We did a trim for a kitchen with 6 outlets one light fixture , one range outlet and we also install 5 dimmers.

Replace defective switch in hallway bathroom.

Re work main waterline coming into home so there is an easy to access shutoff valve. A new PRV will be installed as well. The new PRV was set to 60 psi and everything was checked for leaks. All lines were cleared of air and everything functions properly.

Installed new 50 gallon electric water heater in laundry room. Modified water lines and relief line to accomodate the new heater. New unit was installed in a drip pan with new isolating water shutoff valve and thermal expansion tank. Expansion tank pressurized to 70 psi and water heater set to 125°F per manufacturer recommendation. Tested for leaks and proper function of the unit.

Replaced pressure regulator that was creating a pulsing noise whenever water was used. Installed new Watts dual union pressure regulator and set pressure to 65 psi. Also left quotes for water heater replacement.

Replace 15’ of 2” ABS kitchen drain in open ceiling on basement due to grease.

Upon arrival, customer notified me that they would like to have the ceiling fan replaced in the office location. The customer has already purchased the ceiling fan, which also includes a remote, and the customer would like to have the remote operate the ceiling fan. The work we will be doing we will come with a lifetime workmanship warranty. We will not warrantee the fixture itself because we are not providing the fixture.

Troubleshoot microwave circuit tripping.

Install new outlet at standard height for skylight calendar to be installed. Outlet will not be recessed behind skylight, in order to recess skylight, special order tv box will need to be ordered and installed in the wall. Install new wiring, box, gfi outlet/plate.

Install new customer supplied Tesla charger within one stud bay of panel. Install wiring, breaker, and customer supplied charger. Customer may be limited to backing car into garage with this option.

Upon arrival, Customer notified me that the receptacle in the garage controlling the sprinkler system is no longer working. Customer mentioned to me that it has not been working for approximately one year. We will be conducting a diagnosis to determine where power has been lost and restore power back to this location. If it is a simple fix, it will be included in the price provided. If we need to provide any additional devices or wiring, it will be an additional charge. After conducting diagnosis, we determined that the customer has power at the outlet in her garage that feeds the Rainbird sprinkler system. The connection point on the Rainbird sprinkler system has been damaged where it plugged into the outlet. The customer will need to have a sprinkler system repairman come out and reinstall a cord to go from the rain bird to the outlet. The existing cord has been spliced and is not operable.

Diagnose outlet not working

Did a no heat diagnostic. Found wire bleed over on outdoor unit causing fuse to pop. Y wire in unit was disconnected. High limit for heat strips is bypassed. Found exposed pressure switch wire in compressor. Customer denied any repairs at this time

Performed diagnostic crossover test on the whole home by shutting off cold water feeding the water heater. Test revealed crossover happening in the hall bath shower caused by a Kohler rite temp cartridge that was installed improperly. Shut water down to the home and reinstalled cartridge in correct orientation. Performed crossover test again and verified no further issues. Hot water is working properly again.

Pull the toilet and inspect the flange. Upon my inspection of the flange and whether it is deemed correct or not the price will reflect that. Upon removal the flange had multiple fractures in it. I replaced the flange reset the toilet and flushed multiple times while checking for leaks. No leaks were found and the toilet now functions properly.

Install a customer supplied showerhead and a lower level mount. Water pressure is at 60 psi. The water heater is from 2023 and in great condition. The thermal expansion tank is working well.

Install customer supplied vanity lights in master bath

Installed two new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heaters set in pans with new valves, and associated piping. Installed four new toilets and flanges in 1 upstairs bathroom, and 3 bathrooms on the main floor. Pressurized the system, removed the air from the lines, flushed the toilets multiple times to test and put the water heaters into service.

Run new dedicated circuits for dryer and washer, rewired dryer cord and installed boxes and outlets for washer and dryer. I tested both circuits and everything is working properly. I turned circuits off so that plumbers tomorrow can pull outlets out safely.

This only covers one spot repair, upon completion of my repair I will have to reqoute for any additional repairs. * any repairs on grey poly are NOT warrantied by TE certified* Upon my arrival Mr. Cruz’s water meter was found to be using a very large amount of water while everything in the house was turned off. After investigating I found that the Cruz’s house has grey poly water lines and a grey poly tee had completely broken and separated. This caused a significant amount of water to flood the Cruz’s crawl space. Upon my repair I repressurized the home and let it sit fully pressurized for 15 mins. After 15 mins no more further leaks were found and water was restored to the Cruz’s home.

For this job I did a leak repair in the crawlspace. I removed the section where cpvc joined the copper piping. I installed a new ball valve and fittings to repair the leak. I tested and left work area clean.

Installed new 3/4 HP Grindsmart garbage disposal. Removed old disposal and mounting bracket and installed new mounting hardware. Mounted the disposal and reconnected drainage piping and dishwasher discharge line. Tested for leaks and proper function.
