Customer had us out due to no heat and wanting to replace T stats. Replaced customer supplied T stats per his request. Found bad heat strips. Customer decided to have them replaced under warranty. Customer needed a new disconnect for upstairs. Customer agreed to have it replaced. After replacing T stats, heat strips, and disconnect was finally able to complete full system inspection with the system running. While running we noticed issues with zone board. When T stats were calling no 24v at system side but 24v at T stat terminals on zone board. Straight wired to get customer by and tested system. Noticed outdoor unit not coming on. Went and inspected outdoor unit and found system had no refrigerant. Informed customer of findings. Let customer know we will need to do a nitrogen leak search. Customer is aware and has elected to have us return to complete nitrogen leak search. Will return Friday to preform leak search. Once we find leak and replace the part that is leaking we will need to

We replace three fuses after doing a troubleshoot and assuring with the elevator tech that this repair will fix the issue it gave power to their system how ever they have some issues in their end in their electrical equipment all fuses powering correctly until they meet their equipment.

Customer was experiencing a sulfur smell in the master bathroom after showering. Upon investigation it was determined both lavatories in bathroom were mechanically vented. Both air admittance valves were replaced and the customer was informed that if the smell persists further investigation for the smell will have to take place. The tankless water heater was also descaled and serviced.

Installed new fixtures for dining and living room/ran new circuit for living room for light fixture

Replaced flapper in master bedroom toilet

Replaced shower cartridge in the basement bathroom, and installed customer supplied trim. Tested to ensure proper function and no leaks.

Came off no hot water gave estimate customer agreed replaced three cartridges two in master one in main floor hall bathroom tested no failure at this time

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed water stops for new kitchen sink and dishwasher, hooked up disposal and tied into drain line.

Hot water continues to run out quickly and takes a long time for it to heat up again. Installed tune up kits on both electric water heaters in garage. Replaced upper and lower elements/ thermostats. Pressurized system, bleed air from heaters and pipes. Both heaters are working properly now.

Cut out straight stop in crawl space to run extension of water line through floor and install new angle stop in cabinet next to dishwasher. Strapped and tested to ensure proper function.

Replaced 2 light fixtures, foyer and dining room light. Ceiling fan in living room. And replaced 6 smoke detectors.

Today I completed a whole house plumbing inspection for the homeowner. The home is equipped with a 50 gallon gas water heater that our company installed approximately one year ago. During my evaluation, I identified several concerns throughout the home and discussed each one in detail with the customer. I also provided written options to address all findings and bring the plumbing system to optimal condition at this time, the homeowner chose to proceed with having the water heater flushed today. The system was properly flushed and is operating as expected after service. I will be sending an email with all the repair options, and along with the options will be the pictures of every concern that I went over with the wife, so the husband can clearly review everything.

Customer had us out to preform heating inspection. Customer has concerns about an odd smell coming from system. During inspection found blower to be clean and amps are good. Inducer motor amps are good. Pulled and cleaned flame sensor. Filter needs to be changed. Evap coil is clean. Customer has uv light in system that is old and not operating anymore. System is heating well at this time. Highly recommended customer get apco x to fight biological growth from inside system as well as the smells customer let us know about. Created quotes to replace filter and add apco x/bluetube. Noticed customer is no longer enrolled into homecare membership left customer information and highly recommended to get on homecare membership.

Called up for an issue with the garbage disposal. Reset and unjammed food blocking line tested thoroughly working properly at this time. Just troubleshooting today. Line is open and flowing. Disposal working properly.
