Diagnostic Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed diagnostic on 2019 carrier system. This is a system that is zoned with a single stage furnace and single stage AC. This set up has not been proper from day one. This system has significant airflow issues. The static pressure is 1.04. These AC systems want to run ecstatic pressure of .5. While running an AC the system short cycles. That sensor makes the system turn off after 3 to 5 minutes of run time and then we get 5 to 10 minutes of purge time. This makes the system very inefficient. And most likely not keep up in the hot months of summer. These airflow issues have led to concerns in the heat exchanger as well. There’s already major rust and probable holes in this heat exchanger. I will quote a price to replace the heat exchanger, but I do not recommend doing major repairs to this system, as you will simply be repeating these repairs in just a few years. This system is simpl
Excellent Service!!
Arrived on site and customer stated a leak was coming from the kitchen sink, possibly underneath the cabinet. I went ahead and cut out the kitchen cabinet and expose the waterlines which was penetrating from the slab. I found that the waterline had a slab leak and provided options to the customer in order to do a new repair. Customer agreed to have new waterlines ran drywall cut and isolate the existing waterlines to the kitchen faucet. Customer will like to proceed with the work and will begin Thursday.
10 years parts warranty. 2 years labor warranty ( up to 10 years with Homecare).
No cool on the upstairs system, due to a leak in the system. Inspected system, and found a leak in the evaporation coil (possible other leaks on the outside condenser), dual capacitor is weak (reading 23 on a 35 microfarad) and single capacitor weak, as well (reading 4.0 on a 5.0 microfarad). System is 15 years old and not cooling the house. Gave three options: - add Freon (will leak out) - replace evaporator coil only (system possible has other leaks outside) - upgrade the system (best option). New system come with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Also, dual capacitor and single capacitor need to be replaced. New system come with all these parts and warranty. Set a lead to quote upgrading for today. We should credit back 98,00, spent today, if customer replace the system.

Replaced gas valve on package unit # 3, set gas pressures and tested heat. Replaced all 18 filters and 3 belts for blower motor. Replaced compressors for circuit 2 on package unit #3 and #4, washed all condenser coils on package units. Outdoor temperature of 55° did not allow proper refrigerant charge adjustment. Will need to return to check charge on package unit #4. Heat exchanger for package unit #5 is ordered but has a 54 day lead time.

All systems checked out and are operating as designed at this time.
Called out to install a customer supplied recirculating pump. We can work by shutting off water to the home and draining the system. One system was drained cut out a section of copper piping above the water heater installed a new customer supplied recirculation pump. At the furthest fixture, the kitchen, installed a crossover tee to work with the recirculation pump. Once I work with complete reintroduce water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Prior to installing the pump, the kitchen would take approximately wanted two minutes to get hot water. After installing the pump, the kitchen is now getting hot water within 10 seconds. Thank you for trusting TE certified with all your plumbing needs

No cool. Found bad capacitor. After system was operational it was found to also be low on refrigerant. Quick leak search turned up nothing. Temperature split was only 10°. Customer agreed to capacitor and adding refrigerant. Almost 2 lbs was added. Afterwards the temperature split was 23°. Customer was happy. We did discuss the age of equipment and future possible repair costs and that it may be better to think about replacing if system becomes problematic.
Upstairs system failed. Not sending the call for cool. Control board is sending a signal to the induced draft motor, both of which have failed. Fuse continues to blow. Several other immediate and potential issues also noticed. Due to the age and condition of system, the decision was made to speak with the project manager. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
For this job the customer stated that they had two vanity faucets the would like to have installed in the jack and Jill/guest bathroom. Further inspection showed the emergency shut off valves were not properly functioning so the customer also decided to replace those as well. Water was shut off to the house and drained down and all four stops were replaced. I disconnected both faucets and replaced with the new ones. All connections were made appropriately and each faucet was tested for approximately 15 minutes to check for leaks. Thank you for choosing TE Certified
