7/23: Called to schedule and the customer was on the other line. Dig team confirmed for Wednesday 7/29. RW Install new 100a shed circuit. Run new wire from main panel to shed through cask space. Trench from crawlspace approx 40’ to new shed and install sub panel with surge protection. Provide permit with hoschton. Install 2 new ground rods and run new copper wire from panel to both ground rods.

Replaced customer supplied Kohler Highline arch master bathroom toilet, jack n Jill bathroom toilet, and would have replaced powder room toilet but the tank had a hairline crack in the bolt area upon delivery. Once box opened I inspected tank and bowl and noticed hair line crack in tank since it is a combo package by kohler The supply house will only accept the whole package back in original box. Also, quoted for replacement of the powder room toilet after homeowner changes out the toilet/tank. Drained tanks and vacuumed bowl, took apart toilets, cleaned up area, inspected flanges, put the tanks on the bowls, new was seals and plastic bolts, sat the toilets, put on new braided metal supply lines, filled tanks up and tested fixtures, shimmed and caulked base so no movement, flushed throughout caulking procedure, no leaks

For this job, I came to look at a system in which the customer was concerned due to possible signs of biological growth. I proceeded to thoroughly inspect the unit and all its electrical components as well as get temperature and pressure readings. While here I noticed that there were some inconsistencies amongst the ductwork, signs of biological growth outside of the Plenum, a single stage zoned system, and no bypass damper. I presented all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. Thank you so much for choosing TE certified.

Pull and reset on sewage ejection pump in basement under stairs. Upon inspection noticed pump was getting power and making hum noise typical to seized or locked up propeller, motor. Home owner stated they haven’t used it since last September 2025. Unplugged pump, removed pump from can, cleaned can out as best as I was able to. Put pump in bucket took outside back patio. Filled bucket 1/2 way with water. Inspected pump propeller seized up. Sprayed propeller with pb blaster, waited 10-15 min, started working propeller back and forth started moving returned to bucket with water, covered ejection pipe with another bucket, plugged pump in good solid burst, propeller working properly, returned to can, connected pump, secured lid and siliconed lid and escutions to ensure no smell. Tested pump throughout sealing pump out water 8 times working as it should. No leaks

No in-line safety no wet switch. Found unit off on Aqua guard auxiliary pan full of water. Removed aqua guard to diagnose system. Found bad zone board and dampers. Found restricted TXV and evaporator coil. Failing compressor. Single stage system with zoning. Dirty condenser coil. Recommend system replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replaced water heater, water heater venting and prv. Also, I installed 2 check valves for the recirculating line.

2-New Circuits for Cafe

Troubleshooting shooting plumbing issues with water heater, found leak on old red pex A. Pinhole leak spraying into insulation and dripping into pan and on the base were water heater is sitting. The homeowner had 2 other pin hole leaks on the same 3/4” pex A line. I Repipe hot line main 3/4” from 2nd floor garage at water heater. into basement ceiling, tied into fixtures lavatory, kitchen sink and tub shower and back to were red pipe goes up into joist towards 2nd floor. (No warranty at tie ins onto red pipe on to fixtures and main hot going up into joists.) Relit water heater, fired up. tested fixture no leaks. Due to the age of the water heater quoted for replacement. There were evidence of rust inside lines when removing old line, informed the homeowner about that. Also quoted for resetting toilet, installing lav 4” spread faucet connecting lav vanity to wall and retrapping sink. Pressurized house, purged air out of the lines, tested fixtures no leaks.

Found leak in ceiling of Main level. Cut out ceiling in the closet and found another pinhole leak on the hot line of uponor pipe. Cut out section and replaced

Changed shower and tub trim for customer

Customer says he hears a noise coming from furnace. Inspected furnace blower motor and wheel. No obstructions in blower motor or wheel. Blower is operating normally. Recommended TE’s flood protection for drain line and secondary drain pan. Recommended a blower wheel cleaning in the winter. Recommended outdoor coil cleaning and replacing x2 starting components. Customer moved forward with replacing outdoor starting components. Replaced components and confirmed operation. System is cooling at this time.

Did minor repair on filter faucet

Came in today because system was not cooling, when testing system found outdoor electrical components completely failed and wiring was burnt. Also notice biological growth and high humidity levels. Let costumer know bout this issues and presented options. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs. Work was done and tested, system is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Installing a Tesla wall charger and replacing standard breakers with twin breakers to make space for Tesla breaker

Came in today because costumer was having a water leak in ceiling coming from the hvac. When testing system found condensation line completely clogger from all the must inside the system and the lack of maintenance. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options.
