Came out today because customer wanted some quotes on some future kitchen projects. While we were there she mentioned she had some dishwasher trouble and the appliance repair person said her dishwasher was not GFCI protected. We replaced the breaker with a dual function (arc fault and GFCI) breaker. While ate the panel I noticed she did not have surge protection. We installed surge protection. I also noticed she had older smoke alarms. After talking with the homeowner I found out that all of her smokes were battery smokes. Pint she had the wiring in place for proper hard wired smokes. We replaced 4 smoke alarms and 3 smoke/ carbon combo alarms. They are all inter connected and working properly. I removed a kitchen light the homework did not want and blanked it off and replaced a bulb. We provided the bulb. Everything was cleaned up and tested to ensure it all works properly.

Homeowner called us out due to water heater connections failing. After checking the pressure, I found that it was over 80psi. We replaced the water heater and PRV up to code. Pressure set to 65psi. Tested and checked for leaks.

Replace light fixtures in bedrooms with ceiling fans.

Replace ceiling fan in living room on two story ceiling.

Tested for voltage on old hot tub whip and demoed. Sealed knockout and siliconed all holes in siding where it was strapped. Replaced two wrong branded breakers, installed surge kit and replaced bathroom outlet.

Completed three system maintenance verified and changed filters at customer provided cleared all drain lines. Checked all system in heat and cooling. While check system tech noticed , gas line ( Hard pipe ) was in front of the 4 inch filter unable to check or change filter. This is under workmanship warranty. tech replaced hard gas pipe with 2 foot. hooked everything back up, tested for leaks with bubbles. No gas leak detected started system up. Verify system is operating. Upstairs capacitor is failing spoke with customer about replacing capacitor. Customer gave the ok to replace capacitor. Also spoke about Uv Hints and Uv air purifier At this time all 3 systems are operating.

Replaced failed three-quarter inch gas regulator for pool heater in the backyard. Original gas regulator that was installed by a separate contractor was not regulating gas pressure properly, and allowing 35 inches of water column to reach the pool heater. New gas regulator was installed successfully and was tested for proper gas pressure. Pool heater requires between 4 and 14 inches of water column to properly function. gas pressure was set to 14 inches of water column while not in use. While pool heater is ignited, inches of water column drops to approximately 5.2. Work completed was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Walk-through was completed with the customer and pool heater was tested for proper operation. Pool heater now fires up on first attempt and stays lit as designed. Customer understands that workmanship warranty only covers regulator that was installed. Payment was successfully collected. THANK YOU for trusting T.E. Certified!!

Homeowners water pressure was at 100 psi and maximum is 75 psi. Replaced the main shut off valve and Pressure Reducing Valve. Replaced the upstairs fill valves and flappers. Water pressure is 65 psi

Roughed in plumbing for kitchenette in basement, rough in plumbing includes liberty 405 pump vent line tied into vtr. Discharge tied into homes drain system. Also includes 3/4 cold and hot water line ran to sink rough, ran 1/2 cold water line to new ice maker box. After all the work was preformed system was tested multiple times to insure proper function and no leaks.

Customers kitchen basket strainer was loose and stripped at the nut. As well, the pressure on the house was almost a hundred p.S I. Customer agreed to have the basket strainer replaced as well as install a p.R v with new emergency shut off in the crawl space. Turn the water off to the home and cut out the old p.R v and emergency shut off valve and replaced, then repressurized and primed all the air out of the lines.And ensured that all aerators were not clogged. I then replaced the old basket strainer with a new deep well basket strainer. Sealed and tested and checked to make sure all other fittings underneath the kitchen sink were tight.I then filled the sink up and drained no leaks. Customers water heater forty gallon electric is turned to ninety degrees away from where it needs to be so that there is enough room to perform any maintenance necessary on it.I gave the customer an option to take care of that and bring it up to code as well.And then their upstairs, hallway bathroom tub t

Troubleshot a recessed light in the kitchen not working and rewired just the failed tap in the junction box for the recessed light.

Complete the homes electrical system updates so that we are able to pass a final inspection with Paulding county.

Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of no cooling. Found that the wet switch was tripped, preventing the thermostat from receiving power. This is likely due to dust on the ground. The wet switch functions properly, and the system ran when moving the switch towards the back of the closet. Spoke with Eric and planned to install a drain pan. Will need to receive an update from Apex Supply on the availability of a smaller drain pan (~24x24). Tentatively scheduled an appointment for Monday October 13th from 2-5. Also signed the customer up for the Homecare maintenance plan.

Upper level system not cooling. System not cooling due to a failed condenser fan motor and failed starting components. Observed that the system was not equipped with a wet switch or an inline coil float switch. I presented a few different estimates to address the issues present. The homeowner decided to go with option B+, to replace the fan motor, replace the starting components, add flood safety switch’s to the system. I completed all work listed, cleaned out the electrical cabinet, flushed the drain line, and tested the system. The system is now operating properly with no other immediate issues.
