Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, we re-dev keep the basement, fixed a burnt outlet by raising it in the wall, and installed AFCI, GFCI, and dual-function breakers for the basement and bedrooms.
For this job I removed and replaced existing prv that has failed causing no pressure at all fixtures in the home. Replaced with new prv set at 65 psi. Double checked my work and tested for leaks.
The kitchen garbage disposal had failed. Recommended replacement and upgrade to a 1/2 hp from a 1/3 hp. Disconnected and removed the failed disposal. Removed the sink bracket and cleaned surface area. Installed new disposal and tested the drain and function. The breaker in the panel that was labeled disposal was off and would not turn on. Recommended to have an electrician come out and diagnose.
Replaced old water heaters with 2 new 10 year manufacturers warranty 50 gallon heaters. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
HomeCare electrical safety inspection
The customer lost power for the dining room ceiling fan and when I removed the switch I found the switch to be broken along with the hot wire was not attached to the switch due to failure. I pulled the switches out in the master bedroom and tested for power and I got 120v between the hot and neutral. The ceiling fan does not have pull chains so the missing remote needs to be found. I found a non listed Siemens breaker inside the Challenger panel so I removed it and supplied and installed a new BR breaker.
Installed digital timers next to the main panels for the wall packs around the building, bypass the photocell at each existing wall pack, cap off the wall pack on the back side of the building and replaced a wall pack for the front facing side of the building.
Install a surge protector and replace e fan
I’m here installing a whole house surge protector and replacing a bathroom fan
Today I installed a new doorbell system at the front door with a customer supplied smart doorbell (there was no charge to install the smart doorbell) I also installed whole home surge protection in the main electrical panel
Replaced existing sewer ejector pump located in the basement closet behind sink. Tested the new pump for proper operation. The new pump is performing without error. No leaks present.
Whole house redevice
Upon arrival I met with homeowners, I was told that the sewage ejection pump was not turning on. I conducted a troubleshoot and ran diagnostics, I concluded that the pumps float switch is no longer operational. We could not find replacement part for the pump. So we will replace sewage ejection pump as a courtesy and only charge for the material cost of the pump. Today we charged 149 for the troubleshoot and today’s cost will go towards the material cost of the replacement pump when we return.
Call out address leaking water line. On arrival found that a pinhole leak had formed in a copper line above the downstairs bathroom. Gave the homeowner an estimate to get repaired. Homeowner agreed and work with started. Begin work by shutting off water to the system and draining the system. One system was drained. Cut out old copper piping and installed new copper piping. Reintroduce water to the system and tested for leaks. No leaks. Bled all air out of the system. Gave homeowner multiple options to consider re-piping the home due to multiple pinhole leaks in the past. Homeowner will review estimates and schedule when ready. Thank you for trusting TE Certified with all your plumbing needs.
Costumers bathroom gfci was not resetting. Upon inspection, we noticed the wiring on the gfci was wrong. We corrected the wiring and the gfci was able to reset. All the outlets worked that were on the bathroom gfci. We also discussed with the homeowner that they have a challenger panel. Challenger panels are not safe and are prone to fail. We recommended the homeowners to replace the panel with a new one. We also discussed about repairs on their backyard landscaping lights.
Leo provided excellent, efficient service and great information regarding the current plumbing needs for my home. He was polite and very considerate, also.
