Installed new customer supplied three handle faucets in master bathroom. Installed two brand new cartridges in master shower. Installed two new Kohler Elm-brook toilets in upstairs bathroom and downstairs guest bathroom. Pulled and reset toilet in upstairs bathroom to check for broken flange. Technician found no broken flange. Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet. Technician installed new basket trainer for free. Installed all code upgrades on tankless water heater, including valve kit, check valve, thermal expansion tank and ran T and p outside. Installed four new angle stops in master bathroom. Checked and tested for leaks and hot water.

For this job, we replaced the main panel with a QO 54 space panel. We replaced the meter since the old one was burnt up. We replaced all the switches and outlets in the home. We added smoke detectors in each bedroom and one on each floor. We installed surge protectors at the main panel and at the meter disconnect. We also installed a generator inlet.

Power loss in family room We will be Replacing all outlets and switches in house with proper connections by wrapping the screws and making sure it is a tight connection. With this we will also be updating all breakers in home to arc fault and Gfci protection.

Today I performed a troubleshoot on outlets not working in the master bath. I re-wired an gfci in another part of the house, and installed a new GFCI outlet in the master bath.

Removed leaking three handle tub shower valve, and installed a new single handle Delta tub shower valve, with a remodel plate. Hot and cold water lines were also replaced all the way to main trunk lines in the crawlspace. All work completed was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Trim plate was sealed to fiberglass wall. Walk-through was completed with the customer, work area was thoroughly cleaned up and payment was successfully collected. THANK YOU for trusting T.E. Disconnected washer and pulled it out to rework washer pan drain. After the drain was installed I reconnected the washer and turned the water back on. (TE Certified is not responsible for the integrity of appliances (washer and drawer). I also checked the homes incoming pressure at both hose spigots on the house and both were reading above 100psi. (By code the pressure of a home needs to be 50-80psi). Checked the thermal expansion tank which is full and all that weight is put on the cpvc pipe that is holding it up. Highly recommended getting this taken care of asap. Will be leaving quotes (customers have the option to sign and accept quote through email to get on the schedule). Homeowner had issue with upstairs bathroom not properly regulating water temperature. I gave homeowner option to replace the valve due to the existing valve does not pressure balance. We replaced the valve with new Delta multi choice. In addition there was previous work that needed to be addressed. The pressure regulator was replaced and the thermal expansion tank was installed on a bracket. System was pressurized and checked with homeowner for satisfaction.

Today Addison called us out to his home because he had a few pick list items that he wanted to go through. Today we only did a troubleshoot for the master closet, light and installed ceiling fan and master bedroom.

Today I replaced two outlets in the living room. I replaced two light switches in the master bedroom. I ran a new number 4 bare ground wire from the utility bonding bridge to the backyard where I mounted a new bonding bridge on some ham radio equipment. I ran number 10 THHN jumpers from the new bridge to bond multiple parts of the ham radio equipment.

Home owner pointed out area of gas leak found by gas company. Located gas leak with soap bubble leak detector. Took apart and checked fitting condition and then tightened fitting down. Fitting is no longer leaking. Home owner is selling home, so he didn’t want me to do a full inspection at this time. Turned gas on and reset furnace. Checked furnace operations.

Clear kitchen blockage Customer called us out for a blocked up kitchen sink. Took apart pTrap and ram k45 cable inside drain to remove food buildup. After removing buildup we reassembled all drains and tested for leaks. Clearing successful.

Removed light fixtures with water damage from house flooding and installed a dedicated circuit in the kitchen pantry and added an outlet in the closet for a phone charging station.

Customer called us out for a dishwasher that wouldn’t drain. I inspected the connection to the sink drainage and it was hooked up to the garbage disposal. The garbage disposal was draining with no issues. The garbage disposal had minimal signs of wear or rust. Customer had not other drainage issues. Water heater had no leaks.

No Heat - 25+ year old Rheem System not heating due to age and multiple failures. The blower motor has failed, the heat exchanger has failed in multiple areas, the inducer motor bearings are shot and the inducer motor is over amping. The blower wheel is 100% impacted with debris, the evaporator coil is 100% impacted with debris, and the flame rectifier is weak. The high limit is burnt and blackened due to the system has been over heating for a while. The AC operates on R-22 refrigerant and is also not working. Due to the age, condition, and not all repairs eligible, I recommended updating the equipment. Also the water heater vent pipe is not properly installed, there needs to be a 4-3 reducer.
