Costumer called us to take a look on a toilet with a bad flapper, so we replaced the toilet with a high line arc, tested for leaks!

Removed old toilet and installed a new customer provided Toto Washlet unit, also with a new customer provided Toto Bidet seat. Toilet emergency water stop valve was also replaced. Toilet was set in place, also with a new wax seal, toilet bolts and a new steel braided supply line. All work completed was checked, and toilet was flushed, several times to test for leaks and proper functionality. Homeowner called us out to replace the dishwasher water stop. After assessing their plumbing system, we found that the pressure in the home would fluctuate and drop when multiple fixtures are ran at once. Replaced PRV, main shutoff, and dishwasher shutoff. Pressure set to 65 psi. Tested and checked for leaks.

Cutout water damaged drywall, secure existing surrounding drywall, stud opening, install new drywall, tape seams, multiple coats compound joint, sand spot prime repair, one coat paint repaired area only(feathered). Homeowner provided existing matching paint.

Customer noticed a water leak in the kitchen ceiling coming from the guest bathroom above. Recommended to customer to open up the ceiling in order to locate leak. Upon inspection also discovered that the incoming water pressure is 160 psi indicating the pressure reducing valve would need to be replaced in order to get the house on safe water pressure. Would recommend removing section of leaking pipe and installing a new shut off and pipe to get leaking to stop. In addition would also recommend replacing the pressure reducing valve. Recommended to customer as well to get a mitigation company to come out and assess the water damage that has occurred due to the presence of mold and water damage. Gave customer options to repair the pipe and replace pressure reducing valve.

Expansion tank was leak at 3/4” brass 90. Tank was installed using threaded Brad fittings and nipples. Replaced expansion tank and installed it on a wall mounted bracket. Removed the flex hose and hard piped the cold inlet with a new ball valve.

Customer recently had thermal expansion tank replaced. T&P was dripping inconsistently. Replaced it with a new one. Tested work and everything looks good at this time. Thanks for choosing TE Certified

Today Lauren has called us out here to take a look at two showers in the home that don’t produce hot water, but Luke warm water. Advice to Lauren that most likely the cartridges inside both of the shower valves are no longer functioning correctly and allowing too much cold water to mix. I suggest that we replace both the cartridges and I should take care of the issue. I also highly recommended to replace the PRV that is no longer keeping code compliance of 40 to 80 psi. The pressure was sitting at a stagnant 130 psi. Lauren is aware and agrees to replace the PRV and the shower cartridges. Swapped out both cartridges and the primary bathroom and guest bathroom. Removed old PRV and installed a new one with a new ball valve and a tag marked on the handle for emergency cut off. Turn water back on and tested work for functionality and setting the pressure to 65 psi. Found no issues with the work that was done today and performed a walk-through with Lauren of the work that was done.

For this job, the customer just bought the house , and the inspector stated that they needed a new water heater. The customer provided a 40 gallon natural gas water heater for us to install. The one they got had a couple of dents in it we made the homeowner aware before installing unit. We brought unit up to code, and we performed work tested everything, and cleaned up. Today I came out and replaced a GFCI outlet in the garage. I also performed a troubleshoot on the fireplace in the living room. After replacing the GFCI in the garage, it was still tripping. To alleviate the tripping issue, I had to perform additional repairs to the circuit.

Remove and replace faulty switch

For this job, the customer showed us to main issues one was the guest bathroom lav faucet had a slow drip only on the cold side, and a leak under the kitchen sink, and a slow draining sink. The customer also wanted the disposal replaced to be proactive. The customer opted to go with option two, which replaced the disposal, lav faucet, and replacing the drain under the kitchen sink. Still recommended having a drain tech to come out to take a look at the drain under slab for kitchen. We performed work, and tested everything. Once complete we cleaned up. Replace Bathfan in bathroom on main floor, replace light in bathroom and kitchen

We did a troubleshoot to find out why the disposal was tripping the breaker. Breaker would not reset. We replaced the breaker. The breaker was a gen 2 dual function. I called Eaton and they agreed to send him six breakers.

Homeowner is in the process of getting the house ready for sale. When they arrived today the ceiling in the kitchen had collapsed due to a pinhole on the copper pipe. During the walkthrough the water pressure was tested and found to be over 100psi. The thermal expansion tank had failed as well and needed to be replaced. The homeowner did not know the location of the main valve and pressure regulator. I was able to locate this in the basement and had to access by removing drywall. New 1/4 turn main valve and pressure regulator were installed in the ceiling. An access panel was installed where I opened up the ceiling. The expansion tank was replaced with the new one being mounted on a bracket. New copper pipe was installed to the expansion tank. The section of copper that had a pinhole was removed and replaced. Pressurized the system and verified repairs.

Replacement blower motor . Replaced blower motor. Tested operation of heating. Working properly now .

No heat on a one system, two zones. Turned both thermostats on heat , but only fan worked. Both thermostats were calling for heat, at the zone board, but no power going into the furnace board. Losing power inside the zoning board. Zone board is bad and needs to be replaced. Customer wanted to have zone board disconnected and have only the main level thermostat controlling the entire house. I connected main level thermostat straight to the furnace board and tested system multiple times, bypassing the zone board. Tested system multiple times, in heating and cooling mode with no issue.

Finish split job of getting power to garage

For this job, I worked on replacing a 40 gallon water heater with a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater. Went ahead and dispose of old heater and put in a 50 gallon gas up to code.

Not heating service call. The blower motor has bad bearings and is locking up . There is also wear on the heat exchanger but no cracks .

Jason called us out today because the front outlet was not working for Christmas lights. Upon troubleshooting, I noticed that the GFI was not wired correctly. It was also indoor rated outlet. Jason went with my recommendation to replace it.

For this job, we replaced an outdoor outlet and added another outlet to the circuit. We also fixed a damaged conduit.
