First I received a call asking if my tech could arrive early. That was great for me. He was friendly and very informative. I appreciate his excellent service!

Removed existing gate valve on main water line and replaced with new full-port ball valve for improved reliability and shutoff control. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!

Buck/boost step-down transformer added to Daikin fit. Voltage monitor also added to Daikin Fit. AG3000 added to upstairs system. Daikin fit control board replaced under warranty. Tested system to verify operation. Home Care also completed. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Today I installed two APCO-X units and three iWAVE air purifiers, along with completing the requested cleanings. After testing my work, I confirmed the systems are operating properly and performing well. Looking ahead, I understand you will be installing another HVAC system. I have also sent over additional estimate in case you would like for me to return in the future to install two more APCO-X units.
Met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed us inside and to the main level half bathroom. Customer states there is a leak behind the pedestal sink. Customer also showed us upstairs to the master bathroom and stated the left side sink is draining slowly and shower needs to be cleared out. We confirmed the leak is coming from the pop up assembly for the pedestal sink and the pop up will need to be replaced. Presented customer with options to clear drains and replace pop up assembly. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Informed customer prior to working on pedestal that due to how close the mirror is to the sink top we were unable to cut the caulking properly for the sink top which can cause some minor paint damage when pulling the sink from the wall. We tried removing the mirror as well but it was stuck to the wall with adhesive of some kind. Customer understands and we proceeded to remove the hangers and pull the sink and
$59 System Inspection Checked Heating and Cooling. 2015 Carrier System. Found multiple cracks in Heat Exchanger. Found biological growth in supply plenum. Checked refrigerant levels and outdoor electrical. Checked furnace safety devices and gas pressures. Gas pressure was very high. I adjusted it back to spec. This is likely the cause of Heat Exchanger failure. Blower motor has oil leaking from it as well. Gave customer multiple options. She would like time to budget for replacement or repairs. I did verify no CO was present in the house while running the Furnace. Advised customer not to wait another season before replacement.
Troubleshoot electrical issue and install new bath fan from scratch.
For this job, I went ahead and replaced dual water heaters and also the PRV. Also replace shower cartridge on the upstairs as a courtesy. Went ahead and checked for leaks super cleaned up area
During our visit, the customer showed me to a spot on the ceiling where there appeared to be a leak. I spoke with the customer about needing to complete a troubleshoot. The customer approved the estimate for completing the troubleshoot/drywall. The stained section on the drywall was removed. I was unable to locate anything leaking. I ran every fixture in the master bathroom and even filled the bath tub up. No leaks were located. The customer mentioned she noticed the wet spot after the storm. Maybe water is coming from the outdoors.
Install 3.5ton variable speed system including outdoor heat pump and air handler Mastic seal equipment connections Re use and re install existing apco x and uv light Install and level new outdoor pad Flush clean and pressure check existing Lineset Install new daikin touch thermostat with backplate System start up
Completed homecare visit today on 2 gas split systems and 3 package units. Inspected ductwork, filter, flushed drain line and tested heating operation. Checked gas pressures and adjusted to manufacture specifications. Tested electrical components, took amp draws and verified system operation from thermostat. Inspected outdoor unit electrical, refrigerant levels and checked condenser coil overall condition. Split systems are fully operational at time of service. Package units had the disconnect boxes off. The gas line was fully operational of air and needed to be bled to each gas package unit. Unit #3 has a defective gas valve that will not engage. The common low voltage wire was broken off at the spade connector to gas valve. Given outdoor temperature of 38° was only able to get standing refrigerating pressures. Unit #5 has a failed heat exchanger and left gas off. All 3 package units have dirty condenser coils with some having rows of fins flattened down. All 3 units use A61 belts and
Arrived on site and customer stated , he had a Moen flow shut off device installed in the basement by another plumber. He installed the device because his insurance company recommended installing a safety shut off valve for the whole home. When insurance company reached out for the plumber’s information after it was installed, they found that the plumber was not a licensed company, and they wanted to have the device inspected to make sure there was no issues. I found that device was plugged in and operational and customer had device hooked up onto his phone. Moen flow device is in working condition.
For this job, we replaced an outlet in the living room, replaced a ceiling fan in the living room, and replaced a light in the stairwell with a fandelier.
Troubleshoot why the microwave lost power suddenly.
We replaced a bad dual function breaker. Breaker is holding.
