Gas line feeding the pool heater is broken and has a leak at one of the 90s. Multiple sections of piping have signs of rust and corrosion from lack of weather protection. Removed approx 30ft of 1in black iron piping and replaced with new black iron and new isolating shut off valve. Added supports to the line to secure it properly and tested for leaks. Added rustoleum paint on exposed piping to protect from future rust.

Upon arrival, customer notified me that she would like to have circuits ran from the electrical panel to the garage location. We have access from the basement to the garage location without cutting into drywall. We will also be given the customer an option to have whole home surge protection installed on their electrical panels.
Called out to address a broken hose bib. Upon arrival found that the handle is broken off and you could not turn on or off the hose bib. Gave the homeowner option for replacement. Homeowner agreed and work with started. Began by shutting off water and removing the old hose bib. Installed a new all brass heavy duty hose bib. Once work was complete re-introduced water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Gave homeowner options for replacement of three faucets in home bundled with new water stops due to them not shutting off the water all the way. Technician installed a customer supplied shower cartridge, and confirmed leak free operation. During testing, the homes water pressure was measured at 120 psi, and the thermal expansion tank was found ruptured. To correct the system, the technician replaced the pressure reducing valve, installed a new stream, labs automatic home, shut off valve, and added a new thermal expansion tank. The water heater was flushed, and the system was re-pressurized and leak tested. Additionally, galvanic corrosion had caused pinhole leaks; the technician replaced the compromise sections of pipe.
Inspection of attic space while insulation was removed due to previous presence of animals. We did not find any evidence of animal damage to wiring, but we did find hidden splices under the insulation once the crew removed it. While in the attic we notice 2 different open splices, no electrical box just wirenuts, and 1 not secured electrical box without a cover with the wiring exposed. We installed new junction boxes to contain open slices in the attic.
Breaker tripping in master bedroom

Clear filters, aerators, and PRV strainers throughout the house. After finding that the issue with low water pressure in the home is due to a seized water valve after the meter, this valve was nearly completely shut and I could not turn it back on; the handle was seized and broken. I recommend replacing it with a new shutoff valve and adding a valve box with pea gravel to mitigate rusting. Test for leaks and verify the customer is happy with the water pressure. Purged air out of fixtures on all levels. Water heaters are from 2016, Based on age alone, I suggest replacing these units soon, I left estimates for a like-for-like configuration an additional visit will be needed to quote tankless as the homeowner needed to go to work.
Thank you again Charlie. You are a true professional and we are so thankful for your work completed. Second time we have needed your assistance and you are a credit to your craft and your company! Debbie and Tony.
Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding the issue they’re experiencing. Customer showed us inside and to the main level hall bathroom. Customer states toilet does not flush properly and also fills intermittently and she occasionally hears it running. This is the only fixture currently giving the customer issues. Customer’s water heater and expansion tank are functioning properly at this time. Whole house water pressure is at a safe level @60psi. There is an obstruction causing toilet to partially drain and not fully flush. Toilet is also over twenty years old from 2003 and is a Gerber builder grade toilet. Presented customer with options to install a new toilet or snake the current toilet and perform a minor rebuild to replace some of the parts in the tank. Customer also has a septic system so I recommended our Endure drain maintenance product. Customer elected to replace the toilet and after getting signature approval we began work. Shut off water to toilet at the
