Installed new outlet for water purifier. Customer wanted to reuse old hot tub circuit wire since it was in the perfect location as well as them not having a hot tub anymore. Took off of 2 pole breaker and replaced with 1 pole duel function. Installed whole home surge protection.

Installed a new Halo 5 whole house water filtration and conditioning system. A new water pressure reducing valve and external filtration system bypass were also installed. Water was restored to the home and all work completed was checked for leaks and proper functionality. Water Pressure was checked and confirmed to the home at 65 psi. Filtration system was properly flushed and activated to the home. Walk-through was completed with the customer, work area thoroughly cleaned up and payment was successfully collected. Customer is aware that the newly installed filtration system was programmed to perform the required regeneration cycle every 9 days at 2 AM. Client has out here to look at a leak coming from the basement and two toilets that need to be looked. When enter the basement there is visible water coming out of the sub flooring from kitchen area. Also noticed water stains around the toilet drain that indicates the toilet has/is leaking and recommend pulling the toilet to replace that seal to the flange. Did that and also replaced the flapper and fill valve as a courtesy. Also replaced the flapper in the guest bathroom upstairs second floor as a courtesy. A trunk line that the cold water piping runs up the wall to the second floor had a pin hole leak on the main floor. Remove 10ft section of copper pipe and replace with new copper pipe. Turned water back on and checked for leaks. Advised client for mitigation company to take a look at water damage but declined for them to come out. Recommend client to have a fan to blow into the cut section of drywall so the water that has saturated the wood and drywall can dry out at a faster rate

Home inspection

Upon arrival found unit to be installed very poorly. This is a new system recently installed. Ductwork is in poor condition. Should be replaced. No filter in system so blower assembly and evaporator coil are already dirty and need to be cleaned. The evaporator coil casing is visibly dented in. The supply Plenum is not sealed properly. It simply taped and starting to come loose. The flue pipe is very rusty and should be replaced. Gas line is improper with no termination and no settlement trap. There is no drain pan or no flood protection of any kind on the system. Upon startup unit has a fan on the inside and a fan on the outside, but it’s not circulating refrigerant. Upon inspection of the outdoor equipment found this unit to have a blown out compressor. This outdoor equipment is a total loss. I recommend a total rip out on the system and start over. For this job I came out and ,eat with the homeowner, homeowner had our electrical team out and electrical noticed a leak coming from the PVC drain pipe. With homeowners approval I removed and replaced section for 2 inch pvc pipe leak was coming from a coupling that wasn’t glued or wasn’t properly installed and primed and glued a new section. Tested for leaks. Would recommend to have drain department out and snake 2 inch line there was a lot of build up when I snaked the line.

Installed customer supplied badger 5 half hp garbage disposal. Reconfigured drain to accommodate the install of the disposal. Checked for leaks with the homeowners present. No leaks on new disposal or drain.

Excavate in front of meter box, bore from excavation site underneath side yard, driveway, and garage into back corner of garage. Break up concrete at new penetration location, and run new pipe through pipe sleeve into garage, and tie into existing plumbing system.Cut out existing exposed cpvc pipe, and repipe with copper pipe. Remove old prv and replace with new watts 25aub prv. Remove existing whole home shut off vale, and hose bibb shut offs and replace all valves 3 valves with new 1/4 turn shut off valves. Demo concrete in 2’x2’ area in vicinity of water heater to create access for new water main penetration. Replace concrete after completing connection, and cleanup area. Replace water heater with new hybrid electric

During our visit, a new washer box with new water line connections was installed in the laundry room. The supply lines were originally tightened too tight on to the valve and broke the threads. Drywall was removed to access the water lines and drain line. This repair was tested for leaks after completion.

Arrived on site to complete a system inspection for a home inherited by a son from a father. He has been in the home nearly a year and the thermostat reminded him of service that’s needed. The him has been comfortable but he wanted to check the system out and admittedly hasn’t changed the filter yet since moving in. The system is a 2015 modulating carrier heat pump. The system hasn’t had service since 200 so there were a ton of opportunities to fix these shortcomings before they cause irreversible damage. The 4” filter was very dirty, the condenser coil was dirty, there was no flood protection, evaporator had dirt and debris, but thankfully there were no mechanical issues. The home was comfortable at 73 degrees upon arrival. We flushed drain lines and checked all operations. We spoke about all that needed to be done to get the system restored and he okayed us to complete some major deep cleaning to get the entire unit back in shape. The blower was removed and deeply chemically cleaned,

Install 4 new customer supplied fixtures, and two customer supplied dimmer switches

The homeowner finally purchased the necessary shower arm, so I replaced the shower arm with a much taller one and also changed the showerhead. I tested everything thoroughly and checked for leaks.

Tech was out for no cooling. Checked system out and seen no bypass damper on system. No safety switch or wet switch. Recommend drain line clearing. Blower wheel dirty needs to be cleaned. Capacitor on outdoor unit failed. Condenser needing to be cleaned. Spoke with customer about concerns. Also spoke with customer about home care. Gave options customer went with home care and capacitor. Tested all work at this time system is cooling.

During our visit, a new pressure reducing valve and main shutoff valve were installed in the basement. The system was purged after the new valves were installed. This repair was tested for leaks and functionality after completion.

Troubleshoot Set junction for dishwasher circuit and pump/gfi breaker

Removed two vanities. Roughed in drain and water lines for double vanity. Removed debris. Checked and tested for leaks.
