Removed existing toilet from the master bath. Opened the new toilet box and discovered that it is broken. The homeowner will return the toilet and we will come tomorrow to install. Returned today (10/17), unboxed the toilet. Installed the toilet and secured to the flange. turned on the water and filled the tank. Flushed the toilet multiple times to test. The toilet is working properly with no leaks detected.

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting why living room breaker was tripping. Turns out the hot wire and ground wire were touching due to poor wiring method. left estimate to redevice bottom floor and the whole house to avoid future electrical problems. Whole house is backstabbed with original devices. Outlets and switches are meant to be replaced between 10 to 20 years.

Water leaking in the front yard. I dug down into the yard to access the water line, I found a broken main water service line. I cut out a section of the pipe and replaced. I then turned on the water and pressurized the system. Purged the air from the lines and tested. No further leaks detected and water is now flowing properly.

Upon arrival customer stated he had three systems not working, first system was a 15 ton trane gas package unit, explained to customer we don’t work on commercial units but we can replace them, explained system is 19 years old and r22 is obsolete as of 1/1/2020, customer opt to have install supervisor out for quotes on replacement, next customer had two 5 ton systems that wasn’t working as well, customer stated before he purchased building sellers had to replace both outdoor units, both outdoor units are showing 2022 manufacturing dates, but inside equipment is 19yrs old and also r22 which is obsolete, started on side unit first , breaker was already pulled out, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, inspected furnace, furnace is dusty on inside, burners has rust on them, blower wheel is impacted, evap coil is r22, went to condenser unit and turned on breaker, checked pressures, low suction normal to high head pressure, subcooling was 38 and superheat was 54, explain to customer unit has a

Repair and replace broken flushometers

Installed a client provided toilet in the upstairs hall bath. Secured to the floor and made all connections. Turned on the water and tested. Also, properly tightened the shower handle. No leaks detected.

Repaired a duct in the attic. Homeowner paid for a 1 system duct cleaning. Replaced burners. Added flashing to flue. Homeowner is selling the house and these are the things that came up in the inspection that he wanted taken care of.

Broken pipe for tub spout inside of wall. I cut out a section of the tile, removed the damage piping and replaced. Sat the cut out tile in place until it is repaired. Installed a new tub spout. Turned on the water to test. The tub is now functioning properly.

Came out today for no cool call on upstairs HVAC system. System is 2020 Goodman AC/1997 80% Furnace. Upon checking found outdoor unit fully frozen. Pulled disconnect and left in "off" position, made customer aware and let him know this will allow it to thaw without freezing again. Made him aware to be able to fully diagnose AC will need to allow system to thaw out. He acknowledged and we set up follow up for tomorrow morning. Went in attic to verify filter and rule out any airflow issues. Found 14x25x1 filter not clogged, however can hear board clicking constantly causing blower to turn on and off. Also board showing signs of overheating. Made customer aware of issues so far and let him know this is most likely cause of freezing, but will know for sure tomorrow after AC thaws out and I can diagnose. Spoke to him about age of Furnace and strongly recommended having install supervisor come out tomorrow to discuss new furnace options due to condition. He agreed. Set up service call for to

Removed broken toilet from the master bathroom. Installed a new toilet in its place. Turned on the water and filled before flushing to test. No leaks detected.

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon inspection of the outdoor system found both contactor and capacitor are within range, the condenser cool has buildup, the system is low on 410 a refrigerant, the drain line is clear, upon inspection of the inside system found dirty blower wheel, filter clean, all TE standard flood protection, the Delta t was only 13.9° which also indicates low refrigerant, all ductwork is in good condition, the current UV bulb in there is not working. Speaking with customer she approved to clean the blower wheel today. Customer is reaching out to home warranty company to perform leak search and diagnose where the leak is coming from due to customer constantly has to put refrigerant in system customer will reach back out once she is ready to perform a leak search and diagnose where the refrigerant leak is coming from.

Shut off the water to the home and drained the system. Installed three water shut off valves in the upstairs hall bath, installed the waste assembly for the bathroom sink, installed a vanity and faucet, installed the shower trim, removed and replaced the toilet flange. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Tested with no leaks.

I trust TE Certified. You get what you pay for. For my plumbing job they sent Isaac Daniels to provide me a quote after inspection. He said it will be 16k dollars. I asked him if he himself will be here. He said yes he will be here with his crew and will ensure the job is performed expeditiously. The job would take 3 days but they may be done in 2 days. Isaac showed up for a 20 minutes initially and I never seen or heard from him since. Apparently he is more concerned with closing sales than client communication and satisfaction. He did not deliver with what he told me. No integrity. I would give him a zero rating if I could.

Johan did more than just install three motion-sensor floodlights: -he drew my attention to the fact that he had brought two white fixtures (all that were in stock at his business place) to install on the Florida room, but had brought a black one to install at the garage, in case I wanted all three to be installed at the same time. I decided that I would like for all of the floodlights to be white, so he scheduled another date to install a white one on the garage. If he had just installed the black one, without drawing my attention to it, I would not have discovered it until after it was installed, which would have aggravated me, and make me feel like TE Certified was not looking out for my best interests. -he found that the previously-installed floodlights on the Florida room had not been installed according to electrical code, and supplied the necessary bases to meet code. -he repositioned one floodlight from its previously-installed location, which did not give 360 degree vision to the motion sensor because of a rain downspout. I really appreciate his pro-active actions to maximize the quality of the installation!
