Came out to quote a bigger supply plenum that way duct cleaning company can come out and clean ducts, we cannot quote bigger supply plenum due to plenum being too close to the roof, recommended install supervisor to come out and quote to lay system down horizontally and replace supply plenum, also preformed system inspection, checked amp draw of all components and found that compressor was overamping pulling 81 amps, LRA rating is 77 amps, amp draw should never be above 77, checked capacitors, all capacitors are within tolerance, flushed drain line, tested safety switches, filter is clean(16x25x1), delta T temperature drop looks good, there is no inline flood protection safety switches installed however system does have wet switch installed, install supervisor is scheduled for 5/26/26 9-11AM to come out and give quote to make repairs/replacement

Customer has 5 y/o 2-zone Lennox heat pump system that operates for whole house. System is not cooling due to failed contactor. Noticed that water protection is poor. Filter needs replacing as well. Informed customer of all findings. Customer decided not to make any repairs today.

Do all work together

Customer has 7 y/o Lennox heat pump system that operates for upper level. System was not cooling due to tripped water protection caused by clogged drain line feeding water into secondary pan. Cleared drain line. Recommend upgraded water protection. Noticed significant mold growth within air handler. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent mold growth. Replaced customer supplied 15x20x1 filter. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.

Replacing fan and install surge protector

Troubleshoot and replaced burned up outlet.

Trouble shoot the crawlspace gfci outlet, intermediate to frequent tripping at the outlet . Evaluated the outlet connection and circuit throughly no issues electrically as well as stressed the outlet with all of the appliances that were plugged into it a could not recreate the tripping scenario. Installed dual function breaker so that if the crawlspace circuit does trip again resetting it is more convenient for the home owners. Also left an option for a service upgrade to increase available amps for system. (100 -> 200amps)

Upon arrival customer stated that system was not cooling properly, unit is 7 months old. Home was remodeled and customer purchased home in September. Stated that upstairs was staying hot and home was not cooling down not matter the temperature they had it set to. Started system and unit came on, system ran for an hour and only went down 1 degree even though there is a 22 degree split between the supply and return of systems. System did have refrigerant noticed that metering device was fluctuating up and down. Inspected indoor unit and found that system is a 3.5 ton and is very under supplied on duct work. Poor airflow is causing issues within metering device and home not cooling properly. Customer stated in winter season heat was shutting on and off, this is also due to air flow issues and system not being balanced properly. The return plenum is not big enough for system. Advised customer recommend speaking with our install supervisor about duct modifications, due to tight space there

Attempt to clear mainline blockage Customer called us out for a mainline blockage affecting the home. Upon arrival customer stated this is a reoccurring issue, and they have had the line snaked. We went first under the crawlspace to ensure there was no leaks under the home and to see what piping material we had under the home. We discovered there is original cast iron piping, and a pvc cleanout in front of the yard. Customer stated whenever the washing machine or the dishwasher would drain it would come up to the shower. We recommended to the customer to run a cable machine in the hallway toilet drain to attempt to restore flow and we proceeded with the work. We pulled the toilet and upon removing it we found standing water. We ran our cable machine in the drain, and after multiple attempts we were able to restore flow. We tested by running water in the bathroom group and in the bathroom group in the master. We also did a quick cycle in the dishwasher and the washing machine, and we

Arrived at the call the thermostat was giving an error saying there’s no power to the c wire. Upon inspection all components where operational and receiving power, all wires where tight and in correct places. Further inspection showed that the c wire at the tstat as well as the Y and R wire had short in them. The error returned again and further investigation showed that the thermostat wire was actually 2 and the c wires were not connected to each other at all. I connected the wires and the error code is now gone. I ran the system for 15 mins to ensure the error didn’t return and it hasn’t. System is now fully operational. Heat exchanger is still bad customer was made aware of that by the last tech and I made sure to remind him. He stated that he will address the issue at a later date as it’s summer and he won’t be using the heat.

Performed diagnostic on 12yr old carrier u it, upon arrival customer stated units wasn’t working properly, stated in the heat of the day tstst would show. High pressure code, then after he reset it , it would go away and run properly, until it get hot again and throw the same code, checked tstst, showing high pressure lockout, reset power to clear code, cycled tstat to ac mode, inspected furnace in crawlspace, customer recently replaced filter, burners starting to rust, blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, customer duct work is poor, customer is aware of airflow issues, already spoke with install supervisor, noticed flu vent run into chimney, inspected outdoor unit, coil heavily impacted, recommend coil cleaning, capacitor bad, recommend replacing capacitor, checked amp draws, condenser fan motor over amping, checked pressure and temp split, checked ok, went over all option with homeowner including uv protection, customer chose option a, went to pick up parts and retu

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 7 y/o Goodman system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not cooling due to pitted contactor. Replaced 1-pole contactor. Other condenser electrical components are good. Pressure levels were normal. Recommend water protection. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.

Running wire for new heat detector in the garage closet

Replaced rotted out tailpiece with new on left side sink. Filled sink and tested for leaks.

For this job, it was acquired to me to replace our clients 10 year-old gas water heater. This item has been replaced and install up to code. Clients water pressure is at 65 psi the home has been purge of debris and air. Our client is very satisfied with the service that was provided today.

Pulled toilet in master bathroom to clear mainline blockage affecting multiple fixtures. Blockage was successfully cleared and camera technician arrived onsite to offer solutions for aging plumbing.

On this visit I… -Troubleshot crawlspace gfci tripping that has, deep freezer, dehumidifier, and pump for furnace. -Replaced improper breaker that is labeled dining room outlets. This is meant for a QO style panel in this panel is a home line style.

Thermal expansion tank is leaking into pit that the water heater is sitting in and caused the water heater to extinguish. Water pressure to the home has a reading of 103 psi. Extracted the water from the pit, removed and replaced the pressure regulator valve. Removed the damaged thermal expansion tank and replaced onto the proper bracket assembly. Dried the components inside of the water heater and cleaned. Turned on the water to the home and ignited the water heater. Tested with no leaks. The water heater is now heating properly. Water pressure is now 65psi.
