Job Locations and Reviews

For this job, we removed, and replaced the master bathroom toilet due to a crack in the tank. We replaced it with a kohler high line arc. We installed a new wax seal, toilet bolts, and new stainless steal supply line. Once complete we tested for leaks, and caulked around the base of the toilet. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting minor power outage, and performing repairs

For this job I came to see a leaking toilet, found out that the little hose that attaches to the fill valve has became lose and was spraying water every where. Realized it could have happen due to high water pressure. Figured out water pressure was at 140 psi. I replaced the pressure reducing valve and with customer approval set the pressure to 75 psi, wanted max pressure while still being acceptable. Tested and verified with customer it was at a good level. Left work area clean.

Toilet is now flushing good. Replaced garbage disposal, old one was leaking from bottom of unit. Replace, tested fixtures. No leaks and draining fine now. Replaced an old flapper on second floor hallway bathroom toilet. Flushes fine now. Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance. House is on a septic system. Recommend customer to get septic tank pumped to prevent further issues. Customer also had issues with light fixtures in garage and on 2nd floor of house. Scheduled an electrician to come out to house and find a permanent solution. Also mentioned to customer she has a water leak in her HVAC system located in crawlspace. She said she will contact

Mount tv outlet

We replaced 2 ceiling fans, installed a new ceiling fan from scratch, installed a new chandelier from scratch, and installed dual function breakers for extending existing circuits. We did all this for a nice family in Alpharetta.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Drainage safety was tripped …drainage wasn’t clogged after taking videos of drainage flush for attic system ….tripped switch to verify thermostat shut off as it should …reset wet switch and retested unit ….refrigerant charge is where it needs to be ….system about 2 years old ….im assuming wet switch may have tripped inadvertently/ stuck …no issues while testing system …but looking at previous invoices an consulting with client …client has been in home for about 20 years …drainage could clogged up with sediments due to a couple decades of use ….did provide options to upgrade drainage …client accepted estimate …Installed new pump and hose in vent stack in attic with loops as it should be ..flushed pump to verify AC and pump operations ….sealed brass fitting terminating into vent stack to keep hold ..wired up condensate pump to thermostat circuit …unit is cooling…as always thank for choosing TE certified …* replaced primar

This estimate includes pulling the basement toilet for access, running a trailer jetter down the sewer and removing the debris from the 3” and 4” PVC up to the exterior cleanout. The jetter will also be ran from the exterior cleanout up to the city sewer tap. The line will be inspected again after the cleaning to determine any repairs need to be done. I was successfully able to remove stoppage. There was a lot of grease buildup. “Tallow” was caked up around the inner walls of the pipe and was very difficult to remove. There is approximately a 20 foot section from the toilet going out towards the street that does not have the proper slope And therefore is collecting a lot of waste and buildup. ****This is a temporary fix and could happen again unless a further step is taken to replace this section of pipe. We did test with lots of water in the presence of the customer and also explained this situation to the customer.*** Everything is draining and flushing properly at this time. Cus

Run Ethernet from the house to the gate, shed, and barn.

Customer notified me that the GFCI receptacle at the front of the home tripped when she went to utilize the pressure washer. Upon arrival, I took a look at the outlet and reset the self test button. Power has been restored back to the outlet. We went and took a look at the pressure washer. The pressure washer has built-in GFCI protection. This pressure washer is rated for 14 A at maximum capacity which will overload a 15 amp circuit. The receptacle that Sherry typically runs this off of is in the front left corner of the garage. That receptacle is wired in 12 gauge wire which is rated for 20 A. Circuit breakers typically tripped at 80% threshold, which would be 16 A. Being that the pressure washer runs at max capacity of 14 A that circuit is applicable for the use of the pressure washer. The circuit on the front porch where the new GFCI receptacle has been installed is not rated to run a load that is 14 A. Customer has been made aware of the situation. I’ve also educated the customer

Replaced Outlet.

Perform prepaid maintenance on two 2017 Lennox heat pump systems. Upstairs system is a zoned system and is actively leaking refrigerant at the evaporator coil. Called Lennox and got a quote for a coil and it is a week out and very expensive. Will quote price to customer. This system also has a dual capacitor on the outdoor unit that is below back on the fan side. Will quote price to do these repairs. On this upstairs system I definitely recommend looking at replacement options before you do any type of repair. There’s no cost to get a quote. We can go over multiple financing options as well as cash pricing And as always fast professional installation. This system is simply a builder grade piece of equipment, with it being zoned and not really the proper equipment installed. It is simply very close to the end of its lifespan. Main level system charge looks OK. The capacitor on the blower assembly as well as the dual capacitor outside are both below spec and recommend replacing these. T

Run new switch leg from switch on backsplash to outlet in cabinet across room

No cool main floor. Found system off upon arrival. Checked electrical components found high voltage going to indoor unit but no low voltage at board. Found transformer high voltage side shorted. Found crack in furnace heat exchanger, and minimal flood protection on system. Checked outdoor electrical and found very low ohm reading on contactor which likely led to the issue. Quoted repairs, customer went with band aid option. Replaced transformer and contactor. Tested cooling operations, checked refrigerant pressures and Electrical components. System working as it should in cooling mode at this time. Advised customer not to run heat due to cracked heat exchanger and safety issues it may cause. Left thermostat in non heating position.
