The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Checked filter, needs to be replaced soon. Bad capacitor and dirty coils. Dirty drain and lose male fittings on drain. Could leak water. Furnaces have rusted out heat exchangers, very dangerous. Install manager coming out tomorrow. Best to replace 1992 equipment and join home care to keep systems maintained.

For this job, we completed a troubleshoot for a home with intermittent power loss. After inspecting the homes electrical system, we have determined that this is a power company issue. We were getting voltage fluctuations from the line side of the meter. We called the power company and they are sending out a lineman to inspect the situation.

Complete the following work: From the gateway located in the downstairs office install a new Cat6 outdoor rated wire up the side of the home and back down into the up back left bedroom closet. We will attempt to run a glow rod down the wall to run the wire inside the walls if not we will run it on the outside of the home. Set the customer supplied switch at that location and install a new location receptacle to power the switch. From that location we will install Cat6 drops in all (4) bedrooms and (1) in the hallway for a AP. From the gate way install a Cat6 cable on the exterior of the home over the bottom bedroom on the right. We will install low voltage boxes, plates and make all the terminations required. After terminating we will test all locations. **Install Cat6 line for TV free of charge** We tested very low voltage outlet to ensure everything passed. We hooked up the customer supplied switch in the upstairs left closet as well.

Client has a sewage ejector pump that was put in about two years ago and is not functioning properly. Client would like us to take a look and inspect the condition of the pump. Removed canister lid and pulled pump out of the basin. Upon inspection of the pump had abundant amounts of hair wrapping around the float switch of the pump which was the result of the pump not discharging. The float needs to have flexible ability in basin to lift up when water is filling up in the basin for it order to work properly for the pump to discharge the waste. Removed excess of hair and cleaned the pump. Set pump back into the basin and connected back to the drain system. Advised client that the pump they have now is a Home Depot brand that is of not high quality and recommended replace it with a liberty pump that would last longer and perform better. Client would like to keep the pump that is there now since it is still working and only less than 2 years old. Also flushed the tankless water heater in
