Assessed the toilet located in the upstairs hall bathroom Where the angle stop valve isn’t holding and the fill valve has failed. Went on to the basement to inspect the main shut off valve for the inside of home. The valve is not holding preventing the homeowner from performing work on toilet. Went outside and located the water meter and street shut off. Tested water pressure in home at the water heater and it’s reading 100psi. provided options to address all plumbing issues found Home owner wanted to move forward with the replacement of the main valve in the home only. I shut off the water at the meter and replaced the gate valve with a new quarter turn 3/4” ball valve. Restored water to the home and checked for leaks, no leaks present. New valve is functioning properly.

Today we came out for only system not cooling 2019 Lennox 20 seer 3 ton. Found s30 thermostat not communicating with furnace. Reset system and cleared code equipment is now cooling. Signed client up for home care and left all equipment operational.

Returned to the house to replace evaporator coil and add a 10” bypass to the only system, located in the attic. Replaced coil, pressed tested with nitrogen, vacuumed system to 400 micron and recharged system with 5lbs of Freon (410a). Also, installed bypass damper (10”). Inspected system in heating and cooling, cleared drain line. System is working properly with no issues.

Came to residence today for car charger not working properly, upon further inspection found that car charger had gone bad and was causing a fault to the car. Swapped out the old car charger for a brand new one and everything is working and charging. Also looked at an attic fan that was not running. Checked for power going to attic fan and found that it was getting power but was still not turning on. Recommend changing the fan blades and motor to get everything up in running.

System is not cooling properly. Only 9 degrees delta T System is R-22 refrigerant and 19 years old Both capacitors are bad Gave option to get a new system quote. Homeowner approved to only replace the indoor capacitor, add a wet safety switch and add an ss1 safety switch. Work performed properly. Tested system, system is operating ok afterwards. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Installed new shower cartridge. Shower cartridge had failed and would not close. Screw for the shower handle was completely strip with no way to remove it. I cut the shower handle off to gain access to the cartridge. Customer is going to purchase and install the new handle. I have sent him the info for the replacement part as well as the information for the valve type.

No cool on the upstairs system. System is low on Freon and leaking at the suction line joint and in the evaporator coil, as well. Gave option for repair ( fix leaking, replace evaporator coil), but I don’t recommend any repair. System is 13 years old (furnace is new) , condenser fan motor is overamping (1.05 amps, and shouldn’t be higher than .95 amps, accordingly to the label), dual capacitor weak (reading 37 on a 40 microfarad) and compressor amperage is high (6.09 amps, and shouldn’t be higher than 9 amps ). Set a lead to quote upgrading the ac only, for Monday morning.

The homeowner had an actively leaking water heater in the basement. I provided quotes for replacing the unit, and we decided to install a new 50-gallon water heater. I also installed a brand new shut-off valve, an expansion tank, and a pan. Additionally, I replaced the single-wall piping with new double-wall piping. After completing the installation, I tested everything to ensure it was functioning properly.

No cool on the system located in the front of the house. System is low on Freon (410a), evaporator coil leaking, condenser coil is super dirty, blower wheel is dirty as well. Lots of biological growth inside the air duct cabinet.the breaker on the air handler is rusted and wires are burnt. No drain pan under the air handler and no type of flood protection. As of repair, we need to replace the evap coil and do a chemical wash on blower wheel and condenser. Replace breaker and install a drain pan with wet switch. Due to age 18 years old and condition of system I highly recommend to replace the system instead of spending money on repairs. Air quality in the house is poor and contaminated. Set a lead for a quote on new system for Monday morning. We should credit back customer $247 if customer get a new system.

Bring out a 16’ ladder and remove the ceiling fan and install a new customer supplied fixture. The pricing below is if no crystals are to be installed. After installation we installed the customer supplied light bulbs in the fixture and tested to ensure it is working. The customer is happy with the height and the result of the fixture. In the living room while we had the ladder in place we supplied and installed (5) new LED lamps set at 3000k per customer request for the recess lights. We adjusted the eyeball trim towards the painting per customers request. At the 3g switch box we supplied and installed (2) new decora dimmer to match the existing one and due to one failing. We did this at buy one get one free.

Cory came out and changed out the parts to my kitchen sink and side sprayer which the manufacturer had sent me. Apparently mineral build up and lack of frequent movement had caused the main spigot to freeze its position, which he corrected also. He was courteous, skilled, and helpful, and didn’t overcharge I would call TE Certified again.

1 System HomeCare - 2018 Goodman Cycled system through both heat and cool from thermostat, left new 1” filter with homeowner, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, flushed drain line, checked and tightened all electrical connections, and tested all major components and motors. Dual capacitor on outdoor unit had failed. Homeowner approved the option A estimate to replace this failed component. Complete rough in only for pot filler once contractor has removed tile in kitchen, as well as shelving units in pantry. Pot filler install will be quoted and completed separately, once remodel work has been completed. The technicians arrived and shut off the water. We went into the basement bathroom ceiling and tied in a 1/2 line with a shut off for the pot filler. Went into the 2nd floor and cut an access hole in the pantry and installed a drop ear for the new line. We capped off the line at the drop ear and turn on the water

To have internet upstairs the following work will need to be completed: From the AT&T Gateway located on the main floor, left corner of the home we will install a low voltage box and a new data entry plate. We will penetrate outside of the home and install (2) UV resistant Cat6 lines on the outside of the home to get into the attic. All lines will be secured to the home. Drop one of the Cat6 lines down behind the TV for the PlayStation and install a new low voltage box with a new Cat6 internet outlet. Drop the other Cat6 line down an interior wall in the bedroom for the desk and computer and install a low voltage box with a Cat6 internet outlet. We brought both the cables down and penetrated into the master bedroom and installed another low voltage box and a low voltage entry plate. I used my meter to test all connections and they passed. Upper level - 2013 Goodman equipment System not cooling due to age. The compressor windings are very weak and have caused the starting components for the compressor to fail. The start winding and the run winding are both far below manufacture parameters. I let the homeowner know I can replace the start components and most likely get the compressor to come back on, but we would not be able to warranty the, due to the condition of the compressor. The other repair option would be to replace the compressor itself. This system operates on the old R410a refrigerant that is currently being phased out. This option is rather expensive and not one I would recommend due to age and condition of the rest of the components. The fan motor is currently operating on the condenser but is over amping amping and running hot after a short period. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. System was low on refrigerant. Performed leak search with pro bubble and electronic leak detector and could not locate leak. I went over doing a nitrogen leak search and making a refrigerant circuit repair. At this time the homeowner opted for option A, the bandaid repair to get the system back up and cooling.
