Homeowner requested disconnection of power to the low-voltage security system, as the equipment and service are no longer in use and the system occasionally activates unexpectedly. Located the security system transformer, disconnected the wiring, and removed the transformer to eliminate power to the unused equipment.

Customer has 5 y/o Rheem system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in attic. System was not heating due to failed gas valve. Replaced warranty gas valve. Recommend wet switch for water protection upgrade. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Informed customer of findings. System is currently working.

I came out to investigate an issue with the smoke detector beeping intermittently. Your smoke detectors were installed about three years ago and so it looks like all of the batteries are currently dying. I went ahead and replace the battery in the smoke detector with one of yours as well as showing you how to change the batteries for each smoke detector since the carbon monoxide and the smoke detectors are slightly different. I also replaced a box that was broken so that it was hanging out of the wall. I remove the old box and installed a new box as well as reinstalling the GFCI outlet that was already on there. Arrived at the property to troubleshoot the family room recessed can lights and the ceiling fans located on the back porch. Inspected the lighting controls and fan operation to identify the cause of the reported issues. During troubleshooting, determined that the family room dimmer switch had failed and required replacement. Also identified an issue with the receivers in the back porch ceiling fans. According to the customer support representative, the fan receivers were damaged by a power surge and needed to be replaced. Provided the customer with a quote to replace the faulty dimmer switch and the affected ceiling fans. The customer approved the proposed work, and the approved replacements were completed. After completing the installation, tested the lighting and ceiling fans to verify proper operation. Confirmed that the completed work was functioning as expected at the time of service. Today we came out for the upstairs furnace not working 1999 carrier 90k 80%. Cycled equipment from thermostat found 24 volts going to gas valve but solenoid is stuck closed gas valve has failed. Performed safety inspection on heat exchanger found crack tagged furnace unsafe to operate in heating mode due to potential carbon monoxide fumes. Gas drip leg is not up to current code. Scheduled client with project manager to give options on new furnace. Turned thermostat back to cool mode and ccleft equipment operational.n

Completed sold work, installed two blue tube UV lights for upper and main level units. Installed drain and wet switch for both units, installed AprilAire media cabinet filter for both units. Cut in a 10” return duct for upper level unit. Cleaned both blower wheels, Cleaned both outdoor coils, replace dual capacitors in both systems and replace contractor for upper level system. After work was completed I tested both in heat and cool mode, everything is work properly at this moment. Customer has 12 y/o Trane furnace matched with 22 y/o Trane AC that operates for upper level. Called for constant blower motor running. Found that thermostat FAN was set in ON position. Performed inspection of system and found that heat exchanger was rusted. Blower wheel was dirty. Water protection is poor. Secondary drain pan damaged. Evaporator coil is rusted. Ductwork is undersized for system. Informed customer of all findings.

Expand the existing bedroom switch box from a single-gang to a double-gang box to accommodate the additional switch. Install new electrical boxes on each side of the bed for the wall-mounted sconce lights, including cutting in the boxes and securing them in place. Run new wiring from the existing switch box to each newly installed electrical box to provide power and switching for the new light fixtures. Install and connect two customer-supplied sconce lights, ensuring all wiring connections are properly secured and the fixtures are mounted correctly. Upon completion, test the switches, light fixtures, and circuit breaker to verify proper operation and ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.

Replaced steam humidifier canister and cleaned sediment from drain. Tested humidifier further revealing the water supply solenoid is not responding confirming its failure. This part will also require ordering and replacing. Lead time for part arrival is 3-5 business days.

I install two new sconce lights in the side and rear porch of house,

Deposit collected $5985 on 10/13 Driveway and sidewalk installation is scheduled for Thursday 10/22 Will collect remaining balance of $8000 after installation of driveway and sidewalk. Aidan S Oct22/ Met with owner on site and collected remaining balance for install project. Documented photos of driveway/sidewalk installation. Concrete crew was still on site. Informed owner to wait until Monday to drive vehicle onto new driveway per foreman on site.

Electrical upgrades

Met with the owners on site. They wanted a few fixtures replaced. The kitchen faucet, disposal and both lav faucets in the master bathroom. All customer supplied. I removed and replaced all three faucets, including the pop-up assemblies for the lav sinks. As a courtesy, I also removed the old filter and InstaHot from the kitchen cabinet as they’ve been abandoned. I replaced the disposal but in testing, found that no power was coming from the switch in the cabinet, to the disposal. The GFCI box it is attached to had power. He is going to replace the switch and if that does not work, he will have one of our electricians come out. The new disposal is installed but does not work due to no power. At this time, all faucets are running with no leaks or errors.

Trinity roofing called us out on an emergency call because they hit an AC thermostat wire while installing a new roof for a customer. We are going to have to splice both conductors in the attic and test the AC units afterwards to ensure operating as intended. This is an emergency and needs to be completed the same day Rewire Splice in Existing Box. LOCATION: attic thermostat wire Previously cut by Trinity Roofing. Pull T-Stat wire back into the attic and install a splice for each T-stat wire. After installation main level unit is sending power but the Thermostat is still not working as intended. The upstairs thermostat is working but not sending cold air. Referred TE Certified HVAC technician to further diagnose issue with system Trinity Roofing is responsible for payment

Waived diagnostics fee to make customer happy. Replaced blower motor capacitor under warranty. Furnace is short on return duct work. Furnace was operating when I left. Furnace from 2018. Capacitor has one year warranty.

I came out today to perform a two-system HomeCare maintenance visit. I checked temperature differentials (Delta T), refrigerant pressures, heating and cooling operation, static pressure, and electrical components. I also replaced both air filters, flushed the drain lines, checked the main-floor system’s condensate pump, and cleaned the flame sensors. Pull and reset toilet in master bathroom to check for a break in the flange. After pulling the toilet we found that the flange is not secured to the floor at all. It is also a gasket toilet flange that is not sealed properly. Recommended we replace the toilet flange in master bathroom. Customer understands that if the smell is there after a few days we will need to come back a troubleshoot the issue more
