Troubleshoot disposal Provide & Install a 3/4hp disposal Customer called us out for a kitchen sink that was clogged. Upon arrival the customer stated their kitchen sink was draining slow. We took a look at the sink and noticed the disposal side which was on the right was draining slow. The garbage disposal is almost ten years old. We tested the left side to test if both sides were being affected, but after running water for a long period of time only the right side was being affected. We noticed there was water in the dishwasher as well. We saw some debris inside the disposal but could not tell what it was. The customer decided to troubleshoot the disposal, we informed the customer there was a chance the disposal would fail/leak before starting. We removed food debris from the inside the disposal and turned the blades manually. We also removed the debris from the pTrap as it was causing water to slow drain. While we were doing our testing by running water , we noticed water dripping

Arrive performed inspection on one system. No in-line safety no wet switch. Checked all electrical. Checked run capacitor. Dust on blower wheel. Checked outdoor unit. Hooked up gauges and found zero refrigerant in system. Failing dual capacitor. Pitted contactor. Short on return and supply. Unit out of warranty. Recommend system replacement. I did not perform a refrigerant leak search needs a nitrogen assisted leak search. Scheduled for install supervisor to come out and give a quote for system replacement. Put quote together, so customer has idea of repair cost. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Diagnostic for main system. Customers called stating no cooling. No low voltage power was being sent from the furnace control board to the contactor outside. Temporarily repaired the wiring to outdoor found the capacitor to not being within rating. 14 year old zone system, lack of maintenance. The zone board did not send the call from the thermostat to start the system in cooling. Bypassed the zone board and the system came on. After startup the refrigerant pressures were low. Both zone board and dampers are obsolete. Customer declined quote for new system at this time but is open to getting a system at the start of the new year. Customer wanted the system temporarily charged. Charged less than 3lb. NO WARRANTY FOR REPAIRS

Electrically everything is working like proper voltage. I also did a continuity test. Nothing was touching nor was the wire damage. The dual function 20 amp Siemens breaker would only trip when the broil setting was turned on. Customer also mentioned tripping was inconsistent. I was able to get it to trip twice on site and came to the conclusion. It’s an oven/equipment issue.

Performed one system inspection. Homeowner was interested in HomeCare on both systems. Two ton zoned system, bypass is 10 inches, smallest zone is 160 cfm. Unit has ductwork problems and zoning problems, damper is non functional. No wet switch. Left recommendations for repair. Drain line was not cleaned and filter was not changed at this visit

TE certified will perform a sewer spot repair approximately 6 feet deep. It is a requirement that the customer must have the tree beside the spot repair removed prior to the start of service. The scope of work would involve excavating down to the compromise section of piping, cutting out the obstructed section of piping, installing new schedule, 40 PVC with correct sewer fittings, and backfilled the trench to a rough grade level. The work performed by TE certified will come with a lifetime workmanship warranty.

Overall, the work performed was good, on time, etc. Only complaint is prices on 2 of 3 projects were REALLY high. To put on a simple TV wall mount$350…..to simply move 2 fans to another room….$600. We have another company that will do them both wall mount and moving 2 fans for $400, which is less than half of what TEC quoted
