Bathroom in upstairs hallway was completely blocked , I pulled the toilet and ran my 400 to clear blockage , they have cast iron and it is rusted out , when I pulled back the cable it was a lot of resistance and a lot of rust on the cable and my cable got stuck but I was able to retrieve it

Replaced faucet and stop for master bathroom sink & toilet. Leak in front yard. Dug up meter to find leaking PVC connection. Cut out and replaced leaking section. Toilet in master bathroom cracked, at base. Replaced toilet with Kohler Kingston.

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting downstairs hall bath. Customer indicated the switch made noise whenever she turned it on. She said it made noise without turning the fan off. There was no noise coming from any device. Tested all connections and devices and checked for proper voltage.

Customer supplied a new kohler toilet , the old toilet didn’t flush correctly so they decided to swap it out , I installed and hauled off the old and tested for leaks and it was no leaks present

Phone arrival came out today because back when we did the home care system. We found that the system was low on 410 a. Upon inspection of system found that the system is still low on 410 a, no UV protection, the flood protection is not TE standard. Upon presenting options to homeowner he only approved adding refrigerant to system, and that was it. Te is not responsible for any refrigerant that may leak out. Highly advised to do a leak search. Customer declined all recommendations at this time. Other than just putting refrigerant in. Upon testing out found system is working properly with a 17° delta t. Upon testing all functions of system found that the contactor capacitor are both within range and working properly. Upon testing blower and blower will found that the wheel is clean and the static pressure is correct.

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting why bedroom did not have power. There was an outlet in the bedroom next to it that was faulty, due to age and connection, which caused the rest of the circuit not to function properly redeviced the whole bedroom and power is restored. left recommendations to redevice the house, including updating electrical system and left a lighting estimate that they are interested in.

Found thermostat not getting power due to loose wire to thermostat. Checked all electrical and amperage. No wet switch. Flame sensor dirty. Found bad condenser capacitor. Customer approved, low-voltage repair and new capacitor. Installed new capacitor and cycle system on. Checked amperage and pressures. All systems operating. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Called out for a backed up toilet. After inspection found toilet water level wasn’t sufficient readjusted fill valve and tested . No further issues present.

Tech performed upstairs system inspection only. Tech noticed air leaks at ductwork, pvc drain not properly secured, flood ceiling switch not in code, tech replaced customer’s provided filter for upstairs and downstairs systems x2 16x25x1. Outdoor capacitor is bad, outdoor coil is dirty. AC pressures are fair. System is operating at this time. Please see via email for estimates, pictures and invoice copy. Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home. Found failed dual capacitor, dirty filter, dirty blower, dirty condenser, recommend IAQ and joining homecare. Performed bandaid repair to get unit operational and had Customer sign renewal for homecare.unit is cooling at this time. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit for home was not working properly. After inspection of system found that unit had a clog in the drain line causing the in line float switch to activate. Unit is 6 years old (2019) air handler/heat pump electric system. Blower wheel is starting to get dirty, blower capacitor tested good at this time, evaporator coil starting to get dirty. Checked outdoor unit outdoor capacitor tested ok at this time, contactor is very pitted. Refrigerant charge checked good. Gave customer estimates repairs to clean drain line, system, add Uv light and replace contactor. Customer only wanted to have drain line cleaned at this time. Removed panels cleaned drain and evap coil drain pan. Tested system and unit back up and cooling at this time. Went over homecare maintenance with customer, they are interested and will call in when ready to proceed forward. Unit cooling properly at this time.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Arrived found zero refrigerant. Removed condenser fan motor top. Removed compressor. Installed new compressor. Nitro brazed pressure test vacuumed system. Removed bad capacitor, contactor, and compressor plug. Installed new capacitor, contactor, and the compressor plug. Charge system with 8 pounds of 410 a. Cycled system on. Unit now operating. Performed home care on two systems. Checked all electrical and amperage. Changed the filter. Flushed and treated drain lines. None have in safety or wet switch. Check both heat and cool. Checked amperage capacitor and pressures. All systems operating.

Auger sons upstairs bathroom, customer have an old toilet that flushes week and causes tissue to get stuck frequently. Told customer the best solution is to replace the toilet with the brand new one

Install outlet for disposal

Opened drywall ceiling to discover pinhole leak stemming from the hot water tee feeding the master lavatory above. Repaired damaged section with new fittings and piping. Pressurized and purged home then tested for leaks.

Upon arrival customer stated that system for main house was not working and nothing was coming on. After inspection of 16 year old system found that unit had a failed transformer. Along with failed transformer system has many other issues, system filter (20x25x1) very dirty, the return plenum has a lot of build up inside of it, blower wheel is very impacted and dirty, blower capacitor is bad. A lot of insulation is falling off the duct system. Checked outdoor system contactor very pitted and bad, the suction line service valve is visibly leaking, suction line not insulated, condenser coils are very clogged and dirty. Gave customer repair estimates advised customer that I have not seen unit run and there could be more issues with the system. Customer declined all repairs estimates at this time. Recommended updating aged system, customer declined recommendations to speak with install supervisor at this time. Unit is not working at this time. Landlord met me on site for today’s visit and

Performed blower wheel cleaning for both systems.
