Troubleshoot
Customer had to run in toilets that was causing the water bill to be high and ended up being too full valves that wasn’t working. I let the customer know I did suggest replacing the toilet due to it being 20+ years of age because the bolts were heavily rusted, and the gasket was deteriorating. Customer just wanted to go with replacing the fuel valve to make it stop running the master bathroom bolts are heavily rust and have a small drip on the right bolt , I showed the customer and she said she would pass it along to the homeowner and hopefully we’ll replace soon, the middle bathroom. I replaced a fill valve as well and it isn’t running anymore. That toilet is 20+ years old to let the customer know overtime. I recommend replacing the toilets instead of doing a major rebuild due to the age of the toilet. The master bathroom toilet rocks due to it having rusted bolts. I did not try to tighten it down to avoid breaking the toilet or the bolts or the flange. I let the customer know replaci
Changed air filters and treated drain lines. Checked cooling. Deep cleaned AC systems
On this visit I… Installed a new 30 amp circuit with 30 amp breaker for new electric tank water heater. Run circuit from panel to water heater room. Customer has not had the plumber come out yet but wanted me to install a 30 amp circuit. Customer is aware that not all water heaters are a 30 amp circuit although most will be. Plumber will install whip from disconnect to water heater, or if unable, I’ve left a separate quote to come back and install the whip.
INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED TOILET ON THE THIRD FLOOR.
Upstairs system: furnace is from 2022. An air conditioning system is from 2012. Overall system is running cooling and mechanically and sound condition. The outdoor condenser is plugged and head pressure is very high ambient outdoor temperature is only at 80° so when summer temps fully hit head temperatures are going to swell pressure as well beyond 500 psi without a deep cleaning. Strongly recommend deep clean on the condenser. Recommend electronic air cleaners for whole home for cleaner, healthier air. Changed air filter and treated drain line. Downstairs system: furnace and air conditioner changed in 2024. Recommend keeping home care as system was installed by TE and will maintain a part and labor warranty if you renew home care plan. System is running good. Changed air filter and treated drain line and condensate pump today.
Install new hose bib/cut into brick facia and installed new winterization ball valve in basement crawlspace area
Customer called due to a leaking toilet in the third-floor master bathroom that is causing water damage to the kitchen ceiling below. Upon inspection, we found the existing toilet to be the source of the leak. The toilet flange ring was also found to be rusted, which can compromise the seal and lead to future leaks. Customer provided a replacement toilet for installation; however, during unboxing, the toilet bowl was found to be damaged and shattered, making it unusable at this time. Today, we collected half of the total payment. Customer will return the damaged unit and obtain a replacement. She would like to proceed with installation on Thursday. On the return visit, we will install the customer-supplied toilet and replace the existing rusted flange to ensure a proper seal and prevent future leaks.

SERVICE CALL: Upon arrival homeowner stated the mini split system For basement is leaking refrigerant unit was diagnosed by another hvac Company. The system is mini split multi heads 2 ton capacity 2 years Old. The equipment is Off Brand from Amazon. Check system and perform Courtesy electronic leak search and I found the circuit for babies room The indoor evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant can’t be repaired The complete indoor head needs to be replaced. Upon arrival, I met with my contact on site. The floor has been finished in the upstairs hall bathroom, to allow me to install the toilet. I set new closet bolts and a wax ring, assembled and installed the toilet. Flushed ten times to test and ensure no leaks or errors. At the owners request, I checked the other toilets to ensure the flappers and fill valves are functioning properly. I found no issues at this time. Provide and replace the existing toilet with Kohler Kingston high efficiency 1.28 GPF toilet w/ soft close seat. Disconnect water supply from the toilet, remove water from the tank, remove tank and bowl from the floor, check drain and flange condition, install a new toilet, check proper flush and clean up the work area. Includes toilet and seat.
Added outlet off of existing bathroom outlet for a new bidet toilet seat. Gfci was installed in the bathroom and a new surge protector was installed in the panel
Found system very low on refrigerant well over half empty. Found and confirmed leak in evaporator coil, a previous company had put die in the system and also could see it with soapy water. Do not recommend filling system up as it will leak fairly quick. After recommending a full repair or replacement customer agreed to have an install supervisor come out to quote new system and I provided a full repair of a new evaporator coil. Compressor may be damaged from long-term use being low on refrigerant. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Home inspection after water damage
Perform home care inspection. Replace outlet to the right as well as the left of the door in the downstairs bedroom. Everything tested and working properly.
Homecare inspection Performed full safety inspection on home -stops and supply lines are the push/pull type with supply line attached to it, we recommend replacing all stops and supply lines as these can cause issues such as flooding -water heater is 4 years old with no records of maintenance. Recommend to flush asap and begin yearly flushing. Filtration system helps, but does not catch everything -old style fast slam toilets seats are recommended to be replaced to soft close seats as they can crack the toilet bowl and lead to toilet replacement -tub in downstairs bathroom have chip in the finish and can rust through. Recommend to have tub refinishing company repair tub. Or we can replace tub if necessary. Customer elected to do water heater flush today.

Both Martin and Ben performed quick, efficient, and excellent work in restoring plumbing for hot water in my home. I could not ask for better service.
Responded quickly with a great team. Very professional, able to expertly diagnose the issue, and repaired expeditiously. Have used TE before, always satisfied.

Carlos did a great job. He explained the 2 cost options and worked efficiently. I got an appointment the next day.
He was great. Kind, professional, informative and quick.
Nolan was very professional, diagnosed our problem and fixed it.
Excellent service
We received several estimates from different companies to replace our water pump… some even charging less than TE Certified. However, we went with TE because when Ben came out he provided a detail estimate and review and gave a couple of options. He did not up-sale much and was pretty straightforward. On the day of service, Ben was prompt, professional, and polite. He installed our new water heater without delay. This is our second time using TE Certified- we used them for some electrical work in the past and the gentleman that came out then was just as professional and polite.
excellent will have Jason back out hopefully soon.
