We also sleeved the repair once complete. We then backfilled the hole with concrete to a level where self leveling can be put down and then flooring. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Customers, garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom of it.Anytime the water was being ran. I gave them several options on how to move forward on replacing the garbage disposal. They opted to do a like for like, swap, with a half horsepower badger, five. I replaced disposal by uninstalling the old one and removing the old collar and installing a new collar, then hooked up the power to the garbage disposal. And then install the disposal to the new collar and tightened it down to the existing plumbing. Tested by filling the sink up with water, there was a small leak coming from the collar. The snapper ring did not set completely. I uninstalled and got the snapper ring to set completely and then reinstall the garbage disposal and tested again. This time with no issue, you know, you're for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

Replaced light fixtures
Replace failing capacitor and deep clean coil so unit will cool effectively in extreme heat. The system is operating like it should now . Made repairs and retested equipment.
Responded to the customer’s concern that the air conditioning system was unable to maintain the desired indoor temperature over the weekend, with indoor temperatures reaching approximately 80°F. The customer explained that they cleaned the outdoor condenser coil with water prior to today’s visit after noticing a heavy buildup of debris, and reported that cooling performance improved afterward. Performed a complete operational diagnostic evaluation of the system. The air conditioning equipment was operating and producing cooling during today’s visit. Measured the indoor system’s external static pressure at 1.21 in. w.c., which is well above the manufacturer’s recommended operating range of 0.50 in. w.c. Elevated static pressure indicates excessive airflow restriction within the duct system and can reduce system performance, efficiency, and long term equipment reliability. Inspected the outdoor condenser coil and found that, while the homeowner’s cleaning removed much of the debris
Arrived on site for a service call for a unit that froze yesterday. Clients are currently moving in and had painters on site yesterday painting the house. I was unable to duplicate the freezing but I believe during the painting, they taped over the supply and return vents and left the system running, choking out the system and causing it to freeze. We cleaned up the pan that had water, tested the system and discovered that despite the systems age (22), the system is still cooling properly without faults or failures. The basement is cooled by a runtru heat pump, but the thermostat failed. Client provided a thermostat that we installed for him before testing the basement unit. We offered Homecare and he declined today but we collected payment via credit card and ensured all systems in the home are safe, operational and without any active faults. Call complete.
Troubleshot and replaced outside GFCI device that was faulty and replaced the other 2 outside outlets with WR outlets and new bubble covers with silicone around them to protect against the elements as much as possible.
Diagnosed and rewired switch box with customer supplied devices.
We have been doing some deferred maintenance on our home. We needed an electrician and found TE on the internet. They have been responsive and performed their recommendations efficiently and well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work.
I added 2 outlets for TVs and swapped out a SYCOM surge protector for an Eaton Ultra.
System leaking water through ceiling Noticed drain line was completely cracked off from male fitting coming out of drain pan so water was leaking right onto ceiling Fixed drain line with customer approval Flushed drain line and checked for proper operation and system is working Homeowner signed up for our Homecare membership as well Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
The customer had a new back splash and counter tops installed and when the electrical was put back into the place issue started to show up. We found zero spark guards, wires had been shorted out and wires not connected. After going through these circuits we made the home owner aware and completed the following work: Supply and install (3) new professional grade GFCI outlets in the following locations: *Far right by stairs *Right of Stove *Far left of sink Supply and install (12) s/g, (1) 3g and (1) 2g spark guards in all opening on kitchen counter tops Supply and install a 15 amp breaker due to 14g wire being attached Supply and install (5) new Toggle or Decora style switches with plates. Troubleshoot waived
Customer called us out to his home because he had some issues with his outdoor lights. The one on the front porch was not bright enough, and the floodlight on the garage is not working. After troubleshooting the floodlight by the garage was never wired. Today we installed constant power to the floodlight. As well as replaced the light in front of the front porch.
For this call, homeowner had gotten new appliances and with that in mind, the new gas stove was not able to be close enough to the wall as it should be. Upon further inspection, we measured the dimensions for the stove and the clearance for the gas line coming up through the floor. It was too high before not allowing the gas line to fit in the space. After modifying the gas line to shorten its height from the floor, we were able to reconnect the stove and had it pushed up against the wall as it should be. Tested our gas connections with tester liquid and all is working properly as it should at this time. Relit the pilot on water heater before finishing up. Thank you for trusting TE Certified with all your plumbing needs.
