Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Home care maintenance plan started. Water had leaked into emergency pan and is from either freezing after long use or from cracked ac drain pan, the water is coming through the furnace.
Andrew did such a great job for us. He was clean and meticulous and arrived right on time. The job was done on time and the cleanup was better than expected. Highly recommended thank you.

Full system Flu advanced

During our visit, the customers in law suite water heater was rebuilt. A new element and thermostat were installed. The water heater was also completely repiped. A new expansion tank, vacuum breaker, and drain down valve were all installed as well. During the repair process, a water heater pan was installed, along with a pan drain to the outdoors. A new pressure reducing valve was also installed in the in-law suite. Each repair was tested for leaks and functionality. The water heater was working accordingly.

Run new dryer and washer machine circuit, relocate wire for the basement circuit, replace sub panel feed, separate grounds and neutrals in sub panel, and install new circuit for heater.

Replaced outdoor condenser top and tested system. Everything is operating properly at the moment.

Replace the light on the back deck and blank other light.

Cut open sheet rock in main floor laundry room to access and replace failed washer box. T.E. Certified is not responsible for sheet rock replacement. Also, repiped hot and cold waterlines with pex piping down to the unfinished garage area. Checked all work completed for leaks and proper functionality. Ran washer through a quick wash cycle to bleed air from system and ensure leak free connections. Cleaned up work area, completed walk through with the customer and successfully collected payment. Replaced three delta shower cartridges.

Tech was out for no cooling . Seen on furnace where there was an error code. Seen open fuse. Tech checked indoor and outdoor for any wires cut. Found low voltage on outdoor wire showing. This is due to the outdoor elements. Spoke with customer about issues also spoke with customer about becoming a member customer declined on membership and wanted repairs done. Tech repair low voltage wire and replace fuse on control board . Tested system out , system is operating.

Troubleshoot outlets not working

Inspect the tripping gfi in the basement and look at the electrical panel.

Today I replaced a faulty breaker and also updated the circuit with the proper protection.

Installed GFCIs

Maintenance Performed inspection and maintenance visit on 2018 Lennox furnace and AC system. This is a builder grade system. It is zoned. Upon inspection found static pressure to be high. .8 with both zones open. And 1.0 with one zone closed. Found a Damper motor to be binding. Pulled back the insulation and was able to freeze this. Found the bypass to not be functioning at all. Recommend replacing this. Found the debt sensor to be installed on the return Plenum. This should be in the supply. This was probably done by the builders to mask the airflow issues. The blower capacitor is testing 5.4 on a 7.5 and should be replaced as well. This system has minimal flood protection. The only flood protection in place is a drain pan safety switch. Recommend upgrading to a wet switch and adding an in-line drain safety switch. This is a measure to save the ceiling from water damage if you ever have a clogged drain issue. Moved outdoors and pressures in system are definitely showing lack of airfl

During our visit, a tankless diagnosis was completed on the customers Rinnai water heater. After speaking with the manufacturer regarding the code 10, they recommended that we take the unit apart, and clean the fan and burners. Both the fan and burner tray were removed and cleaned free of any bugs or debris. After this repair was complete, the unit was put back together and tested for operation. The code 10 was no longer an issue after the repair was complete.

Breaker for outdoor outlets tripped

Adding a new 120 volt gfi circuit in the wood working shop.

Landscape lighting, replaced front and rear transformers for landscape lighting. Installed 2 new light in front yard natural area. Mounted all wall lights and replaced three customer supplied fixtures in back yard. Timers are set to turn on at 6pm and off @ 11pm per customers request.

I came out today due to the surge lights not being on and a AFCi breaker located in the sub-panel on circuit tripping. The tripping 15 amp breaker had the deep freezer plugged into it and a furnace with lighting and other receptacles are on that circuit. I suggested to the homeowner to isolate these so that if the breaker trips again we will know what the issue is. The breaker for surge was in the “Off position” and when I turned it back on it had two green lights. The homeowners did inform me that they were playing around with the breaker for the surge and they also told me the freezer is around 28 years old. For today I turned the breaker for the surge back on. I dropped a new 20 amp circuit to a new box with a receptacle and plate. I also supplied and installed a. New plug on neutral 20 amp QO duel function breaker and labeled the circuit, tested and plugged the deep freezer in along with a unit that will sound an alarm if the circuit trips.

Replaced aged disposal that was not working. Tested for leaks and function. No leaks.

Installed surge protector and ev charger

Use machine and high pressure hose to clean/flush out sewer piping for master bathroom group. I was successfully able to remove stoppage. Everything in the upstairs bathroom is draining properly. I thoroughly tested by running a lot of water and flushing the toilet several times. Customer is very satisfying. Also provided customer with our Endure drain maintenance solution.

Noah was polite, informative and diligent. He spent the day tracking down the problem (which was unusual) and then fixed the electrical mystery. He was informative through every step of the process and was considerate throughout the process.

Homeowner believes the breaker is bad and wants to replace it

Installed hub grain for standalone ice Maker on the main floor of the home. After installing ran new water service supply line to the new ice Maker, turn the water on and tested the supply line and drain for leaks. There were no leaks. However, the ice Maker does not quite fit in to the cabinet.Customer agreed to leave the ice Maker.As is to have their cabinet specialist come in and miter the cabinet space out so that it will fit.
