Called out to troubleshoot 2 ac units not working, first and second floor units. Customer stated breaker was tripped. Upon inspection we found a 2 pole 60 breaker feeding an outside sub panel that was tripped and would not reset, we located the outdoor sub panel feeding both units, we turned both breakers off. We then replaced the 60 amp breaker inside and turned it on feeding power to the sub panel, we tested for power at the sub panel and had correct voltage, we then turned both breakers on feeding the units and both ac units came on, we then went inside and checked both units and both were blowing cold air. The homeowner stated the warranty company stated there was an issue with the Freon which was not the case.

For this job, I installed a new outlet in the living room for a TV. I also installed a mule tape line from the tv outlet to the right side of the fireplace so the customer can add HDMI or Ethernet cables in the future. Thank you for choosing TE Certified Electricians!

Installed two Navien NPE240A2 tankless water heaters. Installed all new water piping, shut off valves, check valves, isolation valve kits, expansion tanks, gas piping, gas valves, flex connectors, sediment traps, vent piping, relief valve piping, and condensation drain line. Technician contacted Rinnai Support and ran through system checks. This included gas pressure test, burner and flame rod condition as well as heat exchanger mesh and coil condition. Rinnai believes that condensate not having trap is causing error code 12. Technician installed condensate trap.

Today we came out because the homeowner had an issue with his breaker tripping. Before we arrive the homeowner had replaced the arc fault breaker as well as pulled out switches and outlets along the circuit. After troubleshooting, we noticed there was a bad recirculating pump, causing a dead short. Considering there was a lot of equipment on the circuit we installed a dedicated circuit for the 3-D printer.

Noise complaint- 1996 York system The ground under the unit had eroded away and cause the unit to tilt. Customer had a contractor support the area around the outdoor unit. Once work was completed the unit was making a noise. I found the conduit housing the outdoor fan wires had fallen and was making contact with the fan. Completed a full inspection and found the indoor coil has a refrigerant leak, the contactor is in poor shape, and the outdoor coil is impacted with dirt. System lacks adequate water safety devices as well. Discussed the condition of the unit with the homeowner and they are going to let the unit run until it dies. They currently are still paying on two other units from TE. For now, the system is operating normal.

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a sewage ejector pump. I took a look I seen the pit was full I checked the outlet and the breaker. The pump had failed I wrote an estimate to perform work. I received approval to perform work and replaced the sewage ejector pump. I noticed a lot of flushable wipes and feminine products in the pit. I made the homeowner aware of my findings. I tested the pump it kicks on perfectly with no leaks. I also did a super clean up the homeowner is satisfied with the work completed. Provide and replace the existing ejector pump. Includes removal and disposal of the old ejector, new ejector, ball/check combo, installation, testing, and clean-up.

Replace outdoor gfci on front porch

For this call, homeowners were having an issue with their back hose bibs vacuum breaker where it was leaking out of the top. They were wanting to remove it in order to put a timer first then put back the breaker after it. When checking under the sink where the shutoff should be, there was no shut off. After cutting out the old hose bib pipes, we installed a new shut off and added the new vacuum breaker. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Outdoor capacitor failed for main floor system. Upstairs system replaced yesterday. Homeowner only interested in trying to get the main floor system cooling again. The capacitor was replaced with approval. System now back to cooling. Other components weak due to age and heat exchangers could fail at any time. Separate Other components week due to age and heat exchangers could fail at any time. Complete the following work in the basement: In theater room I moved the existing circuit #40 and tapped it on with circuit #32 which now controls the back basement lights and 1/2 the theater outlets. In doing this allowed me to create the space needed to wire in and install a new dedicated 20 amp circuit for the tv equipment. I installed a junction box inside the basement utility closet and then installed (3) wires to each device. I made the homeowner aware that we would have to make cuts where needed in order to fish the circuits. We wired in (3) new location outlets on the (1) 20 amp circuit. We wired in two speaker wires per customers request on location and had them come out but he outlets. Arrived on site to troubleshoot recliner outlet not working. While performing the troubleshoot we noticed the home has a challenger panel. We discussed the issues with this panel with the homeowner and recommended replacement. We also noticed some wiring in the basement that is concerning. In order to fix the outlet upstairs, we had to rewire existing switch set up so that the upstairs recliner outlet has constant power. We did this by bypassing a switch in the basement. We recommended to the homeowner to have the basement rewired before finishing. Everything is working upon departure.

I replaced an oversized breaker, GFI protected the kitchen counter and back wall garage outlet at the breaker, replaced the outlet in the back left room on the front wall, and I corrected the open splice leading to the light fixture in the garage.

Disconnect dryer vent at dryer to remove existing dryer vent cover assembly and install new assembly with louvres, seal around the outer cover and reconnect vent at dryer with hard pipe and seal pipe connections. One year labor warranty

We were called out due to a broken Cpvc 90 on the hot water supply piping in between the garage and laundry room wall we opened Sheetrock to expose the broken fitting. We replaced roughly’ 15’ of cpvc piping with Pex piping, installed a new rear hose bib and two hose bib shutoff valves. We opened an additional Sheetrock to perform this work. We also replaced the water heater, expansion tank, main shutoff valve and pressure reducing valve. No warranty on existing Cpvc water piping in the home. Thank you !

Arrived on site and customer stated they received a large increase in their water bill and thought maybe they are having a leak but needed help verifying where the leak could be coming from. I ran a troubleshoot by isolating the mainline to the meter and found that the meter was still running after isolating a few different areas in the home. It was concluded that customer has a possible slab leak on the hot side, which would feed the kitchen. Customer later stated that there has been spots in the kitchen/mudroom that have felt warm to the touch. I recommended to the customer about having a leak detection technician, come out and locate a slab leak.

I troubleshot a power loss to the disposal and discovered the switch had gone bad. I replaced the switch and now the disposal runs.

Move floodlight location and installed new floodlight. Also move tv outlet in living room behind tv.
