Installed two return ducts with new boots

For this job we installed new circuits for heated bulbs, fans, and keyless fixtures in the shed next to the main barn. Customer is having the shed enclosed and divided into two separate stalls. Installed weather rated receptacles in each of the four corners and installed bubble covers on each. Each circuit is installed on a GFCI protected breaker from the meter main combo and the main panel inside the barn. Also installed new outlets in the both main garages at the main house. Did a split job and will be returning to finished the switches and pipe after the siding crew gets done with their part.

Ran new gas line for rough in fire place in basement. Added isolation valves on the tie in side as well as connection to fireplace side. Gas is turned on and tested for leaks. This line is tied in with lot 3 upstairs fireplace on the gas manifold tag

Replaced warranty evaporator coil in upstairs unit. System working properly at the moment.

Upon arrival, I met with the owners. The master bathroom shower was recently clogged and has not been used in 5 days. I tested, ran all three shower heads and found it to be draining properly at this time. For preventative maintenance I provided them with Endure. We also discussed the issues with their toilets and they plan to replace them in the future. I provided an estimate for that as well. Includes one bottle of Endure professional grade drain treatment to help breakdown organic buildup and maintain free flowing drains. Designed for residential and light commercial use as a preventative maintenance solution. This is not a mechanical clearing service. No warranty.

Returned to replace indoor disconnect that has melted off. Replaced disconnect 60A, cut wires back and reconnected using same whip. Customer has another company coming back out to adjust wiring for heat strips.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. System is starting to freeze up. Single stage split system, bypass stuck open allowing cool air to recirculate and is causing pressures and temperatures to show overcharge but the system is not. Repairs would have to be made as quoted to further diagnose. System is 9 yrs old! Single stage zoned system with broken bypass. The flue it dead banded into the main flue and is not a direct upflow. Homeowner would also like to discuss indoor air quality upgrades with install supervisor..

Completed homecare for both systems. Checked all electrical,ignition and refrigeration components. Changed filters and cleared drains. Found up unit very low on refrigeration. Performed an electronic leaks search and found the attic unit evaporator coil leaking. Ordered a new evap coil under warranty. Scheduled for replacement Friday 2-5 pm. Replaced failing dual capacitor for main unit today.

Troubleshoot on Generac 22kw standby generator

System #3 was inspected today. We found a refrigerant leak at the evaporator coil, and the coil warranty has expired. Due to the age of the system and the expired warranty status, replacement of the full system is being recommended. There is also a chance that other issues could come to light once coil replacement is attempted, especially if parts availability becomes a problem. The customer-supplied an Aprilaire 210 filter that was replaced during the visit. The system also does not have adequate flood protection in place at this time. HomeCare maintenance and indoor air quality improvements were also discussed. Today we came out for only system not cooling single stage Lennox 3 ton 2015 zoned. Cycled equipment from thermostats found compressor locked out on low pressure. Checked refrigerant pressures found circuit critically low on refrigerant. Performed complimentary leak search found leaks in evaporator coil. Checked with Lennox and manufacture warranty has expired. Client has 1.5 tons of return ductwork on a 3 ton system we would need to add a return in each of the bedrooms on third level. Client has a three zoned system with single stage equipment. We always need modulating equipment with zoning. Due to age of equipment, condition and not enough ductwork will scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today BREAKER WAS TRIPPED UPON ARRIVAL,***. …bad capacitor for main level / upstairs AC **..outdoor coil is dirty ….breaker was tripped upon arrival ** capacitor was almost totally exhausted *** for fan and herms ** system is single stage zoned 2 floors with a peculiar setup of distribution boxes in attic **.. verified both dampers were open after immediate repair ** Bypass damper is present …but single stage 2 zoned systems aren’t ideal ( builders grade ) ..no dats sensor present with zoning as a note ** Provided options for fan motor only, compressor as well only , and fan motor and compressor under due to age under 10 based off previous service invoices and totally exhausted capacitor **

Install a ring doorbell

Homeowners master bathroom toilet would make a high pitch noise. The water presser was 40 psi. Shut main off and drained system. Removed failed PRV and installed new watts pressure Reducing valve. Turned water on and purged air from the system. Replaced the toilets fill valve flapper and supply line. Water pressure is now 65 psi and left quotes to replace the mai n floor toilet.

Attempt to clear blockage affecting master shower Customer called us out for two shower drains that were experiencing a slow drain. Upon arrival I tested for mainline issue and after running water for a long period of time only the shower was being affected. The tub in their daughters bathroom seemed to be draining fine, customer let me know they attempted to clear the blockage and they pulled back hair buildup. The shower drain in the master bathroom did have a slow drain. I ran my cable machine in the drain and brought back some hair buildup and I noticed lime scale buildup around the walls. I was able to restore flow in the shower. Customer is aware of the slope issue in the shower causing a small puddle of water close to the drain.

Finished remainder of work including moving both shower drains, installing dual Halo Ultimates with a bypass for the home and both post filters, insulated remainder of water lines, tested both shower systems and drains in each bathroom/laundry/kitchenette. Everything is working properly and will need to return for fireplace gas line once we know the specs of the insert.

For this job I performed a tankless water heater diagnostic. I found that there was an obstruction in the air intake. I removed a bird from the vent inside of the water heater. I also noticed that there were no bird screens on the outside where the vents penetrate the building. I installed bird screens. I reset the water heater and tested. Did not have any more new codes.

Opened drywall to expose leak. Found that a pipe was not glued into a fitting. Performed bandaid repair and glued pipe. Replaced thermal expansion tank. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. No warranty on band aid repairs. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Replace chandelier

Today we came out for main and upstairs not cooling Goodman 3.5 ton single speed zoned. Cycled equipment from thermostats found thermostat calling but compressor did not energize. Upon further evaluation of system found breaker tripped going to compressor. Tested compressor found compressor pulling 100 amps on start up LRA compressor is failing pulling way to many amps. In addition customer has a zoned system with single stage equipment. Advised client with zoning we always want modulating equipment that will ramp up and down. Left equipment operational, left band aid repair and scheduled install supervisor to give options on communicating system.

Both bathrooms, kitchenette, and laundry room are roughed in with drains and water. When we return for the Halos on Monday we will shut the system down to install Halo bypass and tie in basement water all at once. Will finish insulating water lines and move shower drains (possibly).

I came back to check TV not working they had set a white board behind cutting of switch in the TV. We got it back working
