SERVICE CALL: Today’s visit was to check the cooling on 2 systems in the home. Customer has the upstairs thermostat set at 66 and the downstairs at 69. Customer stated the downstairs has been losing air flow and when it does she turns it off for several hours then it seems to work again. When I arrived the upstairs unit was reading 68 degrees and the downstairs at 69 degrees. The upstairs unit has had refrigerant added in the past. After inspection I found a lot of oil stains present on the condenser coil. Performed electronic leak search and verified that the condenser coil is leaking. Proceeded to check the downstairs. Checked the filter and blower motor. Checked cooling operation. I found the refrigerant pressures to be abnormal. Verified return ductwork and sizes. It’s okay for the system. SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated both hvac systems are not Working properly on cooling mode. Customer had a couple bathroom sinks that was slow draining due to hair collecting so we ended up cleaning out both drains and she had a $73 drain cleaning coupon from the company, after removing both drains and cleaning out all the buildup, both drains are flowing perfectly with no leaks and no backups present

For this job, I came to look at a system that was leaking. Once I arrived, I noticed that there was water all over the floor, so I began to inspect the drain as well as open the evaporator coil. Once the coil was open, I noticed that there was a crack in the drain pan. Show this to the customer as well as presented estimates to replace and add water safety device. Also included an estimate for him to join our membership program.
