This inspection is due to storm damage and is required by the power company to have power returned if damage is minimal. While some damages may be repaired, this will not guarantee having power returned unless required repairs are made. After talking to the owner of the home and agreeing with the inspection over the phone signing online, I proceeded with inspecting the damages done to the property. Using a ladder I was able to get up to where the wire goes through the house and has ran along to the back to where most of the strain seemed to have been put during the incident. I found that the weatherhead was in complete disrepair in the point of attachment was destroyed. The wire is heavily corroded and rusted and in bad shape. Completed EV charger installation at Doraville residence this afternoon. Customer purchased new Tesla and wanted convenient home charging solution. Installed Level 2 charging station with 240V connection and smart connectivity features. EV charger installation included electrical panel upgrade and dedicated circuit installation for safe operation. TE Certified's EV charger installation service provides Doraville electric vehicle owners with reliable home charging. Customer can now charge overnight and wake up to full battery every morning.

Check system for no cooling and found that the outdoor capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced found no other issues at this time but recommend UV light to help keep the air and system cleaner.

Customer has newly installed Daikin Fit system that operates for upper level. System is not cooling properly due to undersized supply. Recommend replacement of all supply ductwork along with plenum. Replaced Model 413 media filter. Pressure levels were normal. Coils were clean. Mastic sealed loose ends on supply plenum. Per management, referred back to install department.

Came in for a schedule work to install Apco X for costumer. Work was done and tested. Unit is working properly at this time. Thank for for choosing TE Certified!

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Cleaned evaporator coil with coil cleaner saturated coil in cleaner. Pulled and removed blower motor and cleaned blower wheel with cleaner and reassembled. Drain pan was full of water with when I arrived. P-trap on drain line was clogged. Cut drain line and cleared clog. Added wet switch to prevent pan from over flowing due to poor designed float switch that did not stop the pan from overflowing. Tested system drain line is draining properly.

Customer has UF run buried for a greenhouse outlet. We will make a junction on the exterior wall and run Romex to the panel and install the breaker

Upon arrival, I spoke to the customer issue of where the downstairs area was experiencing a loss of power. I investigated first by opening the panel and checking all of the breakers. All of the breakers were feeding voltage properly. Because of this, I alerted the customer that they would need to be a troubleshooting fee and that I would need to open some of the devices in the house to find where the issue was occurring from. I found one receptacle that seemed to be the first in the chain that did not have power. After opening the receptacle, I found that that been stabbed in the back previously by the installing contractor And poorly installed, as it was not shimmed properly, causing the outlet to move when being used. I alerted the customer to this issue, and after testing to ensure that the chain could be re-combined, I proceeded with the work after approval. I removed the old receptacle and any burnt wiring And still had enough wire to be able to make a pigtail. I pigtail both the

Ran my k400 down the stand up shower to clear blockage , believe it is some cast iron in the slab remaining that is making sewage and black residue come up only out the shower when upstairs is used , not affecting the entire bathroom only the shower, need a quote to replace remaining cast iron

Performed customer 1 system home care spring maintenance check. System is 4 years old. Changed (16x25x1) system filter Checked over all operations of equipment, everything inside system is nice and clean, made sure drain line was clear and flowing properly, blower wheel is cleaning. Duct system is older did not see any issues at this time. Checked over outdoor unit, capacitor and contactor tested good with no issues. Advised customer of dirty condenser coils, recommended cleaning, customer declined recommendations at this time. Customer enrolled for the 1 system homecare maintenance plan. Do recommend adding Uv light to system. Everything with unit cooling properly at this time.
