Replace hot water heater and recirculating pump

Customers washing machine drain was backed up with HVAC condensation, I ran my drain machine down the line to break up condensation, and after I ran a few loads of laundry to test the drain and ran water from the supply line and no more backups after testing

Troubleshoot no power to the poolhouse

Breaker was tripping a few seconds after porch lights would come on. Through some testing I found the base of the light was full of water. The homeowner had pressure washers here recently. The nut holding the base on was rusted on. Customer asked if I would drill a small hole in the base to let the water flow out. I did that and the breaker no longer trips

I installed a box and outlet under the sink for the disposal. I replaced the breaker with a dual function to provide GFCI protection for outlet

Replace garbage disposal with new customer supplied garbage disposal. Adjusted the drain slight for the garbage disposal to fit into the kitchen cabinet. Also client would like the supply line for the dishwasher more tucked in towards the back of cabinet. Client would need to keep a paper and digital copy of this invoice for warranty purposes in the future if the garbage disposal would need to be replaced through glacier bay. Also recommend replacing the water heater sooner rather than later. Email estimates for replacement of the water heater with different levels of warranty. Quotes are good for 60 days and can e-sign the estimate when they are ready to move forward with the work.

Outlets

Installed customer supplied toilet. In addition we replaced a failed flange for this toilet, replaced lavatory sink tailpiece and pop-up assembly.

Upon arrival, customer had numerous outlets without power, and 240v equipment was not working on one panel. After inspection realized one phase of power was not receiving power. After power company inspected their wiring and found no issues, tested power at main breakers and power was good here, but not reaching panel. After inspecting attic, found improperly wired junction box in attic for service cable. Wire came loose from connector and pipe was broken. Install (2) surge protectors one at each panel. Replace all connections on service junction box in ceiling with new Polaris type lugs and fix pvc pipe with new pvc and connector.

At arrival on 07/16/25: Issue: no cool System: system#3 located upstairs Finding: bad compressor, no wet safety switch, potentially clogged up drain line, rusty heat exchanger. Recommendations: address the above issues or upgrade your system Added 2.5lbs of refrigerant R-410A to system#4 since it was low in refrigerant and homeowner was noticing that system could not keep up during hot days.

Surge protection and gfci protection to oven- troubleshoot oven tripping breaker

Upstairs system is not cooling due to it being low on 410a. Float switch is defective, no ss1 on condensate drain, and condenser coil is dirty. Added 2 pounds of 410a, cleaned condenser coil, and added wet switch and ss1 to drain to ensure no water issues. Te certified

During our visit, a tankless diagnosis was completed on the customers Rheem Tankless. After speaking with Rheem on the phone, they recommended the Recirc pump to be replaced, and the unit needs a full service. An estimate was approved by the customer for work to begin as soon as we can get the pump delivered.
