Full system with new Drain, new out door t-stat wire, April air filter rack, and re rapped plenums

Today’s visit was for the system not cooling. When I arrived the customer said the system was just blowing warm air. I checked the thermostat. Check the indoor unit. Customer recently replaced the filter. I checked the blower and low voltage connections. No flood protection present. Gave estimate for flood protection. I checked the outdoor unit. I found the condenser coils extremely dirty. Also no low voltage present to the outside unit. I found the thermostat wire bad in the wall. Gave customer multiple options for repair. Customer approved the repair recommended. I pulled new thermostat wire from the condenser unit to the furnace in the garage. Wired the condenser back in. Installed hard start kit. Chemically cleaned the condenser coils. Checked cooling operation. The system is cooling at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

For this job, we worked on installing a customer provided floodlight.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Came in today because system was not cooling on the 2nd floor. TE install evaporator coil and outdoor condenser a year ago. When inspecting system found that there was an airflow issue. System is located in the crawlspace and feeds main floor and second floor. This system does not count with any zoning and only have one thermostat, causing first floor to get colder and not letting enough air in the 2nd floor. Explain costumer options and let them know that would be best adding a second equipment for second floor. Costumer would like to get quotes for second system option.

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater in basement that had ruptured.

Replaced existing 1 1/4” PRV with new. Installed new shower cartridge and handle. Ran water and tested all work. Mentioned possible repipe options in the future to clean up existing water distribution inside of mechanical room.

Installed Streamlabs to the main water line in basement guest bedroom access panel. Cannot pair Streamlabs with homeowners current network. Homeowner is on a 5 ghz network with 4 WiFi extenders. Due to entire network being on a 5 ghz band, it is unable to pair with the Streamlabs as Streamlabs is only compatible with 2.4 GHz band. Homeowner is going to contact their internet service provider to see if they can get a solution to have a 2.4 GHz band run to one of the extenders to pair with Streamlabs.

Came in today because system was not cooling, when inspecting system found all electrical components outside had failed and burnt wires also, compressor seems to be extremely overheating due to wear and tear, system is over 15yo and uses r22 refrigerant and compressor for this type of refrigerant is now available anymore. Came in today because system was not cooling properly. When inspecting system found that outdoor system compressor was extremely loud and no pump refrigerant properly. Costumer had multiple power outage back to back causing compressor failure since costumer does not have any surge protection. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Both downstairs bathrooms faucets leaking its older style moen best option would be to have them be supplied by customer and replaced

Adding a box and securing light fixture

The customer had a water leak on her 3/4 copper pipe. Upon inspection the technician found that the water leak was right after the foundation wall. The technician repaired the copper pipe, water is on and everything tested okay.

For this job, I worked on replacing an existing ceiling fan with a customer provided one.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

GAVE A QUOTE

Customer called about a leaking hose bib in front of home. TE arrived and inspected leaking spigot, and piping in crawlspace. Found a leak on PRV and main line to be galvanized. Advised to replace spigot, shut offs, PRV, and main line. Customer deferred from other repairs and approved spigot replacement and shut off. Shut water of to home and drained system. Cut out old spigot and shut off. Furnished and installed new spigot and shut off. Secured piping and tested for leaks. NO Leaks.

Installed prv and new macerating toilet pump. We also ran the discharge and the vent for the pump. Ran 3 new water lines for the vanity and toilet. We will return to do the vanity and toilet install after the drywall is done.
