The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 10 y/o Goodman dual fuel system that operates for whole house. System was not working properly due to failed control board. Thermostat was also faulty. Replaced control board and thermostat. Noticed that blower wheel needs cleaning. Recommend wet switch for ground water protection. No sediment trap installed. Recommmend iWave-R Air Ionizer for whole house air purification. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
For this job, we worked on installing a dedicated circuit for a soda dispenser machine in the break room.
Replace pressure regulator valve, including main water p shut off and outside spigot shut off with proper ball valves. Set water pressure to 65PSI
Tested system not heating for the whole home. Found pan full of water from the air condition. System being low on refrigerant due to a leak that is likely in the evaporator coil. Remove the safety from the pan to test the heat and inspected the heat exchanger. Found cracks in the heat exchanger along with performed a carbon monoxide test from the vents that had a max of 4 ppm. Inform the customer that the heat is not safe to run at this time due to the cracks and the heating exchanger. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Installed a Kohler Highline Arc in the first floor half bath by garage, with new wax seal, bolts and a supply line. Caulked around the bowl for a water tight seal. Tested and working properly.

Toilet rebuild and kitchen sink waste system with new basket strainer
Performed customer two system fall (heat) homecare maintenance check Did full evaluation for the main level system. Gas furnace is 12 years old, ac and coil is 12 years old. Changed (14x25x1) filter. Blower wheel is dirty. Blower capacitor was testing bad. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch tube port. Checked amps on inducer draft motor and blower motor and found no issues at this time. Drain line is not built properly and was very clogged upon cleaning. The drain line lays flat and pushed up to exterior of home to drain water. Tightened all connections on control board. Performed carbon monoxide tested and found no issues meter stayed at 0ppm. Performed combustion analyzer test and found no issues with heat exchanger. Recommended new blower motor capacitor, blower wheel cleaning, condensation pump conversion with drain pan and flood protection and Uv light. Customer only approved to do blower motor capacitor at this time. Installed new blower capacitor. Sent all repairing estim
Leak search and repaired. Whole house plumbed in grey poly. No warranty to grey poly connections. Cut Sheetrock looked for leaks, found repaired, pressurized house, no leaks
Install Goodman single stage gas furnace 80% efficient 100,000 BTU for whole house.
Tested system that was making a loud noise while the heat was running. Found that the inducer motor was scraping inside and I went ahead and inspected the heat exchanger. Found multiple major areas of cracks and separation within the heat exchanger. Informed customer that this furnace would not be safe to run at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Replace lights in basement add outlet in laundry
Pulled toilet in upstairs master bathroom to clear mainline blockage.
Shower handle moving beyond designated stopping point. Shut off the water to the home and drained the system. Removed the shower trim and the shower cartridge. Installed a new shower cartridge. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Reinstalled the shower trim. The shower handle is now stopping properly. Tested with no leaks.
Clear blockage in slow draining kitchen sink and provide heat supply of Endure drain maintenance
Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet, no warranty on any other plumbing drains,stop valves, or waterlines. Customer was given quote to prepare but did not want to proceed at this time.
4 system homecare complete. Checked heating and cooling. Cleaned drains and changed filters. Checked pressures and electrical components. Lower left unit is a 2006 R22 system in bad shape. Extensive rust, bad run capacitor, and drain line isn’t very good. Homeowner wants quote on replacing system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Homecare visit for house with 4 units. Changed and dated 4 filters, cleaned 4 flame sensors, cleared 4 inducer draft ports, cleared drain line for upstairs unit and checked condensate pumps for other three units, poured treatments in all drain line, and checked all four units in heat and cool. Upstairs unit had a bad control board and pressure switch, replaced both today. Unit that controls master suite had a failed dual and run capacitor, changed both today.

Unit is frozen return for diagnostic Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home system. Found failed blower motor, dirty blower wheel, dirty condenser, no drain pan and no te standard flood protection,rusting burners and some hot spots located on the heat exchanger. Due to cost customer would like to replace system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Mr. Dalton arrived ahead of time with his colleague and quickly explained what was going to be done to my HVAC unit. He did a maintenance check and found the unit working properly. My unit is approximately 17 years old and Mr. Dalton told me it had lasted beyond expected time for a replacement. He said there was no reason to replace it now and to keep it till it stops running. He gave additional advice on how to clean the outside compressor.
Enrique and helper were professional, courteous, efficient and explained everything that needed electical attention in our house, and yet they were able to do just the work I needed without pushing extra services I wasn't prepared to have done at this time. I would definitiely use TE Electrical again.

My problem was solved better than I thought possible.
Very puncture on arrival time; excellent service; courtesy; knowledgeable; cost/price of service seems to be OK; provided some discount for multiple services on same day; my water heater still under warranty but I have to return Home Depot for warranty exchange in order to receive partial discount left on the heater warranty, but TE does not provide exchange warranty with Home Depot.
Noted above. He returned early the following morning and fixed (I hope) the leak this time with some putty et al.
