Found leak under kitchen sink from faucet. Checked pressure and found it was 125 psi. Replaced Prv, lines to sink, and cs faucet. Used new fittings and pex/copper. Hooked up new faucet and tested for leaks.
Only System - Not cooling System not cooling due to a failed/weak dual power fsactor enhancer on the outdoor unit. This dual cap was rated for 45-5 with a 6% tolerance, 45mfd for compressor and 5mfd for the condenser fan motor. The component was 22% weak on the compressor side and 97% weak on the fan side. I recommended replacing this component and also getting on our maintenance plan to prevent any other breakdowns and prolong equipment life. The homeowner approved this estimate and I completed work today. The system is now operating properly making a 21° temperature split and working to its best ability given the age and application. This system is single-stage, builder-grade equipment and is not designed to support a zoned application. Installing zoning on this type of system can lead to improper operation, increased wear, and premature equipment failure. Zoning systems are best suited for equipment with fully variable-speed or modulating capabilities, which can adjust output to ma
Today I came out for a breaker-tripping call. When I first arrived, the system was operating normally and the breaker was not tripping. I checked the amperage on the compressor, condenser fan motor, and indoor blower motor. Everything was operating within range at that time. The only concern I initially found was a higher-than-normal starting amp draw on the compressor. A high starting amp draw can put additional strain on the compressor and electrical components. I sent the customer a quote for a kick-start kit, which can provide additional starting torque and help reduce stress on the compressor during startup. The customer also had heavily impacted black filters. Restricted filters reduce airflow and can make the system run longer, overheat, or freeze up, placing additional strain on the equipment. The customer stated that the system had not tripped since replacing the filters. While I was sitting in my truck completing the report, the customer came back outside and informed me th
No Cool Failed outdoor capacitor caused the system to not cool. Condenser coil is severely impacted with buildup, which is likely responsible for the capacitor failing. The furnace is 21 years old and has outlived this life expectancy also has no warranty. The indoor unit is installed with no drain pan nor water safeties. Due to the age of the furnace it may be a good idea to be proactive. I’m looking into options to replace before the equipment breaks down unexpectedly. The equipment is cooling acceptably at this time, although the pressures are high due to the dirty condenser coil. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
He was friendly, knowledgeable & speedy.
In the basement the customer has a washer and dryer and the breaker for the washing machine would trip intermittently. The washer circuit is located in the sub-panel, breaker #5 which is a 20 amp CH duel function breaker. Upon arrival the breaker was in the tripped state and after pressing and holding the test button it flashed 6 times indicating the safety feature have failed. This breaker is an older generation style plug on type. I removed the existing breaker and supplied and installed a newer generation style, dual function breaker after installing the breaker. I proceeded to hit the test button to ensure the safety feature is working and as an additional courtesy, I went to the washing machine, unplugged it, and checked the connections on the device to ensure that everything looked good I turned the breaker back on, went over the washing machine and hit the power button in the washing machine came back on. The homeowner informed me the basement had been done a couple years ago

