Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, I ran a new circuit for an induction cook top. I ran a 30 amp circuit from main panel to kitchen. I also installed two tandem breakers to make room in the panel.
No Heat/Cool - Upstairs Trane equipment, system nit heating for multiple reasons. The heat exchanger is cracked in a few places. The high limit is burnt, and the main transformer is fried “failed”. The blower motor is seeping oil at main seal and the blower wheel is impacted with debris. The system also lacks a wet switch, coil flood protection switch, and the gas line is not up to code. The drip legs is not up to code and allowing sediment to flow into the gas valve. After going over the issues and condition of the equipment the homeowner requested we send out an install supervisor to go over updating equipment, I set this appointment up with dispatch for today 3-6pm. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!
Andrew & Dominique did an excellent job. They were very informative & told us things we were not aware of. Thank them again for their service.
No heat thermostat issue main floor. Found dead batteries in thermostat. Customer agreed to $29 special for furnace inspection given age. Found dirty blower wheel, weak run capacitor, heat exchanger has signs of wear, minimal flood protection and slightly high amp draw on inducer motor. Quoted repairs and spoke about Homecare. Customer to review options and make decisions.
Called out originally to diagnose a leak in the garage ceiling. Found that on the garage ceiling, relative to the master bathroom shower upstairs, there was a residue of a leak at some point that currently was not leaking. After running the shower and vanities in said location found that neither were leaking when running. Homeowner states that when they filled the tub and drained it from a different bathroom that that is when the leak would occur. Fill the tub to test, held water in tub for approximately 30 minutes and no leak occurred. When speaking to the homeowner in the garage, approximately 20 minutes after shutting off all sources of water, the leak started to happen in the garage ceiling. Since the leak started when no fixtures were running, began by only running single fixtures and waiting to see if the leak would reappear. Ran the shower in the master bathroom for approximately 30 minutes and no leak occurred, but after approximately 15 to 20 minutes after shutting off the sho
Jeff called us out to his home because his kitchen outlets were not working. Upon doing a troubleshoot, I found that it was a bad GFI outlet not sending out power. Jeff went with my recommendation and did a redevice on the kitchen counter top circuit.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Homeowner had issue with garbage disposal. Due to previous issues I recommended replacing. Homeowner had new unit which we replaced it with. Tested and verified proper operation. Due to the age of the water heater and high water pressure we are scheduling to replace next week.
In the dinning room and kitchen there has been issues with pets with outlets, in the dinning room the outlets have failed due to this issue- I recommend a full replacement of outlets in room
Install GFCI breaker to control new standard outlets in bathrooms
For this job, I replaced a transformer
The customer was having an issue with one of the wall packs in the back of the building. If looking at the roll up door the fixture is located on the left along with a photo cell. We preformed some troubleshooting and found the photocell switch leg to have signs of over heating on the contactor. I dropped the light down to check if the lamp was secure to the socket and it was and I also checked the taps. At the photo cell when wrapping tape on it to simulate night time the contactor was having a hard time closing the circuits. We advised the owner to have the contactor and the photocell replaced and we did. After installing we tested the new photo cell and the lights closed and are working. -Other Issues Found- Inside the panel I noticed that a 1 1/4” pvc pipe is coming down from the top right and it is missing a proper fitting and (2) 14/2 NM-B cables are inside the pipe and laying on stamped/cut metal of the enclosure. The wires are landed on circuits #3 and #21 on 20 amp breakers.
Cut open wall define leak coming from CPVC. Remove section of damage pipe and replaced with pex. Checked and tested for leaks.
Replaced outlet and rewired the miswired switch
Neat, fast and efficient installment of kitchen faucet
Knowledgeable and thorough
Excellent service
Troubleshoot switches not working. Repair dryer circuit.
Repair dryer circuit
Homeowner has a punch list of replacement outlets, from down stairs living room to each bedroom, this option is the basic option of getting the customer wants complete This option is to install a dedicated 20 amp circuit in garage for shop power, this outlet will be gfi protected from panel and supply an sufficient power for power tools With my visit here today I have a few recommendations I noticed while working through home, we replaced a few older outlets so outlets seem to be pretty well updated throughout home with lots of electrical equipment plugged in for this reason I recommend a whole home surge protector and the added bonus of labeling panel, panel was replaced recently but was not labeled
Install customer supplied touchless faucet. Performed work as per estimate
Customer had a pinhole in water service line right outside foundation penetration. Pinhole appeared to be caused be drastic curve of pipe that was bent and forced through the foundation penetration. Cut service line on each side on fountain. Chipped concrete away on both sides of penetration. Removed section of pipe and connected new section with a 90 fitting outside the penetration to address angle service line was installed at foundation. Turned water back on and tested. No leaks found. Sealed both inside and outside penetration with hydraulic cement as well of tar. Thank you for choosing TE Certified
For this job, I replaced two outdoor outlets that went bad and replaced a bad switch.
