Troubleshoot Generac 22kw standby generator
Added 4 lbs of refrigerant and found leak in airhandler coil with electronic leak detection device at top of A coil turn about /u joint on coil. Recommend replacement of evaporator coil in attic airhandler. System is running properly now with refrigeration added. Sending quote for evaporator coil replacement.
Homecare complete on one system. Checked heating and cooling components. Cleaned drains and checked filter. System is a straight cool with heat strips. Homeowner approved installing APCOX and blue tube UV. No issues at this time.
Customer had a main line blockage upstairs that was affecting a bathroom, customer had pictures of the pipe that dropped down in the wall. The blockage was in the slab downstairs. Customer had a few turns that looked weird on the pictures of the stack in the wall that serves the bathroom group. It makes a sharp 90 turn before it goes in the concrete I want to make sure that that is up to code , also the flange is broken and need a quote to have that repair repaired. Whenever I clear the main line we’re running water. It seemed like a little bit of water Was sitting like the pipe was back pitched but the piped wasn’t clogged and father testing everything flowed normally.
Removed freestanding tub due to leaking drain Remove drain from tub and reinstall with silicone Install PVC drains from tub to the main PVC trunk line with new pipe and fittings Filled his cock tub and checked for leaks, no leaks Caulk tub to floor Please allow to dry over item before usage
Install new Rheem 50 Gallon Water Heater with new expansion tank, pan, valves and piping. Pressurize remove the air from the system and put into service.
Service visit on Generac 26Kw standby generator
Install service upgrade from 200-400 amp service , updated gfi breakers, new meter main combo disconnect, two new qo panels, updated gfci devices.install new line for converters. Install new dedicated 100 amp circuit and breaker for converters
Perform the home care inspection during home care inspection found that the expansion tank was not functioning. Properly recommended replacement of the heater due to age. Customer decided to just replace the expansion tank at this time.
Saw cut and removed concrete slab to expose existing drain piping. Modified existing drain line to accomodate new toilet location and upsized drainage for a shower instead of a tub. Also installed customer supplied shower valve and diverter valve and roughed in new rain head and shower heads. Tested for leaks and proper function.
Replaced blower motor, housing, and wheel because original motor was seized up. Tested electric heat, heat, and cooling. Cleaned drain. No issues at this time.
For this job we installed a 26kw home generator on the left hand side of the home. We installed a transfer switch next to the meter main combo and piped under ground in pvc pipe down to the generator. We also installed three load shed modules on the ac units. Mobile link was installed on the unit. Waiting on inspection and will come back and perform the QC.
Installed new 15a outlet for dishwasher, demo’d open-spliced disposal whip as per customer request. Installed 15a GFI breaker for dishwasher/disposal circuit

Homeowner was concerned with the blower motor constantly running. Diagnosed a bad blower motor module. Part has been ordered at Mingledorffs Gainesville and has been scheduled for Monday. Homeowner signed up for homecare.

For this job I made adjustments for gas grill to be hooked up to gas line already ran to side of home. tested to check for leaks and also fired up grill to ensure proper use. I also replaced the toilet in the upstairs guest bathroom. I installed new kohler comfort toilet (19 inch hight) When I pulled the old toilet we noticed the old flanged was broke and to ensure proper installation we also had to replace. Installed new wax rings and t bolts. Also installed new water supply line. We caulked around the toilet, tested and left work area clean.
Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found failed blower motor, unit was triple filtered, dirty blower, dirty evap coil, dirty filters, unit in crawl, system is 9 years old recommend replacing system due to condition of unit and major failures. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
I did an electrical troubleshoot for an outdoor AC unit and replace a breaker for customer.
Our Tech guy was friendly & yet professional. He explained everything after his thorough inspection & gave us a complete report on how our system was working.
Upon arrival customer stated that ac system had been leaking downstairs when running. After inspection of 3 year old heat pump system found that system had a very clogged drain line causing the water to back up in system. Blower wheel is clean, evaporator coil is clean, system is coming on and cooling inside. Customer replaced (16x20x1) system filter. Checked over all operations of outdoor system, contactor tested good, condenser coils were clean, outdoor capacitor on herm terminal for the compressor was testing bad. Gave customer estimate to clean drain line, add wet switch, add in line flood protection, change bad outdoor capacitor and add Uv light to system. Customer only wanted to have drain line cleaned at this time. Removed drain line and cleaned and cleaned evaporator coil drain pan. Flushed system and unit back up and working. Recommended homecare maintenance plan for system, customer not interested at this time.

Thought we had a faulty circuit breaker but after deeper inspection Joaquin determined the fault was within the circuit, then specifically an exterior electrical outlet. He replaced this and the problem was solved.
