Completed repairs, including replacing the damper motor that was failed, blower motor capacitor, dual capacitor, 1 inch filter, cleaning outdoor condenser coil, and adding SS1 flood protection to the drain line. Tested the system, fully after repairs completed and found no failures at this time.

TESTED SYSTEM NOT COOLING FOR WHOLE HOME. FOUND UNIT IS FROZEN DUE TO FAILED DAMPER MOTOR TO UPSTAIRS ZONE. FILTER ALSO VERY DIRTY & SYSTEM LACKING FLOOD PROTECTIONS. BOTH CAPACITORS TO COND. & BLOWER ARE FAILING. COND. COIL IS VERY DIRTY, CONTACTOR PITTED. SYSTEM CAN BENEFIT FROM ADDING SMART BYPASS & HARD START KIT.

Service visit on Generac 26Kw standby generator

Replaced tank bolts, and fill valve on basement toilet. Inspected tank to bowl gasket and it appeared to be in good condition. Supply line could not be changed due to being built into the angle stop. Re pressurized toilet and tested for function and leaks. No leaks present.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. No cool main level found condenser fan motor running but compressor not energized. Checked for power going to compressor and 240 was present. Installed hard start kit compressor still did not energize compressor has failed and is locked up. Contactor is pitted and was notated on last maintenance and condenser coil is impacted. Client has single stage furnace with zoning two zones main and second level. There is also minimal flood protection on equipment. Checked manufacture warranty with Lennox and has expired only had a five year warranty. Customer is short on return air and has builder grade equipment scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating.

Install new ceiling fan in basement gym. Install switch for fan.

For this job we installed a customer supplied Tesla universal wall connector on the back wall of the garage. We installed the charger on a dedicated 60 amp circuit. We commissioned the Charger and connected it to the internet. Also left an estimate to install a whole home surge protector in the main panel.

Homeowner has a leak coming through the garage ceiling. Opened some drywall to search for the leak, it was coming from the Roman tub spout.

No cool and blown fuse (low voltage) for the main level system. Found contactor shortened. Replaced contactor, and system works. Checked entire system, with no issue at this time. No wet switch and condensate pump is seating on the ground, nest to the furnace. Highly recommend to install an wet switch , near to the condensate pump, to prevent water in the floor, in case of condensate pump fails.

Replace breaker

Came in for because basement/ main floor system was not cooling, costumer also want to get maintenance on both unit done today so moved forward with it. Performed a 2 systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. In regards of the main the main unit that was not cooling, noticed that system was freezing up due to lack of refrigerant and poor air flow, making compressor over work and in result damaging electrical components Upstairs System is working properly at this time, there are some issues with system that need to be address, let costumer know and left details on inspection sheet and options attach to this email. Costumer decided to proceed with immediate repairs for main system. Worked was done and tested, unit is back up and running as it should. Replaced full system located in basement

For this job, I replaced two lab faucets and an exterior hose Bibb. I checked the pressure and thermal expansion both are bad. Due to this issue we can’t warranty any work performed today that is damaged by pressure. Gave options to correct issue.

Full system

Replaced bad compressor, contactor and capacitor. Install wet switch for upstairs unit. Tested and working well. Performed homecare on both systems . Upstairs needed heavy drain clearing. Systems working well at this time.

Adding whole home surge protection and rewiring ac disconnect

Came out today because homeowner said they had 2 breakers that kept tripping. I ran a diagnostic on the breaker and it showed six blinks which showed the breakers had gone bad. These are the breakers that Eaton has admitted have a flaw. I informed the homeowner of all this and informed them how to get in contact with Eaton to get new breakers and let them know we can replace the breakers when they receive them. They also had a problem with a blinking light in the upstairs bedroom when the fan was turned on. It was a bad receiver in the fans canopy. I took the receiver out and hooked it up to the switch and could not repeat the light flickering problem.

Diagnose the reason for no cool Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Install new 60a circuit from basement to garage, breaker, wall mount Charger, circuit

Replaced drain hose connector

No cool. Upstairs unit. Found system to have power but compressor overheated. Cooled compressor with hose. Attempted to turn compressor on. Unit briefly kicked on. Sounded awful and then shut down. Refrigerant smells burnt. Cooled compressor again and attempted to turn on. Unit had grounded itself. Compressor sounded locked before overheating within a short period of time. Was unable to get amp draw readings before compressor overheated. Unable to get ahold of customer at this time. Left voicemail to call me when available. Equipment was registered and is under warranty per manufacturer.

Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted work. Checked all run and dual capacitors on the systems. Replaced both run capacitors and one dual capacitor, and tested to ensure the systems operate properly. Cleaned the condenser coils for both the upstairs and main floor systems. Tested operation to ensure the systems function properly. Reported results to the customer.
