Replace Switches and bulbs

Called out to replace faucet in hall bathroom. Upon arrival, found old faucet in hall bathroom leaking from hot handle. Removed old faucet and replaced with a customer supplied faucet. Resealed bathroom sink as well as it was no longer attached to vanity. Installed new pop up assembly and tested for leaks. No leaks were found.

I reason for the call today is the homeowner is selling his home and had a home inspection and something’s had been flagged. And they are as followed: -Panel A type GE- The load center is a main leg panel and circuit #22 has a Siemens single pole 20 amp breaker installed. (Illegal type) Circuit #8 has a 14g wire installed on a 20 amp single pole breaker Circuit #10 has a Cutler Hammer 20/20 tandem installed (Illegal type) Due to the homeowner having breakers in a box beneath the panel we were able to use them where we could. This was the repair today: We moved the 14g wire from circuit #8 to a junction box above panel “B” and complete a minor circuit extension from the junction box and into the panel. We installed a customer supplied 15 amp GE single pole breaker on circuit # 26 and tested for voltage We removed the illegal Siemens breaker and supplied and installed a type GR breaker 20 amp . I was called out to Sam’s house for a Homecare maintenance. During the thorough evaluation we discovered some growth happening inside the air handler, the ductwork is outdated being R6, the heat pump needs cleaned, and a superboost protects the compressor since the system runs year round.

For this we came to check on panel circuit breakers with customer about them running on the hotter side. The panel is a Eaton br we let customer know that the smart breakers run on the hotter side we replaced 7 older gen breakers and installed a whole home surge protector. We recommended to do a panel replacement of he still isn’t please with the br panel, as of right now all breakers are gen 6 br breakers.

Toilet rebuild completed. New fill valve, flush valve, tank bolts, and supply line. Tested toilet for leaks and function.

Arriving at home in regards to bathtub drain not draining properly/clogged. Bathtub was pulled already by a previous plumber. The action taken was using a tub gun to fix the clog. Tested pipe with running water from both bathroom sinks. Went outside to examine the clean out and found it was also draining well. Customer had contractors out working on plumbing as well.

Not cooling, Replace bad capacitor, replace bad thermostat . System working at this time

Upon arrival the home owner showed us to the hose bibs located on the front and back of the home, these hose bibs had broken handles. We advised the home owner of the condition of the isolation gate valves. With the customer’s approval we disconnected and removed both hose bibs and installed new hose bibs and new isolation valves. As a courtesy we also replaced the PRV and main shut off valve for the home as they needed to be removed for installation of the new hose bib. We completed all work and tested to confirm proper function, no further issues detected.

For this job we replaced three outdoor outlets, separated the neutrals in the main panel, installed a whole home surge protector, and replaced a smoke detector.

Removed old leaking water heater replaced with new 40 gallon with warranty extender. PRV was failed removed and replaced with new PRV. Tested all work for leaks. Cleaned up. Gas didn’t turn back on when testing, Atlanta Gas coming out to fix and light pilot.

Replace evaporator coil. Installed water flood protection. Did a blower cleaning and condenser cleaning. Replaced condensate pump.

Performed two system home care, made some recommendations to improve the systems overall health. At this time, the homeowner did opt to do some repairs to the unit today to ensure the unit will operate properly.

15 year old Trane Gas furnace & AC - Inspection Cycled the equipment on from the nest thermostat. Inspected the duct work, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, checked and tightened all electrical connections, inspected heat exchanger, blower, coils, and tested all major components and motors. The Heat exchanger is cracked in a few places, this needs to be addressed first hand as it is a safety concern. The duct design needs to be redone and manual dampers can be added to address airflow issues or system can be zoned with proper equipment and have separate temperature control for upper level. The blower motor in the furnace is weak and over amping. Mostly due to age as it is at the tail end of its life expectancy. The evaporator coil is rusted where the copper joints meet the aluminum and potentially has a slow leak. The Condenser coil is very dirty and had vines growing through it. Home care maintenance plan

Completed HC inspection on last system. Blower wheel and filter are dirty. System has single wall flue in a non-conditioned space. Clean the blower wheels for the Up Bar# 5, Up Dining# 6, & Main Bar# 4 furnaces

Old water heater tank had ruptured and leaked into the garage. When I arrived I noticed that the system had no thermal expansion tank. I told customer due to the nature of the failure replacement was the only option. Gave options and customer opted for the 10 yr warranty unit and to have the main valve replaced. I completed all work and tested for leaks. No leaks. I ran taps inside to remove all air from he system. I then returned power to the unit. Waited 1 hr and ran water inside to confirm water had reached desired temperature.

Homeowner sewage pump pit had flooded and was not working causing the toilets downstairs to backup. We pulled and inspected the pump and it had a lot of grease and toilet paper built up causing the float to get stuck and we had to break all the grease loose in order for it to start kicking back on. We took out most of the big chunks of grease in the pit and tested it several times and silicone the sewage lid to prevent sewer smells from coming out. Tested everything and checked for leaks.

Replaced faulty sewer ejector pump. Stub out for a new sink in the basement. Installed and rerouted new shower valve and installed new shower pan in master bathroom. Tested pump in working order. Tested for leaks in shower pan.

Replace exterior hose bib and winterization valve for said hose bib

Pull permit The power company came out and disconnected the power from pole. We dug down 36” and set a new pressure treated 6x6 post at 16’ long in the hole. We added dirt slowly and packed it in and around the pole. We dug a trench for the existing Triplex wiring to the new location. I installed a 90 degree elbow and install a fitting at the 90 and pushed the wires up. We supplied and installed a new NEMA 3 sub-panel with a 100 amp breaker feeding the home. We also installed a new lifetime warranty surge protector with a new 2p50 QO breaker. We installed two 8’ ground rods spanning 8’ apart and we drove them into the earth and installed a new grounding electrode conductor to from rod to rod, through a bonding bridge and up onto the neutral bar. We installed an expansion coupling, conduit and straps with a weather head along with a new meter base.

Replaced ceiling fan in master bedroom and replaced floodlight on back deck. Also installed boxes for both the floodlights outback

Customer called us out for our clean-out special for their drainage pipe. I could not preform work on the area drain but they were interested in going ahead and having their mainline clean-out cleared and a camera tech come out. I ran my cable machine and scheduled the camera tech.

Customer called us out for a tub drain that was backing up into the laundry drain. After carefully running water and doing a thorough diagnostic, I was able to determine that the main drain line was clogged. I used my large cable machine and was successfully able to remove stoppage from the main drain line, accessing the drain through the basement clean out. I flushed water, drained tubs and showers and ran lots of water in the laundry drain stack to ensure the stoppage is removed. Everything is draining and flowing properly at this time and customer is very satisfied.
