Replaced pool panel and removed pool timer for constant power through pump. Customer said they will turn pump on and off

No cool on the main level system, due to a bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor and system works. Inspected system in heating and cooling and both zones. Filter is clean, drain line is clear. All zones and dampers are working properly. No other issue found at this visit. Recommend to do a chemical wash on the outside condenser and to install a blue tube uv light, to give better air quality to the house, and to prevent system to build up biological growth. Also, recommend to sign up for home care maintenance plan, and have both systems in the house taking care. Customer decline any other repair other than replace dual capacitor.

Customer had a faucet in the bathroom that they wanted reinstalled. They had a neighbor install a bathroom faucet a few weeks prior, but it was not functioning properly. I went ahead and removed and reinstalled the bathroom faucet. Once faucet was reinstalled I had tested the faucet to ensure proper functioning.

Install a new 60 amp circuit and conduit from breaker box to car charger at front of building.

Completed HC Inspections Main Lacking IAQ. AC may need to be cleaned next season. Equipment is otherwise heating and cooling well at this time. Upstairs Dual capacitor low, compressor is low, OFM has a slight rattle and equipment lacks IAQ .

Hook up pool heater

Performed spring maintenance on whole home system. checked blower wheel for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensor, cleared inducer port, tested hot surface igniter, took delta Ts, cleared drain line, tested safety switch, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, checked refrigerant pressures, and monitored systems operations.

Cut tile on wall in women’s restroom to access vertical stack, will install Cleanout, after Cleanout is installed we will use hydrojet in attempt to clear blockage, after blockage is cleared we will camera scope line to ensure main line is cleared and there’s no obstruction present. TE certified will not be responsible for repair of sheet rock and or tile, customer will install access panel for future access If additional scope of work is needed, will discuss with customer after line has been scoped. Installation: We cut the tile in the women’s restroom behind the toilet, exposing the 4 inch stack. We then installed a 4 inch clean out so that our Hydro jet equipment could clear the main line blockage. Tested everything thoroughly and ensuring proper flow was restored. Cleaned up work area. Camera tech will be returning to further inspect the line.

For today’s visit came out to inspect temperature fluctuations in the master bathroom shower, and also to inspect the tub shoe on the freestanding tub. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me to the shower, and after testing it found that it was working properly and not fluctuating in temperature. Homeowner gave me more intel that it’s only in the morning that it goes from warm to cold for approximately 30 to 40 seconds and then it goes to hot and stays hot and does not have any issues after. Advised homeowner that if it was due to the water heater giving issues or if it was the cartridge that it would be a constant fluctuation of temperature. Currently would recommend leaving it as is due to it working properly after testing. Homeowner wanted me to inspect the pop-up assembly and a tub spout in the hallway bathroom. Gave the homeowner options for replacement of the tub spout bundled with replacing the faucet, since the new faucets come with new pop-up assembly’s. Homeowner agreed and wo

Replaced breaker that failed after lightning strike

We installed the circuit for the sauna in the basement. We also added lights inside the sauna, with a smart switch. We installed three safety breakers for the lights in the sauna, the sauna itself, and for the outlet we installed in the master closet

Troubleshoot outage in the family room which led to replacement of all eight outlets in the room due to burnt and overheated connections.

Pull commercial toilet to camera drain line in order to find blockage location in slab, will make repair on flange that is broken. Will also cut into vent pipe above bathroom to gain access for the toilets are installed on a double wye, and camera just comes right back up in men’s toilet.

Ac coil

No cool for the upstairs system, due to a bad compressor. Also, contactor is pitted and outside condenser very dirty. Compressor need to be replace , in order to do a complete diagnostic. Other issues may have happens, since compressor is the most important part of the ac system. I signed up customer for home care and did inspection on the min level system, as well. Found outside condenser very dirty and contactor pitted. Sent estimates for potential repair for the upstairs system (not recommend), and set a lead to quote upgrading for the same system, for today. Did a chemical wash on the main level system. System I working properly in heating and cooling mode.

Repaired neutrals and did a trouble shoot

2 system Homecare completed. Main floor system is Rheem installed 2025. Second floor is Rheem from 2018. Flushed and pumped drain lines. Checked and changed filters. Checked capacitors. Checked refrigerant. Outdoor coil for second floor was very dirty. Second floor blower wheels is dirty. Spoke with homeowner before he had to leave and he bought for today the condenser coil cleaning to get that in good shape. We ran 2 circuits 320+ feet in emt across the warehouse to a hoist that was on a circuit with several fans causing it to nuisance trip and also and new 240 circuit with a so cord drop for a coiler. We also installed a back to back outlet as a courtesy.

LM to schedule repairs- MB 4/13 blower assembly, clean evaporator coil, do a deep scale, cleaning inside furnace

Customer had electrician come out and noticed some water in a light fixture. There is a bathroom right above the light so I ran water in all the fixtures above to see if I could mimic the leak. Was not able to mimic a leak. Did notice the toilet was not caulked. Caulked the toilet and couple other spots on the tub. Told the customer to keep an eye on it if we need to come back we will.
