Replaced a meter can and a main disconnect

For this job, the customer called us back out for a leak in the yard. We did a previous repair on the main service a year ago. After verifying the break was not on our repair the customer opted to have the entire service replaced. While replacing the main line we did hit the wifi cable in the yard. Before starting work I called 811 and had them do a locate on the property before digging, once I got back to the job the power and gas was located and I called to make sure there was no att wire or any other utility in the ground in the area. They told me there was no internet or telecommunications in the area we left the breaks marked with black poly. Once complete we backfilled the area tamped and put straw down so the grass would grow back. Thank you for choosing Te certified. We also called att and 811 to report the damage they are coming out as soon as possible to make the repairs.

I installed a Tesla Universal Charger beside the panel and a Neurio Kit to manage the load.

Replaced bad GE breaker for Tesla charger, troubleshoot gazebo fans not working, outdoor floor not working and installed dedicated 120v 20amp hot tub circuit. Will be returning to do (3x) generator inlet kits once they are ordered and arrive at shop.

Existing water heater is from 2014 and is at the end of its service life. We also noted that recirculating pump is also from 2014 as well. Customer has complaints of hot water taking excessively long to get hot at all fixtures. Due to the size of the house it is a possibility that the recirculating system might not be only factor contributing to these issues. Is it possible a cartridge or other mixing valve could be contributing to the issues as well. However we will be unable to determine this until check valve and recirculating system are replaced. Install new 75 gallon power vent. Install new expansion tank. Install new copper piping and recirculating system.

Upstairs System - Not cooling System not cooling due to age related issues and poor manufacturing. The evaporator coil in the air handler has rusted and there are multiple refrigerant leaks. These Lennox copper combination coils are know for rusting and leaking refrigerant. Unfortunately most of these older 410a air handler coils are not available. Today the homeowner opted for a one time refrigerant fill up and we have also scheduled for an install sup to come out and go over updating this equipment. The system is now cooling the upper level to its best ability. There is no warranty or guarantee for operating time length on a system that is actively leaking refrigerant. For this call, homeowners were not receiving hot water throughout the home. Upon inspection, we saw the heater was roughly 25 years old and the PRV was also dripping from the adjustment screw. We wrote up estimates on varying durations of warranties for the water heater ranging from 6-12 year warranty. Homeowners agreed on the 6 year and we began work. We installed the PRV and set to 65 PSI. The expansion tank was strapped and set to 70 PSI. After completion of install, we turned water back on and tested all of our work for any leaks and proper operation. All is working as it should at this time. For this job, the customer called us out because they got a new electric oven and the outlet was not working. Their old oven was gas and they never used the four prong plug. Came here for a noise on the main level Rheem AC from 2018. After diagnosing and making sure there was no obstruction or that the fan wasn’t loose, I determined that the fan was starting to fail, making a bearing screeching noise. The condenser coils were also very dirty and the contactor was pitted. The customer agreed to have the motor replace, the contactor replace and the coils cleaned. I was not able to take the fan out of the motor because it was way too rusted, ended up having to come here a second day with a new fan blade. I installed the new fan blade and motor install a new contactor and cleaned the coils. I also poured 1 gallon of water in the condense pump made sure it was draining, the drain line goes to a drain out that is in the basement. I tested the pressures for the AC unit, everything was running smoothly after work was completed.

Troubleshot outdoor outlets not working. Installed new weather resistant outlets outside with new outdoor covers and a new GFCI breaker for ground fault protection.

Customers stated they had high water pressure.That has been historically busting their hose.Bibs, they have an old p.R v directly in the meter box. Customer wanted quote to replace. Upon arrival we met with homeowner. She led us to the main level bathroom with complaints of toilet clogged due to over use of toilet paper. We ran water in the sink in order to ensure the issue was isolated to the toilet. Upon testing we noticed the sink was slow draining and cleaned the drain stopper. Hot line had a slow drip. Customer requested she replaces the supply line herself. Ran a closet auger to unclog the toilet. Flushed multiple times, no further issues. Work area was cleaned. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

At arrival on 07/27/26 found whole home system not cooling Bad thermostat No wet safety switch Dirty drain pump Replaced the thermostat with Ecobee. System is back cooling properly

Full system for the whole house as well as duct modifications for the upstairs

Drain line not fully tightened at base of coil, causing water to pull up and leak onto the zone board transformer overtime. Transformer was burned out. Replaced transformer and cut and tightened drain line with approval. System now cooling properly. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Returned to fix the refrigerant leak on the upstairs system. I evacuated the refrigerant, cut out the leaking section of line set, brazed in new line and filter dryer, pressure tested refrigerant circuit, pulled a vacuum below 300 microns, and properly charged the system. Customer had sewer smell downstairs near pump and upstairs in kitchen bathroom and bedroom. No evidence of any leaks. Pumps operating properly. Checked all toilets. Secure. No leaks. Came out to provide a quote for the ceiling replacement in the breakfast area and light replacement in the kitchen. With customer approval, completed the approved work and tested everything to ensure it was working properly. Also recommended installation of a whole-home surge protector and will provide an estimate for the customer to review and consider.

2020 Rheem system- No Cool Arrived and customer showed me the problem system. When the customer plugged in the condensate pump the pump would just hum and not remove. water. Presented customer with his options and only the pump was installed today. I was able to slide the pan over and get the pump inside the pan where it needs to be. I added algae tablets to the pump and tested pump multiple times. Checked outdoor unit electrical and refrigerant pressures. System is back up and running.

Arrived to replace two 6” ducts that had rodent damage and add two return ducts, boots and grilles to each small bedroom.

Install new new tamper resistant duplex outlets and a new tamper resistant GFCI outlet in the kitchen and complete a HomeCare inspection.

Replaced bulbs in 6 fluorescent fixtures in basement, customer supplied. Converted kitchen fluorescent to LED and removed ballast.

For this job I came out and replaced a three handle shower valve to a single handle shower valve. Upon arrival shower valve was already exposed and pipes were accessible. With customers approval I cut and removed three handle shower valve and installed customer supplied valve. Shower trim was not put in because dry wall needs to be installed per customers request. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.
