Homeowners upstairs apartment garbage disposal was leaking. Shut power off to disposal. Disconnected drain and removed disposal. Removed the sink bracket and installed new bracket. Connected electrical and dishwasher. Tested and it’s working properly at this time.

Replaced hose bib in home. The existing hose bib made turns in the wall behind the decorative bricks which prevented it from being removed. I was able to penetrate the opening where the old hose bib came out and go through to the basement to connect the new hose bib. After installation I walked through with the homeowner and explained the process and tested the hose bib. No issues present and received a satisfactory approval.

Arrived on site and was directed to the first-floor hallway bathroom, where the homeowner requested replacement of an existing pedestal sink with a new vanity. The existing pedestal sink and associated plumbing were fully removed to allow for installation of the new fixture. During installation, it was necessary to open a portion of the wall to ensure proper structural support and secure mounting of the vanity. The customer was informed that drywall repair and wall finishing were not included in the scope of work. The new vanity was installed and securely fastened to the wall. The customer-supplied sink and faucet were then installed, and all plumbing connections—including water supply lines and drain assembly—were completed. The system was tested thoroughly, and no leaks were observed at the time of completion. Work was completed successfully; however, no warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.

For this job, I completed a two system homecare maintenance. I tested both units and all of its functions to ensure that everything was working. I got amp readings on the heat strips as well as inspected the blower wheel and burners. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. Found bad capacitor and bad furnace control board. Thermostat needed batteries which customer replaced with their supplied batteries. Must come back to complete furnace control board. Standing Freon pressures were 135psi.

Completed a full spring maintenance on 5 HVAC systems. Inspected heat, exchangers, burners, and ignition components for safe operation. Check blower, assemblies, airflow, settings, electrical connections, breaker, sizing, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. Tested controls and safety switches and inspected for any potential safety or code concerns. Today I found the blower wheels and condenser coils are heavenly impacted with dirt and debris. This is restricting air floor and making a system work harder than it should, which can lead to higher energy bills, reduce performance, and unnecessary wear on the equipment. 1 system homecare inspection, Freon levels look good, delta T temperature drop looks good, checked amp draw of all components and found that compressor amp draw was high on startup, LRA(locked rotor amps) is set for 65 amps however compressor is pulling 71 amps, recommended hardstart kit to help lower amp draw on startup, filter was dirty, replaced 1-413 AprilAire media filter, checked capacitors, blower wheel is a little dirty, recommended UV lights to help with biological growth that may occur inside of system, all units and electrical components working properly at this time.

Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage affecting entire building. After unsuccessfully trying to clear from floor drains we pulled the toilet close to break room and was able to successfully clear blockage. All drains are working as of now. Camera inspection is scheduled for tomorrow 8-10 to assess condition of cast iron mainline exiting building.

Came back to complete job quoted in prior visit. Work was done and tested. Costumer is aware that system is older a there could be other repairs in the future. However system is work properly at this time. Recommend to costumer also add a thermostat with a sensor which will also help with temperature for upstairs room. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

On this visit I… Installed new higher power bath fans, with new 4” vents, made connections and tested work.

Removed and disposed of existing 50 gallon gas water heater. Supplied and installed new 50 gallon electric water heater with all necessary code upgrades. Power unit on and tested with homeowner.

Installed an Oxide Inhibitor on all four wires of the main service cable and for the conductors for breaker #10/12 labeled AC, at Breaker Box in garage.

Run new 30 amp circuit for the electric water heater Install disconnect on wall behind water heater and run new line from that disconnect to the water heater Install on new breaker

Performed visual inspection only. Found power switch for furnace off. Customer signed up for homecare. And did not want to do full diagnostic at this time. They just purchased home and would like to have everything moved in and settle down and schedule homecare as well as electrical and plumbing checks.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about some items that came up on the home inspection. Replaced the handle to the upstairs shower. Replaced the stopper and rod for the upstairs and main level pop up assembly. Changed the hot side supply line on the main level sink. All work was tested for functionality and leaks.

5/4/26 Customer called to have filters replaced on Halo RO system

Upon arrival, we met with the owner. The toilet in the guest bathroom has been clogged but nothing else affected. We inspected the plumbing in the crawlspace and found no issues at this time. We were able to auger and clear the toilet. We did pull back wipes. We tested and inspected for any leaks or errors. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing

For this job I performed a full home plumbing inspection. 2 full toilet rebuilds were performed, all new mechanical parts are replaced, bolts and gaskets as well. Toilet in hall bath was rocking from aside to side. I pulled toilet and found a broken toilet flange. I replaced flange, installed new wax rings and bolts and installed toilet back. In the hall bath sink the p trap underneath was improperly installed with back pitch. I rebuild section and proper installed p trap for proper drainage. I tested and left work area clean.
