For this job, I replaced a customer supplied light fixture in the dining room I could not take off panel cover due to fridge and other items obstructing the panel.

For this call, homeowners had a leaking water heater in the utility room. Upon inspection, we could see the water was leaking from the, the gas valve. We wrote up quotes for different years of warranties for the water heater and homeowners decided upon the 6 year heater. We began draining down the old heater and began installation of the new heater. We set the expansion tank pressure to 70 PSI. For this job, I replaced (3) existing exterior sconce lights with (3) new customer-provided exterior sconce lights. Homeowners main floor half bathroom drain was leaking when water was ran. The waste arm is too high to properly install a P trap. Left quote to lower the waste arm to the stack. Removed failed P trap and stopper. Installed new push stopper and 1-1/4 P trap. Tested drain and no leaks. Tested master shower due to low pressure. Removed failed O ring from shower head and tested. Homeowner is satisfied with work performed.

Replaced toilet, shut off valve and supply line! A new wax seal and toilet bolts were also used to install new powder bathroom toilet. All work completed was thoroughly checked for any leaks and proper functionality. Surrounding work area was cleaned up and a walk-through was completed with the customer. Installed a new 3/4” Streamlabs automatic leak detection device in the basement. Replaced indoor evaporator coil that was leaking refrigerant. Tested with nitrogen help 10 minutes. Pulled vacuum an help vacuum below 600 Microns. Tested after refrigerant was added superheat 12.1 subcool 9.4 . Everything is working properly now.

Today we are cold out because after a power outage, the homeowner noticed their oven was not working. Their first step was, they called an oven technician from GE when he came out he said there was a problem with the electrical system. Customer called us out for a clogged bathroom in the basement of the house. Customer has had issues in the past of a blockage in the backwater valve. I inspect the bathroom and the shower was holding tissue paper. Then I looked at the backwater valve and it was holding sewage on both sides. The customer also had an issue with the daughter’s bathroom toilet not having a strong flush. The water level was set to low. I adjusted this for them. The fill valve was also very slow to fill. I gave the customer multiple estimates and they chose to have the line cleared with a cable machine. I ran the machine up the line and down the line multiple times to clear the blockage. I then tested the bathroom group and could see water running through. I did notice during testing that the basement toilet has a crack in the bowl. I did inform the customer that this could lead to severe injuries. Customer did not want it replaced at this time. I left an estimate. Cleaned throughly.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet that gurgled in the hall bathroom. On arrival the shower had signs of sewage. Underneath the bathroom in the basement there were water spots but none looked active. No water on the floor. Water heater is 13 years old. Toilet in the master bathroom has a high pitched noise coming from the fill valve. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the line cleared in the hall bathroom, a minor rebuild of the master bathroom toilet, and a bottle of Endure for drain maintenance. I removed the hall bathroom toilet and cleared the line. The toilet was still holding a fair amount of water so I scheduled a sewer supervisor to meet me on site. I then tested the line for flow and it did not rise further. I removed the fill valve, supply line, and gasket for the flush valve and changed it with all new parts. Tested line and adjusted the fill height. Reset toilet and cleaned throughly.

Replaced light fixture and three way switches in laundry room

Home Care Electrical Inspection. Replaced all Smoke/ Carbon detectors, replaced challenger breaker inside Siemens panel and gfci protected outlet for chair lift and replaced melted outlet in middle floor guest bath.

Performed troubleshoot, four upstairs outlets and lights not working

Upon arrival spoke with customer about leak spraying behind the water heater. There was significant water pooled in the garage and unfinished access area through the bathroom. Water was spraying from a Cpvc 45 before the main shut off valve. Gave options. Cut the cpvc behind the wall and transitioned to pex. Ran new piping back to the main and installed new watts 25aub pressure regulator and new main shut off valve. Restored water to the home and tested all work.

Performed troubleshoot on outlet losing neutral

Installed a new Halo 5 whole home water filtration and conditioning system. New pex waterlines were ran to the basement vanity and toilet. New steel braided vanity and toilet supply lines were installed. Technician also replaced toilet fill valve and flush tower gasket. Tankless water heater was also flushed. After tankless water heater maintenance was complete, temperature was set to 120°F. Customer was made aware that they may adjust this temperature to their liking. Per customer request, water pressure throughout the home was also set to approximately 70 psi. All work completed was thoroughly checked for any leaks and proper functionality. Air was eliminated from the plumbing system throughout all fixtures in the home. A walk-through was completed with the customer, payment was successfully collected and technician departed the job site.

Customer had already dug up the area in which they had a water service line. Leak in their front yard right next to their driveway. Customer agreed to our quote to do a repair and bury the line. Water was already off at the meter turned the water off inside of the house and cut out bad section of pipe and repaired. I then repressurized the line between the meter and the house and everything held well. I then turned the water back on inside of the house. And attempted to remove all of the air out of the system through the hose bib on the side of the house. Afterwards I went through the house and ran everything to make sure everything was running correctly and that there were no clogs at the aerators. After that I buried the line. System not cooling due to a tripped flood safety. The wet switch safety did its job and prevented the system from flooding. The drain line was severely clogged and not allowing water to flow. Replaced water service line. Installed a 2” sleeve in the ground and installed our pipe inside of the sleeve. This will help prevent damage from roots and make replacement easier if it is ever required. We removed the pipe through the foundation penetration and replaced it with copper wrapped in burial tape.