Replaced cpvc ball valves with new per ball valves for hose bibs. Replaced faucet upstairs. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
For this job, I did a leak troubleshoot for the homeowner. I discovered that when isolated between the home and the shut off in the basement, the meter did not spin and did not change numbers whatsoever. I observed this for over an hour with no change that I opened the shut off in the basement to Test to see if the meter was functioning properly so I opened the faucet check the meter. Everything worked fine. I isolated the sprinkler system/irrigation system/there was no change. There was no leak. The homeowner has had no change in their water bill.
Replace failed breaker Replace bad breaker for bathroom in main panel
Homeowner had TE replace the kitchen faucet that we had replaced on the previous visit. The faucet installed on the previous visit was done as a courtesy and was done at no charge to homeowner. We tested everything and found everything functioning properly. The drain is operating properly.
Was so pleased with the service and those that delivered it. They called to let me know they were on the way and walked me through everything they found. Thanks for getting us back up and warming!

For this job I came out for a leak in the ceiling, angle stop was leaking had to cut out angle stop and send new piece of pipe up and replace the angle stop. Tested for leaks and conducted a super clean up.
Draft inducer motor running non stop, even with thermostat off. Inspected system. Customer replaced circuit board and connected draft inducer motor on the wrong spot, at the board , and it was sending 120v all the time, to the draft inducer motor. I connected motor to the right place , on the board, and system worked normally. Tested system in heating and cooling, from the thermostat l heating is working properly, but blower motor won’t work when it’s in cool mode. Circuit board not sending power to the motor, on cool mode. Need to replace the circuit board, in order to to a full diagnostic. Also, heat exchanger has some heavy hot spots and it’s compromised (didn’t find any crack at this time, but it can occur anytime) and there is no flood protection device installed. System is over 10 years and has some issues and compromised heat exchanger. No label on the furnace to find out model and serial number. Also, ac works with r22 (Freon) that has been phased out since January 2020. Sent e

Ricky was very professional and concise in the performance of his duty here. Great tech.
We originally called for a quote. We were very impressed with the professionalism as well as the price quoted, that we approved them for the job. David & Dylan got the materials and went to work. All work, plus extras, were completed in the same day. They did an excellent job of installing, but they also cleaned up everything behind them. We are extremely pleased with their level of knowledge and experience. We will definitely recommend T&E to all our family and friends.
Brandon and his team were great! Very personable and professional. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!!
Kyle and Bronco didn’t try to rush the service done on my house. They listened to the issue, troubleshooted the situation, and found a solution. They were able to fix the problem and took the time to show and explain to me what the issue was and they were going to do to fix it. Could not ask for better service!
Excellent Service
Vincent arrived at the agreed-upon time and provided the excellent service my wife and I have come to rely upon from TECertified Pluming over the years, all in an exemplary manner. He reinforces the reason we will continue to call upon them for our next plumbing needs.
From the initial phone call thru the service we were very pleased.
Very professional and a very nice guy. It was not a cheap day, but I believe that his work speaks for itself and his professionalism. I’m happy that he was the technician that I got.
Steven resolved the electrical issue and made smart recommendations relative to the A/C system. All is well. Thank you.
Awesome service
Did an excellent job
Austin was very friendly and professional! He did the job quickly and efficiently.
Cory came out and changed out the parts to my kitchen sink and side sprayer which the manufacturer had sent me. Apparently mineral build up and lack of frequent movement had caused the main spigot to freeze its position, which he corrected also. He was courteous, skilled, and helpful, and didn’t overcharge I would call TE Certified again.
Devin was efficient and courteous!
Our recent encounter with James for an electric project here at our house was as it has always been, professional, intelligent, and done in a timely matter! These guys are really just awesome at their jobs and we really appreciate them all! We recommend TE electric to everybody we know, honestly! Greg and Rosie Irwin
Cole was very professional and very well mannered. We would be lucky to have him come by again if the need were to arise.
