For this job, I did a panel restoration

Install new main shut off valve and pressure reducing valve for home. Set pressure to 65 psi. Installed two new Kohler Elmbrook 1.28 gallon per flush toilets. Installed new supply lines. Sealed to floor. Install new angle stop valve for master bathroom. Pulled toilet in guest bathroom and found that flange was too low. Install new flange and reset toilet. Checked and tested for leaks. Homeowners water heater is passed life expectancy. Discussed options to replace.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot issue with dining circuit working intermittently. The homeowner stated that she plugged in her hair dryer which caused the circuit to stop working. This also affected the office, bedrooms, and guest bath. The breaker never tripped. I discovered a lose connection in the dining room outlet. I installed a new outlet in the dining room. I also installed a new box, outlet, and bubble cover for the exterior outlet. I turned the circuit back on and everything is working as it should. I also fixed a loose box that we install June of last year. I replaced the box and ensured it was tight. I discussed some issues with the non grounded circuits in the home. I also discussed the cloth wiring in the home in talked about whole home surge protection as well. Everything is working upon departure.

Replaced an outlet and troubleshot a Ring Flood light

Laura Called us out because she had a renovation and when the cabinets were installed, the under cabinet lights stopped working. Upon my troubleshoot, I found a break in the wire or a cover-up junction box that could be causing our issue.

Flushed water heater for homecare member. Provided estimates for filtration and smart shutoff.

Came out today to perform one system HVAC inspection. Upon arrival spoke with customer about homecare or just a one time inspection. At that time customer agreed to one system home care and i preformed fall maintenance check. At this time there is current biological grown on the indoor system, the system is low to the ground causing the drain line to clog due to the lack of fall for the drain line, also the outdoor heat pump was going out on high pressure due to lack of air flow from supply and return, dirty outdoor coil with leafs, and also a stuck txv on the outdoor system. At this time it is a 2 ton heat heat pump air handler with 480 cfms of return and 660 of supply. At this time customer is aware if repair is made that other items on the unit may fail due to system design. System is not working properly at this time. See estimates for further options

For this job original leak detection service for homeowner discovered leak under driveway about 10 feet off of the meter which is also in case in concrete in the driveway. Homeowner wishes to replace the line we’re gonna do a directional bore.

Customer called us out for various sinks in house not draining properly. They were both master bathroom sinks, the daughter’s sink in the jack and Jill bathroom, and the hall bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Also the upstairs hall and the downstairs hall bathroom tubs were slow draining. I inspected all of the fixtures and the water heater. The water heater was 12 years old and the expansion tank showed signs of leaking I also checked the water pressure and it was 97. I recommended the customer have it looked at by a sewer supervisor. She agreed and he will be out 2/11 between 8 and 11. I recommended having all 4 sinks p-traps cleaned and 2 tubs cleared with a drain machine customer agreed. I cleared all of them cleaned up and tested for leaks.

For this job, we installed a new flood light, ran a circuit for a chiller, and re-installed the wire for a future oven.

Buyer’s Inspection

For this job, the customer wanted a whole home inspection done. The customer showed us the main issues in the home. We replaced two failed pop up assemblies in the master bathroom, the toilet in the master bathroom with a kohler high line arc, the angle stops in the guest bathroom which had not been replaced, and leaking. The last issue we addressed was the guest bathroom tub shoe which was corroded. The last issue was the outside ice maker the old supply line had failed, and once we replaced the supply line more leaks showed up on the ice maker due to cold weather. We did not address any other issues with the ice maker. We performed work, tested everything, and cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Troubleshot closet lighting that stopped working and removed the ballast, rewired the fixture in the primary suite closet and install new LED bypass bulbs.

Arrived at the home due to homeowner needing work done for their dishwashers, dishwashers were damage during storm a couple of weeks ago, after inspecting the damaged caused by the surges due to previous damage we noticed that previous this dishwasher were directly hardwired and wiring was just exposed to physical damaged, this represent a shock harassed to the occupants of the home, we replaced the wire damaged and brought installation up to code, outlets were moved to the inside of cabinets were they are accessible for future service.

Shower cartridge replscements and PRV/Main shutoff update.

Arrived on site to install a chandelier that was previously causing the kitchen lighting circuit to trip. On a previous visit, it was determined that the kitchen chandelier was causing the kitchen lighting circuit to trip. The homeowner had the light rewired. On today’s visit, we installed the chandelier and tested to ensure it was working properly. The chandelier is working as it should.

Homeowner had us out to solve bathroom shower not draining. After having our drain department assess the situation, they found that the shower has a drain plug in place from the previous remodel. I cut and removed the p-trap, then removed the plug. After putting the drain back together, we tested for leaks and proper drainage.

Replaced navien internal recirculation pump. Old pump had seized annd was caused a loud noise. Installed new main water shutoff. Water shutoff is located under the stairs through a false vent. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Came in today because main floor system was having heating issues. When testing system found that inducer motor is failing and there was water liking inside of it, pressure switch was out of range and there was sings of biological growth compromising air flow and making system extremely overwork. Also proceed to perform a 2 system home care maintenance, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant.
