Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, I worked on replacing dryer outlet in the laundry room and quoted GFCI outlet replacements along with outdoor outlet and bubble cover replacements
Today we came out for only system not cooling 9 year old carrier 3 ton ac split found backed up drain line and dirty aa413 media. Gave client options and they approved repairs. Installed new media and cleaned drain line, checked operations and left all equipment operational.
I came out to install five new weatherproof GFCI outlets as well as five new bubble covers. I also download out the old hot tub line and disconnected it from the breaker inside the subpanel. This did leave a hole in the deck and a hole in the wall of the sheet rock which I filled with weatherproof foam. I did notice that you have a challenger panel and we do highly recommend replacing that. Challenger went out of business because of faulty panels whose breakers did not when they should have. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
Arrived to perform bandage estimate from last visit. Installed blue tube in the main floor indoor unit to kill off any biological growth to improve air quality. Replaced blower motor capacitor on the second and third floor system. As well as replaced the contactor on the second and third floor condenser. After installing all repairs I tested both systems in cool mode. Pressures are slightly better than last visit but I would still keep an eye on the pressures. Homeowner also stated the room we installed the cut-in’s from last visit is way more comfortable than it was the last 10 years. Thank you for choosing TE Certified. If you were happy with today’s service leave a review and share your experience with my service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Upon arrival customer stated 1/3 systems was not working properly and no air was coming through vents. Gas furnace is 27 years, evaporator coil is 15 years old, outdoor unit is 3 years old. Found that system has a failed blower motor, windings inside blower motor were burnt blower motor capacitor is bad, blower wheel is very dirty. There is no drain pan under system, there is no flood protection on equipment. Unit is a 3 ton system and it under supplied on duct work for both the return and supply which is causing unit to struggle. Control board is showing signs of water damage and corrosion. Checked outdoor unit this system was replaced potentially due to a failed compressor. Prior homeowner replaced only outdoor unit. Condenser coils are very dirty have not see system run. Customer stated that when he is in basement and unit was running that he would hear a humming noise from time to time then it would stop. This issues may be from inducer draft motor trying to start at same time heat

System was not cooling properly due to high head pressure caused by dirty coils. Performed condenser coil cleaning. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Recommend wet switch for upgraded water protection. Customer signed up for HomeCare Program. Would like quote for mini split installation for garage. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and downstairs to the basement bathroom and kitchen sink. Customer states they are experiencing drain flies in the bathroom shower and lavatory sink as well as the kitchen sink. Customer had the drains snaked and traps cleaned by another technician about two weeks ago. After inspecting the issue and confirming the traps are clear and fixtures are draining properly I asked the customer if they had used their Endure product downstairs at all. They had not and I highly recommended using it to fix this issue as the Endure will stop the flies and help to keep them away in the future. Customer also states it has been a while since their septic tank was serviced and I recommended that they may want to look into getting it pumped as well. Customer will use Emdure treatments to stop the flies downstairs and will only be charged a travel fee for today’s visit. Customer is satisfied.
No cool on the master bedroom due to system being locked on high pressure. Reset system and system works but not the fan motor. Got low and high power to the motor but it doesn’t spin. Will call supply house tomorrow morning for warranty and availability and schedule to return to the house to replace fan motor and do a complete diagnostic. Left outside disconnect off, to prevent damage on the compressor.

Troubleshoot garage wall not working.
Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: outlets not working LOCATION: laundry room FINDINGS:I started at the panel to make sure all breakers were on and sending proper power to branch circuits. One breaker labeled iron was in the on position but sending zero volts. This breaker was tripped but failed to put the handle in the tripped position. After resetting it the indicator lights blinked six times which means the breaker has an internal testing failure and should be replaced. After seeing that I test the other dual function breakers for the same internal testing failure and found seven others having the same issue. In the laundry room I removed all the outlets and inspected connections. One of the countertop outlets had a neutral connection where the screw was not tightened at all. This could certainly cause the intermittent power loss throughout the room RESOLUTION:tightened all connections on laundry room outlets and informed the homeowner of the breakers that have failed. I left
For this job, I worked on installing new 20 amp circuit to a GFCI high frequency outlet for a dedicated fridge in the garage
Toilet Rebuild on 2 bathrooms. New fill valves, flappers, and supply line connectors.
I came out to investigate an issue with your outside landscape lights tripping the GFI on the timer. Since you had already found that the issue was with the wiring in the landscape lights I went ahead and remade the connections that were using grounding wire nuts, which have holes in them instead of waterproof wire nuts with electrical tape. At your request, I just separated out one of the lines that you’re no longer using, and I also checked the voltage for the spots around your flag pole. You do have full voltage there so those lights just burned out when you had that nearby lightning strike. You should be able to replace them with no problems. Since you have already had an issue with a nearby lightning strike burning items out we went ahead and put surge protection on both of your panels so that if this happens again, you will have protection. Both search protectors have 50 amp breakers which are labeled in the panel.. unfortunately because of the framing around your panels, I was

For this job we installed a new 50 gallon Rheem gas water heater. We installed new pan, expansion tank, expansion tank strap, fittings and water lines. We also installed new gas fittings and piping. We replaced the pressure regulator and main shut off valve. The water heater has a 4 year warranty extension kit. Psi on home is 65. Tested all work and left work area clean.
Replaced leaking basket strainer, and dishwasher shut off valve. Attempted to correct assembly of drain line to double kitchen sink. After attempting to correct p-trap, I determined that the pitch of the drain would not be correct for the assembly. Per homeowner request, I installed the p-trap back exactly for it was prior to work being performed with an understanding that the design is not correct. Quoted for the correct way to repipe assembly. No warranty on the drainage work.
