We ran 2 circuits 320+ feet in emt across the warehouse to a hoist that was on a circuit with several fans causing it to nuisance trip and also and new 240 circuit with a so cord drop for a coiler. We also installed a back to back outlet as a courtesy.

Customer had electrician come out and noticed some water in a light fixture. There is a bathroom right above the light so I ran water in all the fixtures above to see if I could mimic the leak. Was not able to mimic a leak. Did notice the toilet was not caulked. Caulked the toilet and couple other spots on the tub. Told the customer to keep an eye on it if we need to come back we will. Added multiple patches to places. Multiple coats of joint compound and sanded.

Replaced all upper floor smoke alarms ( basement alarms are three years old and BRK).

We installed a free standing tub along with a steamlabs.

I installed a new grounding system and added a new circuit and outlet for a leak alarm system.

Repaired main line leak at the meter due to a broken sharkbite fitting. Tested for leaks and function.

Replace 40 gallon gas water heater wit 50 gallon gas water heater (6 year manufacturer warranty) replace PRV and main shut off replace and relocate water stop valve in powder room for toilet, reconfigure drains under kitchen sink

Replaced failed outdoor fan motor and cleaned condenser coil. Verified the system is coolingat this time.

Replaced warranty indoor cased coil . Tested after installation. Tested and cleared drain. The filter dryer was replaced on inside. The unit was pulled down to 573 microns. Recharged unit to specs and tested operation.

Customer had a sump not working after my my inspection I found that the float was cover in grease causing it not to float and turn on with customer approval I clean pump and’s basin once clean I tested everything out issues is resolved thanks thanks thanks for choosing TE certified.

Install a two new light fixtures on the front porch and a HomeCare electrical inspection

Upon arrival spoke with customer about hose bib on front of the house that would no longer turn off. Water was off to the home upon arrival. Gave options. Replaced front hose bib and shut off. Hose bib was secured to the home, sealed and a vacuum break was added. Piping on the inside was insulated and a valve tag was added. Water was restored to the home. All work was tested for leaks and functionality. Valve for the hose bib was left in the on position.

Today I performed a warranty troubleshoot on a bath fan. I also replaced receptacles with customer supplied devices.

No cool and burnt smell in the house. Blower motor not working. Got power to the motor, but it tripped the breaker. Also, single capacitor is weak (reading 17,5 on a 20 microfarad), no flood protection device installed. Will need to replace the blower motor, in order to do a complete diagnostic. Other parts may have been affected. Sent estimates for potential repairs (not recommend), but at this age and conditions, best option would be to upgrade the only system in the house (2 zones), and bring savings, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the system for tomorrow morning.

Today we came out for only system not cooling and freezing up 2019 carrier 3 ton ac single stage with zoning. Cycled equipment from thermostat found system to have a restriction in evaporator coil. Coil and txv will need to be replaced. " I will note that This system is single-stage, builder-grade equipment and is not designed to support a zoned application. Installing zoning on this type of system can lead to improper operation, increased wear, and premature equipment failure. Zoning systems are best suited for equipment with variable-speed or modulating capabilities, which can adjust output to match the varying demands of multiple zones.
