Job Locations and Reviews

Shower dripping when water is turned off. Water pressure tot he home is within regulations. No active leak found underneath the kitchen sink. Shut off water to the home and drained the system. Removed the trim from the shower to access the shower cartridge. Removed and replaced the cartridge and reinstalled the trim. Turned on the water. Tested with no leaks.

Installed apco x and blue tube today on basement unit, also cleaned surfaces inside unit. Customer will be getting an apco x installed on main floor furnace and a dehumidifier installed for basement unit at a later date.

Removed ballasts in 4 lights and replaced bulbs with LED T8 bulbs set to 4000k

Performed visual inspection and documented biological growth inside basement unit. Customer chose to install UV to kill bacteria and stop it from spreading. Also recommend a dehumidifier in the basement o help keep moisture content down and help with air quality.

Washing machine shut off valve not completely turning off when hose is removed. Customer agreed to our quote to replace the washing machine box.I cut a roughly 8 inch by 12. Inch hole directly beneath the washing machine box and removed. After draining down the house, I reinstalled a new washing machine box with hammer arresters. Turn the water back onto the house and primed air out of the lines and checked for leaks. No, leaks.Thank you for choosing and trusting TE for your plumbing needs

Install three-quarter horsepower garbage disposal /test no leaks at time of test

3 inch PVC sewer line repair behind microwave/installed 3 inch no hub band/ran test on system no leaks/temporarily reset drywall for customers….

Homeowner concerned about humidity in the home. Humidifier isn’t ideally installed as back pressure from blower in furnace is overtaking blower from dehumidifier. Make up air is tied right into dehumidifier and I was told that three had been replaced under warranty so far. 90 pint model may not be big enough for both zones. When dehumidifier is running but ac is not, that zone closes. This is not allowing dehumidified air to flow into the zone. Upstairs coil is potentially leaking

Replace failed expansion tank and leaking prv

Arrive cycled power off. Removed panels. Added SS1 float switch and wet switch. Cycled power on. Tested both switches. Both are operating.

Warranty work

Replaced evap coil and suction side service valve. Cleaned ac. Pressure tested system and vacuumed below 600 microns. Properly charged unit with r410a and. Unit running as designed with a 20 degree delta T upon completion of work.

Replaced 50 gal gas water heater. Moved water lines closer to back wall and secured with unistrut to avoid melting from vent. Also replaced old single wall vent pipe with double wall vent pipe. Replaced old main gate valve and prv with new 1/4 turn ball valve and new high quality watts pressure reducing valve. We were unable to obtain the cartridges necessary for Roman tub faucet repair. We exhausted every effort to repair the tub short of replacing the fixture and were unable to. It is my professional opinion that this fixture be replaced with a new faucet. We turned the supply valves below tub off to avoid any issues. No leaks or other issues at this time.
Removed and replaced 9 fluorescent to LED fixtures in the changing room at the front left of the building
Joshua was great to work with. He diagnosed my problem, told me how he’d address it and followed through. Everything was neat and tidy when he finished.

I came to the this job due to back hose bib not working. Due to it being shut off and it being behind the sheet rock. Went ahead and located the shut off. Went ahead & replaced old shut off and hose bib. Also added an access panel for shut off.

Home care visit for house with two heat pumps, one in the attic and one in the garage. Both have 16x20x1 filters that were changed today. Both have clean blower wheels, normal amp draws, capacitors that are within manufacture specifications, normal refrigerant pressures, and clean condenser coils. Poured chemical down drain line and ensured drain line clear with shop vac. Neither system has flood protection, customer agreed to have TE standard flood protection on the attic unit only, installed today and verified system on and cooling.

Remove 4 bushes and excavate in front flowerbed. Remove and regrade bellied section of main sewer line.

Diagnosed issue causing disposal circuit to trip Replaced faulty receptacle

Installed wet switches and UV light. I removed the failed duct and sealed the plenum. I installed a new compressor and filter drier. I pressure tested the system and pulled a deep vacuum (280 microns). I added fresh refrigerant and charged it with all zones open. I charged it to the manufacturer specifications. The mainfloor system was operating at the end of service call.

We had a terrible clog in a home we just moved into. Max came out with hours of our call and was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of the pipes inside and out. He shared a detailed plan and cost with us before proceeding. The company is a bit pricey, but Max did a great job.