Upon arrival spoke with the customer about a leaking kitchen faucet in the yard as well as changing her pressure reducing valve and shut off valve that was spraying for the side hose bib. Dug up the area where leak detection flagged and found a 3/4 hdpe line that was leaking at the coupling from where the line was bored under the driveway when the home was built. Cut out section of piping and installed new section with stainless steel couplings. Back filled area to rough grade. Turned water back on and observed meter. No spinning or leaking was observed. Removed existing Prv and shut off and replaced. Insulated water lines and added valve tags. Water pressure was set to 60 psi.
During our visit, the customer mentioned she has been noticing water pooling up on the back patio. After running water from the upstairs bathroom, I noticed water dripping from the exterior wall. Considering the location of the pipe, we had to do a leak search from the exterior wall. After removing the siding we could see the wall was completely rotted out with mold. I finally located two holes in 3” pvc drain stack that is in the wall. Appears that someone previously drilled two holes in the pipe and used silicone to repair it. A small section of the pipe was cut out and replaced. After the drain repair was complete, we tested water pressure which read. 110 psi. The customer agreed to have us go ahead and replace the Prv. A new dual chamber pressure reducing valve was installed along with a new main shutoff valve. These repairs were tested for leaks after completion.
Excellent service
I was called out to Terry’s house to replace the zone board, dampers, install a bypass, DATS, coil safety, and wet switch. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Annual Inspection of 1 HVAC System Checked Heating and Cooling. Customer changes own filter. Checked water safety and flushed drain line. Checked refrigerant levels in first and second stage. Checked heat strips and outdoor electrical. Offered HomeCare Blower is dirty and needs cleaned. Outdoor disconnect could use upgrading.
Today we performed a troubleshoot on a tripping gfci circuit, separated neutrals in the main and sub panels, moved two circuits from the sub panel to the main panel, and replaced a customer supplied gfci outlet.
I was called out to Terry’s house for a cooling issue. Terry let me know the zoning seems to be having issues with the dampers not opening and closing properly. During the thorough evaluation we discovered the furnace is from 2009 and the ac is from 2012 making them past normal life expectancy, the zone board has significant visible heat stress, there isn’t any flood protection, the plenums are duct board and are dirty, the ductwork is undersized for the system, the inducer is rusting through its seal, the ac is missing its locking caps and its disconnect, and the heat exchanger is in poor condition meaning it may fail in the near future making it unsafe to use for heat. Due to the advanced age, cost of potential repairs, and lack of warranty replacement is a viable option to update the system to today’s standards.
Arrived for no cooling. Zoned system in attic was freezing Lineset out to condenser. System is low on R-454B leaking around schrader valve for suction line. Inspected furnace heat exchanger, ductwork, zoning system and electrical. Supply and return do not have enough ductwork for 4 ton system. Both supply and return are almost a ton short on airflow. 90% furnace has a failed primary heat exchanger as seen in images. Parts of the heat exchanger have fallen off and show signs of holding to much heat. Low levels of carbon monoxide were detected after checking gas pressures and testing furnace operation. Honeywell zone board has light flashing on purge indicating failed Discharge Air Temperature Sensor. Also recommended installing proper flood protection on attic system. Recommended having install supervisor quote furnace replacement in addition to correcting ductwork. Informed homeowner of findings and recommendations.
Camera inspection from front existing clean out
Arrived for no cooling. Inspected zoned Carrier system in attic. Zone board is missing D.A.T.S., Discharge air temperature sensor. Attic system does not adequate flood protection, only has a pan switch installed. Zoned system does not have an by-pass damper and is recommended by Honeywell. Inspected condenser electrical and refrigerant levels. Condenser coil is dirty and recommended cleaning. The 45/5mf dual capacitor has failed and needs replacing to get cooling running. Informed homeowner of issues found and presented estimates for repairs. Replaced dual capacitor it given temperature was in the low 40’s and could not accurately read refrigerant pressures. Recommend scheduling condenser coil cleaning for a warmer day. Emailed estimates and today’s invoice to Viraj as his mother was the only person on site today.
Brian was very professional and got the job done in no time.
Our 50 gallon hot water heater busted and flooded most of our basement. Ben from TE Certified was at our door within an hour of calling the company. He was very professional and gave us three options for replacing our hot water heater. We had a few quotes and Ben’s was right in line with the other estimates. He replaced our hot water heater in a few hours and removed our old one for 2400.00. It has a 10 year warranty. Ben left the job site very clean and he did a great job. I highly recommend TE certified and Ben. This is the 2nd time we have used this company. They previously repaired a leak.
