For this job I installed a customer supplied water monitoring system (stream labs) I installed it after the ,som ball valve and pressure regulator. I ran power cord close to outlet. Customer will buy extension chord to plug in device and set up account . I tested and left work area clean.

Customer wanted to have both tankless water. Heaters flushed out as well as had a question about their thermal expansion tank, which had ruptured on the inside.But was not leaking. Pressure on the house was at seventy p s I. Customer agreed to have their thermal expansion tank and p r v replaced as well as have both tankless water heaters, flushed. Started by flushing the basement tankless and replacing the PRV and thermal expansion tank. Of course.After draining the house down. Afterwards, I then flushed the tankless in the garage attic. After both flushings, I left the power off to both units and slowly pressurized and primed.The house. Checking all fixtures for flow. Once I felt that everything had been primed decently, I then powered on both units and ran everything on hot for roughly five minutes. Everything tested well. For this job, I came to look at a call on a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I noticed that the outdoor unit was not kicking on, and that the breaker was tripped. After performing a full thorough diagnosis, I noticed that the compressor plug was damaged, causing a short. I explained my findings to the customer and she agreed on having that plug replaced. I proceeded to replace the plug properly secured and test unit to ensure that everything was working. I also included an estimate to join our membership if it’s something the customer would consider.

For this job, we worked on a troubleshoot for the den circuit.

Un jammed garbage disposal

New lights. Living room, dining room and master bedroom.

Performed a diagnostic. Outdoor unit was not turning on. Electrical components on outdoor unit were in good condition. Noticed I was only receiving 6 volts from thermostat wire. Unwired it and re wire nutted the thermostat wires and got 26.3 volts to the Contactor. Systems pressures are good at this time. Swapped out filter and cleared drain line. Homeowner decided to be a Homecare member after today.

Came out to Mr Aaron’s home to check on his panel

Customer has 2 y/o Daikin Fit system that operates for upper level. Media filter was very dirty. Replaced media filter. Noticed that pressure levels were fluctuating on evaporation side. Performed leak search and found no leak. Checked all solder joints. Schrader valves are secure. Coils are clean. Ductwork is intact. Vents are open. Possible EEV issue causing pressure level fluctuation. Will refer to manager for next steps.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about leak from the dishwasher dripping into the basement. Did a leak search. Pulled out dishwasher and the supply line was dripping at the connection to the dishwasher 90. Gave options. Valve is below in the basement with supply line running up through the floor. Customer denied to bring up to code at this time. Installed new supply line. Installed new pressure reducing valve and main shut off. Pressure reducing valve was set to 65 psi and valve tag was added to main shut off. Minor dripping was still occurring but I believe it was residual water. Advised customer that if drip continues after a few days we will have to cut open the wall behind the cabinet and further investigate.

Perform a systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. System is working properly at this time, however notice biological growth is spreading around duct work, highly recommend to add a germicidal device to the unit to stop the spreading and purify the air. Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leak coming from the toilet in the laundry room. Toilet was only a year old and leaking from the right side of the base. Pulled toilet to inspect. Toilet had a waxless seal and the flange was not level with the left side raised a 1/8th of an inch off the floor. No cracks or breaks were observed. Gave options. Shut down water and drained home. Removed the old flange from the drain system, installed a new flange and secured to the floor. Added a new wax seal, new bolts/caps and reinstalled toilet. Replaced the sharkbite service valve with a new quarter turn valve. Installed new supply line. Sealed around base of toilet. All work was thoroughly tested for leaks and functionality.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about replacing a customer supplied garbage disposal. Gave options. Removed existing disposal and removed electrical connections. Removed and replaced strainer basket. Reconnected electrical to new disposal, installed and connected to drain system. Test unit and drains thoroughly. No leaks were observed.

Performed home care on one system. Checked all electrical and amperage. Flushed and treated drain line. Cleaned the flame sensor. Changed the filter 16×25×1. Check evaporator coil and the blower wheel. Checked outdoor unit. Check capacitor, contactor, and pressures. Found no in-line safety or wet switch. Dirty condenser coil. Bad capacitor. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. TE early bird special.
