Upstairs toilet is not filling or flushing. I discovered that the water to the toilet was turned off. I turned on the water and flushed the toilet multiple times to test.

The customer had an active leak in their basement. It was leaking in two separate spots. Initially, it was thought to be two active waterlines due to the constant drip with no water flow upstairs. Upon a further diagnostic, I was able to determine that it was a result Of the shower pan leaking. The reason for the change order was I removed one of the active waterline repairs initially included in the estimate. I also discussed with the customer the quality of their water, and the customer chose to go in with the water filtration system, rerouting the main waterline to an accessible spot in the home instead of crawling under there, crawlspace area of the home. I also installed a new main water shut off and pressure reducing valve to ensure full lifespan of the halo water filter we put in today. Completed repairs including rerouting the condensate drain line into a pump and hooking up to existing drain where it goes down the wall. This is to fix the slope issue of the drain and prevent further backups. I also installed a wet switch in the pan. Tested fully after repairs and no failures at this time.

Turned off power where home was damaged

Main water line penetration seal is nonexistent. I sealed it with foam and hydraulic cement.

Outlet replacement

The customer has high amounts of chlorine in the water which is resulting in copper waterlines leaking. The customer was also made aware that their drain lines were very old and there was even a section that was completely open. after going over options with the customer, the customer decided that they would have water and drain lines replaced under the crawlspace only apart from a water repipe under the kitchen sink. as discussed with the customer what we will be doing is installing a water filter in the closet of their choice, which is in the hallway, we will be relocating the main water shut off and pressure reducing valve into that closet, as well as with the water filter. After that, we will re-pipe the water and drain under the crawlspace, eliminating all of the leaking copper, and replacing the cast-iron with PVC. Also, we will be re-piping the water heater and installing the thermal expansion tank to the structure of the home with use of a bracket. The work will be performed on

Replaced hose Bibb front of house, in crawl space. Through brick. Checked shower for leaking nothing was found. Removed trim tested removed shower arm. Put all back sealed up fixture. Tested everything repressurized line for hose Bibb. Tested, no leaks.

Pump outlet

2 y/o system. Came in for a no cool call. When testing system indoor fan was running but outdoor unit was not. I’m testing electrical components in the outdoor system found the capacitor had failed, contactor was extremely hot and stuck in an outdoor coil was completely clogged with dust and debris which is the main caused of why the electrical components will over heat and failed. Came in because thermostat was completely dead. When testing the system noticed that I did not have any voltage to the thermostat wire. After running a we wired noticed that thermostat was having issues and it will not stay on so decided to replace the thermostat provided by homeowner, also noticed the transformer was getting extremely hot due to poor airflow through system because the amounts of hair dust and debris stuck in coil and creating noticeable signs of biological growth spreading through system and vents. Presented options for repairs. Costumer decided to mov3 forward with repairs. Work was done and tested, system is now working properly however they are other issues that need to be taken care of care of to stop system from over working, left quotes attach to the email. Troubleshoot outdoor outlet not working

Main floor found system not cooling due to pressures are low. Furnace 1985. Condenser R 22, 1993 no in-line safety no wet switch and no auxiliary pan. Found unit off at furnace switch. Cycled on and unit cycled on. Not cooling due to low refrigerant. Basement no in-line safety and no wet switch. Found unit tripped at outlet. Reset and system cycle on. After about 15 minutes compressor shut off. High ohms and open winding at compressor. Furnace in bad shape system 1993 R 22. Customer has what looks to be like mold growing on walls and inside closet where furnace is. Has heavy mildew smell. Recommend system replacement for both systems.

Outlet under sink cabinet

Remove and replace faucet and drain in hallway bathroom, replaced p trap in basement bathroom. Checked for leaks no apparent leaks.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Removed lineset that was installed last Friday. Ran new lineset and secured with line-hide. Ran pressure test then pulled vacuum below 500 microns. Charged system back up with R410a to manufacturer specs. All work today was done on upper attic system. Also installed condensate pump and ran tubing with lineset. Installed APCO-X with air scrubber. Ensured all repairs and upgrades fully operational. System cooling properly at this time.

Installed evaporator coil with casing for upper level. Modified supply plenum to support system. Pressure tested. Pulled complete vacuum. Charged 7 lbs. of 410A refrigerant. Installed Ecobee thermostat. Replaced suction line insulation. System is currently working.

Replace zinsco panel with Square D QO

Cut sheet rock and kitchen ceiling left a kitchen sink to diagnose what was leaking in which bathroom it was due to back to back showers. Found leak on hallway, bathroom tub, and shower valve combo three handle replaced all three stems with new handles . The brand was central brass.

Replaced pressure regulator and front hose Bibb with new parts. Opened wall inside garage to access hose Bibb. Turned water on and tested all work.
