Replaced 10 existing breakers with new homeowner provided dual function breakers (2 15s and 8 20s). New outlet for a bidet toilet seat was added in the master toilet room and was tied off of the master bedroom circuit. I discussed with the homeowner the potential of the lights flickering when the bidet is on full power since it pulls about 12 amps, but he was fine with this and we talked about running a dedicated circuit to the outlet if issues present themselves.
Leak from free standing tub in primary bathroom Found no leak on drain or on faucet Cut drywall to access pipes to check for leaks Water from hand sprayer and from splashing on floor is causing water to leak through the uncaulked seam behind the tub where tub meets floor Recommend to caulk entire back of tub and around faucet plate to stop water from leaking through Due to tub/faucet design, it’s recommended to hang hand sprayer over tub edge to drain into tub after every use until it stops draining out Also try to keep the water in the tub when kiddos are bathing

Troubleshoot
For this job we troubleshot a tripping arc fault breaker. And the inspection we determined the middle pendant light on the front porch had gone bad. Unwired the light and put it back up as customer was taking pictures to sell the home. Left estimates to replace it.
Mop sink faucet continuously leaking from hot side Remove t&s brass faucet cartridge and found a complete failure of the stem Purchase new hot side t&s brass faucet cartridge (only hot side was replaced) Installed new cartridge and test Everything is working great
Flushed tankless RHEEM Ikonik tankless water heater. Upon arrival, and initial diagnosis- I found that the tankless water heater was giving another error code for lime build up in heat exchanger. I addressed with the home owner that the water softener system is affecting the performance of the unit and causing more hard to the tankless. I addressed that having a water softener to the water that the homeowner has from the city is impacting the function on the unit. I recommended a different treatment style to the home to help combat the real issues with the water quality. I also addressed the water pressure concern in the home.

Install a 2 way 4” PVC clean out on main sewer line outside and install a sewer popper on clean out. INSTALLATION:TE had dig and cut roots out to get to the 4” pvc drain pipe and installed a two-way clean out with sewer popper.Backfilled and bed the pipe and put pine straw back.
Use hydro jetter to clear out debris from drain line and perform camera inspection once completed Pulled skirted toilet, removed plastic pTrap from flange. Ran mini machine in closet flange for a long duration of time. Did not see any signs of system backing. Set toilet on new wax ring. Clearing successful and sewer supervisor scheduled to come back next week, Monday 11-2.

Arrived to diagnose issue …system is 1 stage heat pump Lennox / pressure bypass damper present …verified both dampers open and closing as they should **dats sensor operating found this out at zone board *** checked pressures … tested both zones : insufficient flood protection for drainage and did provide options to replace both thermostats ** signed client up for 2 system homecare * unit is operational as of today **
For this job, we conducted leak detection services for homeowner, during the investigation. We discovered two buried zone valves and a buried irrigation valve in front of the sidewalk about 15 feet off the front of the home. We isolated the main shut off for the irrigation and moved forward with the leak detection on the main line. we listen to the line for about an hour and detected no leak on that line however, even though we isolated the master shut off for the irrigation, the zone valve box that we uncovered continue to fill with water and I could hear water rushing through the valve after the tee off of the main service. I believe that the leak is on the zone valve of the irrigation system and the 30+ year-old gate valve/master shut off for irrigation/has failed. I instructed the homeowner to call their irrigation company and get it replaced, so that we can be sure that it is isolated from the main service
Removed burner assembly and cleaned to restore hot water. No warranty on repairs. TE certified will not warranty any repairs on this unit. Recommended a replacement.

Performed schedule repair replace condensate trap for 90% . Tested and inspected connections. Recommend to replace secondary heat exchanger on and inducer Customer declined at this time. Informed customer there is no warranty for repair and he does not have flood protection and we are not liable for my water damage.. system is heating and cooling at this time.
Performed system diagnostic for system that services whole home. Found dirty filter that was backwards, no TE flow protection, drain line that’s sagging, dirty blow wheel, dirty condenser coil. Replace filter supplied by customer made recommendations of repairs no repairs selected at this time.. Customer did sign up for home care. System is working at this time.
Replace switch for disposal. Add new dual function breaker for disposal. Corrected wiring for surge protector. We could not repair light for oven hood. Appliance repair technician is recommended. Everything tested and working properly.

This review is 95% for one of two jobs I had scheduled: one plumbing, one electrical. I have used TE a few times. The plumbers were very professional and courteous. Everything was clearly explained to me along the way. Isaac made a very good effort to do a great job. Their prices are high, but worth it in this case. However, my experience with the electric was enough to not call again for this service anytime soon. I needed ONE new outlet installed within 10’ of an existing, available line. I also needed 3 garage ceiling mounted fixtures to replace 3 existing. All parts laid out. Nothing unusual or intricate. That estimate was over $1,300. For one of the simplest jobs one could ask for. I had no confidence that the tech knew what he was doing. He told me that putting the ceiling fixture up was complicated. I asked him to show me on the unit. What was the complicated part? It’s three wires and four screws. I’ve already received 2 estimates for less than half the above.
Joshua was great to work with. He diagnosed my problem, told me how he’d address it and followed through. Everything was neat and tidy when he finished.

We had a terrible clog in a home we just moved into. Max came out with hours of our call and was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of the pipes inside and out. He shared a detailed plan and cost with us before proceeding. The company is a bit pricey, but Max did a great job.
