Redevicing master bedroom

A client reached out to us in reference to happen an angle stop that was leaking after installing a kitchen sink faucet in his basement. Our client was also concerned about the health of the other two that was in the cabinet basin. Client also want to have his water shut off valve and hose shut off valve replace. All items have been replaced and tested for leaks and no leaks have been found. A new PRV was installed as well to get his water pressure from 80 down to 60PSI. I think we made a great impression for our first time service with our client.

Replaced fault ecm motor and tested on cool. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Customer stated system wouldn’t heat or cool. Upon arrival turned system on. Found system started up when put in AC mode. Checked refrigerant pressures and they are good. Switched over to heat and checked heat strip amps and they are good. Checked pressures in heating mode and they are good. System is cooling and heating fine. While on service noticed drain didn’t have a vent or clean out. Also noticed outdoor coil is dirty and needs cleaning. System has no uv protection. Filter looks new. Created a quote to clean condenser coil, add wet switch, correct drain, and install apco x. System issue could be intermittent thermostat. While on service call system didn’t mess up. Added quote to replace T stat. Customer decided to go ahead and sign up for homecare membership. Customer would like estimates to be sent over via email and will save to have work done.

Diagnosed outdoor system . Outdoor ecm fan motor has failed. Checked capacitor and contactor and are still working properly. Customer has renewed homecare. Will come back tomorrow to install new ecm fan motor Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Called out for a sewer snow tested the kitchen sink recommend a bottle of endure and a camera inspection at a later date. Lines are open and flowing at this time.

Remove ground screw.

Tech arrived to perform HomeCare maintenance on two systems at roughly 1 years old. Customer reports no issues at this time. Inspected systems. Filters AprilAire 410s are dirty and in need of replacement. Homeowner agreed to replace filters. Replaced with AprilAire 413 filters. Flushed drains lines and verified safety operations. Cleaned furnace compartments, cleaned inducer ports and cleaned flame sensors. Verified high and low fire are operational. Temperature rise is within specs at this time. Verified UVC system is operational. Checked outdoor units. Units are fully operational. Units are in fair condition. There is a dryer vent directly above one of the units which is putting debris on both of the units. Units are in need of cleaning. Homeowner agreed to cleaning the outdoor units. Tech cleaned outdoor units and verified operations after cleaning. Referred homeowner to DaffyDucts for dryer vent cleaning. Systems are operational at techs departure. Provide and install new Tesla universal charger under carport on a new 60 amp circuit Run new dedicated circuit from panel to outside close to bedroom, and install AC disconnect for mini split

Install new outlet outside near garage door, wiring to be installed in 1/2” pvc conduit from existing garage outlet. Replace existing garage outlet with new GFCI receptacle. Install weather rated duplex outlet and bubble cover on surface mount box outside.

Came out to a no heat. After diagnosing the system. I found that the thermostat was bad and not communicating with the system. I replaced the thermostat a ran the system for 30 minutes in heat and cool. the system is running according to specifications.

Performed Homecare plumbing inspection and replaced PRV, replaced guest bathroom tub spout, rebuilt guest bathroom toilet, removed master bath accordion drain and replaced with proper tubular drain, changed 2 angle compression stops and supply lines in half bath.

Provide and replace all existing smoke detectors. Install new carbon monoxide/smoke detector combos.

Customer sent was given him drainage issues, I gave them the option to hand clean the sink or to run my cable, and the customer decided to do a hand clean. After cleaning the sink by hand, I was able to remove hair and build up that was making the sink drain slow and after testing the sink is back working perfectly

Performed diagnostic on upstairs Lennox unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t working, checked tstst, no voltage, upon going in attic found light switch turned off, turned on power to get unit started up, upon sequence of operation unit started up, but upon blower wheel starting it would spark them trip main breaker, inspected furnace, noticed blower motor has been replaced at some point as well as control board, unit also has door switch disconnected which is a safety feature, upon looking at new board I can see burn marks in metal, probably came from previous control board, flu vent is not properly installed, goes from single wall to double wall, should be double wall out the way out roof, recommend repair flu vent, also noticed a lot of ducts are ripped, customer also complained that one of the bedrooms up stairs don’t have good airflow, system is short on airflow per the size of unit causing inadequate airflow, explained to customer we can make repairs and still find othe

Repair damaged wire from squirrels

For this job, I worked on doing a courtesy troubleshoot to figure out why the dryer was not working properly. Turns out the original installer did not strip all the wires back far enough. therefore, it was not making great contact. When I arrived, you were only receiving 120 V and not 208 V which is what’s needed because of the commercial setting. redid all connections and redid the grounding to where you have number 10 THHN to the ground terminal. checked voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 5 y/o Ruud furnace matched with 15 y/o Amana AC that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not heating properly due to water backed up in 90% flue vent causing short cycle. System seems to be oversized. Ductwork is damaged. Not enough return airflow. Damaged secondary heat exchanger. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
