Separate neutrals in panel and replace gfci in master bath.

Performed a plumbing inspection on the home. Home is in a state of being remodeled after being purchased recently. All plumbing appliances are water saving, or in the process of being replaced with water saving appliances. Gave estimates. Recommend both drains and hvac departments to come out to inspect property.

For this job, we did a whole home safety inspection. Replaced an outlet and a breaker for the refrigerator and countertop circuit.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 24 y/o Rheem furnace matched with 6 y/o Goodman AC that operates for upper level. System was not working properly due to thermostat not being wired properly. Rewired thermostat. Tested heat and cooling. Add wet switch for both systems for water protection. Blower wheel cleaning needed for both systems. Replace transformer for upper level. Recommend thermostat replacement for system. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Condenser electrical components are fair. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

Supplied and installed new badger 5 garbage disposal. Replaced right hand side sink tailpiece, nut, and washer. Ran water on both sides of the sink and tested for leaks and proper operations.

New floors installed. Company could not set toilet properly. Flange too high. Cut out existing flange and installed new flange at proper height. Water pressure for home @90PSI. Replaced PRV and set water pressure to 73PSI.

Installed New 50 Gallon gas water heater and replaced pressure regulator.

Tested system for the main level and the third floor. Found the third floor unit was completely frozen and we will need to return to diagnose this system when it thaws out. The main level system has a compressor that is failed. We will need to return and replace compressor.

Troubleshoot kitchen Circuit, GFI Protection, and Replace Surge

Customers fill valve had failed. Replacement of fill valve all work was tested and documented with pictures.

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting and repairing a minor power outage and performing electrical panel maintenance

Installed new bathroom faucet. Replaced stems, handles, spout, and waste and over flow in bathroom.

Found toilet was leaking from tank-to-bowl kit and from base. Installed new cs toilet.

Completed homecare maintenance for two systems that supply for the east and west wing of the main level. Tested both the heat and cool from thermostats. Found the Eastwing system did not have an in-line float switch installed and had loose connections to the outdoor unit, causing it not to turn on. I added the in-line float switch and repaired the wires. Once the outdoor condenser turned on the fan motor showing a fault because it is stopping prematurely, we would need to come back to replace this. The West Wing system had a condensate pump safety that was not wired up and I wired that up today both units have extremely dirty ductwork and loaded up with dust/dirt buildup. Both units are lacking UV light in the supply to protect the coil
