Job Locations and Reviews
I have lived in the same house for 28 years and this was the best plumbing service I’ve ever experience.

Performed quoted repairs on the dryer vent. Used a large piece of plywood to lay across and used a sawzall to cut into the “old roof.” Used a new 90 and connected all pieces of the dryer vent that disconnected and ensured they are secure. Also performed an electronic leak search on the master bedroom HVAC system, but couldn’t find a leak at the indoor coil. Added about 0.8 lbs of R-410A slowly into the system to see how it reacts. The system seems to be low on refrigerant. Built follow-up estimates with the customer. Reported results to the customer. Scheduled to return next Monday 8-10 to perform a leak search and condenser coil cleanings.

I replaced the existing 9 year old water heater with new 10 year warranty heater. The pressure regulator was 19 years old and was replaced. Kitchen faucet was replaced with new customer supplied faucet. We replaced the valves for the faucet as well. Pressurized water and gas systems. Checked all connections for leaks. Thank You For Choosing TE Certified

Installed whole house surge protector and replaced mismatched breakers in panel.

Troubleshoot partial power outage
As well as addressing our immediate concern (a “frozen” hot water supply valve), Allen Murphy quickly recognized a secondary issue that was creating low hot water pressure to the rest of the house. He explained the situation clearly and succinctly. I am (again) extremely satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness shown by TE Certified team members in all of my experiences with them!

Performed customer spring home care maintenance visit 2 units Changed qty 2 (20x25x4) system filters Both systems are 3 years old. Checked over all operations of system for upstairs system. Customer showed me an error message that occurred over weekend that unit stated refrigerant low pressure lockout. Stated that system came back on Sunday and has been running ever since. Checked equipment and could not find any issues as to why this happened, refrigerant pressures were good, split temperatures showed good, system ran for an hour while I was here and did show and signs of error. Blower wheel is clean inside the cabinet is clean. Outdoor unit inverter board did not show any active error codes, condenser coils are clean. Advised customer that drain line is not draining properly and backing up. The line goes through chase of wall and then meets a tee in crawl space with other units drain. There are several bellies in the line causing water to hold still. Customer approved to have drain r

Customer called us out for two drains that were stopped up. There was a drain in the upstairs, master bathroom, shower, and the downstairs basement tub that were both draining very slowly. I will have to snake the drain in the upstairs master bathroom shower. I will also have to snake the drain in the downstairs basement level tub. I was successfully able to remove stoppage. Everything is draining properly at this time. Customer is very satisfied.

Completed HC visit Gave a Pro 1 thermostat under install warranty Recovered about 1/2 a pound of refrigerant to adjust subcooling

We came out today to install the Grounding Electrode System on the home along with a full home surge protector. -Grounding Electrodes Conductor- We installed one grounding electrode from the main breaker CH panel across the basement then dropped come recess lights in the finished portion of the basement and over to the PRV and jumped it along with making contact within 5’ of entry. We installed another grounding electrode conductor from the main breaker panel over to the exterior wall by the back door and went outside to the ground rods. -Ground Rods- We installed (2) 8’ rods into the earth past the new deck to allow rain to make contact to the rods. I preformed a Fall Of Potential test on each electrode to see where the resistance value was at. *Rod by the fence 48.3 Ohms *Rod closet to the home 51.2 Ohms I then ran a temporary bonding jumper between each new rod in parallel and the resistance value dropped down to 27.7 ohms. After bonding the hot and cold at the water heat

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Inspected complete system found cracked heat exchanger on furnace located in garage show client and turned off at thermostat. Inspected all electrical components and connections found weak 10 mfd run capacitor on furnace reading 8 and one for condenser fan motor on ac 7.5 reading 5.5. Found pitted contactor, condenser fan motor over amping motor coils fail at anytime. Replaced 7.5 run capacitor on ac. Checked refrigerant levels on ac they were fine. Checked delta t and found dirty flame sensor on furnace. Due to condition of equipment need to update. Left all equipment operational and scheduled client with install supervisor for today 2-5pm.

For this job, we worked on upgrading the main electrical panel. Installed 2 ground rods with grounding wire to the main panel.

Trench underground and install new 3/4” PVC conduit from small outdoor panel approximately 60ft to backyard pond pump location, install new wiring in conduit, box, outlet/plate, and gfi breaker on circuit.

Performed inspection on two systems. Main floor system has a defective condensate pump, no form of water safeties, blower wheel is dirty, condenser coil is dirty, and dual capacitor is out of manufacture specs. Inducer motor is pulling correct amps. Blower motor is pulling correct amps. Run capacitor is in manufacture specs. Flue pipe, gas sediment trap, and gas line are up to code. Condensate drain is clear. Ductwork is good. Furnace is heating properly. Contactor is in manufacture specs. Pressures are good. Disconnect is working properly. Bedroom side system has no form of water safeties on system and blower wheel is dirty. Heat strips are operating properly. Blower motor is pulling correct amps. Disconnect for air handler is working properly. Ductwork is good. Condenser coil is clean. Capacitor and contactor are in manufacture specs. Pressures are good. Disconnect for AC is working properly.

Tech completed home care spring maintenance on upstairs and downstairs systems. Replaced upstairs 12x20x1 filter and downstairs 15x20x1 filter. Tech made recommendations with customer to help improve both systems, customer wanted to move forward with tech recommendations today. Tech installed for upstairs system 7.5 mfd run cap, outdoor dual cap 30/5mfd, UV blue tube and SS1 in-line safety flood switch, and topped of refrigerant levels with 3lbs of R-410a refrigerant. Downstairs tech installed only UV blue tube. Both systems are now operating good at this time of maintenance. Estimate is to replace main system with 2 separate systems, media filters, run electrical/gas/lineset to new attic system, relocate both outdoor units to side of home, replace all attic duct work, have roofer vent new 90% furnace through roof and permit all work. These are both full inverter systems where you can set the dehumidification. These systems have a 12 year warranty.

Estimate is to upgrade home’s electrical service to 200 amps. This includes all the Dunwoody service upgrade requirements. Discount is with HVAC replacement only. We will install Generac ATS as main disconnect.

Home care inspection on two systems. Checked heating and cooling, replaced filters. Customer provided, drain lines are clear. Lennox system was very dirty on the outside condenser. I did a chemical wash on the Lennox outside condenser both systems are cooling and heating properly at this time. Recommend to add a wet switch for each system to prevent water damage in case of condensate pump fails , also recommend to install Blue TubeUV light for each system to improve air quality in the house to protect the equipment.

Customer called us out here for multiple slow drains. I was successfully able to remove stoppages in master bathroom, sink, kids, bathroom sink and downstairs powder room sink. Everything is draining and properly operating at this time. Customer is very satisfied.