At arrival on 06/27/26 Issue: no cool System: main floor Finding: bad blower motor, potentially bad circuit board, dirty blower wheels, weak blower’s capacitor, no Ss1 and wet safety switches, potentially clogged up drain line, drain line does not have proper slope, weak outdoor capacitor. Recommendations:address the above findings or upgrade your system. Return: 16” 1050cfm Supplies: 2x10” 600cfm Needs more supplies. Poor ductworks Set a lead for Tuesday the 30th at 8 to 10AM. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Arrived on site to troubeshoot a 2021 ICP system not cooling. Client is original owner of the property and hasn’t had issues until a few days ago. We kicked the system in and amp draw from the compressor and condenser fan were good but operating refrigerant pressures were awful at 24/265 with a 90 degree superheat. When I pulled the disconnect and shut the system off, pressures would not equalize and stayed at 70/280 for over half an hour. I also held/heated the sensing bulb to attempt to open the TXV and nothing happened. The freezing began directly at the TXV, proving that TXV is the reason for the restriction. The liquid line also has a sizable kink in the lineset but there is no temperature or pressure drop across it so that wasn’t the source of the issue. We would need to replace the TXV/Coil, replace the drier and add all new refrigerant to the system to restore performance. System is non op. I looked up warranty info but it doesn’t appear to ever be registered. I cleaned up ever
Upon arrival spoke with customer about a noise coming from the water heater. Customer had the unit replaced 2 years ago but the data plate had a date of 2017. The vent pipe was half way cover the draft hood on the heater upon arrival. Checked the water pressure and the gauge was spiking around 125 psi. Checked the expansion tank and the internal bladder had failed. Checked the temperature and pressure relief discharge line on the outside of the home and there was water dripping out of the siding in the location of the termination. Cut open the wall in the garage to verify there was no separations in the discharge line within the wall. Water was making its way back in as the relief line was actively leaking from the pressure and not sealed. Sealed around the penetration to make it water tight. Gave options. Removed existing water heater from the system. Installed new 40 gallon water heater in the metal pan that was made for the area and connected to the pan drain line. Pan line is ran f
We were called out due to a swampy/wet area near the driveway. Upon further inspection we found that when the irrigation control valve is turned off the water flow through the meter will halt. The wet area is located uphill and roughly 15’ away from where the home’s main water service is located. We were unable to locate the exact location of the leak, because the entire area is saturated. It seems plausible that the water may be coming from an irrigation line located under the driveway. We recommend having g this checked out by an irrigation contractor.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Inspection completed on systems. Necessary repairs made with approval. Estimates attached for future options, as there were potential issues notice throughout. All systems cooling upon departure. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Ricky Newsome was awesome!!! He masterfully replaced our pressure release valve, old water heater, and kitchen sink water filtration system.
Installed Halo RO Filtration system at kitchen sink. All work was tested and checked for leaks. I advised the homeowner of the initial period of 4-5 hours for filtration, then emptying and finally the initial recovery of. 2-3 hours for regular usage.
Replaced tank to bowl gasket and bolts. Tested for leaks and function. No issues. Quoted repairs to water heater and a full replacement of the heater as well.
Arrived at the property and spoke with the homeowner regarding concerns about the existing toilet. The homeowner reported hairline cracks throughout the porcelain. She requested an ADA compliant comfort height toilet with improved flushing performance. During inspection, we also identified that the shut off valve was leaking when turned to the off position. We explained the importance of a properly functioning shut off valve to isolate the fixture without needing to shut off water to the entire home. With the homeowner’s approval, we replaced the faulty valve with a new quarter turn shut off valve. We inspected the flange and confirmed it was in good condition, with no signs of damage or cracks. We then removed the existing toilet and installed a new Kohler Highline elongated comfort height toilet. After installation, we slowly restored water to the home and flushed the system to remove any trapped air. The toilet was thoroughly tested multiple times to ensure proper operation and l

Our previous HVAC company kept postponing our Spring Maintenance service, which was concerning to us. Since we already used TE CERTIFIED for our plumbing and electrical needs, we knew we would be getting the same level of quality service if we included their HVAC as well. It turned out to be an eye-opening experience: the numerous overlooked maintenance needs that Gabe Bartee identified after his initial visit made it obvious that it would have just been a matter of time before we experienced serious issues. An added benefit is that we now have peace of mind knowing that the substantial investment we made in a new HVAC system just a few years ago will last us longer than would have otherwise been the case.
Albert Nah was my service technician from TE today. He was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done for my HVAC maintenance service. He clearly presented all options and provided great suggestions on how to keep my HVAC running. While I was not able to take advantage of some of the higher end additions for my system at this time, Albert was professional and never gave the impression of trying to push extra services on me. I will likely pursue one of them in the future, but it is a relief to deal with a professional who is honest about what I need and how other options can help without putting unnecessary pressure on the customers wallet. I’m happy to have him be the agent anytime we need service. Top marks all around!
Albert did a great job! He answered all my questions. Albert did an excellent job of founding the problem with my AC and fixed it quickly!
Perfect. Will definitely ask for him next time.
