Homeowners would like to replace the current water heater (leaking) with a Rinnai tankless water heater. Shut off the water to the home and drained the system down. Remove and dispose of the existing water heater off site. Adjust gas as necessary in the home to adequately provide gas to the unit. Mount the water heater on the wall and run new water, gas, condensate, intake and exhaust to and from the unit. Install crossover tee in the home to provide for recirculation. Electrical installed new circuit and outlet for the water heater to operate. Pressurize and remove the air from the system and put the water heater into service. When relighting the furnace pilots lights the basement furnace would not light. Cleaned the thermocouple and it still would not light. It was below freezing outside and the furnace had been off all day while installing the water heater. The furnace is 30 years old. In an attempt to get the furnace operational I replaced the thermocouple, attempted to light the

The customers Nema 14/50r located in the garage was being used for a car charger and burnt up. When the wiring and device failed it caused significant ground fault conditions that tripped the main breaker outside, left disconnect along with damaging the breaker where it would only have one leg working. We supplied and installed (2) new 150 amp main breakers in the disconnects and power was restored. We removed all the non listed breakers on both panels and supplied and installed new breakers. We supplied and installed (2) lifetime warranty surge protectors one for each panel. We wired in a new circuit for a new Tesla Wall charger for the garage and set it for 48 amps. We showed the homeowner how to use the charger.

Replace the customer supplied faucet in the basement bathroom also advised customer that their water heater is over 10 years old and nearing the end of its life expectancy left customer with a quote for the future

Outlet

Install (5) customer supplied ceiling fans in the home, includes removal of old fixtures and assembly of new fans. 3 of these ceiling fans are at a high height. Install approximately (70) outlets(outlets must be tamper resistant) on main and 2nd floor of the home in place of existing devices. Install (6) arc fault breakers in place of standard breakers for purposes of updating circuits with new outlets.

Replaced outlet in kitchen with GFCI. Fixed side basement wall light.

Completed a leak repair on an upstairs shower valve cold side connection, replaced PRV, completed toilet flange replacement. Everything was pressurized and tested for proper operation with no issues. Water pressure was set to 68psi.

Install ring doorbell and vanity lights in master bathroom

Removed old equipment and installed new customer supplied cooktop. Secured cooktop to the countertop with included mounting hardware and installed included gas regulator and gas flex connector. Tested for gas leaks and function of the cooktop. Hauled away old equipment for disposal.

Guided customer on how to change the water filter to their whole home. I did not perform any work, today other than telling the customer how to operate the system. Because of this I only charged a travel fee.

Run new 240 volt circuit humidifier. Install disconnect and whip.

Replace two faulty commercial security lights

Came out to complete sold work installed a 10 year 50 gallon gas water and installed two new kohler Kingstons

On arrival customer had a low pressure issue with faucet. we decided to rebuild it due to faucet being fairing new. After locating the part and picking it up we installed the new pair everything is working properly no other issues was found thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Removed and replaced toilet located in the powder room. Replaced wax seal and water supply line. Turned on the water and flushed thoroughly to test. No further leaks detected.

Installed Halo H2Zero Ultimate carbon filtration system. Installed a post filter with a bypass after the Halo unit. Installed a new main shut off and PRV and relocated them to a more accessible location. Installed ball valves on the halo inlet, outlet, and bypass. After installing the system, I filled the tank and let it soak for 48 hours before returning to complete the flushing sequence before start up. I went over the operation and the purpose of each valve with the customer. We tested the water in the house to make sure it was clear. Install a car charger in the garage

For this job I came out and replaced a shower valve for a customer, was unable to perform job from behind shower tile, a tile was needed to be removed with the approval of the customer, customer is also aware that we do not replace shower tiling and has someone who will repair the tile. Checked and tested for leaks and conducted a super cleanup.

Install new lighting keyless in basement/install new fans

For this job, I worked on splitting a vanity light into two separate lights over each sink

In Cali's Bathroom did a Minor Rebuild on the toilet, tested and is operating properly. In the Master Bathroom and the Laundry Room, removed and disposed of the existing toilets. When the toilet was pulled in the Master Bathroom the flange was broken, and it did not have any bolts attached. Removed the broken flange and installed new flange mounting to the floor. Installed a new Kohler Kingston in the Laundry Room as well as in the Master Bathroom. Flushed multiple times to test and sealed to the floor.
