most likely not keep up in the hot months of summer. These airflow issues have led to concerns in the heat exchanger as well. There’s already major rust and probable holes in this heat exchanger. I will quote a price to replace the heat exchanger, but I do not recommend doing major repairs to this system, as you will simply be repeating these repairs in just a few years. This system is simpl

Arrived on site and customer stated a leak was coming from the kitchen sink, possibly underneath the cabinet. I went ahead and cut out the kitchen cabinet and expose the waterlines which was penetrating from the slab. I found that the waterline had a slab leak and provided options to the customer in order to do a new repair. Customer agreed to have new waterlines ran drywall cut and isolate the existing waterlines to the kitchen faucet. Customer will like to proceed with the work and will begin Thursday.

No cool on the upstairs system, due to a leak in the system. Inspected system, and found a leak in the evaporation coil (possible other leaks on the outside condenser), dual capacitor is weak (reading 23 on a 35 microfarad) and single capacitor weak, as well (reading 4.0 on a 5.0 microfarad). System is 15 years old and not cooling the house. Gave three options: - add Freon (will leak out) - replace evaporator coil only (system possible has other leaks outside) - upgrade the system (best option). New system come with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Also, dual capacitor and single capacitor need to be replaced. New system come with all these parts and warranty. Set a lead to quote upgrading for today. We should credit back 98,00, spent today, if customer replace the system.
Today we performed a troubleshoot for a lighting issue, corrected wiring issues on that circuit, replaced a standard outlet with a gfci outlet, and rewired a ceiling fan to correct a wiring issue.
Today we came out to install a recessed tv outlet, we will be coming off outlet in corner and piping over to fireplace, we will replace existing outlet with new as courtesy
