Job Locations and Reviews

During our visit, a leak search was completed in the kitchen ceiling below the master shower. After removing the stained drywall, I located the master shower drain. The drain appeared to have a slow leak when used. The drain was completely replaced and a new p-trap was installed. A new expansion tank was also installed near the water heater. The old leaking garbage disposal was also replaced with a 3/4 Hp Mainline. Each repair was tested for leaks and functionality after completion.

Customer called us out for multiple drain issues. Master bathroom sink is not properly draining and also has an odor. Master bathroom shower is slow to drain. Upstairs bathroom has an odor and drain is very slow. I will attempt to stop in each line individually, and also provides some Options to combat the smell. I was successfully able to remove stoppages throughout the whole home and thoroughly tested with water in the sinks and in the shower in the presence of the customer to make sure everything is draining properly. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product. Everything is draining properly and the customer is that satisfied.

Customer called us out for a blockage in the master bathroom. All three fixtures were affected. The bathtub was filled with water due to a leaky customer will call back to have this fixed. In the basement I saw that one of the sections of pipe was back pitched causing water to pool which lead to the blockage. I recommended removing the toilet and running a cable machine down to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran the cable machine down multiple times successfully clearing the blockage. It did feel like there were multiple areas causing smaller back ups. I cleaned up while running the tub to make sure the blockage was clear. Reinstalled toilet with new wax ring , closet bolts and china caps. Could not remove supply line.

Customer called us out for a washing machine drain line clogged. I will attempt to remove stoppage. Customer also said there were issues in a toilet on the upstairs bathroom floor. I will have to see if this is connected first using a snake machine in the laundry drain line. If the toilet is not resolved, I will have to use the auger separately to remove stoppage in toilet drain line. There was a severe clog in the laundry, drain line. The snake machine was unable to resolve the issue. As a courtesy, I did use the mini Hydro jetting machine and was successfully able to remove stoppage. We ran 2 cycles of laundry to ensure proper drainage. Everything is draining properly at this time. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product. Everything is draining properly and the customer is very happy.

The customer is moving out of the building and requested to have all the things they had done demoed and removed. We had pulled back all of the Cat6e cables and rolled them up in the ceiling, removed all the upper receptacles and demoed all the way back from its source. In the server room we disconnected the 2p70 feed that was going to a disconnect that powered the server rack and the UPS system. Also in the server room we cut back all the wiring that was connected to the server system and put it up in the ceiling. I walked with the customer to ensure we had removed everything they had requested.

No cool whole home. Found system to have failed dual capacitor not allowing compressor to run. Replaced capacitor and inspected system. Found burnt contactor, high amp draw on compressor and condensing fan motor, dirty ac, weak run capacitor, cracked heat exchanger, dirty blower wheel, single wall flue pipe and no wet switch. Customer would like to get pricing for new equipment had appointment set for Monday at 8am. Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of the water leak from the whole home HVAC system. Tested cooling from the thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked and replaced the 1” air filter. Checked static pressure and ran duct load calculations. Reported findings to the customer. Scheduled the customer to receive a quote for ductwork modifications on Monday 8-10. Performed a coil cleaning on the outdoor coil. Took apart the unit and rinsed it off with water. Soaked in coil cleaner for 15 minutes and then rinsed off once more. Put the unit back together and tested operation. Installed a wet switch on the whole home HVAC system. Tested operation to ensure it functions properly. Cleared the drain line with water, chemical coil cleaner and the mighty pump. Secured and glued sections of the drain line. Reported results to the customer. Asked her to call us back if anything else occur

No ac whole home. Found water in drain pan shutting the system down. Bypassed safety to inspect system. Found dirty ac with weak dual capacitor, burnt contactor, weak run capacitor, no wet switch, and poorly attached drain line to evaporator coil. Also found both manual dampers to be 3/4 closed and dirty air filter. Replaced filter with customer supplied filter and opened dampers. Repaired leaking drain. Replaced capacitors, contctor, and cleaned outdoor coil. Also added wet switch and flushed drain to insure no leaks, removed as much water from drain pan as possible. Tested system. System operating well at this time.

Performed diagnostic on 2021 Goodman, AC and furnace. System is simply a bad design. This is a split level house. One thermostat for three levels. The system was installed very poorly. Upon arrival there was Air being sucked into the furnace because the return Plenum was not attached. Take this up. Upon startup of system and testing the pressure the pressures did not look good. System is a piston operated system and super heat was one. When I turned power off this outdoor unit unit stabilized at 171 Standing pressure. System appears to be low on refrigerant as far as standing pressure. While running pressures look pretty typical around 135/370. Upon checking static pressure static pressure is .8. When I open the door to this furnace to see if improving return error does anything it does not. The super heat never changes when this is done. Added a little bit of refrigerant to see if the system would react and it does not. Pressure went down on the suction side superheat went up to five

Upon arrival, homeowner showed us where they heard dripping in the master bedroom in the wall and also in the kitchen ceiling right below the master bedroom. Homeowner directed us to the attic. The HVAC unit’s pan in the attic was full of water, dripping from the overflow and overall installation was poor. The HVAC unit is what’s causing the leak below. Referred homeowner to our HVAC department.

Jason and Alex spent 3 hours expertly doing four different electrical projects including taking fixtures and fans out of HomeDepot boxes and making a trip to Home Depot to get a part we missed when we bought the new fans. Just outstanding in every possible way!

Andrew was excellent in replacing my ceiling fan junction box. He did a great job and cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend him. And I have to say that all of the TE electricians that have done work for me are wonderful.
I had a main water leak coming out of a shrubbery bed that caused water to gush out across the lawn and down the sidewalk and into the street, on a Saturday morning. I called TE and Nick came out. He had to dig in the mud to find the leak, and also had to cut out some tree roots. When he found the problem, a cracked 3-way pipe connector, he replaced it. I also appreciate that he cleaned up the area. He was fantastic!
Excellent job. Showed up on time. Trouble shot the issue. Prepared detailed estimate. Made repairs as needed. Left workspace exactly the way he found it with newly installed LED lights. Definitely will utilize you guys again when needed.
