The homeowner requested an evaluation of multiple plumbing issues in the basement and selected a bundled service option to address them. Work performed included resealing the sewer ejector pump basin lid with silicone and reworking the PVC vent piping, ensuring the gasket was properly installed for a secure seal. We replaced and secured the water heater expansion tank, flushed the water heater, extended the gas piping through the wall to install a dedicated shut-off valve, and connected the gas line to the water heater using a flexible connector. In the basement, we installed a washer box and icemaker box, a utility sink with a Liberty 404 pump tied into the main sewer line, and a new ½-inch gas line for a basement gas stove. All plumbing and gas installations were tested upon completion and confirmed to be operating properly and leak-free.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Today we came out for the only system not heating properly 2001 ICP 75k natural gas furnace located in the attic. Cycled equipment from attic found high limit switch opening. Inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found crack on second eye lid on right side of cell. Brought client into attic and showed them findings and tagged equipment unsafe to operate in heating mode due to carbon monoxide fumes. System has minimal flood protection and gas line is not up to current code sediment trap was installed wrong. Scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating equipment.

Added a dedicated outlet in a bedroom for a medical fridge. Circuit is protected by a dual function breakers. Outlet works properly. Had to cut 3 holes in the garage to run the wire. The holes are covered with blank plates.

Customer had a faulty cartridge in Roman tub faucet. Provided options for replacement or repair. Customer chose repair option Replaced cartridge in one side of roman tub faucet. Tested work and everything is working as it should at this time Thanks for choosing TE Certified

We would like to replace the current perforated fifty gallon electric with a new Rheem 50 gallon electric ten year warranty

Tech was out due to noise coming from hvac system. Tech checked system and found that reason from noise is due to when they had the ac on , the pvc drain line is connected to the drain in laundry room. So when ac was on customer could hear water dripping and gurgling. Let customer know that this is normal when there is no water in p-trap. Also while checking system tech notice the following. Filter is needing to be changed , wet switch needs to be added in drain pan. Uv light needs to be added into air handler to kill growth and viruses. Blower is needing to be cleaned, if customer decides to go with Uv light and blower cleaning , tech would clean evaporator coil at no charge. Condenser is needing to be chemically cleaned. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

On arrival hose bid had a small leak with customer approval I made an access so I can replace the hose bid once completed I turn water back to home no other issues was found thanks for choosing TE Certified

Today Julie called us out because there’s power to half of her home. During my troubleshoot, I noticed that the issue was happening before the main breaker. Julie and I called the Cobb EMC and they will be coming out to the home today

Perform a two system home care today. I checked all electrical components on indoor and outdoor systems. Flush blow drain lines and tested condensation pumps. Clean flame sensor and clean inducer ports. Today I also installed two iWAVEs and tested their function. Both systems are heating fine for this season. There are no problems. Here. Customer is happy.

On arrival water pressure was at 80 psi. When water running its drop 15psi sign of a bad prv. The prv was replace under warranty. Prv was set 65psi when running water pressure stay steady never drop. On return trip found that the street pressure was at 160 switch mean we needed to install a high pressure prv. Customer was only responsible for the material cost of the valve. Once installed everything was back to normal no other issues was found thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Install dimmer in kitchen

Customer had multiple leak from on pex pipe customer only wanted to install shut offs to isolate the leak. With customer approval I installed four 3/4 pex ball valve a one 1/2 ball valve. Customer will try to get rid of the rodent before fixing the leaks. No other issues was found today thanks for choosing TE Certified

Troubleshot tripped breaker

Replaced leaking nd undersized expansion tank. Quoted replacement of heaters due to age.

Customer called for clogged toilet and bathtub in the upstairs guest bathroom. During test to see if it was 2 individual blockage or a main line blockage, the blockage for the toilet was fixed. I recommended clearing tub with a tub gun and the customer agreed. The bathtub was clogged with hair. The tub gun was used to remove the hair. Blockage was removed then water flow was checked to ensure there wasn’t anymore issues.

Two pex water lines were leaking into the drop ceiling of the basement. The water lines were chewed through by rodents. The customer is aware of the issue and has already been working on a resolution. He is also aware that we will not repair further rodent damage as warranty. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on the whole home HVAC system.

Not a recall. Arrived on site to troubleshoot the home being cold and for high electricity bills. We replaced the thermostat in the summer when we came for a diagnostic. We initially found the thermostat was set to “emergency heat” instead of just “heat”. This was activating heat strips for primary heat, which also explains the low supply temperatures. We switched the thermostat to heat and thoroughly inspected the rest of the system to ensure the rest of the system was running without issue. We did find a few opportunities for improvement. The dual capacitor which powers the outdoor compressor and condenser fan motor was out of tolerance and approaching failure. We discovered the ductboard plenums and supply trunk lines were very dirty and the filter cabinet was pulling air from the crawlspace into the evaporator and into the blower affecting airflow and indoor air quality. Otherwise the system was mechanically in good shape after we replaced the dual capacitor. We spoke about clean

Put original lead detection services for technician Jeff Curry was not able to locate leak leaked due to caveats forest between the front of the home and the meter approximately 325 feet

I was called out for a Homecare maintenance. Homeowner has lived here for about 3 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the uv bulb was burnt out and it needs replaced every 3 years, the system/house can benefit from an iWave, there isn’t any return ductwork in the 3 bedrooms which would help maintain the temperature better, the heat pump is a bit dirty, and a superboost would help protect the compressor.

Replaced fans, 1 light and added a light

Arrived on site and customer wanted the 3/4 hp disposal we installed back in October, with a 1 HP customer supplied disposal. Once I replaced the disposal , I ran the water to the sink and tested my connections for several minutes , and I also ran the disposal a few times to ensure no issues.

Customer called us out for clogged bathtub located upstairs first door on the left. We flowed water in the tub and noticed that it was draining slowly. We removed the overflow drain cover and stopper. Hair was removed from the stopper and used the tub gun on the overflow. After the removal was completed we flowed water again with no issues from it draining. Afterwords everything was put back together and cleaned the bathtub.
