For this job I replaced the toilet in the basement bathroom, I provided a Kohler Kingston toilet. I removed and disposed of old toilet, I inspected the toilet flange and saw it was in good condition. I installed new wax ring and T bolts to secure toilet, I caulked around the toilet and also replaced the toilet supply line. I tested and left work area clean.

Repiped master bathroom sink hot and cold lines removing the cpvc stops, piping, and mixing valve tie ins to copper. Replaced stops, widespread faucet, mixing valve and added isolations valves for the mixing valve as well. Pressurized system and tested everything for leaks. Adjusted temp for mixing valve.

Upon arrival, I was pointed to the master bathroom toilet, which was wobbling and had failed internals. I was also pointed to the toilet upstairs, which had a failed fill valve. We lifted the master bathroom tub up enough to be able to adjust the feet and got it to sit stable and then we silicone. We also added a screw to secure the tub filler properly. For the master bathroom, shower trim, we silicone the trim. Tested everything for leaks and proper function.

Today we came out for basement system freezing up carrier 2 ton heat pump split 2007 r22. Cycled equipment from thermostat and checked operations found liquid line freezing up and a part of condenser coil freezing up. Checked refrigerant levels found system critically low and almost out of refrigerant. Circuit uses mandated r22 refrigerant that is obsolete. Equipment is 20 years old and needs to be updated. Performed safety inspection of daughter’s room. Inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found severe metal fatigue, hot spots and rust. In addition found crack at 7 o clock. Scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating
