Installed 2 motion switches 2 Gfci and pulled 1 circuit for bidet

Installed 2 motion switches and a circuit for the toilet

Performed 1 system diagnostic on main level unit found unit freezing due to ecm blower not operating. Found dirty blower wheel, dirty condenser, failed dual capacitor, and no te standard flood protection. Ecm motor under warranty and is working at this time. Found modular plug loose to motor. Recommended repairs Custimer did not want to perform repairs at this time. Unit is cooling but is not efficient. Unit also had the flan blades hitting the shroud of the condenser.

Humming noise was coming from a return. Opened up return grills and screw in the return. Noise went away. Recommend upgrading float switch to went switch. No ss1 on condensate drain. Pressures are good. Condenser coil is clean. Capacitor and contactor are in manufacture specs.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed no cool on 2 systems the main and upstairs unit. Customer does have a third unit but did not want it inspected at this time. Upstairs unit does have a coil restriction causing pressures to back up and freeze, failed run capacitor, failed dual capacitor. To address the coil restriction we would need to replace the coil. Main level unit does not have te flood protection, dirty blower, failed run capacitor Recommendations, failed dual cap.both units are over 15 years old recommend replacing systems.

Install two Delta cartridges one in kids’s bedroom and the other one in master bathroom all work was tested and documented with pictures

Check systems for airflow issues and found the upstairs Plenum and ductwork need to be replaced. No switch or safety switch for better flood protection. Also recommend indoor air quality products to help keep the air and system cleaner.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Installed DATS for 2-zone Lennox heat pump system. System is currently working.

Install new 50 gallon electric heater. Replace failed cartridges on Roman tub faucet

Lightening Inspection, replace panel, replace grounding system, and room Redevice

Customer has 3 y/o 2-zone Lennox heat pump system that operates for main and upper levels. System was not heating or cooling properly due to very dirty filter. Replaced 16x20x1 filter. Also, noticed that zoning system did not have DATS installed to control airflow more efficiently. Must return to install DATS. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Water protection is deemed poor. Recommend UV BlueTube to prevent mold growth within air handler. Dampers were operational. Heat strips are operational. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are clean. Informed customer of findings. System is currently working.

Replace all outdoor outlets and add dedicated circuit Replace service wire

Spot fix customers main water next to porch. 1 inch PVC main waterline.Had to install two fill valves because of dirt from outside fix. Allwork was tested and documented with pictures.

Replaced full Rheem heat pump system in attic

Checked systems for inspection and found no flood protection on either system in the attic and found both outdoor systems/coils need to be cleaned. Recommend indoor air quality products to help Keep the air and system cleaner. Customer signed up for home care for two systems.

Performed second opinion diagnosis on whole home 19’ 4 ton unit. Found unit low on charge and coil also restricted at metering device. No te standard flood protection flood protection. Unit is out of warranty and Custimer declined estimate to replace system. Also offered homecare for one system. Unit in operating but not efficient. Will need to order parts as soon as Custimer approves quote.

Installed a 50 Gallon gas water heater in the basement

Install new gfi downstairs and cut in new outlet downstairs

Install Rheem main and upstairs 2.5 ton 14 seer2 single stage air conditioner, all aluminum cased evaporator coil, 80% efficient 50,000 BTU single stage gas furnace.

Check systems for homecare and found no wet switch or safety switch on both systems. Also found that the outdoor coils need to be cleaned and recommend adding indoor air quality products to help Keep the air and system cleaner.