I met the inspector and passed the final inspection. I also added a front porch outlet and a bath fan in the master with a new switch and vent.
Fixed my immediate issues, and provided bids on two additional projects on the spot. Love their estimating software.
Today we came out because the homeowner had a breaker that would not stop tripping. After performing troubleshoot, I found that there is a bad ceiling fan, causing the breaker to keep tripping the breaker. We will return once the customer has bought a ceiling fan to install the new ceiling fan. Today we left the ceiling fan capped off, so no power will be going to it. We also talked about the garage lights that would not turn on. The lights were installed on a dimmer and turn on the light you had to press and hold on button.
Customer had leak at per sharkbite fitting in garage ceiling. Cut out single length of pipe with 2 shark bites. Replaced with pex. Discovered house pressure to be 90 psi. Installed new Watts 3/4 PRV and set pressure to 65 psi. Leak tested all work and left site very clean. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
System has gone through three compressors in the last two years Found the reason to be the evaporator coil has a restriction somewhere in it so there is liquid running through the compressor, which is never supposed to Therefore, that affects the lifespan of the compressor I did try to see if I could blow the restriction out of the line with nitrogen, but did not work After compressor replacement price and evaporator coil pricing, homeowner has decided to have project manager come out on Thursday to get quotes for new equipment
I met with the owner on site. Due to limited access to the angle stop behind the toilet, I shut off the water to the home and drained the system. I removed nd replaced the fill valve and flush valve. Turned the water back on, tested and found no leaks or errors. She also mentioned the front hose Bibb never having water and the rear hose Bibb having low pressure. For the front, I found an isolation valve in the upstairs hall bathroom vanity. Opened the valve, tested and confirmed flow. Both hose Bibbs tested at 40 psi, indicating that the PRV is failing and supplying low water pressure to the whole home. I advised replacement, and provided an estimate to do so. I could not find an isolation valve for the rear hose Bibb. Toilet rebuild. Shut off water supply, remove water from tank and bowl, disconnect supply line from tank, remove old bolts, pull the tank from the bowl, remove the gasket, disassemble the flush tower, remove the fill valve, install washers on tank to bowl connections,
Provided thorough home care plumbing inspection. Repaired leaking drain in hall bathroom. Installed ice maker line in basement under kitchenette sink. Replaced lid on sewage ejector can and installed new quiet check valve combo. Connected fridge water line in main kitchen. Provided quotes for new water heaters with multiple options and quote for a halo 5. Customer has slightly high pressure and is aware. They have a new TE installed PRV that works properly. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Replace bad, dual capacitor on the outdoor unit. Recommended condenser coil cleaning and flood protection on today’s visit. Customer advised that she will speak with her husband and get back with us. The equipment is cooling acceptably at this time. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Jeffrey and Tyler were great to work with! They fully explained the cause of problems we were having and the best way to repair it. A complete estimate of the cost was given to us prior to beginning the work, and they completed job the same day. We have used TE Certified for numerous projects over the years and have been satisfied with the results. Very professional company with great employees!
After a long and honestly horrific experience with another company on a brand-new HVAC installation, we called TE Certified, and it was absolutely the best decision we could have made. There were two things that were extremely important to us when choosing another company: 1) we wanted a company that was not backed by private equity, and 2) we knew we wanted a Daikin FIT system. TE Certified sent Abdull out to take a look at our home, and from the beginning, the experience was completely different. He took his time, listened to every concern we had, and actually addressed the issues we were worried about. Because of our previous experience, we stressed how important the quality of the installation was to us. We know that even the best HVAC equipment is only as good as the installation. Abdull understood that and walked us through TE Certifieds entire process, which immediately gave us more confidence. Our installation was originally scheduled about a week out, but the brand-new system the previous company had installed was freezing over and we were continuing to have major problems. I called TE Certified in tears because we were so overwhelmed with the situation. They went above and beyond and were able to move our installation date up. On installation day, Austin arrived with three helpers, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Austin was phenomenal. They carefully draped and protected our floors, and everyone was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They also had the unfortunate job of removing the previous installation that another company had messed up, and they never complained or made us feel like it was an inconvenience. They took their time, were incredibly thorough, and never once made us feel like they were rushing through the project just to get to the next job. Abdull even came by throughout the installation to check on everything and make sure the job was going the way it should. After everything we had been through, that level of care meant more to us than they probably realize. Our Daikin FIT system is now incredibly quiet, cooling our home properly, and working the way a brand-new HVAC system should. Most importantly, TE Certified gave us something we had completely lost during this processpeace of mind. Calling TE Certified was definitely the best decision we made. We will absolutely recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you to Austin, Abdull, the entire installation crew, and everyone at TE Certified for being so awesome and for turning an awful situation into such a positive experience!
Laura, thank you for the thoughtful review and for trusting TE Certified after such a difficult experience. We are thrilled that Abdull, Austin, and the crew delivered the care and installation quality you expected. It means a lot to hear your Daikin FIT is quiet and cooling properly. Your peace of mind is exactly what we strive for. We appreciate your recommendation and the time you took to share this.

Ulises Davin Austin. Its seems very difficult to find true professional contractors these days and it is a breath of fresh air to experience the service provided by TE. From Ulises initial review of our systems, then Davin and his teammates assistance spending a lot of time in a hot attic crunching numbers paving way for the closer Austin and team to install a new system with precision. Thank you all and Austin for the final detailed walkthrough. Home was very comfortable last night and this morning so system is functioning as promised.

Andrew took great care in diagnosing the problem. He was methodical and logical with ruling things in and out with testing to ensure the root cause was identified and not simply addressing a symptom. He presented resolution options across the price range with zero pressure. He was professional, courteous and easy to relate to. Once the option was approved he was able to begin work that afternoon and then returned the next day with Jared to finish the job, as it was a sizable amount of work. Thanks to both of them for their skills!

My service today was performed by Nate T, who was awesome in every way that you could hope an electrician could be. He was kind, friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really felt like I was getting the best service that I could for the situation I was in. Nate was quick and efficient, and clearly very competent to evaluate the issues I was having with a particular power receptacle.
Benjamin quickly diagnosed and solved the thermostat not working issue after he remounted it due to it being removed for a remodel project. A blown circuit inside the unit was replaced and the unit is working well. Thank you.