Not Heating - Main level & Basement Main level 25 years old - System flashing error code for high limit tripped “4 flashes”. I removed the high limit and observed that it is pretty burnt and charred. I used my borescope camera to look inside the heat exchanger are to see why the system is over heating. Inside I observed multiple cracks in the heat exchanger along with hot spots and metal fatigue. Also observed that the blower wheel is completely impacted with debris, the flame rectifier is weak, the blower motor is seeping oil at the main seal, and there are multiple original components that are weak and on the verge of failure. Due to the age, condition, and cost of temporary repairs, I recommended updating this equipment. Basement 25 years old - This system is almost identical to the main level system so I started off inspecting the heat exchanger on this system as well. This heat exchanger also has multiple cracks, hot spots, and metal fatigue. The pressure switch in this system
The homeowner requested a quote to install a new icemaker box line for her refrigerator. I cut the sheetrock, installed the icemaker box, and ran the waterline for the icemaker, connecting it to a ¾-inch copper water line branch. I also replaced the expansion tank, installed it with a new bracket, and secured it to the joist. Additionally, I replaced the water heater shut-off, and relocated it before the expansion tank. I replaced the copper gas line for the water heater and installed a new gas shut-off and gas flex hose. After completing the installation, I tested everything and checked for leaks.
Ricky was very professional and concise in the performance of his duty here. Great tech.
This job we did a leak troubleshoot. The homeowner has no active leak. He has been in talks with service manager Chris Wyand over the past couple months. Homeowner keeps experiencing anomalous pressure spikes. He has had all his water stops replaced all of his fill valves replaced homeowner has had his icemaker line replaced Everything that has blown in the past due to these pressure spikes has been replaced. Homeowner has also had a PRV and high-pressure PRV installed what he would like is to have remediation come out and use a moisture detector to see if he has moisture under his floors caused by these anomalous events, the last of Which Took Pl., October 18th he has no active week in his home at this time. I will be putting him in touch with property medics before I leave the scene today.

We originally called for a quote. We were very impressed with the professionalism as well as the price quoted, that we approved them for the job. David & Dylan got the materials and went to work. All work, plus extras, were completed in the same day. They did an excellent job of installing, but they also cleaned up everything behind them. We are extremely pleased with their level of knowledge and experience. We will definitely recommend T&E to all our family and friends.
Customer called us out for a new toilet in the half bath main level. Options were given. Customer decided to go with a new toilet for the main level upon which we discovered the flange was broken and was also replaced as well as a new service valve and supply line. A new 50 gallon water heater was installed with required code upgrades. Main water service coming into the house was reworked with a new main shut off valve and supports were added. Walk through with customer was performed and customer was happy with the end result of today’s work at their home.
Came out to replace thermostat only. Replaced thermostat and tested system in both heat and cool to insure proper cycling. The system is 22 years old, highly recommended considering updating the system. When testing the heat, the inducer fan assembly was extremely loud due to failed bearings. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!
Brandon and his team were great! Very personable and professional. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!!
Kyle and Bronco didn’t try to rush the service done on my house. They listened to the issue, troubleshooted the situation, and found a solution. They were able to fix the problem and took the time to show and explain to me what the issue was and they were going to do to fix it. Could not ask for better service!

Vincent arrived at the agreed-upon time and provided the excellent service my wife and I have come to rely upon from TECertified Pluming over the years, all in an exemplary manner. He reinforces the reason we will continue to call upon them for our next plumbing needs.
From the initial phone call thru the service we were very pleased.
Very professional and a very nice guy. It was not a cheap day, but I believe that his work speaks for itself and his professionalism. I’m happy that he was the technician that I got.
Steven resolved the electrical issue and made smart recommendations relative to the A/C system. All is well. Thank you.
Awesome service
Did an excellent job
Austin was very friendly and professional! He did the job quickly and efficiently.
Cory came out and changed out the parts to my kitchen sink and side sprayer which the manufacturer had sent me. Apparently mineral build up and lack of frequent movement had caused the main spigot to freeze its position, which he corrected also. He was courteous, skilled, and helpful, and didn’t overcharge I would call TE Certified again.
Devin was efficient and courteous!
Our recent encounter with James for an electric project here at our house was as it has always been, professional, intelligent, and done in a timely matter! Ricky was kind, patient, understanding, professional, highly knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and above all else, just an all around wonderful person. He explained every step of the process. He kept me informed and worked diligently to find the issue. It was not a quick process due to the way the plumbing is for my house; however, Ricky was determined to uncover the issue and fix it. I truly appreciate all of his very hard labor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
